    I had placed an order on May 15th at 20 30, order no 316, from Bangalore Whitefield area. The order was not delivered till 22 45 post which I requested the person in charge to cancel the order and provide me a refund. I was informed that it will take a maximum of 7 working days to get the refund. Today is the 8th day and I am yet to receive the amount. This is absolutely pathetic from a brand which boasts itself on customer satisfaction. First failing to deliver the order and then treating the customer like ! Request the concerned authorities to look into this and ensure that the dominos outlet in question is duly reprimanded and also, of course, process my refund amount as soon as possible! A very disappointed Dominos customer hoping to never again order from Dominos.

        Hello, We were the last customer to leave the place on Sunday 11.15pm. My friend left his fossil Black watch on the table. the next morning we called the concerned team and asked for the same. but did not find. As we were the last to leave the restaurant and there were no others in there it is quite obvious for us to suspect someone cleaning or working there. it would be better if we could get the proper response. Adding to this there are no surveillance camera in there, which makes us doubt more. please do the needful. we are pretty much sure that we left it on the table and it must be in the hands of the people who were there

          Last week the kids wanted Pizza & I decided to take them to Domino's Pizza Sri Lanka (Panadura Branch) which is on the 1st floor of a building. While waiting for the order my lil’ 6 year old girl was viewing the scenery as any child of that age would through the glass front wall of the restaurant which provided a view of the road when the floor where my lil one was standing which was also of glass suddenly collapsed. Fortunately the customers of the table less than 2 ft’ away were able to hold on to her or she may have resulted in falling 10 ft’ or more below. Luckily the physical injuries compared to the mental trauma were slight, with only a few scrapes to the leg & had a tiny glass splinters which were immediately cleaned up & treated at a private hospital. . The restaurant manager & staff were very helpful, concerned & accepted responsibility at that moment . However the following day the relevant restaurant managers explanation was that this section of the floor had not been in proper condition earlier & despite several reminders had not been attended to their maintenance section, & also implied that it was the responsibility of parents & even stated that there were boards notifying danger which I did not observe at the scene., even the cleaner who was nowhere in sight at the time of the incident claimed to have asked the child to move away. As the photos taken by me the following morning around 6 am, long before the reported repairs which went unheeded despite repeated requests as explained to us took place within half a day of the accident clearly shows only the stools to be seen & unless notices were pasted on these stools which were occupied at the time of the incident no visible notices were displayed between the stools & the glass wall where the incident occurred & therefore I do not understand how the restaurant manager had the audacity to state on parental responsibilities when an area known to be damaged & not cordoned off nor warned collapses could be the responsibility of any other but his own. We as parents take the responsibility & take kids to reputed restaurants considering hygiene, quality most importantly safety but when accidents happen due to negligence of establishments under an International chain such as Domino's Pizza is totally unacceptable & I had no option but to lodge a complaint with the police & inform the higher authorities of the organization who were humble enough to accept total responsibility of the incident and apologize & guarantee that proper safety checks would be carried out to avoid future mishaps & all I can hope is that they keep to their word!!!

            I have ordered pizza mania with Tent : dc[protected]. When we get the pizza the pizza was in worst condition i.e. burnt and toppings are stick over the cardboard. When we call the store their was busy tone for more than 20 minutes every time called. When i called delivery boy ( Raj ) he said now i went to my home and i didn't have my manager number.

              I tried to place one order on Dominoes online, but after payment is deducted the webpage is redirected to submit order page again & there was no confirmation or order number. i checked with Domino's restaurant also where i placed the order.                 Hi, I have been regularly ordering online pizzas from your cunnigham store. It has never been that i have got my pizza on time. it has always been late and come only after 45 mins. Above that the store guy has always the same story we are having a rush and more than that no one calls and informs regarding the same ever.                   I have ordered Pizza on 17 may 2015 at 7:49, after some time they called me and told that they are not able to deliver the order...and they only cancelled the order. But issue is in this case money should be refunded to the account but that did not.                     I placed an order with Dominos through their website. After I submitted my order, I did not receive any successful or cancellation message ; Got directed to their homepage. The amount was deducted from my account and moreover I did not receive any message from Dominos. I only received a message from my bank regarding the details of the transaction and the amount deducted.

