Cold and rotten pizzas..
I ordered for veg singles, then got me all pizzas mixed with tomato.
Not cut in proper shape.
Pizzas were absolutely pathetic, it was completely disheartened pizzas.
I would like you all to compensate this order. I'm attaching the pics plz zoom n see properly.. It was so damn bad experience, never expected. Shame on you all...

Today...i placed my order around 4:50pm nd got my delievery 1hr 30 mins later...really disappointing...nd over that. ...it was not hot at all...being a frequent customer ...it was really disheartening...
It was not a parcel of happiness......

I had placed an order at about 5:05 order no 379...got a call in 2mins for confirmation..I.told them.very specifically tht I want the order delivered on priority...post the tat of 30mins I called on d same number aftr 40mins shared my order number and checked for the dispatch of my.order..I was placed on hold for 5mins and then my call was disconnected...I called back again and some1 disconnected my call..I called 7 times again after that...

Today i visited domino's site there was a offer regarding something happy hours which included that while ordering online pizza from 11 am to 5 pm you will be getting 50 % off but when ii try to order pizza around 4 pm it shows that sorry our restaurants are closed now . so try to change the restaurant which used to be open in pheonix mall pune city but same thing was displayed to me again. If the restaurant is going to be closed before 5...

The cheese amount in dominos, citymall, kota is considerably low most of the times and on complaining they try to argue in a way as if one has never tasted domino's pizza in his life and doesn't know anything about the cheese amount at all.. On complaints they do take care the next time but the prestige of domios is at stake. We get only disappointment in exchange of 600 bucks. They never deliever pizza in 30 mins. Infact they say...

Today...had order for a pizza at 2 PM and it's 4 PM...till now I didn't get the pizza.This will be the last time that I ordered pizza in dominos...seriously disgusting. I tried calling them. Number is incorrect.Too bad service..I have neva seen such a bad service..completely pissed off.will neva recommend if to anyone...

on 3rd feb while i was ordering dominos pizza from mobikwik 304 rs was deducted from my account against an unsuccessful order. My passbook is showing MEDR/MOBIKWIK/942423 has deducted 304 rs. More than 10 days but still no refund. I have tried to call mobikwik many times but every time I was put on hold....

I have experienced such **** service with fake promises...though being a regular customer from this particular franchisee of dominos in Kharar punjab. It should be shut down. Its managed by Mr. Rakesh. Always late by 45 minutes and still no discount n keep arguing...promise to provide discount next time but thats just a lie. After believing on them...now i can say that dominos Kharar sunny enclave is **** place with inhuman staff. Some action...

The attendnts dont have rttiquettes to talk to a guest. She just refuses to my order and just bang the call.i am very much disappointed as i am the regular consumer of dominos pizza...

I asked for extra cheese and you charge me extra but there's no trace of extra cheese on my pizza. This is the third time this has happened with me. Such a disappointment. When eating pizza I couldn't tell if there was extra cheese!...

Placed a order on 15 Feb '16, Madurai, Tamilnadu,
Order no 41, ordered pizza with veg taco in which there was only 1 patty and no sauce at all and not properly baked. I have not taken anything for free from you. I have very much paid. I'm not a beggar to be treated like this. And this have been happening very much often. I called the store also but there was not a proper response.This order would be my last orded....

On 27th of Decmeber, i placed an order for Rs1035, the transaction got failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account via PayU SBIPG Ref:[protected], till date the amount has not been refunded even after many rounds of follow-ups.
I have even called up dominos restaurant team sector-62 and spoken to Mr.Kedar and Rajeev, and mailed number of times to Mr.Rajeev but there is no relevant response from the team....

This is regards to levy of Service Tax on levied on Pick Up/Home Delivery. As dominant nature in case of above is sale of goods and not service, Service tax should not be charged as per Clarification from Central Excise & Service tax Division dated 13.08.2015, Circular No. ST-20/STD/Misc./Sevottam/62/12....

We had placed an online order(Paid online for a total bill amount of Rs. 945 approx.) for a large farmhouse pizza, a stuffed garlic bread and a coke on 14th feb 2015 at around 8.00 pm and had given the delivery time as 9.45 pm.
We waited till 10:20 pm for the delivery but without any notification or call regarding the delivery.
We decided to call the concerned store but they did not receive the call. After n number of failed...

On 14th Feb 2016 order no. 162 at Guduvanchery Dominos Chennai. Ordered using mobile app in windows phone. The pizza 🍕 service to deliver took more than an hour. And so the pizza became more stretchy and cold... So therefore didnt enjoy it......

I orderd my dominos pizza and a coke at 20:32 on 14th feb 2016.
The location of this restaurant is near raj mandir and around 3 km from my flat.
at 21:30, almost 1hr i called them and asked about my order status and they said that my oder is on the way.
at 22:05 i called them again and again they said sir your order is on the way...
at 22:30 i again called them and now this time they said sir our delivery boy is...

Today on Valentine Day occasion i ordered online Pizza worth Rs 650 approx thru online payment. There was 50% discount offer going on but i didnt got that 50% discount benefit. Please go thru my query and refund the 50% money.
I will be highly obliged....

I ordered a pizza and it came cold and mushy after 2.5 hours. When i refused to take delivery the guy said the next batch will be even more late as it's valentine's day and gave me a cold garlic bread which didn't even have a dip. I had to accept it 'coz i had guests. But what kind of ridiculous reason is this? it's their responsibility to deliver....

I ordered a medium Pizza online on 14 Feb 2015 at 2.50 pm with order number - 217 amounting to Rs. 323.
