After an hour of waiting, they delivered the pizzas but both of them were non-veg. Only one pizza had the non-veg mark, so I thought the other one would be my veg pizza. I was about to have the pizza when I was told by my non-veg friend that even my pizza was non-veg. Being a pure vegetarian it is difficult for me to distinguish between veg and non-veg pizzas just by looking at it. It is for people like me that the non-veg symbol has been made mandatory. To voice my concern, I did call up Dominos to tell them the whole issue. They very casually said that they would replace my pizza. I even complained on their twitter account but they seem to be reluctant about it. Therefore I would like to file a complaint against Dominos India for serving non-veg to a vegetarian that too without a non-veg mark. I have ordered medium pizza with buy 1 get 1 free on friday 21.08.2015. I have made the payment by netbanking and the payment was deducted successfully but no order number was received from Dominos as it wasnot redirected after payment. I called up Domino's outlet in Kailash Colony and asking for a specific order. But instead of giving that outlet guys are doing nothing and forcing their choices onto us. When asked why are they doing so the revert is that we have checked your history and you have delivered pizza only once. Wow so now my dominos history will be evaluated on the basis of delivery status on a particular address. Very well done Domino's.

I order pizza online but when i proceed to payment then error occur of transaction fail but from my paytm walet balance is cut.This is my transaction order BILLDESK Order #DPT[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] but pizza not get order

My order number is "471" i ordered 10 veg singles (2 veg singles combo and 2 regular size veg singles) pizza's form "Domino's pizza" Botanical Garden, Sector-37, i didn't received my order till one and half hour, i received my order at 12:15a.m and i ordered it at 10:51p.m, instead of this when we called for conforming delivery they said that we can't deliver now, then we had a long conversation i told him i will complaint about he said as if it doesn't matter.

I ordered pizza twice online, on 23rd August, but both times it failed due to technical reasons. I want my refund back !!! I placed an online order, the amount got deducted but however no order was placed.On calling the customer service helpline, i had to be in queue for 45 mins post which an advisor answered the call saying that we can place another order and he was just not bothered and concerned about the amount dat got deducted.Pathetic cust servc..i have not yet recvd my money back and the cust servc is pathetic

On Friday 21st Aug, there was a scheme for buy 1 get 1 pizza. Thus, unlike your other customers, i also ordered two pizzas. Please note fown the issue that i faced after ordering pizza from Dominos : 1. There was a small piece of chicken in the vegetarian pizza (Deluxe Veggie) i ordered. This is UNACCEPTABLE and i want someone senior to call me up for same in next 24 hours. or else i am going to my lawyer to sue this company. 2. I ordered Cheesey wonders pizza. However, they charged me for CW but gave a normal and general pizza with no extra cheese. 3. The pizza arrived in an hour and was not at all hot. 4. The toppings wasnt properly set up and it was looking like i got a pizza from a non branded local road side shop. Guys, you gotta call me ASAP to fix this issue. I am NOT going to accept paying HIGHER amount on pathetic delivery. YOU ARE MAKING VEGETERIAN PEOPLE EAT CHICKEN ARE YOU INSANE? EMAIL ME AT : meet.[protected]@gmail.com

I did an order on 21 aug 2015 using domino's app and i paid through mobikwik wallet and my money was deducted from my mobikwik wallet but order was not placed. I filled a complaint to domino's about the incident and when the contacted me they are like we didn't got any payment and i am telling the transaction id which was given me by mobikwik wallet then also they are like we cannot do anything in this matter. Then after having 20 min long conversation with the manager he asked me to bring it in written that mobikwik has a released a payment in domino's name and i don't know what he wanted but when i asked him to give it in written that he haven't received any payment then he hung up the call.

Totally unsatisfied with the pizzas we had to eat today. Placed order online and still had to go to the nearest dominos outlet (Sector-61, Shopprix Mall, NOIDA) after waiting for around one and a half hour for our order. Neither we were informed about the delayed in delivery nor we received pizzas exactly what we ordered also they didn't taste good n were very dry. After waiting at home for delivery, We waited for around an hour at the store to take our order. The staff there was totally non- cooperative. They would have informed us well before when they received the order online that there will be a delay of around 2 hours so that we would have decided to continue with the order or cancel it as we had a kid waiting for food n it was our dinner time as well. Still we asked them not to take the money for our order as we went through so much harassment and humiliation at the store and by the time we took our order from the store it was way beyond our dinner time around 11 pm.(We were keeping in mind it's 30 mins delivery policy) I would really appreciate if you could do something about all this. The staff was not at all affected by all this and took it very casually as it was their daily thing to do with customers.I have the copy of the texts of order confirmation from dominos in which nothing was mentioned/written about the delay in delivery. Also I would like to mention that even in dominos website it was not mentioned about the delay in order, it was only around after 10:30 that the delay information started coming on website. It happened again, I ordered Roman Veg Supreme and main key ingredient was missing - Broccoli. They haven't bothered to inform this over the confirmation call but directly delivered the order. Such service is fooling the customers. They should not use reputed chef's name like Vikas Khanna for their menu which is incomplete to serve.

