We ordered a country special pizza order no 252 on 12 31 2015 from the Mumbai sion branch there was literally one grain of corn in it the quality of pizzas from this branch have been consistently poor this time it was a new level

I had ordered 2 regular pizzas + a stuffed garlic bread. I received the order almost 70 min later. It was not hot, not even warm. Complained at the branch, the lady manager was not cordial / understanding. My query, I have my details stored, with a log in ID. Whenever I order I receive from GN Chetty road by default. But today my order was with Ashok nagar. I dont know how / why it went there, while I have two branches close by (GN Chetty road / Teynampet). Quiet very disappointed that there was no pleasure in having dominos pizza / communication with their staff.

My name is jagruti. . I have been ordering pizza from dominos santCruz branch and I have even dine in many times .. everytime when I order a pizza or come in for dine in there is always something or the other issue in the pizza, mostly it's with the cheese, dominos pizza is a name now and may be thats why they are taking their customers for granted. Today I have decided not to order pizza nor go for donedine in their ever.. I know only me not going there will not make any difference to them but I will also sure none of my friends family or relatives ever eat from dominos. . Word of mouth publicity is a big one and very helpful to spread word.

I have been getting continuous unsolicited promotional SMSes from Dominos for a long time now. Till date I haven't found a way to stop getting them. They do not have an unsubscribe option and there is no way I could find to contact them via email. They come from some 'DM-DOMINO' number and despite registering my number for DND I STILL keep getting them. I hope some action is taken regarding this as it is unfair on the customer to not have an option to opt out of this harassment.

Plz remove that u dileverd in time i order at 7.71 pm invoice no. dpi66336 and i got at 8.30 he took back pizza

Earlier i resides in firozshah kotla, vikram nagar nr daryaganj.there i used to order dominos frequently, but, now i shifted to Ram Nagar, Tilak Ngr near chaukhandi.I called to dominos no. [protected] to confirm abt delivery outlet. But, they transferred my call to meenakshi garden and that outlet prsn said that its not under our area. Again i called to [protected] then they transferred my call to krishna park and again same response. Then i called again they transferred to jyoti garden same response once again. Then i called to jail road outlet they said earlier they did delivery in ram nagar, but, now that area including tilak nagar ashok nagar is been transferred to pacific mall subhash nagar dominos. When i called to them they said we deliver till tilak nagar only not ram nagar. Ram nagar is before tilak nagar just a road cross distance is there but still none of your outlet is aware of whether delivery to Ram Nagar is there or not. I am dominos freak and used to order dominos many times and after shifting it has become very difficult for me to travel more than 15 mins toh reach the outlet and pick my order waiting there for 30-45 mins and then again travel and come back and have my meal. Earlier i was not having any problem when i was at my older location but now its too pathetic that Everytime i just waste my money calling to your customer support or outlets but result is zero. Can you please help me out with this and confirm me the outlet name from where i can order for home delivery. If you have stop giving deliveries to Ram Nagar, request you to restart it becoz its creating a problem for me on regular basis. Waiting for quick solution!!

Everytime order from my number they always save that they dont have hand tossed base available But at the same time i call from another number n order they immediately arrange the base Its not for the first time everytime they do this

In Domino's Pizza new site when ordering online; the scheduled your order option which was there in previous old site is now remove in new site. Request to Domino's to add that option again.

Hi, My name is Kapil Sharma, ia have order a pizza on 21 dec, coast 361 from dominos app, but the order was filed due to dominos end, And i have got a massage that your money will be credited in 7 working days, But i haven't got my money back yet, Kindly respond to my complaint, And see the attachment below.

I got coupon code from domino's pizza online website DPF50 AND NET14 from new bed road store and both are showing invalid coupon I am hungry I ordered one pizza, one choco lava and one garlic bread, cheese dip I am regular customers of domino's pizza but they are doing fraud with customers they are giving such type of rubbish offer which are not valid.

