I placed an Online order at Ansal Plaza, Sec 23, Gurgaon at 10 pm. Order no.: 483 The order was not delivered at all. I called the restaurant for about 1 hour but no response. When I called the restaurant next day, they offer to make the delivery then but when I refused and demanded full refund, they disconnected the call. This is complete fraud and rip off. It caused huge discomfort for me at night and emotional torture. The restaurant employees are too rude and would just disconnect the call.

    Now that's something huge! Isn't it domino's. You're so screwed if you didn't respond at your earliest. So yeah! I ordered yesterday. Though I didn't get anything I ordered, I got another reward of bad luck. I got foil stuck to one of the slices. May whatever be the reason of your fault, care about your customers. This was again least expected from your side. I didn't eat that pizza yet. It feels so unhygienic. You lost a customer and maybe will lose many more. Expect some compensation totally.

      I ordered 2cheeseburst medium pizzas yesterday. Being popularly known for delivering in 30minutes, my order appeared after 1 and half hours, though the distance between my flat and nearest domino's outlet is hardly 2kms. The delivery boy came without packets of seasoning for pizza. As my pizza was already paid, I asked him to pay my 472rs. Back for late delivery. He replied 'ma'm you may call them, I can't help you in this', I told him the line is always busy, etc. As I was very hungry, I thought of letting him go, and talk about the refund to the concerns. Further to my dissatisfaction, he delivered us wrong pizzas. That too of cheaper value. The pizzas were cold, none of them was cheeseburst, and didn't match to my order. I am highly disappointed and expect some redressal and I'm very eager to take more actions against the company because that's not the first time they delivered late.

        Yesterday I ordered pizza at 845 pm.via phone.The store people said that it will take 1hr to deliver. I waited till 1030 and they said it's on the way..! I again waited till 1130 and they again said it's on way..! I called at 1215 am and the authorities said ur order has been cancelled..! I called them many times between 9 to 11 and they picked up and just put it on hold.. What type of behaviour is this by such an international brand? I as a college boy was left hungry for the whole night. THERE was no cooperation from the Dominoes Side. It left me humiliated for the whole night.!

          I placed the order online (chennai, Alwarthirunagar Dominos Restaurant) on 07/AUG/2015 at 8:20PM and after 1:15mts, i called the restrurant and got a message that since there is a buy1get1 offer going the delivery will be late on such days. What don't you let this know us before ordering? If you would say that the delivery will take more than 1:30 hours, we could have ordered soon, or order some other food. The kids waited till 10pm and even slept with out food. The response from the restaurant was too bad. After 1:40 hours the delivery person called me and asked to assist me to the address. I assisted him and he is asking the apartment name as he is taking the order newely. When i told him every thing is there in the address provided, he gave the ridiculous answer below "It's too busy and i don't even have time to read address in the receipt, better you tell me". Is this the way DOMINOS handles customers. And the pizza delivered was BAD, too cold, the pizza base was so hard and could not even chew it. It was totally a 100% waste of money and we cooked our dinner again. If we order in offer buy1get1 it does not mean that DOMINO'S can serve old/wasted food to us. The one delivered was such a pizza. From now on I WILL SAY, I HATE DOMINOS. Will never recommend any friends to DOMINO'S or order for myself again

            My order number for the delivery on 7th Aug 2015 was 482, from dominos (pvr saket). The order was placed around 8:45 pm and dispatched at 9:10. However the pizzas were only delivered at 11:05 pm. We tried calling the dominos number several times to return the delivery but no one answered. The pizza was no good. It was cold the cheese was hard. Need a refund. The delivery boy stated he can't give a discount till the company answers the phone.. and at 11:05 nobody was answering the phone . Please help..                 I am from Gurgaon. ordered 4 chees filled burst pizza with bill number 693. it was ordered at around 8 PM and delievered at 11:30 PM which is painful for all family. at later stage we have been trying to reach person but all numbers were unreachable and not responding. at 11:30 PM they delievered the wrong and very basic pizza and on complaint in front its misbehaved and said to pay for cheez burst pizza. we denied and requested manager to speak but he didn't picked up the call. this experience had lead to entire family pain. pls take the entire feedback and remedeial actin required. wish to hear back from you on the solution taken by you. regards, anup [protected]

                    Date of incident: 07/08/2015 outlet: Dominos Pizza, Veera Desai Road, Andheri West, Mumbai As my order was not delivered on time, I called the outlet inquiring about my order and also asked about the 30minute policy offer (30 minutes or free). The attendant of my phone call ( a female) refused to comply to the 30mins policy which they mention. My order complied entirely in its terms and conditions. The female refused the 30minute policy stating the policy does not apply on offer days, which was nowhere mentioned to me while ordering my pizza. This was my first conversation with the female. As I later called again to address the 30minute policy issue, the woman behaved very rudely. She said and I quote "Ghode pe chada hai ye aadmi" (this man is riding on a horse) which is an unacceptable behaviour from the dominos pizza franchise. I hope you take suitable action against the franchise and the staff at that particular outlet (especially the female).

