I ordered a double cheese margeritta pizza on 13/2/2016. The quality of the pizza is very bad. Its totaly cheese less.. When i talk to the maneger about this matter, then he started to argue with me. The behaviour of the maneger is very rude.

I placed an order for Domino's electronic gift voucher of Rs 200 on 5th February, 2016, at around 8 am from their website at http://www.dominos.co.in/great-deals/gift-vouchers.
My money got deducted from the card but I have not received the gift voucher yet. I did not even recieve an order confirmation email.
On the same day (5th February) I filled the feedback form online about this and got an automated response (reference ID is:1035396) that I should expected a reply to the complaint in 2 days. I even contacted customer care at[protected] three times and two representatives did not even know Domino's sold gift cards. The third person told me to send an email to [protected]@jublfood.com. I send the email immediately after I spoke to that representative and still have not heard from them through any of the means that I tried.
Then on 9th February, I left a comment on their facebook page Domino’s Pizza India about this and got a reply to email the details to [protected]@gmail.com. Immediately I send the email to this email address but still no have got no reply. I again left a comment asking about it on 11th February. On 12th February today, they responded on facebook comment saying they will get back to me with the complaint but still no reply!
It’s a week since I gave a my first complaint. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not got any solid response. So, I am writing this complaint. If they need then I can show proof of the transaction.
I want Domino’s India to refund me the money immediately to my card. I do not want to use their services at all now.

I had been charged a sum of rupees 493 but there was no order placed . So I had to place the order again.

So I contacted Paytm, their reply was that although the transaction was unsuccessful, they were charged by Domino's .

This is the 4th time I am raising this issue . Please refund !

Dominos in Central mall, Bellandur, bangalore is selling 350ml cold drink bottle with a tag of 600ml of price ₹55/- what the hell going on what the **** food department is doing. Coke company is selling their product printing price of 55 n tag of 600ml for an ****ing 350ml bottle. It's openly doing fraud to customers. they get guts to do Because our Indian govt will be involved in corruption were they just ignore for ****ing small amount of corruption. N company will earn crores of money for Indian

I ordered a large Mexican veg pizza from dominos and calzone pocket veg as well the food was tasteless and i didn't even feel like i had a value for money not even the bill was provided to me. The delivery boy took the bill away as he had bought only one copy. The pizza and calzone of taste less along with it not properly cooked. I was dissatisfied with food and no bill provided.

We ordered country special pizza on 6 Feb 2016 on Sunday. We have ordered this pizza before also but this was the worst one. Less cheese, hard dry and not up to our expectations. This type of service is not expected from domino's pizza. Delivery was on time but quality of food was very bad and tasteless. We are hoping that some action will be taken. I'm attaching bill photo.

When I called at the dominos outlet in Roorkee area for the home delivery of some pizza, the person attending my call said that he could only deliver it to my area if the minimum bill amount would be around 1000 to 1500 rupees. I'm writing this complaint to know about the minimum amount of Bill clause of dominos and about the perimeter of your delivery region.?

As we have ordered pizza from your Bagalagunte outlet, Hessarghatta main Road. As we had ordered to avail Wednesday offer discount of 50 percent.Our Order number is 76 and invoicenumberDPI66539/2015_2016/91928 on 10/02/2016. But when your Personnel delivered, they have not given us the offer.When we contacted your executive, he told us it cannot be given as it booked at 5.24pm, which was not been told to us while booking.

This is vikas from Chennai and I regular order from our dominos pizza in Chennai kilpauk outlet as well as when ever I am any where in India.

I have bought gift voucher and some of them were used and this time when i have used the voucher a person from my Chennai kilpauk outlet said that this vouchers r expired and I have remaining voucher of 1500 value .And the serial no 338540 to 338550 and the 5 are still with the kilpauk outlet. when I bought the voucher the person didn't said ant thing about the expiry and even the expiry which is very minutely written below the serial no in the red border. generally in terms and condition expiry date will be written or it will be with rubber stamp. So I request kindly consider my vouchers and help me to regular to our dominos pizza and my no is [protected].