I am eligible for a 1 + 1 offer as per the message I had received on my mobile [protected] (the offer is ending as of today). But I had dined for Rs. 940/- at Chennai (Alwar Thirunagari branch) yesterday (27 Dec 2015) but no offers were given. When asked the response was not good and satisfactory. Why should the customers be cheated by Dominos like this? How can they expect us to go there next time?

On the Eve of 25th Dec.at around 7.30 PM, 8 Margritas were Ordered online .I received confirmation, Order no.353, thrpugh SMS on my mobile no.[protected].We waited till 9.45 and called up the Patparganj outlet to which we came to they have not received any such order.The kids were very upset their party got ruined .The next day I called up this outlet asking for explanation from the Duty Manager Mr.Jitender, he did not give his full name, Firstly I was told he is aware of this case but he has not received any order as such.Secondly he told me the order got cancelled from some other mobile number.to which I think order which is not placed as per him how did it got cancelled when I have made no cancellations. Thirdly he told me my order was delivered right on time in Agrasen Apartment, I reside in Mayfair Apartments, Order was in name of my Daughter Amber, there is a valid phone no. given then how was it possible that the order which was not placed as per the Manager got delivered in some other Apartment. Please look into the matter and give a relevant answer to my queries. Thanks

Hi this is deepa rath ..I have ordered a pizza on line on Sunday night..paid it through net banking..but didn't get my pizza delivered and till I called no repose from the store and when I called the domins store tirumalgiry for my order..I got very harsh response from the manager ashok that we tired your number it was switched off..where as my number was 100% on and now that is 10pm he is telling hr will send me the pizza..I said I don't want the pizza and cancel my order he said return my money the manager at the store said ok money you will get after 3days..I said I can't wait for my money to return till 3days...postpone my order to tomorrow same time...he said it is not possible..and will confirm and tell you...when I I have already ordered online already paid the payment why do they want confirmation..if they tired and my phone was switched off...at one time..I think they can try 2-3times more...it is their mistake they are putting on customer..It was a worst experience with domins pizza..with there mistake they are putting it on customer..

It took them 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver the order. We did not take it as it was already cold . Nobody was picking up the phone at the outlet.

I placed an order at Dominos Pizza, Rajpur Road Dehradun today i.e. 27.12.2015. I placed an order at 4:33pm and went to pick the order at 5:30pm. The order was not prepared till that time. Order No.127. I waited till 5:50pm & asked for the order again but order was still not ready & the staff started misbehaving. I left the outlet with the bill but without order & payment. They clearly said we are not afraid of any complains & do whatever you want to... I want the outlet to be closed as soon as possible. Regards, Tushar

I have ordered 4 veg pizza from dominos wondermall, but i received 3 veg and 1 non veg pizza, I eat 2 pieces of non veg pizza, and i am a pure vegeteerian guy, My religious sentiments are hurted. I wanted some strict action must be taken. I am mentally and religiously hearted from this incident . I need some strict action.I have also clicked the pictures of non veg pizza and my bill.

I ordered online on 23rd of december 2015 and payed for it online for rs. 202 but order didn't place amount is deducted from my bank account so please get that money back to me

This is regarding my order number 380 which was an online order. The manager of the Anand nagar, Pune branch .The ordered dishes were not available so instead of it the manager suggested me to take another pizza which I denied as I had already ordered 4 3 pizzas. And then he started misbehaving and abusing verbally over phone . This indeed is very unlikely as Dominos is a very renowned brand and something of this sort coming from u guyz is utterly disappointing.Ver annoyed. I ll definitely take legal action against this.

An amount of INR 785 was deducted from my paytm wallet towards "BILLDESK" for an order from domino's pizza and the order wasn't acknowledged by the latter, and hence didn't get the pizza. The reference number is #EPT[protected]. As if not getting the pizza wasn't bad enough, a refund wasn't processed immediately or at least, intimated. I expect a refund as quick as possible.
