I Razin Rosa, ordered a pizza, coke n custard worh Rs.643 on 23/01/2016 through dominos mobile app from Puri and made online payment.The money was deducted but the order wasnt placed and the amount has not been reversed yet.kindly arrange to reverse the amount urgently.contact no_[protected]/[protected].

    Today[protected] i placed my dominos order online and i did payment through paytm wallet and 652 rs has beed deducted but dominos. but the domino's pizza says they dont get any order . my order id and bill no is : BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-01-23 00:30:26 PM

    Today i.e. 26-01.2016 i placed my dominos order online and i did payment through paytm wallet and 680 rs has been deducted but the domino's pizza says they dont get any order . my order id and bill no is : BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-01-26 02:44:48 PM. Its very shameful for such an act, by such a renowned company.How will you compensate for it. An very urgent response is expected by your side.

    Hi I Didnt Get Any Refund From paytm or dominos, both are blaming on each other.. and Not any valid reply from any customer care of dominos.

    Online Order - Money got deducted but order was not placed

    I had tried to order online. Money got deducted twice from my account(505 in each transaction). I have filed an complaint also but didnt received any acknowledgement from them.

      I have place Online order for rs 515 on the 19th Jan16', but got an error unable to process order but the amount was detected.refer number[protected].
      Treid to palce order second time same error and amount detected 515 ref :[protected].

      Called customer care, was transferred to 4 executives(no one knew what went wrong ) Finally a sensible one stated refund will be process within 7 working days.

      I received email from Domino that refund is initiated but on;y for[protected] not the late one.

      called Customer care again the same lame response it will be process, informed the email states only about the 1st order no email for the second transaction executive reluctant.

      Kindly assist, this great inconvenience as have to call Customer care for refund when there sites are having issues.

        Hello i am a resident of sec 38 chandigarh n is really disappointed with the service of dominoes 38 i ordered cheese burst 2 of them n they gave me thin crust which specifically i didn't order afterr the order was dispatched to me i saw this n i called them again to replace it they gave me this stupid teason that the pizza was finished so we gave u this pizza mam its very good but they should have told me earlier only that they domt have. n i personally domt like this thin crust pizza n the way that guy was talking very shameless. Please dont ignore this as im a huge fan of dominoes but is really disappointed please look forward because with this type of stupidity i dont think i will order again

          An order was placed on Jan 20 amounting to 455 via SBI netbanking. Since the order has not been placed, please do the needful and return my money.

          The complaint was resolved within a few days. The money was given back after a week. Thanks to the forum for helping me solve this problem.

            I placed the order and paid through paytm wallet on 20-Jan-16 at 2:53 PM. The amount got deducted from my wallet but did not receive any confirmation from Dominos, contacted the local outlet in Sector 4 (Gurgaon) but they said that they have not received any order. I have also checked with Paytm, the amount was processed under transaction ID EPT[protected]. So, kindly refund the money (i.e. Rs 627). My Email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                This is in regards to my frustrating experience with DOMINOS, Sector 4, Gurgaon where I placed Order No: 501 on 20th Jan’16. The entire experience starting from booking, delivery and even the food was horrible. I wanted to highlight this as this is something that you would never expect from DOMINOS.

                I placed my order and I was not communicated any timeline for delivery, when I called back after 40 minutes, I was told that order will take approx.. 90 minutes as they are offering a free pizza as well. When I went to collect my order outside, I was shocked to see that there was no hot case for my PIZZA, and when I told that it’s not HOT, delivery guy said don’t worry sir I ran out of Hot Case hence this is your order. When I opened my PIZZA it was freezing cold which did not leave any room for me to even try this out. I called back the store to complain about the same and they did not even care to hear this and said sorry it was a busy day for us today, so we can’t help you.

                I was totally ashamed in front of my guests and felt so cheated about this experience at DOMINOS, Gurgaon.

                      From the telecaller who did not give proper information to delayed delivery of my order to wrong delivery and missing out on an item ...nothing went right with Domino's, Faizabad Road, Lucknow. It's unfortunate that not a single process was followed at any step by Dominos. I need a call from Dominos for grievance redressal.

                        Um a regular consumer. Today i ordered a pizza from ur Indira Nagar Lucknow oulet. She said only on mediam pizza offer available buy 1 get 1 free. Bt i ordered a small size pizza nd i have been told dat a garglic dip nd cok is free. D order delivered to me after 1 hrs nd d pizza's crust were half burnt nd there were no complementry items. I disappointed.

                          Hi,
                          Since about a year I have been receiving unsolicited and annoying SMSes about your offers, even though I do not order pizzas from you, or have never explicitly asked for offers to be sent to my mobile number. Now, I am a subscribe to the Do Not Disturb Service (DND) and you are definitely not authorised to send me SMSes. I have tried sending a message to 56767 with the keyword "DOM UNSUB" many times and have lost about 40 rupees as a result of sending this message to the number above. I would like you to discontinue sending me such SMSes and compensate me (40 rupees) for the same, the amount may not sound significant, but who gives you the right to charge for people trying to unsubscribe from your SMSes? I have also tried contacting your support many times and they claim not to have a clue about this. I am even unable to block these SMSes as the number from which these SMSes are being sent is not shown.

                              Today[protected] We orderded for pizzas at Jubilant foodworks limited, N/24, ground, barasat, kolkata-700124, invoice no. DPI 66269/[protected]/52355 order no 17, server lima n at around 3 pm. After I put my pin for my sbi card, I was told there was a problem, transaction failed, I have to pay Rs 1349 in cash. I paid the cash. Now, I find sbi has deducted the amount at 3.03pm for the order, and I was asked to pay again at 3.04 pm in cash. The haste in asking for cash makes me think rather unkindly about the people in the organisation I used to trust for so many years. SBI transaction id is [protected]. My mobile no is [protected]. I would request Domino's to take immediate step to resolve this issue.

                                      My order came 50 minutes late placed at 10.57 pm and came at 11.47pm, i asked for refund of my money, but they are saying money can be only refunded if i would i have lodged a complaint before 11, how is it possible to lodge complaimt before 11pm, how i am suppose to know the future that my pizza delivery will get late so i have to lodge a complaint before 11pm they havenot written anything in terms and conditions about it.This is not acceptable and is tarnishing the image of company, i am afraid what is wrong with dominoz they are not fulfiling customer needs properly .

                                        I have done an online order for dominos pizza today but the order got wrongly gone to some far away location at aluva. They never show any courtesy to deliver it nor intimate us about the cancellation.Have waited so long and then finally i called up them to know the status as its showing as delivered while tracking the status online. Really pathetic...
