Lucknow sapru mark.I booked for pizza delivery and they didn't ordered saying your order is cancelled as no one picked confirmat ion call. Although my phone was hang and they didn't called back. After 1 hours and 30 min I again placed order .and this time they took 1 hour.saying it's cantt location although it's not its sadar bazar. Residential location. when I told it's very bad. They started talking very rudely and said please never order in domino again if you have problems. SalePerson name Rashmi vernacular Puja I want immediate action and my money back.

    In my recent visit to Dominos, me and my friends ordered 3 medium size pizza with all cheese burst. what we recieved was some plain pizza with negligible cheese. Do dominos fire their staff if they provide extra origano and chilli flakes because when i asked for extra few origano, the staff gave me just one packet, and asked me sarcastically that was that enough. and is it even logical to place a dustbin alongside the water cooler. me and my friends are very heart by this and don't think we would be visiting dominos soon, or even recommend this branch of yours.       Anyone bother to look at this case ...????? Anyone ...???? I mean.. seriously.. anyone ...????? I know Dominos is not one of those companies who bother itself by listening to their customers problem and issue but still ... anyone ...???? Anyways if not the company I am sure few fan of Dominos would definitely react on it ... So this is what happened with me today .. I tried to order pizza online using my AMEX card but somehow it gave me an error for four times so i spoke to AMEX customer service, they said there is nothing wrong with the card the website is not taking the order. so i used my yes bank net banking, the amount got deducted but the dominos website gave me an error again .. so i spoke to the store (Uttam nagar, New Delhi) and spoke to the executive names "Padmini", when i shouted about the problem i faced she gave me an option which was shocking for me. Padmini said i can do one thing for you that i can send a delivery boy with your order and you can give your credit card with pin no to him, we'll swipe the card at store and deliver it back to you at your doorstep. She did not only said it but also sent a delivery boy with pizza and bill where she wrote clearly " collect credit card from guest and pin no" . Now i spoke to customer service to complain about the same but as expected they did not filed a complain and disconnected my call over and over. In customer service i spoke to a agent named Kartik then Anuj and a supervisor, they kept on putting my call on hold and then disconnected. I also asked customer service team to give me the complain no. but they did not bothered themselves. Now my question is since when Dominos started asking to their customer to give credit card and credentials to take it to store ?         I am a regular customer of Domino's Sarjapur Road from last 5 yrs. As usual I called up Domino's Sarjapur road to place the order so dialled their no and the call was picked up by the lady. I told her I want to place an order she immediately replied we can't its heavy rush at the store and so many pending orders are there. I asked why so this not a reply you should give to a customer then rudely she told it will take 2 hrs for delivery. I asked her to tell her name I want to register a complaint. Then she handed over the call to some male guy he told me it will take 1hr Because its raining. Then I proactively asked him If I come their to pick up my order then he told it will take 30 min.I said ok and disconnected the call. Again after 5 mins I called again picked up by a lady she was very rude. She was not ready to take the order I insisted her and then she took the order and told come after 45 min. I told I was told 30 mins by some male guy. She rudely told no 45 mins. She even told she will call me after 45 mins and then I should come and collect .She never called me moreover when I reached their to collect my order we met their manager Mr Imran. We told him about all this he even told he will take care of this. But we asked why we were not delivered the pizza at home. It was and normal rain nothing serious. I was not able to reply on this. When reachec home with my order my cheesy dip was not present in my pack. I callex up again and spoke to managr he checkec and told that he will send it within 5 mins.but it never came whereas I was charged for that Is This The service Dominos provide to their customer They advertise some thing else and serve something else. We didn't expected such a service from such a reputed brand. My order no:385, 423 Dated:17/5/2015 Time of order :9.05pm Waiting for the proper action on the reply.

          Hi, I am not sure if what has made domino's think that the customers are uesless piece of on this earth.On Sun 5/17/2015, i ordered a pizza/garlic bread(worst mistake of my life!).Got no call from the service center and nobody in the HSR layout/global no[protected] was bothering to pick the call.We were starving and trying real hard to get through your useless customer service but i couldn't.Then called your great delivery boy Ravi (who has no sense to speak to a lady!)at 22:33 and asked us to come far from our location(which we were stunned to hear as home delivery to us mean something else!).He informed entered address is HSR sector so he would not come to our location as it is not the zone that they cover.If that's so why weren't we informed when we placed the order? Is there no system in your company to inform the starving fools who happen to commit sucidal activity of ordering pizza from domino's.Nobody called us till we got a call at 22:33 from Mr.Ravi(delivery boy with amazing etiquettes), and our hands were dead by that time by trying domino's number and stomach was starving.             False advertising regarding 30 minutes or free

When I asked the guy about the "30 minutes or free" service agreement they said that it doesn't apply on weekends and asked me to contact his manager for further enquiry. When I contacted his manager, he told me the same thing. So I asked him if this was written or explained somewhere.             My complaint is that you guys deliver the food for free in some areas. But when a customer wants a parcel then you guys charge them for a carriage bag. I am against that thing. Its not like that i can't pay for it. But if you deliver it for free on bikes which costs petrol of about 50 rs. Then why do you charge extra for a bag. I want a response. Thanks.

