Placed an order on 11/5/15 Order No. 102, from the Hsr Layout, Ground Floor, # 1573, Sector 1(agara), outlet. The pizza arrived 1 hour late, it was cold and the box was unsealed. The store had no idea where the delivery boy was and refused to share his no. so I could contact him. This dominos outlet is bearly any distance from my place. Dear sir, I am staying at vIrar, Dist Palghar, Maharshtra, India. I have ordered combo pizza (4) on 10/05/2015 at 20.40 pm., The Delivery hasn't come till 21.50 then i called again from but 4 times no one attended the call. finally i tried another no. from another mobile which was attended at 21.55 and told that pizza will be delivered shortly. we are trying all phones including regular no of local outlet [protected]. but that phone was switched off. in the mean while my guest kid of 7 years was crying due to hunger and not ready to accept ant other food, when at 22.20 i was ready to go to local outlet deliver man came. When we ate that pizza, we realise that, we out of 4 pizza, 3 pizzas were totally cold.How one can eat pizzas which made before 1 hour and not remembered to deliver, this was very disgusting, It was very embrassing to us. We request you to look into matter and at least after delay of 1.30 hours. pizza should have deliver hot and they should not have taken any bill for that. and one more thing there should be provision to cancel order after 1 hour. till what time customer will wait. and that too in night? give us a justice..

Dear Madam/Sir, Greetings! It gives me immense pleasure to place on record that Dominoes has no other substitute when it comes to the quality of food it serves. However, the incident happened with me today, shook me inside out and which is now forcing me to think twice to continue my association with Dominoes. On the evening of May 10th, 2015, I placed an order of Pizza Mania with specification of 3 Corn Pizza and 1 Tomato Pizza at 09:42 P.M. to which the employee receiving the order confirmed the same and said that your order will be delivered within an hour at the registered address which is E-13, Ram Nagar, Darpan Colony, Thatipur, Gwalior. This call was of duration 1 minute and 51 seconds. I agreed to the reply of the employee and waited till 11:00 PM. My next call to Dominoes was made around 11:00 PM because I was worried as the order was not delivered in the required and promised time. During my second call to them when I asked why the order is not delivered? I got the shocking answer that “there was no order from this number today”. I asked them to please check which the employee at the other end ignored and started arguing with final words “we cannot deliver now”. I asked them to transfer the call to the Manager who said that “we haven’t received any order today”. I said please check as there is no valid reason for me to make fake call to Dominoes. I also said it to him that an error may happen but he constantly said no error has been made on their side. Thereafter I arrived on conclusion that they will not accept their mistake and thus I said “ Sir there may be technical error so you please confirm the same with your colleagues”; to which he replied very arrogantly “ we received more than 600 orders today why would an error will happen only with my order”. Here, I put up my questions, 1. Are dominoes so perfect that it can never commit an error? Why doesn’t it get rated at six sigma? 2. Why the employees are unable to understand the “service quality gap” or they get selected without checking their suitability for the Job? 3. Is there any training program Dominoes is running for its employees for improving their behavioral skills? If not I have plenty of time to offer myself for training them in the same. I made my third call to prove that I genuinely made a call for order, after checking my cell phone details and I got the answer “sir your order is on the way and you will get it soon” after this the call was transferred and another person said there is no order sir, we told you earlier as well. I am highly disappointed with this sort of behavior from such a good brand popularly known as Dominoes. I made an order with the purpose of making some food available for my brother as he is writing his exams and he needs something to eat in night hours. Now, what left with me rather for my brother is to bear the consequences delivered by dominoes to study and sleep without having his meal. I would like to put forth very strongly that I am very unhappy and feeling humiliated as Dominoes made a joke of his regular customer. Please register my strong condemnation against Dominoes Gwalior regarding their misbehavior and services. Please look into the matter and provide me a solution as soon as possible. I got a message from dominos that you can order any pizza till 11 may and I called there in dominos and I was giving my order andand told the coupon code that this coupon code is valid and I got that message from there and they are saying like and manager Mr pankaj was there and I talk with him he was saying very rudely about the coupon and code and now I will not order anything from dominos such

I ordered pizzas at dominos green fields faridabad and it was around 10 mins late.. The delivery man was not ready to llisten to us and his rude behaviour was intolerable. Although we gave the full amount but the delivery man then didn't give us the origanos and the person on the phone was not at all Supportive. This sort of a behavior was not at all expected from dominos. A very bad experience i must say.

I ordered online on 07.05.2015 order no.92 and today10.05.2015 order no . It was informed by local franchise on both occasion that Pasta is not available & you can take any other side item in place of Pasta. On 07.05.2015 Pasta was not delivered and money returned in cash. Today also same happened and was told Pasta is not available, take some other side item. After lot of discussion Suddenly I was told OK we will send you one Pasta and take some other side item in place of second Pasta, which I refused and asked them to refund the money. This has happened several times earlier also. It seems you are not keeping sufficient stock of items. If item is not available Franchise should inform the head office so that neccessary changes are done in online system and order is not booked online for the same.

Order number 168 .. new bel road, bangalore dated 10 march 2015. Ordered for cheese burst med size pizza 5 pepper i was given a 5 pepper without cheeseburst after a good 25mins wait ! When queied the manager convinces me that its cheese burst jus that the cheese is not seen! When i told ur scamming me then he finally agreed to replace . Gawd which took another 30 min. Aweful staff and aweful customer service. I soo wish somone gives them rigerous feedback

Hi, This is regarding the order(171) i had placed on sunday at 6 PM at Yelachenahalli Dominos store. Order was taken and later i recieved a call later saying order could not be delivered saying it was outside the delivery limits. But i had got my order deliverd few months back for the same address. Also, the response from the person who called was very bad. Kindly look it into issue.

