I placed my order #[protected]@21:05 on 26.Feb.2016 online for Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore Center and made pre payment. But even after repetitive follow up order was not delivered until 22:25. Executive by name Lavanya first offered me free Pizza in lieu of delay but I insisted to talk to manager who was very rude and refused to talk to me as a result I told to cancel the order. I was informed that my order is cancelled but I didn't get any message and she refused to give any reference number and told that I will get SMS in 15 mins about cancellation which I never got. In the process, it was 23:00 and then no one picked my phone.

I was kind of regular Dominos customer but NOT ANY MORE. Can you confirm if my order is really cancelled as online also I am not finding my order status as cancel???

Refund my order amount ASAP.

I ordered a medium pizza with garlic bread &dip 4m dominos sector 29 online under 1 +1 offer on 26 feb 2016 at 21:59. I was constantly following up online and thru phone but no response. I went at the outlet and Mr Sunil-manager behaved unappropiately telling that it can take upto 2 hours also as it is 1+1 deal. When i asked him further what is the 30 mins for he said aap pizza free main le jaye aur yahan se jaye "What u guys think r v here to take free treats i[censored] dun hav capacity to run a scheme then why on earth do you run them . How shameful is that for an company like this who cant even fulfil what they commit including having the worst on ground staff. I m also posting the picture of the gentleman who behaved unprofessionally. Hope you can look into this.

I bought 3 pizzas for Rs.176.85 at prashantnagar outlet in vijayanagar Bangalore. They said I am not entitled for free pizza

Hi Placed a order with order no. 186, which was delivered after 40 minutes, When i asked for the 30 minutes service delivery guarantee the delivery boy denied saying the store is denying for the same. The store manager manager then educated me thats its not aplicable today and its mentioned on the website. I showed all the pages on the website to the delivery boy and it was no where mentioned and even he failed to show me where it was mentioned. ON WHICH AFTER WAITING FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE KIND OF SERVICES I RECEIVED I RETURNED THE ORDER UNSATISFIED. The worst case was the delivery boys rude behaviour as in when i asked his name he arrogantly denied cross questining me that why do i need his name on to which again to avoid any kind of bad experience i said ok am sorry if i asked for your name i appologise. Once the delivery boy went back i called the store and spoke to the manager Mandeep negi who again failed to show me as in where its mentioned on the website that the 30 minutes service guarentee is not applicable today. I asked him to share his email address so that I can send in the screen shot of all the pages of the order process to confirm the same. Which again was denied and then when i asked him to send me the screen shot from his end he again denied. I also mentioned him about the rude behaviour of his delivery boy not to share his name and rather cross question me on the same which again the manager shaelessly entirely ignored and left me with no resolution. After strugling with dominos for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes i still dint had a pizza to eat as i dint eat anything since morning and was badly starving. THUS ORDERED A GOOD PIZZA from pizza hut which was good to taste, quick with dekivery and at the best customer service and delightfull experience

This is my worst ever experience with dominos and for sure not going to come back to u guys and for sure will publish this on social website so that others can not be made fool as like i was made.

Also going to write to dominos USA and UK on the same.

On 26th February 2016, We ordered 1 Pizza, Cheeseburst Margreeta Double Cheese with Base Full of Cheese, Our Pizza was delivered after 1 Hrs and it was not the same as delivered . I raised the issue in front of your delivery boy Mr. Rahul, He also agree me o the same, The Pizza delivered to us was Cheeseburst Margreeta, Single cheese with no cheese filler, Mr. Rahul passed his senior no. [protected] .
Mr. Bhushan & Mr. kunal respond to us very rudely and not ready to listen our problem . I think it was one of the bad experience of our organisation to deal with you people . Later on after 45 Minutes 1 Pizza delivered to us a new one but 1 was the same, which had been consumed by us . Please look into the matter on serious note and do the needful .

I ordered pizza with fresh pan pizza crust and paid the price for that and still the crust was missing. it happened twice. first time I ignored by thinking that can be a mistake.

I order it from mumbai, chembur opposite to akbarallys.

I have placed two orders one by one on 24th of feb. One was successful but the other failed but my paytm wallet had made payments for both the orders. I have attached an image regarding the complaint i have made to paytm for deduction. pls resolve the issur at the earliest

Misbehaviour done by ravi at your laxmi nagar branch over the call and upfront denyed to transfered the call. Manuplated himself as manager of dominos. The worst part is at dominos laxmi nagar dominos has patronised the goons to colllect the order of customers. The best example is ravi.

I placed an order for a dominos pizza through their mobile ordering app. Though money was deducted 415 rs. From my mobikwik account the order number was not generated. A dominos representative called to say that money would be refunded but did not furnish a written reply. The transaction details are as follows:

Whenever we order Pizzas from Dominos, we are always charged more amount than the prices mentioned in the latest menu.