Here I am sharing a story from Dehradun that you would have never expected. I am Sambhav Upadhyaya and I work for a reputed automobile MNC currently posted in Dehradun. Today was my first marriage anniversary and the experience that dominos has given, I won't advice any person to go for it especially in a situation like mine. I throwed a party for my colleagues and ordered dominos. We were enjoying the party and patiently waiting for our food. My wife ordered pizza from dominos online paid in advance and was chasing the concerned team locally. An hour passed by and I intervened. I talked to Dominos Pacific mall for the update. I complained about the order not being placed. Although my wife was also chasing same people from an hour and the guys firstly complained me that they didn't got the address and the number mentioned was not apt. Later on, somehow after talking to the store manager, I understood that it's not worth wasting more time and making my guest waiting any long for food and we decided to move out for food. On my way, I saw a delivery boy coming and I stopped him asking for my order. The delivery boy gave me different stories and had never reached the address(he not even tried to reach us). The pizza that was handed over was cold and tasteless. My guest refused to have it. I felt insulted just coz of you people. The professionalism and other stories that you guys promise vanished at that very moment in front of my eyes. All I say is Dominos has ruined my eve that too an important day for me. I strongly feel that the brand isn't trustworthy and all commitments made (1/2 an hour delivery time) are false. My money is gone and with it all bad experiences for the day that I faced. POOR YAAR VERY POOR. I feel very disturbed and cheated.

My husband is suffering from stomach pain since Saturday (6 Feb 2016) after having pizza and stuffed garlic bread from Dominos Antop Hill

As per the ordering online. there is not option to order an a ketchup.

After 10 Minutes i have received a mail that contact details of the store

I tried called to the store number[protected] i asked about the order details. after that immediately i asked about the ketchup but he have disconnected the call

i thought this is a serious product they will bring accordingly and they will collect the cash for the same

And the delivery boy has come and he have produce the delivery for our reception. and i check there is no ketchup.

Immediately i contacted to delivery person about the ketchup. he said he will talk to his manager and get back to me. i waited for while he have not contacted back, and i tried calling back for him for an a several times but no answere

If the order is online they should call back for the order which is given and they need to conform it

The pizza which is sent without the tomato ketchup the pizza recipe wont get the taste. and i contacted to the store for the same. he says to try for this time.

However the pizza has kept till for an a 50 Mini. the taste has went with the hot. and the taste of the recipe has spoiled

The pizza is not taken to the stomach. i was very hard and its has destroyed to the dustbin and its waste of the money and the enegy

The amount which is paid online of Rs326/- its really disappricate. who will give the money. we also work hard and we will get. not simply

There flyer says that they'll offer a 55 buck pizza (home delivery) till February 8, 2016. But when I called them today (February 7, 2016) around 5pm. They first made me repeat my order 10times within 20mins to different people and then said they can't deliver an order of Rs. 55 (though it's been mentioned on their flyer).

I order a Spicy Triple Tango pizza at 9 pm but i wait 1 hour and they deliver on time. So i want this cancel order.

Pathetic Service this time...Ordered in happy hours - Veg Extravaganza and chicken Wings at 4.55 PM. Delivery boy came at 6.00 PM(After an hour) with wrong order. We paid online for both things and they sent order of Veg Extravaganza + Non - Veg Maxicana Taco. When I told the delivery boy that order is wrong then he confirmed from the outlet that there were no chicken wings in outlet that's why they have sent Taco. No confirmation was give on call before they replaced the order without confirming from customer. Now the point is I have already paid for Veg Extravaganza and chicken Wings now have no other choice left other then to accept the order. Pizza was too cold. Very poor service. This happened with me for 2nd tome and this is really a pathetic service. If you don't have the material in your outlet then you should call the client before replacing the other with any other thing. Now I have sent the pizza back as it was too cold and no one can eat that. Quality of Taco was very bad. Is it surprising that I'll get my order now after 2 hours where you promise to deliver the order in 30 minutes.. DISAPPOINTED

Domino's say that he will placed order in 30 minute otherwise free pizza.
but he was not delivered in 45 minute .I wait 45 minute after this time period the order will not free delivered.

Kindly forgive me for ordering pizza from you and sharing my mobile no. I am glad that you have wonderful offers every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. But I don't need your offers SMS reminding me especially after requesting you to stop sending SPAM SMS of 100% FREE PIZZA'S. Your Representatives told me they will stop sending it with in 48 hrs.

I placed an online order & tracker showed its been prepared, later dispatched. I was kept waiting without informing me that they have cancelled the order. I wasn't intimated either by call, message or e-mail. Very poor impression. After 1 hour of ordering I called where is my order & they with no regards told me its cancelled.
This is not the way to treat customers, should have informed me at least.

Disappointed!!