                I placed a delivery order from Dominos Onine Website on May 14, 2015 worth INR 504/- which I paid via PayTM Wallet. The order was initiated few minutes before 11 PM and the payment was successful. I was charged the said amount of INR 504/-. However, the website displayed the error that the delivery orders take place only between 11 AM to 11 PM due to which the order could not be completed. I also contacted the PayTM customer care for the same and they said that the transaction was showing successful in their system for the Order Number "DPT[protected]". But as I did not receive the services or the order from Dominos, please look into the issue ASAP and revert back the said amount. Ankita Sethi

                  I had order 4 pizza and a garlic bred and some ketchup total bill was 327 inclusive of all tax from domino's lokhandwala complex order no. was 278 the representative taken my order name was Ravi committed me order will deliver in 45 mints and order has deliver after 50 mints and there is no garlic bred and ketchup in it. I had conversation with manager of domino's regarding above problem faced he told me we cant do anything now its 11:30 Owen is get off now. He do not gave us time guarantee and he don't even apologies what they did they charge me 200 rs for that order. and pizza quality was so poor after 50 mints we put pizzas in dustbin directly however cut a sorry figure to intimate you that we will not order pizza from domino's again now. waiting for your prompt and positive action.

                    Hi I am Rohit Atwal and I am from Chandigarh. I have place a home delivery order in dominos PIZZA from my mobile no. [protected] of 4 PAN PIZZA on [protected] on 16 May 2015 8:57 pm. They have promised me order in 30 mins, after 40 mins I have made calls for my delivery but they have made accuses of traffic and cricket match . I have got my pizzas at 10:7 pm and then again I call on [protected] and talk to the manager he told me it's not 30 mins delivery, we donot promise 30 mins delivery on 4 PAN pizzas . On pizzas boxes it's showing clear 30 mins expert or free but they refused this policy and ask for payment or cancel the pizzas delivery . The pizzas are not even hot so I refuse to make payment and send the pizzas back... This is very worst moment of my life.. kids were waiting for the pizzas and after 1 hour they were disappointed... Change you policy of 30 mins and promise right things to customers

During processing it got failed with the statement "Sorry, your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to technical reason. Money will be refunded in 7 working days for paid orders.                         I ordered pizza @8:33 from the store MURUGESHPALAYA, AIRPORT ROAD, , BANGALORE - 560017 but It's been more than 30 mins and I didn't receive my order.                           Hello there, we ordered pizza from chandivali outlet yesterday on buy one get one free offer.this is the numorous time i have realised that whenever dominos does this kind of offer the quality of pizza is simply rubbish.i ordered for a medium but looked like a small one the crust was so thick that noone could eat it.also i ordered for a cheese burst but there were hardly any cheese bursting.i am very unhappy as it has happened for many times.we were very hungry by the time pizza had come so somehow managed to eat it..but the amount we pay for that is not worth paying at all..

                            On 12th May, 2015 around about 3.15 PM, I went to Domino's at Sector-11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I ordered 2 Pizzas for Dine-in. I paid 500 Rs and counter boy asked me to wait for change. But even after 30 minutes I didn't receive my order. Then I asked the person about my order. He told me that its being cut. But then after few minutes when I asked him, he said your order is misplaced and your pizzas are being made now. So you need to wait further more minutes. Then I had to ask for refund and went back as me and my family was waiting for such a long time. It is clear that if we come at Dominos that means we are hungry ! Noone comes to just look around :) I am not satisfied with the service provided there. Please do needful.                               I have booked my order online with Dominos - Trinity Circle at 2:40 pm. I received a call from a lady saying the the order will be served in 1 hour. However, the same did not happned. I am trying to reach the outlet but nobody is answing.. Infact they are cutting my call. I am dissatisfied with these kind of behavior and services.                                 Hii I have ordered on 15th May for cheeze burst pizza with order number 290 & 301 with ph no. [protected]. No cheeze burst was there and that delivery boy didn't provide me any organos n chilli flakes. I have waited for 1 hr n that pizzas got scraped. I want the fresh pizzas today only.

                                  We have ordered Pizza around 7.30PM on 15th May'15 and the delivery has not happened even after 11.15PM. My house is hardly 0.5Kms from Pizza restaurant, every time i have called, they says the Delivery guy already left before 8.15PM but delivery didn't happened even after 11.15PM. Even till next day no response either from Domino's regarding the cancellation and then refunding the money. They are not fit to provide any service to customers. Don't waste your time and money by ordering anything from this Dominos pizza corner.

                                    I had ordered pizza from dominos (Neelyog - Ghatkopar East outlet) at around 9.30 pm and till 11.30 pm it was not delivered to my residence. I did follow up with the concern outlet almost 4-5 times and they kept saying that it is on the way, it will reach in 15 mins.. This is not first time that this outlet has delayed in order. whenever I have order it never came on time...Apart from this the staff is also not proper trained in customer service as they don't know how to speak with customers... Dominos website always flash "30 MINUTES OR FREE"...which they don't provide. so its a humble request, please stop this add...

                                      placed an online pre-order of Rs555 at Nacharam branch- Domino's Pizza Nacharam, Hyderabad, India address 206/2, Kumar Arcade, Nacharam, Secunderabad (time7.16 p.m, May 15/2015) At around 7.30 Pizza dispatched - "Shankar is on his way to deliver your pizza" status was put up as the status and they avoided all calls - their lines were found busy. After waiting till some 10 p.m had to give up. And yet on May 16/2015 when I called them up to inquire about this and they just shrugged it off saying the sites were down and no apologies what so ever.
