Hello Team, I have placed an order in dominos RT Nagar order no 254 at 8:40 PM, current time is 10:30 PM but still did not any call or update from delivery centre, tried calling them many times but no one is picking the phone.checked the status online still it is showing "order has received" which is default status.     It was such a shamefull experience for me and my family I ordered a buy one get one pizza they dilevered me that pizza after two hour and when I talked with the manager and complaint about the dilevery and after that he started disrespecting me it was such a shame for me By the thank you for such lovely care for your customer and I'll make sure I will never ever eat from dominos its better to go to pizza hut still they can give some respect to there customers.

      I had ordered pizza on 21 aug 2015 at 7:42p.m.(order no 199) from kormangala 4th block(bangalore)...but it was not delivered within the stipulated time...after calling multiple times the concerned store..and having being told that only 5 min or 10 min..it was delivered to me at 9:25p.m...above all the food was pathetic and pizzas were not at all served hot..dey were very chewy and non happening...this is the pathetic service that these people provide their customers with..

        I have paid for the home delivery of a pizza, garlic bread and dip over an hour ago. The order number is 257. Still, the tracker shows that the pizza has not been made. I have been trying to reach the store at RT Nagar, Bangalore, where the order has been placed, but they are not picking up the phone. I tried calling the centralised number, but those people just redirected to the store, which obviously did not pick up. I have already paid over 500 rupees for this order and I am extremely disappointed at this terrible service. If this issue is not resolved and my money refunded, Dominos can rest assured that they will lose a regular customer. Absolutely zero concern for the customers!

          I had ordered Pizza at Dominos online portal Dated[protected]:32pm I had recieved a message saying that due to technical reasons my order had been cancelled and that I would recieve my paid amount ie 869 ruppes back in a week then I retried to order the pizza as per their instructions then I recieved a messagen from the credit card company SBI stating that the money had been debited from my acount but my order was not confirmed by Dominos nor was it cancelled as the website had showed so my money had been debited and had not recievedmy order. So i want my money I.e 869 from the first order and the same amount from the second order which in total is 1738 ruppes.

            Today I downloaded dominos app & ordered veg combo with cold drink but after payment through netbanking I don't get order I'd and I am surprise to know that there is no direct complaint and contact no. For any technical or non technical issue. After deduction amount I did't get any message or mail from dominos side for any issue. I will take social media help if did't get any contact of dominos.

              I ordered at domino's panipat branch for home delivery. One of thier representatives said to place the order and if the order is of good amount only then they will deliver. I ordered for rs. 1500 and then that representative after placing the order asked me to speak to their branch manager Mr. Vipul kumar tewari, i told him of the amount of my order, he agreed that yes its a good amoun but still bluntly refused to deliver at my place n when i asked his name first he refused to answer honestly n then finally he told me his name..! I mean i am ready to pay for what i ordered besides i asked him to charge me the transportation charges as well if any extra as i had no car to go to the shop and collect my stuff..! This is what service domino's panipat renders..! I shouldnt hesitate in saying that its so rude on their part..!

                I had placed an order domino's pizza's website on 4th August, 2015 amounting to Rs 405. The money was deducted but due to technical issues at their server(Dominos' Server) they sent us a message telling that the order was cancelled and they would refund back the money.                   I have three complaints.
                  1. I was shocked to see in Domino' s Madurai, Tamil Nadu, that my pizza was made by an employee who was not wearing gloves. He put all ingredients on the pizza with his bare fingers.
                  I asked the man who gave me the bill about this. He replied that this is a common practice, but ensured me that the hands are washed before each preparation.
                  This is really disgusting.
                  For paying such a huge amount (at domino's, prizes around 400 to 600 rs for one pizza are usual), I would expect higher hygienic standards.

                  2. Nilgiris regularly sells spoiled and expired food items. The last incident, which I came across two months before, was a cake with fungus. I have taken pictures of it and sent it to nilgiris' mail id. They have never replied me, till date!

                  3. Cafe Coffee Day. Some months before, they have stopped to give any coffee with a saucer (at least in Madurai). Now the staff is putting his fingers all around the edge of the cup, from which I as a customer are supposed to sip the coffee. First, I wonder why they can't afford to give a saucer. For a 80 rs coffee... Second, at least they can teach the staff how to carry the cup to the customer. Why can't they at least give it in a trey? New Natham road ccd can do it, but in Anna Nagar ccd they have stopped even giving the coffee along with a tray. Maybe because they have very annoying guests sometime who only come to have party and might damage the things. Why can't they stop such ppl from entering the place? Anyways they will disturb other guests as well.

                    I had placed an order at Domino's Pizza (Devendar Nagar Branch) at 07:47 pm on 18th August 2015 (Order No. 109). I didn't receive a confirmation call but instead received a text message saying that my order has been placed and it's being prepared so I didn't bother. Meanwhile, the online pizza tracker displayed the corresponding progress which finally said that a delivery boy is on the way with my order. When I didn't receive the order after an hour of placing the same, I decided to give the branch a call. They informed me that my order was cancelled owing to my number being out of reach. When I inquired about the pizza tracker, they were clueless. However, they got away with the 30-minutes-or-free guarantee since the order was cancelled and I was forced to place the entire order again which delayed my meal by another 30 minutes. This has been the second incident of it's kind. The first happened on 6th June 2015 (Order No. 181) at 9:25 pm due to the same faulty pizza tracker. I paid in full on both days when technically it was on account of their error and hence attracted the late delivery liability. I have attached the screenshots for both incidents and also the text message I received on 18th August 2015. Kindly look into the matter and take immediate action.

