Mr. Ram (Manager) R city mall, mumbai Doesn't know hiw to talk with customers and denay very frequently for delivery within 10 mins reach of network. The way he talked with me was unbearable and if I would wish on thing in life will be firing the same person. I need apology letter from him.

I ordered a pizza for 632rs by applying buy one get one free offer!money got deducted from the bank!but order isint placed!my phone no is [protected]!!do the necessary asap!

This is the second time I'm complaining about your Bhiwadi branch. Not only is there a lack o[censored]nderstanding of orders, often orders are reversed and bills that don't match the orders received. Moreover, orders arrive with inadequate chicken or pepperoni etc and barely covered with cheese. Though we love your pizzas we've wowed never to risk ordering it here in Bhiwadi. Please do look into this and bring on a change.

I had placed an order via the dominos website on 4th Jan.16 at 12.18 (bill no. DP166428/[protected]/37949 for Rs. 2244.26)…and the order was wrongly directed to MG Road branch instead of Residency Road, however Mr. Mohammed (Duty Manager) of MG Road branch was very kind and as a special case accepted to deliver the same at 1.00pm.
After several calls and reminders, the delivery boy took two and half hours to deliver the order. He reached at 2.30pm, the distance from MG Road outlet to Residency road is just 4KM… we have called the store for the refund, but we get a reply that next time they will deliver one pizza free of cost…. This is not acceptable; being a regular customer this kind of attitude is not acceptable at all …
Kindly refund the said amount at the earliest…

Hi Team, I had placed an order via the dominos website. When i chose to pay via paytm for the order worth Rs.596 the money got debited from my paytm but the order was not received. I cross checked with paytm and the money transaction was successful. Finally when the order number was not generated then i had to go ahead with cash On delivery order no. 132 in Madhapur branch, Hyderabad dominos on 5 th January 2016. Please look into the matter as I am a regular customer of dominos and this has happened the first time.

This is in regard to my visit to dominoes at Nehru place on the 4th of January between 7-8 pm where I ordered a cheese burst spicy chicken pizza, garlic bread and coke for myself.I was dining in and my order was not a take away. That visit was worse than a roadside stall where there were bits of paper stuck below the cheese layer in my pizza .. On complaining to the person I placed an order(Mr Vijay Kumar ) who on my complaining told me it was capsicum .. It was only when I insisted on showing it to me did he agree. There was no sorry feeling rather he was laughing when I turned back. I placed a order of Rs. 525 on 23/12/2015 on dominos and payed through paytm wallet (order details :Paid for Order BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-12-23 07:51:42 PM, of Rs.553 on 29 /31/2015 again on dominos and payed through paytm wallet (order details : Paid for Order BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-12-29 08:53:12 PM, of Rs.525 on 1/01/2016 again on dominos and payed through paytm wallet (order details: Paid for Order BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-01-01 08:01:00 PM and of Rs. 525 again yesterday on dominos and payed through paytm wallet (order details:Paid for Order BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-01-05 07:28:39 PM ). In the dominos site it is mentioned that I'll get 30% cashback if I pay through paytm.I did so, but haven't got the 30% off.Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.Hope to hear from you as early as possible.

श्रीमान प्रशांत जो आपकी ज्योति नगर ब्रांच में टीम मेंबर है उनका व्यवहार बहुत ही खराब है। मैं उन्हें margrita डबल चीज़ का आर्डर देने गया। आर्डर देते समय मैंने पुछा क्या कोई स्कीम है? उन्होंने कहा नहीं । बाद में मुझे पता चला कि जो भी हम पिज़्ज़ा आर्डर कर रहे है उसके साथ चोको लावा रुपया 89 एक्स्ट्रा देने पर same साइज़ का पिज़्ज़ा फ्री है। पता चलने पर मैने उनसे कहा कि आपने मुझे स्कीम के बारे में क्यों नहीं बताया तो उन्होंने कहा क़ि इतनी कम तनख्वाह में मैं फालतू की टेंशन नहीं लेता और अगर तुझे कोई दिक्कत है तो ये मेरी नेम प्लेट है जहाँ शिकायत करनी है कर ले। मैंने उनसे suggestion/complaint बुक के बारे में पुछा तो उनके अनुसार dominos pizza में इस प्रकार की कोई सुविधा नहीं होती। कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करे।

We had ordered a Roman Veg Supreme Pizza on 3rd Jan... the pizza was too thin unlike as is shown in the pictures and been charged a hefty of Rs. 370/- Domino's needs to work on the prizes and Quality of its products as even the amount of cheese used is not as it is displayed in the posters and pictures! Rendezvous Cafe in Pondicherry offered us a good qty of abt 8-10 thick soft breads in a plate of garlic bread for a reasonable prize!

