I want to put forward my concerns regarding couple of orders i recently did on the https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/ website.

I am staying in jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This is the details of the dominos outlet i ordered from:

First of all i am highly discontented and frustrated with the service i am getting from dominos. The response i am getting from dominos is even more unacceptable and unbelievable.Let me go through the horrible experiences i had with you guys:
• First Order - I placed this order on 11th April, 2015 at 9:22 pm. Within 20 mins or so the status for order was "out for delivery". After 10:15 i repeatedly called the dominos outlet but failed to connect with them. Finally i could have a conversation with them at 10:45. The operator assured me that i would be getting my pizza within 5 mins. I asked what about "Money Back Guarantee you promise if pizza is not delivered in time". To which i was told to ask the delivery guy. Finally my pizza came at 11:10 pm. i asked the delivery guy why he was so late to which he replied that "We didn't have stock." and he talked with his manager and gave me a late card. Now i can't understand one major thing: if they didnt have stock how did they update it as "out for delivery" at around 9:50 in the first case. I was told that i would be getting back the money in 7 days. It has been a month since that day, i haven't yet received the money in my account.
• Second Order - The second order i placed was on May 14, 2015 at 8:51 pm and as because of the inconvenience i faced earlier, i placed the order early and timed it to be delivered at 10:00 pm. At that point of time, i assumed i would be getting my order for sure as i have been given dominos sufficient amount of time. But god was i wrong ? Repeatedly calling after 10:15 pm, i was able to connect with the outlet at around 10:30 pm. I told the operator about my order, to which he replied surprisingly "Ohh ! We didnt know we had your order.". I was taken back by his reply. I asked when can i get the pizza, to which he told "We don't have that pizza, we can give you chicken salami one and you have to wait 30 mins for it". I told him that i had ordered from 8:50 pm and i can't wait till 11 pm. What do you people expect from your customers? Control their appetite according to your convenience? and eat according to your choice ? I asked him to cancel my order which he did and he told me i would getting my money back in 5 days which i really doubt.
In summary Dominos failed in these places:
• Providing the order in time. And after failing to do so, not keeping the promise to give the money back in the stipulated timeline.
• Failing to place the order itself even after a timeline of more than 1 hour which is very unacceptable.
• Giving preposterous excuses for their horrible services.
And i would be satisfied if dominos would take the following steps:
• Compensate me for my horrible experience and the inconvenience i faced and the hours of hunger i went through.
• Take necessary action against the specified outlet so that any tom-dick-and-harry doesn't get a dominos franchise and make the customers go through such horrible service.
Failing to do so, i would be forced to take the case to consumer court. i have been a fan of dominos since a decade, this is the first time i am experience these kind of trouble. I really hope dominos would take the necessary action so that it would not lose customers like me.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We ordered pizza from maraimalai nagar branch chennai, after half an hour of placing the order they called us to say they won't deliver, when we spoke to the manager he agreed for the delivery. Later the order was delivered to someone else and on calling them they refused to deliver again and we had to go there to pick up the order at 12am. We hope sone action will be taken for this inconvenience caused to us.