                      What kind of service is this I was waiting for my order for more than an hour and nobody delivered anything. How can they be so irresponsible, if they cannot deliver order then they should not accept it and should at least send some notification in case order is delayed or canceled. This is not acceptable at all. I want immediate action on this. My order number is 309 dated 08 Aug 2015. It was a prepaid order my money is deducted and I have no idea what is happening. tracking status is just showing order received. nobody is picking call at the store when I tried calling. I want immediate action on dominos for this irresponsible action and because of whom I missed my dinner.

                        Hi, I have ordered for pizza @ dominos Gachibowli Hyderabad today(7/8/2015) @ 8.38 p.m . Pizza was not delivered to me more than an hour of ordered time . Pizza got delivered @ 9.54 p.m the helpline number [protected] didn't pick up the call at all when I tried to enquire. Please find the attached proof for the same. I was very fortunate to catch the delivery guy outside my apartment .

                          Dominos pizza is fooling customers by advertising that they deliver pizza within 30 mins or its free. this is the 2nd time that we placed an order online and they have not delivered. Nor are any of their customer care nos responding. I have proof of email for placing the order onloine at 8.40 pm today and the food is still not delivered This company is doing Sheer abuse of customer rights and MUST be banned in INDIA

They placed ordered and confirm from us via telephonic (Tele. no. is [protected]) . After 1 hour (07-Aug-15 Time : 02:10 PM) they call back again and said that they are unable to delivered to my area while i saw that they delivered Pizza in same area which located about 500 METER only. When i explained them they says that "Sorry, sir we are unable to delivered to that particular area however its not too far away to that area on which they already delivered. Its give a wrong expression about company. If not able to delivered WHY they confirmed the order. Same situation also occurred in PAST and they refused for delivery.                               I am Balvinder Singh, from vasai East. I need to tell you that myself and my family and some freinds went to dominos vasai East outle.I odered food(see attached bill).I ordered non veg tacos for my daughter, while she is eating she informed me some blue colour line(Picture attached) in the tacos.I saw it was ball point pen ink.I told the staff but they told it is not blue ink something else.But still they dont tell me the answer.I had spoke to animesh the store manager on phone he also not yet told me from there side what was that.

                              I may have ended my association with Dominos, but I request the forum to take note of this for food product made in Unhygenic condition and False claims by Dominos of providing superior customer service.

                              Kindly advise and surprise check & Inspect of the outlet.

                                I placed my order on 27th July, 2015, two times and it failed both time with fallowing error, "We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason" I was trying to pay using mobikwik to Dominos, Payment debited from my Ac two times but there was no order placed. Amount was 1499.0 both the times that makes total of 2998.0 that should be refunded in my Wallet.                                   I had ordered pizza on 28jul15 using mobile app of dominos..paid thru icici netbanking inr 432 but it said sorry your order is not completed so i paid again same amount thru netbanking.then it said order completed n my order no.ge erated.pizza was delivered n when i called dominos they said as i paid twice so 1 transaction refund will be done in 7 days.but no refund received yet.                                     We placed a order via app, providing all the details, we even got an Sms confirming the request . After 45 mins we did not hear anything from their side. No call or msg On giving the customer care a call, they starting enquiring about the address, and said they will place the order then.                                       Invoice number DPI66642/15-16/29650 Bad quality of pizza and bad behaviour of restaurant staff of nangia park, delhi outlet. The pizza delivery guy came 15 mins late, when we asked for DOSCOUNT/COMPENSATION ( THEY PROMISE TO DELIVER IT IN 30 MINS), the delivery boy misbehaved and said I we will not give u the pizza if you dont pay us the full amount. He took the pizzas back and spoiled our program. On calling the manager abhijeet, he was adament that his delivery boy was right, After calling him 5 times he agreed to send us the order at a discount of 300 rs, and a compensatory pizza. The compensatory pizzas came, they were of such a bad quality, there were scaricity of cheese and toppings. we never had such a bad experience WE dont want to receive our pizza from these people, they are bad in service and quality [protected]
