Placed an order at around 8 for a Roman veg pizza...they said we ll be a little late due to rain I said it's ok...it stopped raining at 9:15pm on 16th Aug 2015 and I called at 9:33 they said order will be with u in 5 mins...at 10:02 I called again they replied saying 3-5 mins foe sure...at 10:30 I said I wanna cancel it, they asked for a reason I said it's too late and I cannot eat a pizza this late;they said ok fine the order is dispatched call once the delivery boy reaches ur door step...its 11:20 pm still no pizza...well this is the limit I haven't eaten dinner because of DOMINOS

Today 16th Aug 2015 I ordered Domino Pizza at Secto 50 Noida, Uttar pradesh, India. Food served to me had hair in it. I am very disappointed it is pathetic. Even pizza was served after 30 min at Domino. And when pizza was served is was not hot, when complained it was taken back to heat up . food also had Hair in it .

Placed an order at 8:05 pm today at the ramagondanahalli branch today. The order number - 196Trace No. : cash[protected] consisted of one nonveg doubles and a medium veggie paradise thin crust. The order amount totalled to ₹812. Received a call at 8:40 from the restaurant ([protected]) saying that there will be a 20 min delay in delivery. This was already way past the delivery time. Called up thrice to check regarding the order at at 9:26, 9:38 & 9:40 as there was no sign of the pizza ordered. Was told that they will check and get back. Delivery guy turns up at exactly 10:05 pm two hours after the order was placed. We refused the order as the kids for whom the pizza was ordered were already asleep by then. This is a chronic problem with this branch. Have complained earlier too but the company doesn't see to care. I I wonder whether they will have the decency to respond this time too. Most inefficient and poorly managed branch. Do not waste your time and money here.

16th August 2015, [protected], Its been 1 hours since we ordered pizza, It was given as order has been dispatched. when we call the center, they either keep us on hold or they disconnect the call. we have tried repeatedly but this is ridiculous

Just visited the madurai restaurant. .place order. .no proper seating arrangements made. .They didn't regulate the customers .even after food came they didn't arrange seating for me...this was the worst Sunday we experienced. .its a great mood out for me. .my name is Rajesh. .order no is 221

Worst pizza I have ever had with dominos. For sure you guys are looting innocent Indian people. I bet you I didn't get this type of pizza at road side stall for the very low price.I am very loyal customer of dominos. But I wil never order again. Also I will try to spread this bad experience on social media as well along with photograph I had captured. I have ordered Mexican Green Wave, and I don't know why people are preparing pizza only on the center of the bread. Are you guys sort of ingredients of pizza? Are you guys not got appropriate price of pizza? I just wanted to understand the problem. I have pics of pizza that was served its really makes my evening nasty. Shame on you dominos. Keep doing this you are surely going to out of market. No brand value.

DOminos - rainbow plaza, pimple saudagar, pune At 15 Aug night (9pm) order Some pizza for home delivery. When i call at 10pm in Dominos, they said that your oder is already dispatched. Again i call at 11 pm in dominos then they finally said that we will send your order as early as possible because we did not took your order at 9 pm .

I ordered pizza mania veg combo from Dominos, which was delivered from Vasundhara Enclave, Ghaziabad outlet. I am sorry to say..but this particular Dominos Outlet is degrading the name of the brand. These people have a really late service. I had to wait for almost 50 minutes. I was just about to die out of hunger. Plus the standard of the pizza is far away from the other outlets. It was a plain dry bread...with 5 drops of cheese over it. In comparison to other Dominos Outlets, this Vasundhara Enclave Dominos is a shame on such a vulnerable brand. I have ordered the medium size pizza and coke and the total prize was Rs.535. I have ordered at 7.50PM but i got the pizza at 9.10PM, thereis a 1hour 20 min late in the delivery and the pizza was not at all even warm, it was worst. As per the rule he has delivery the pizza for the free of cost but he taken the full amount. Its a worst delivery.

Iam pure vegetarian by birth and pure bhramin. Lingampally hyd dominos servied non veg. I have complained them via online but no response. Even I haven't received my money back. .. This is really frustrating me. I want to file a case in consumer as I have bill, snaps and vedio of this incident. Complaint Status [Jul 17, 2015] Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. No one called me till now to resolve the issue. I guess Domino's are reluctant to respond to the issues which I faced. I guess thats why Satisfactory Rating is only 1% its really hurt me and I will never ever visit Domino's and I will inform all my friend and suggest them not to visit as it is really dis-satisfatcation I see Complaints around 1674 and Resolved only 22. It is very disappointing that one of the known outlet like Dominos is unable to fullfill the commitment of delivering order in time. Really very disappointing .