                      Code number DH - 008. Manager Neil of HRBR Layout Blr says this code not valid for regular spicy chicken. Cupon states "buy any pizza with garlic breadsticks + dip n get a coke free. Offer not valid for simple veg/simple non veg and pizza mania." When i informed him about it still he told no he cannot give it and if i wanted i can register a complain. In Domino's t&c also its maintioned the same. No where its told its not available for regular pizza.

                        I ordered pizza on 17th august 2015 at 18:24 from Satyam Nehru Place outlet order number 150. I had a one on one discount coupon with coupon code DH100. I ordered two medium sized "cheeseburst" non vegetarian pizzas. One was Spicy Chicken and other was Chicken Fiesta. Although the toppings were good but, the amount of cheese in both the pizzas was really really unsatisfactory. It did not even look like a cheese burst pizza. Being a cheeseburst pizza I expect a lot more cheese. I have been ordering from domino's since a long time and I have never encountered such an issue before. I didn't expect this from a company of such stature. I am really disappointed and I hope you look into the matter at your earliest. The bill and the photos are attached for reference.                           I have ordered pizza around 10 PM and we have waited until 12.30 AM for the order and slept with bare stomach. I have contacted the store next day and the manger(Arjun Dahal if I remember) over there, he has checked in the system and said that sorry it didn't deliver because there were many orders and told that whether I can take the same order on that day which I was not interested. I have asked to cancel the order and refund my money back but he said that there is no such option. If they are unable to deliver why do they take the orders and suffer customers. He said that he will call me on Sunday but I didn't get any call from the store related to the delivery of my order.                               I have ordered 3 pizza in which one is cloud 9 medium size but the quality of the pizza is not god and we have ordered with extra cheese but the extra cheese is also not there but that is not a problem the problem is of quality is not good in taste and even unbaked when i told the concern person then about the same then he did not reply me properly when i told him to call the manager then he called some one called pradeep when i told him about the matter then he is like i cant change this pizza because it's 11 now and our ovens are closed and when i told him that i will complain then he told whatever complaint you want to make you can make i don't care about it and you have eat the pizza so we cant. so now sir you tell we are 5 friend and every one has tasted one one bite and it is still there approx 70% still left. me and all my friend are your valuable clients we used to go to domino's twice in a weak i have not expected this type of behavior form your valuable company.. address of your that branch is - J.P .                                 Date- 16 August 2k15 client nnumber -[protected] Address- G. F, SCO 48 & 49, Gillco Complex, Sec- 127, SAS Nagar Mohali, Ph- 6888688 We have ordered 'veg singles' pizza at 9:31 pm and it was delivered at 10:07. As the pizza was 6 min late from 30 minutes dilivery rule we asked for a free dilivery as per the rule of dominos dilivery. But the delivery said that talk to our head. (Mr. kamal) So we called dominos regarding this issue. the girl who picked up the phone gave a silly reason to compromise and its a request that next time you can call me personally, ill send you within 30 min. Also she was trying to convince to accept that pizza other wise she have to pay herself that! So i asked her to transfer the call to the head, mr. kamal talked very rudely with me and asked me to give phone to dilevry boy, and asked him to return back without delivering my pizza. So the delivery boy said he has to return back without delivering pizza to me as per his head's command. I have a lots of sorry cards given by them, still they never feel it..they are rude as always.. I want Mr Kamal should feel sorry from heart. And deliver me my pizza's free of cost. And from next time they should give a prior information that pizza delivery could be late.. So that i can have other options for my meal!

                                  Placed an order at around 8 for a Roman veg pizza...they said we ll be a little late due to rain I said it's ok...it stopped raining at 9:15pm on 16th Aug 2015 and I called at 9:33 they said order will be with u in 5 mins...at 10:02 I called again they replied saying 3-5 mins foe sure...at 10:30 I said I wanna cancel it, they asked for a reason I said it's too late and I cannot eat a pizza this late;they said ok fine the order is dispatched call once the delivery boy reaches ur door step...its 11:20 pm still no pizza...well this is the limit I haven't eaten dinner because of DOMINOS

                                    Today 16th Aug 2015 I ordered Domino Pizza at Secto 50 Noida, Uttar pradesh, India. Food served to me had hair in it. I am very disappointed it is pathetic. Even pizza was served after 30 min at Domino. And when pizza was served is was not hot, when complained it was taken back to heat up . food also had Hair in it .

                                      Placed an order at 8:05 pm today at the ramagondanahalli branch today. The order number - 196Trace No. : cash[protected] consisted of one nonveg doubles and a medium veggie paradise thin crust. The order amount totalled to ₹812. Received a call at 8:40 from the restaurant ([protected]) saying that there will be a 20 min delay in delivery. This was already way past the delivery time. Called up thrice to check regarding the order at at 9:26, 9:38 & 9:40 as there was no sign of the pizza ordered. Was told that they will check and get back. Delivery guy turns up at exactly 10:05 pm two hours after the order was placed. We refused the order as the kids for whom the pizza was ordered were already asleep by then. This is a chronic problem with this branch. Have complained earlier too but the company doesn't see to care. I I wonder whether they will have the decency to respond this time too. Most inefficient and poorly managed branch. Do not waste your time and money here.

                                        16th August 2015, [protected], Its been 1 hours since we ordered pizza, It was given as order has been dispatched. when we call the center, they either keep us on hold or they disconnect the call. we have tried repeatedly but this is ridiculous