0 rating for Domino's Pizza, especially for Srinivas Goud Manager at Masabtank..Never reach on time and such xxxxxx kind of Atitude he carries and very much rude to the customers..He is just a xxxx, xyz..I have ordered a Pizza at 7pm and reached after an hour and i requested for a Waiver..he just took the pizza away and i asked for the reason he says i have reached on time and very much rude bloody person...

I had placed and order online at around 9.26 pm.After 45 min i started calling to the store but there was no response but i kept on trying for about 30 calls but there was absolutely no response. Finally went to store at midnight around 12 and guess what they gave me an hour ago prepared pizza which was freezing cold and no one was ready to talk even about why the order got delayed without any intimation. Is this what you say khushiyon ki delivery. I simply wasted my 500 bucks .It was very pathetic service from the dominos. Worst service and worst product.I will never turn dominos again and will never recommend any of my closed once.

Today i ordered pizza it was not good, the taste was not there at all and there was no cheese in it inspite of ordering cheese burst . i was so hungry that i had to eat it because i had no other choice . my order no. Is 380 dated 21august and the branch from which i ordered was vellore dominos.

Starved till 10.30pm and then decided to check the status of the order. Checked on the online tracking software they have. It was showing as pizza not prepared. Call on-store went unanswered for number of times. So, decided to call on 6888 6888. Got my call transferred to complaints department where no one picked till 15 minutes of long wait. The clock ticked 11:10 and the delivery had yet not arrived. No local store was open. Finally the boy arrived at 11.14 PM with box of cold pizzas. Refused to take order. To my surprise the online tracking software is still showing the pizza is not prepared. Complaint: -No response on phone or chat -No satisfactory response from from the delivery boy or manager. -No genuine tracking system. -No regrets for the customer who is starving because of your poor services. -Wasted 4 hours of my time over a meal. And now wasting my weekend midnight over collecting the copies of mails and receipts. Solution: -Complementary amount to mitigate the stress I went through during this whole process and also to show consent for making their customers starve. Angry Customer, Abhinav

I ordered pizza from dominos( Ground and First Floor, , # 800, 7th Cross, 15th Main, , B.T.M 2nd Stage, Near ICICI Bank BANGALORE, KARNATAKA Contact No.[protected],[protected] at 10:19 pm and did all my payment online itself .After waiting for 45 mintues when i called i was told another half an hour but after that also no response. Again i called but the service is so bad that i was told "IT WAS WRONG NO." This is how we put our money and you people fool us. Very bad service and staff.

I placed an order at 9:30PM tonight on phone at the Dominos Maruthinagar BTM 1st stage store. I was told due to some reason, it would be delivered in an hour. I was fine with that. But it went to 2 hours. I kept on calling the store. They didnt even bother to pick the call. After calling 20 times, someone picked and he said the order is not confirmed and there is no order on my name. I was waiting for 2 hours to eat and this is what they do. I am really pissed off at that person who took my order. I dont even know his name but that guy made me wait for 2 hours for no reason. Its 12AM at night now and I didnt even had dinner. Because of this carelessness, I suffered. I am a regular customer of Dominos and this is what they treat their loyal customers. I want serious action to be taken and consider this matter as high priority.

We tried ordering on phone but no response for 1 hour then ordered pizza online on Friday at 9:45pm with buy one get one offer and we had to wait for two hours .We received our order at 11:20pm we waited like hell .Delivery boy came and didnt waited for atleast 5 mins and went away saying pay 200 out of 366. Dominoz is worst hell bad zero service .

I had ordered 2 pizz at 9 pm today. But it is not yet delivered and the time is 12:33 now. What they are thinking. If I call also not picking the call. Customer call number is waste. Whatever your reason they should have informed if some thing wrong in drlivering. Please its the time we should take revenge back by not ordering eating there pizza.please consider this complaint on high priority and take necessary action on such cases.
