On 1st January, 2016, at around 8:00 PM I called[protected]Dominoes Pizza Durgapur) to place a order. They received the call and said they will call back within minutes. Without getting any call from them for about 15 minutes I again called at 8:15 PM to which I have placed the order but denied to accept the Code for discount which I had received on my mobile. I did not understand the billing process of dominos i got printed bill as something with error(10 rps extra for total) and mail bill as something with error cannot validate the difference between the two and the transaction is done through paytm i have payed through online amounting 1101 from paytm and 684 extra as cash cause of mistake in printed bill(delivery boy asked me to pay the due ) please kindly go through it...

They do not have an unsubscribe option and there is no way I could find to contact them via email. In Domino's Pizza new site when ordering online; the scheduled your order option which was there in previous old site is now remove in new site. Request to Domino's to add that option again....

I got coupon code from domino's pizza online website DPF50 AND NET14 from new bed road store and both are showing invalid coupon I am hungry I ordered one pizza, one choco lava and one garlic bread, cheese dip I am regular customers of domino's pizza but they are doing fraud with customers they are giving such type of rubbish offer which are not valid....

It took them 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver the order. We did not take it as it was already cold . Nobody was picking up the phone at the outlet....