                        I am facing continuous problems regarding delivery timing and product quality. I am a student and i hardly get time to prepare food by myself or to go for a dine-in so i order pizza most of the time..and as always yesterday also i made an order for pizza mania combo of 4 pizza and like every time i got my pizza in 50 minutes and distance between my apartment and the outlet is hardly 2 km. and the quality of pizza is always very poor. sometimes the toppings are very few, sometimes i have to hunt for the cheese and most of the time the pizza is almost burnt and yesterday also it was over baked. regardless of my suggestions that i gave many times to the store. why cant they make a good pizza when we are paying this much. seriously we are paying for nothing. and now i am seriously thinking of switching to other pizza outlets, who don't delay your order for the double time and dont make the out of a pizza like your dominos store at GTB NAGAR, NEW DELHI.

                          i ve booked 2Nos. of kid meal for packing and a butterscotch vide order no:10, invoice No.DPI66381/15-16/84166 at Dominos Pizza, Raja bazar branch, Patna. on 16/May/2015 and received my packet and returned to my home. when i opened the packets got amazing there are only meal in twice packet. Maaza & toys are disappeared. i got cheated. I can not believe this type of cheating with an international brand. My friends told me so many times that the branch is a cheater i didnt beleave this and lastly i too. Huh!

                                  IT was my friend birthday, I ordered pizza around 9pm. I made the payment online. I didn't receive any call from store and when i called store people they didn't pick up. I continously tried for 1.5 hours. Finally it was lost of hope. Best of all, money also didn't get refunded till now. Just one question - HOw shameful Dominoes can become? Store people never apologised for their act. All my friend had to manage for alternative option as it was late night. It was not expected big company like Dominos and company which claim fir 30 min delivery, although we were not expecting in 30 min. I have screenshot which says "pizza prepared" in Dominoes pizza tracker.

                                    sir i order last sunday at dominios in jalandhar...jyoti mall...the order delivered after 50 min...wen i tell him about the conditions o[censored]r service free after 30 min. he mis behave with me...nd telling that due 2 another delivery he deliver my order so late..the rider name is shinda...wen i call the store manager he also using abusive words nd nd said we did not deliver your order...the order name is ramesh nd adress is ganesh nagar jalandhar...nd aftr i knew that the manager which order was cancel distribute that pizza among his team mate...this is very reduclus...he did not deliver my order nd mis behave wid me...

                                      I had ordered pizzas and other items on Dominos menu through the phone no. 68886888 in Kolkata on 19th May 2015 at about 8.00pm. The call was routed to their restaurant located at Block BF-193, Salt Lake Main Road, Sector 1, Near Swimming Pool & Vaisakhi Island, Kolkata-700064. I gave the order and and requested delivery at my residence at 9.30 pm. They confirmed my mobile no. already registered in their system and assured that the delivery would be done at the requested time. Till 10.00 pm the order had not been delivered and when I called them they said that there was no order against my mobile no. In spite of my telling them to call the person who had taken the order they seemed to be helpless. Only after I asked for the manager, did they remember about the order. The order was finally delivered at 10.20 pm. This is the kind of service rendered by the aforementioned restaurant.

                                        I had ordered Veg Extravaganza with cheese crust, Garlic bread with dip and Coke. I ordered at 7.39PM and i got the delivery at 8.40PM. delayed by 30 minutes. And the worst was there was no Garlic Bread and cheese dip. JUST becoz, I had ordered online, the treatment given to me so bad. Just becoz, i have paid thru credit card, u deliver at what ever time you want. This is utter failure in your logistics.