We had a pizza in dominos, Hiranandi, Mumbai. In their rate card they said all prices were inclusive of taxes. but when we ordered they levied heavy taxes. This is wrong. They cheated on us.

I hav ordered peppy paneer pizza. Very delayed service. I hav to repeat so many times to place the order. And wen I Got the pizza after such a long time it was not the one that I ordered. And I can't wait another half an hour to get back the pizza I want. So I hav to eat d pizza tat was delivered. Please take proper action

They charge us service tax of 5.8% on home delivery and we searched over internet about service tax, online they said that they can apply service tax when we are in restaurant using their facilities . i am attached the bill photo with compliant it's little fade out but you can still read.

Delivery boy came after 35 minutes and argued with me and even the employee in tha branch Mr. Inder argued on phone call and wasted 10 minutes more than that. Mr Inder dont have the communication skills cant speak in polite way with the customers. At the end i, Manav Gupta paid for the order 193 even the delivery was late

This started when the delivery guy came to my residence for the delivery of my order. The bill amounted to ₹343 and as the delivery guy said he DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHANGE ON HIM, I paid ₹350 as a round figure. Accepting the amount the delivery guy left saying HE WILL RETURN THE BILL BY THE EVENING. He never showed up after that. Upon consuming my pizza, I fell ill and had caught food poisoning. I tweeted about my experience the same day i.e. 26/12/2015 and never received any reply or assistance thereafter. It's been almost a week and I haven't received and reply to my complaint even after repeatedly tweeting for 2 days.

On 31st dec 2015, i tried to place an order through paytm wallet. but amount has been debited and order not place, i called customer care they said, your amount will be refunded and ask again try to place order. i again place the order, and this time also same happens amount debited but order not placed. i called customer care, they forwarded my call to feedback department and they raised a complain and said you will get a call from our side and will help you. today, i got call from domino's and they are saying they did not received the amount as you need to talk with paytm, we can't refund the amount. when i asked for written communication in that also they are saying we cant provide you a written communication. i talked with paytm, they are saying in their database transaction is showing as successful, talk with domino's.

Hi, I have downloaded domino's pizza app, but I am not able to find sub address in the menu. Also I can't find the map using which I can drop apin for my address. Please help so I can use the app to order my meals. Thanks Yamini

Hi All, Am a first time customer of Domino, I ordered my Pizza at Brigade Metropolis branch of 460 Rs. During delivery I ask them to bring the card mashing due to late night cash not available, they straight forward gave me online option & canceled the order, they are not ready to bring the Order. On 1st January, 2016, at around 8:00 PM I called[protected]Dominoes Pizza Durgapur) to place a order. They received the call and said they will call back within minutes. Without getting any call from them for about 15 minutes I again called at 8:15 PM to which I have placed the order but denied to accept the Code for discount which I had received on my mobile. According to Dominoes Pizza the coupon code is acceptable only ordering online. I rechecked and called back within a minute after confirming that the code is applicable while ordering through phone. They responded saying that they will call back. I insisted that such response has been given by them for a number of times previously but they did not call back and after few minutes I called back every time to place my order. they ensured that such is not going to be repeated. But to my dismay its been more than two hours that I am waiting for their call and receive and confirm my order. I have been a consistent consumer of Dominoes Pizza and I was actually very disappointed with this kind of behaviour from such a reputed food brand. I will think twice before ordering from Dominoes form the next time. Dominoes Pizza should stop false advertisement about their delivery efficiency.

I did not understand the billing process of dominos i got printed bill as something with error(10 rps extra for total) and mail bill as something with error cannot validate the difference between the two and the transaction is done through paytm i have payed through online amounting 1101 from paytm and 684 extra as cash cause of mistake in printed bill(delivery boy asked me to pay the due ) please kindly go through it
