I have done an online order for dominos pizza today but the order got wrongly gone to some far away location at aluva. They never show any courtesy to deliver it nor intimate us about the cancellation.Have waited so long and then finally i called up them to know the status as its showing as delivered while tracking the status online. Really pathetic...

I have placed an online order of Veg singles combo around 8:39 pm but my money got deducted Rs 266 but no order has been placed in Krishna nagar outlet (east delhi) after that I have called up your customer care and they have told me ur money will be returned and credited into my account within 7 days. I orderd pizza online worth Rs601 on dated 8th january, 2016 and this is the reply i got from them (Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. In case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is cd[protected] dated[protected] amounted )and you didn't give my refund so i want my refund as soon as possible.

An amount of INR 602 was deducted from my PAYTM wallet towards "BILLDESK" for an order from domino's pizza on 14th JAN 2016 around 12PM, Chennai (Store Details: DLF IT Park, Manapakkam PIN-600089)and the order wasn't acknowledged by Dominos, and hence i didn't get the pizza. i again made a payment and on second time my order got confirmed and got pizza. my concern is that still i didn't get any update on my first transaction refund. The reference number is "BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected]". i struggled to find the customer care number but no response. I expect a refund as quick as possible.

I purchsed a combo pizza and a garlic bread on 9th January, 2016. But I doubt that they are charging Taxes wrongly. I contacted the store manager but they were unable to resolve the query. I even filed my complain on Ur feedback portal but I didn't received any response from your side. I am enlosing the copy of My bill with this message. As per the store manager in Ajmer the Bill is generated by charging VAT on Service TAX AMOUNT also. But as per laws VAT is only charged on commodity alue and not on service tax amount. Store manager even showed me a bill of some other customer and they were following the above mentioned calculation.

Issues: 1) order delivered 2 hours later from khar domino's (Phone:[protected] on 12 jan 2016

2) full payment collected inspite of 2 hours late delivery!!

2) rude behaviour of delivery boy

3) bad attitude of khar domino's manager


In detail -

Today the 12th january 2015, i placed an order from domino’s khar west outlet (Phone:[protected] at 6:52 pm. I spoke for 1 minute 32 seconds only. The bill amount was rs. 465. While confirming the address i told the lady on the phone my address. As it is, my address is in the database from many years.

The order hadn’t arrived even 30 minutes later so i called (7:25 pm) and i was told it is on the way!!

Again 20 minutes later the order hadn’t arrived! So i called them again (7:44 pm) and i was told the order has returned as my address in their database was wrong!

I again reminded that my address is in the system from many years. Moreover i had told my full address during the address confirmation while placing the order.

For the phone handler lady to tell me "its only 37 minutes late” was very shocking (That time it was 57 minutes infact). She did call me up later to tell me that a freshly baked pizza was being sent – as i refused a cold one – meant that they did infact waste their initial pizza!


Finally when the delivery boy came 90 minutes later with the order i was asked to make full payment as the system was at fault. Ridiculous!

Then when i spoke to the manager there – parag or paresh im not sure – he tells me that my address in the database is wrong. When i told him i was a regular for years and how this sudden change in database, he tells me my last order was last year – so? What was his point? – are you allowed to insult customers and give them horrible service! Shocking answers! He said i have to pay the full amount now as it is policy if their database is suddenly wrong!! And he can only adjust it in the next order! Strange!!

Also how did the change of address in their database come to be or why the lady didn’t heed my words when i gave my detailed address is beyond understanding. I initially deducted late delivery charge of rs. 300 and paid the remainign rs.165. But the manager sent him again to collect the full amount. I did pay the remaining rs. 300. And this was after the delivery boy called me a liar in front of my neighbours! Wow! Great customer service!

Insults, unruly delivery boys, gues they'd rather waste pizza than satisfy customers... Keep it up! I have options for pizza today! If this is the treatment o[censored]s customers by the junior staff and senior management, then i assure this was my last order with you. And i shall ask all my known ones to follow suit. Very disappointed.

I was place order from dominoz app and the give me delivary after 55 min i ask for free delivary but manager talk very rudly with me...mr. Ashwin vasava and pravin sharma.