I ordered a pizza on 27.07.2015 online amounting to rs 536. After the payment was made there a error on screen which said due to technical fault the order could not be placed. On enquiring with my bank i was informed that the account was debited. On enquiring with dominos i was informed that it was a server issue and the amount would credited to my account after 7 days. However i am yet to receive the amount (complaint od for dominos :[protected]

This is Ameya Vaidya, Today I had order dominos pizza from warje Domios pune branch (free home delivery), they send me very tasteless and very Panchat (marathi word) pizza of 185 Rs farm house pizza. I raised complaint to manager Abhishek kokje, he said sorry mam, can I send pizza again now, I said no I dont want now, he said ok I will give next pizza free, then he again refused for the same and said when you buy again this type of pizza (which already cost high)then get free 1 same pizza on it...I am very disappointed due to his answer and service.

I had ordered for online pizza on 11/08/2015. But I had not received delivery within 30 minutes as per company policy. Instead of sending pizza they called me after 30 minutes and said the order is out of zone and can not deliver. This is false statement. Address is in the list of dominoz and infact I had ordered pizza earlier two three times and got that deliver on the same address. I am living in a PG. Many of PG'boys orders pizza and get the deliver. I had made payment online. So please help and do the needful

I had placed an order in Dominos Pizaa on 7 th August, 2015 amounting to Rs 687. I had paid the money using Mobikwik Wallet. The transaction ID was - DMBK[protected]. The money was deducted but due to technical issues at their server(Dominos' Server) they sent us a message telling that the order was cancelled and they would refund back the money. But they did not refund my money yet.

Its a second time experience from Dominos when they take order online and when payment is done gives a call that order would be deliver in 3 hrs due to traffic.Also gives no confirmation if the order would be delivered or not. Also said the website tracking is fake and it never gives the right information.Its quite surprising that dominos 30 mins service is going flop and customers have more to say negative rather than positive things. It was my last order and would never recommend anyone to try this bhokas service. Late Delivery and rude behavior Hi, I am regular customer of domino's pizza n always ordered Sector-12, Vasundhara, Ground Floor, plot No. 12/512, sector-12, Outlet Ghaziabad UP. On Friday 7 Aug 2015 I placed an order online on www.dominos.co.in, I completed transaction by entering Cr.Card details, transaction was successful, for Mexican Green Wave[Qty-1]and Cheesy Wonder Pizza. My delivery time was 8.45 PM, i wait till 9.15 PM then after I called dominos at Ph.no.[protected], [protected], no one was picking up the phone, I tried several time. After several call at 9.40 they picked up the call when i asked them for my delivery they said we don’t have time guarantee, I found my pizza at 9.45 the pizza was no good. It was cold the cheese was hard. I feel I have wasted my money n am very much disappointed n unsatisfied with domino's. I need a refund and in future i will never ordered dominos pizza because of this type of behaviour.

I would like to raise concerns regarding Dominos Service. I have Ordered Pizza on 08/09/2015 at 08:14:29 PM. Pizza was delivered to me in approx 48 minutes. When I called store "SHOP NO. UGA-02A, FIRST FLOOR, ANSAL PLAZA, BLOCK-G, GURGAON-122017, PH.NO.[protected], Ansal Plaza, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon - 122017, Haryana." they did not picked phone for 10 minutes lateron they picked Phone and I asked them to cancel my Order as it is too late but they refused and said it is dispatched from store. I asked them to provide their Manger No( Named as Tehsim [protected]). I called manger twice but he did not picked phone. This is really a bad experience where they do not want to talk to customer. Just like to add one more point, I tracked pizaa status from website and that was displayed "Hello, Jitender Kumar! saurabh is on his way to deliver your pizza" but when the deliver boy came I asked his name and shocked. Delivery boy name was different his name was Adhesh not Saurabh. So. this is again security concern with food item. Kindly look into this instance. Feel free to contact me. I ordered pizza to Koramangla, Bangalore at 9:40 pm on 08-Aug-2015 from domino's and made online payment . But it was not delivered .I tried to contact to this number[protected]. I do not know whether they will refund my money or not . I have experienced worst delivery service .