Hi I placed an order at 1.03PM and that was a mothers day dessert. It was delivered at 1.55PM. I called the store at 1.40pm informing that it has crossed 30 min time frame, so they apologized for the same and requested me not to ask for free delivery and when i stated the policies It was informed that i should give them call back once the order is placed and they will do the needful. On doing as instructed they put my call on hold, transfered it to other department(The lady who answered the call with managers assistance) and hung on me. Trying agin i was connected to "DILIP" and taking my number he did the same. Asked the delivery boy to hold on but he delivered and left as i was the mediator (order was placed from pune for jaipur location). Requested the store manager not to deliver the invoice as its a gift it was done and i appreciate it. I have Call recorded But as per policies i was eligible for a free delivery and was fooled for a small amount by a BRAND. not expected! need action on same

I have been a regular customer of Dominos and in the recent past, i have been told by the delivery boys that, they hve lost the bill, this incident happened 3 times in the past 2 months and there is a very lethargic attitude of the staffs at their DLF center (Mount Poonamalee road) . They have never delivered hot pizza neither delivered in 30 minutes. Their offer of buy one take one free is at the cost of quality of the pizza no toppings only ketch ups.

i have placed order on 8 may, 2015 to dominos india on website - order number -DPT[protected] . I have paid through paytm app and payment transaction was successful but i have not recieved any order (no services provided by dominos ) although payment was duly made . paytm transaction id - 027AB799C11982D4 I have confirmed from paytm customer care payment has been successfully made for this order but no service has been provided to me . Do needful and make provisions to refund the amount as early as possible .

Dear sir/ma'am i am a loyal customer of Dominos. On 8th May 2015, Friday i ordered a farmhouse and hawain delight cheezy wonder pizza. It was delivered on time but the pizza was far from standard. The toppings were no where to be found and the corners were empty. I returned the pizza and asked them to make that properly and redeliver. The manager said i'll rectify your complaint but he reheated the pizza and sent it again. If you are paying rs700/- for something you would like to get what you were promised. I ordered pizza for my whole team with value Rs 3000, because of some problem with dominos it got cancelled and my whole team waiting during lunch hour got the reply that "sir sorry your order is cancelled and we cannot deliver your order now", I filed the complaint few days before and got the call from manager that he can give complementary pizza and we ordered 4 pizza and after listening 4 pizza's he got pissed of and told you can complaint anywhere and we will not give any pizza to you. This is not the way of behaving to the customers and my whole team is disappointed with the service and the people who are working for dominos. Hi Team, I placed an order on 05/05/2015 of amount 728Rs online from Dominos App. I didn't get any order number from Dominos but the transaction was completed from bank side. I called the local Dominos outlet at faridabad he said the money will be refunded in the next 2-3 business days. So i made one more fresh transaction from a different card and that went well. Attached is the proff for same. If you need any other information please call or revert me in Email. dear sir Around 20 days before i have visited dominos outlet in neemuch mp with my 9 year old daughter my daughter order for a pizza but Mr t dharmendra promote joy box to my daughter he say u order joy box n show picture of a toy which is free with joy box.so we order pizza n joy box .But when order is ready he say sorry sir the gift with joy box is not with me right now so when u come next time we provide u that gift .But my daughter say we have order joy box for gift only so he gave her a little puzzle n says i promise when u come next time i provide u that. 2 day before i visit with my family at dominos n my daughter ask Mr dharmendra for gift he say ok i bring but he came with his manager ankit n they refuse to give the gift with joy box .Their is no matter of that little gift but children's order that joy box for gift only and i[censored] don't have gifts ready with u then why u promote that products to children so please take care don't say lie to u r customers and don't promise the customers i[censored] cannot full fill the things and specially train u r manager mr ankint that how to talk with customers. thanks dnesh mob no [protected]

I have order 1 pizza in your bhavnagar .gujarat state Store he Generated bill amount 200/-rs.and sales tax (vat)15% 30/-rs . 10/- service tax (4.9%) so my question is vat rates in guj.5% in food bill (restaurent&hotels food bill) i prouve it i am also accountant. My request to you change & check salse tax rate and after u will be do bill generate.

I contacted [protected] / [protected] - Domino's Pizza to place order for home delivery. My place Kidichikkanahali Main Road, Bommanahali, Bangalore . Its 2.5 KM distance from both Domino's Outlet at Arekere Road and Bommanahali . But both outlet order team told that Kodichikkanahalli Road is out of delivery area. To my surprise same Domino Pizza person's are comming to my Apartment and delivering regularly to neighours. It seems they are doing home delivery as per their sweet will. May I know how they are delivering to my neighours ?

yesterday i ordered pizza from one of the famous pizza store DOMINOS ..i got a pizza with a mosquito grilled in it..later i called the concerned person but dint get a proper response as no one picked up the call..i took a picture of it so that people can see what they serve..i was a dominoz fan lately..but wont be ordering further..my friend agreed on same.. you can see the mosquito in the picture beside red chicken piece

On Sunday, 3-May, I went to Outlet and ordered the meal by showing Domino's discount offer, received through SMS. But the greedy salesman did not honour Domino's SMS of discount offer and refused to give discount . He did not behave with respect. We return back without giving any order, not because we did not get any discount but the whole process was shocking for me. I want to know, what is your policy. If your SMS does not work, then why do you make fool to customers by sending them cheating SMS. Waiting for your reply Prashant [protected]
