Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

There flyer says that they'll offer a 55 buck pizza (home delivery) till February 8, 2016. But when I called them today (February 7, 2016) around 5pm. They first made me repeat my order 10times within 20mins to different people and then said they can't deliver an order of Rs. 55 (though it's been mentioned on their flyer)....

I order a Spicy Triple Tango pizza at 9 pm but i wait 1 hour and they deliver on time. So i want this cancel order.

I have ordered a domino's pizza through paytm wallet but no order placed on my transaction but money was deducted. Kindly do something asap. Its very urgent.

Pathetic Service this time...Ordered in happy hours - Veg Extravaganza and chicken Wings at 4.55 PM. Delivery boy came at 6.00 PM(After an hour) with wrong order. We paid online for both things and they sent order of Veg Extravaganza + Non - Veg Maxicana Taco. When I told the delivery boy that order is wrong then he confirmed from the outlet that there were no chicken wings in outlet that's why they have sent Taco. No confirmation was give...

Domino's say that he will placed order in 30 minute otherwise free pizza.
but he was not delivered in 45 minute .I wait 45 minute after this time period the order will not free delivered....

Kindly forgive me for ordering pizza from you and sharing my mobile no. I am glad that you have wonderful offers every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. But I don't need your offers SMS reminding me especially after requesting you to stop sending SPAM SMS of 100% FREE PIZZA'S. Your Representatives told me they will stop sending it with in 48 hrs.

I placed an online order & tracker showed its been prepared, later dispatched. I was kept waiting without informing me that they have cancelled the order. I wasn't intimated either by call, message or e-mail. Very poor impression. After 1 hour of ordering I called where is my order & they with no regards told me its cancelled.
This is not the way to treat customers, should have informed me at least.

We ordered Pizza and Coke amounting to RS 600 on 05/02/2016 at 07;39 PM from Domino's outlet at Rehabari, Guwahati. Got the delivery at 08:30 PM but was not offered free as per the Policy. The order receiver and the delivery boy didn't even bothered to offer any discount and could not justify the delay and were giving lame excuses. We didn't expect such behavior and non-professional attitude

We ordered 2 medium sized pizza on 20-1-16 at 9:54 pm (Buy 1 Get 1 scheme), order was placed from my landline number 2580214 order given to Vishram Dagar (Manager) who said his name Vikram, they said pizza will be deceived in 50 mins because of Wednesday not in 30 mins, we were ok with it.

A simple order could not be delivered in almost 2 hours and then they have automatically cancelled the order.And the people who receive the calls are very non supportive and lack coordination among themselves....

I have ordered a pizza from dominos from college road branch from nashik. The pizza was delivered after 1 hour 20 mins, the behavior of delivery boy was worst and when i called to manager, he was begging to accept the pizza and pay for it....

Yelahanka dominos pizza - team lead guru and staff adi lakshmi very bad service and dirty behavior. Ccheating customers totally. Earlier lead and staff were great and pizzas were much much better.. today I was call to Dominos Pizza Ashok Vihar Brach which deliver near Lawrence road and Keshav Puram for order but there available executive and manager denied for delivery without reason . I got maximum times delivery from Ashok Vihar branch.

My question is Why they order process some times and denied for it without any reason.

Mohit Agnihotri, We are regular customer of dominoz, now residing near sipcot it park, no4/44, G.A.garden, M.R.Radha road, pudupakkam, chennai, working as a software developer in tcs.