First:

Charged Rs 158/- + service tax + VAT for 2 pan pizzas. In menu, the same pizza is for Rs 59/- + taxes per pizza i.e. Rs. 118/- + taxes for two pan pizzas.
For Coke, hand written payment of Rs. 55/- was deducted which is above the MRP.

Charged Rs 420/- + service tax + VAT for a Medium Margherita. In menu, the same pizza (including the extra toppings i.e. 225+65+50+50) is mentioned for Rs 390/- + taxes per pizza.
Charged Rs 460/- + service tax + VAT for a Medium Mexican Green Wave Pizza. In all Domino’s menu & banners, the same pizza is mentioned for Rs 365/- + taxes per pizza.

Why there is discrepancy in what Domino’s is charging as compared to what it is marketing!

I am Anup Bhel and I have placed the order through Dominos App and the order number was 119, Date & Time :[protected]/16:39:36

Suddenly I got a call that order wont be delivered to me since the order has gone to different location due to their website glitch.

I had a word with Shaukeen from prashant vihar branch and he was quite rude. while telling him that it could lead to a complaint, his reply was raise it wherever you want to..

Looking forward to take serious action at the earliest, else I'll raise it to next level.

Ordered 3 chicken parcel & 1 Medium Veg Peppy paneer pizza with extra Cheese from Dominos Vasant Vihar, Delhi. Firstly arrived in 45 mins and secondly there was no extra cheese for which I paid. Called Dominos but they did not provide a satisfactory response.
Not happy with the services.

We have bought 2 pizzas from dominos Bikaner. We have found human body hair inside it. When we complaint to manager than he was not accepting the fact. Images attached for reference.

I ordered for veg singles, then got me all pizzas mixed with tomato.
Not cut in proper shape.
Pizzas were absolutely pathetic, it was completely disheartened pizzas.

Today...i placed my order around 4:50pm nd got my delievery 1hr 30 mins later...really disappointing...nd over that. ...it was not hot at all...being a frequent customer ...it was really disheartening...
It was not a parcel of happiness...

I had placed an order at about 5:05 order no 379...got a call in 2mins for confirmation..I.told them.very specifically tht I want the order delivered on priority...post the tat of 30mins I called on d same number aftr 40mins shared my order number and checked for the dispatch of my.order..I was placed on hold for 5mins and then my call was disconnected...I called back again and some1 disconnected my call..I called 7 times again after that and no 1 is taking my call...this is d most horrendous experience...not even a dhaba works like that...quailty any which was an issue with you guys but now cust services and ur only USP which was promptness has also gone for a toss...il post ths experience with screenshots on Twitter Instagram and fb...disgusting services...

Today i visited domino's site there was a offer regarding something happy hours which included that while ordering online pizza from 11 am to 5 pm you will be getting 50 % off but when ii try to order pizza around 4 pm it shows that sorry our restaurants are closed now . so try to change the restaurant which used to be open in pheonix mall pune city but same thing was displayed to me again. If the restaurant is going to be closed before 5 pm only then why such offers like happy hours 11 am to 5pm is the company putting on the site.

The cheese amount in dominos, citymall, kota is considerably low most of the times and on complaining they try to argue in a way as if one has never tasted domino's pizza in his life and doesn't know anything about the cheese amount at all.. On complaints they do take care the next time but the prestige of domios is at stake. We get only disappointment in exchange of 600 bucks. They never deliever pizza in 30 mins. Infact they say that it's not possible for them to do so... "nahi ho payega" straight cut. Is this what dominos is know for? Forget about bogo days and low operation days. They behave as if everyday is a bogo day and we never receive our pizzas hot and fresh in 30 mins. They always lack cheese, crust is not baked properly and even they can't deny it if someone points it out when they r dinning at the takeaway. Anyone who has stayed in places where they have received genuine service from the outlets of domino's can never like the load of they sell in the name of pizza. Moreover the staff recruitment isn't apt. They use vulgar lamguage unnecessarily, sometimes abuse us when we ask for change and always ask tip like 10 or 15 rs of the change that the consumers should be getting back. I have written something this big coz it's really very disturbing and ur brand's prestige is really at stake. Very poor and corrupted management would be a one phrase review. Something's very wrong, so please do look in the matter and do the needful

Today...had order for a pizza at 2 PM and it's 4 PM...till now I didn't get the pizza.This will be the last time that I ordered pizza in dominos...seriously disgusting. I tried calling them. Number is incorrect.Too bad service..I have neva seen such a bad service..completely pissed off.will neva recommend if to anyone