I have ordered the pizza at 10:06, then we waited for 45 minutes, but still the order the order was not delivered .Than I called them back, after listening the reply from them l was shocked, according to their records they said that I haven't given any order. I can prove it that I have given the order.

Hi, I ordered dominos customised veg extravaganza via online portal. During payment, I selected pay via paytm wallet. Then I entered credentials and paid the amount to dominos. However, instead of generating the order number and going to track page, I was redirected to home page with no order number. I contacted Dominos with their default number on home page[protected], but they said they have no information on online transactions. Firstly i have tried to pay by netbanking but amount of rs. 379 deducted but order not confirm then i made payment from credit card this time order is confirmed. I order Calzone in domino's mount Abu, extremely spicy.after having a bite of it we call the Manager Asif and gave him the feedback.in exchange he gave us another Calzone box with filling of Red pepper in it.he also argued with us.

We eat dominoz pizza very regularly but today our experience was hell at dominos patia Bhubaneswar. We ordered cheese burst pizza and it was hell..only garlic bread was good. Also subwich was very nasty..

Order no. 543 on 08th Jan, 2016 at 20:50 made thru Food Panda. order not recd in time. Called at 21:38 at [protected], call transferred but disconnected. Recd order at 21:50, delivery boy asked full payment also spoke to Store person but said is not free on Friday, if delayed. Then went to Store but Store person not agreed. Then, we refused to receive order on full payment. Had to order other restaurant and had late dinner. Need explanation and Refund for mental harassment.

Hi team, I ordered a medium size pizza where in I found sharp plastic substance while having it. It would have very dangerous if I would swallowed it. I would.like to file against this company. This is life threatening for consumers.

I place order on 8th Jan 2016 around 8:30 pm and tried to contact them after 2 hour to get order but did not received order even next day. On next day I check online order status it is showing delivered. I don't know where they deliver this order. This worst experience in my life as they took money from me and deliver order to someone else. Enjoy domino's free pizza from me. I am not going to order anything from you in future and definitely make sure my friends and relatives also not order anything from you. Thanks a lot for such worst experience. It is not about money it is about service. I know I can file complain with Consumer court but I don't have time and money for this so I am not going to do this but I will keep posting this experience on social media. Worst DOMINOS!!!

I placed the order at Domino's Pizza Vasant Oscar. Mulund (W) for one Chicken Mexicana Medium Sized Pizza and one Veg Chicken Extravaganza through my registered mobile number [protected]. They told me that the order would take some time to deliver as the restaurant was running an offer of 1 pizza free on 1 pizza. I understood as they said that the order would be delivered within an hour and a half. The order was placed at 9:15 PM. I did not get the order until 11:30 PM and they did not receive any of my calls. After finally picking up my call I asked them if they could deliver or should I order from someplace else to which they shamelessly replied that we should place the order somewhere else as they will not be able to deliver. The order number was 607. This is not acceptable as my children had to stay hungry for that long and in the end they did not get what they were craving for.

Hi, I placed a pizza order on 19/12/2015, order no was 34 amounting to rs 580. I placed order at domino's pizza near nalstop, Pune. I received a reply stating that your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to technical reason. Money will be auto refunded within 7 working days. On 22/12/2015 I received a reply stating that refund has been processed and refund will take 4-5 days On 23/12/2015 - refund of rs 580 is now successfully processed. Amount will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days. I have not received my payment refund yet. Please look into it asap

Had a birthday get together. Ordered a pizza at 9 pm 8th janauary. After waiting an hour, called again at 10 on the number 68886888 who connected me to Prashant Vihar branch. They told me no order had been placed and after a discussion of 4 minutes the guy cut the Fon on my face. The experience wasn't only infuriating but also insulting. no where I could sense apology in the entire conversation. Placed order using the number: [protected]

Order no 367, which was ordered online, Pizza was delivered in time period more than 1 hour with soggy in quality and sorry to say with that no origanos and chilly flakes given as the delivery man has told it is inside the box but it was missing. in spite of calling many time no response so we have wasted our money and pizza was disposed off.
