Hii I have ordered on 15th May for cheeze burst pizza with order number 290 & 301 with ph no. [protected]. No cheeze burst was there and that delivery boy didn't provide me any organos n chilli flakes. I have waited for 1 hr n that pizzas got scraped. I want the fresh pizzas today only.

We have ordered Pizza around 7.30PM on 15th May'15 and the delivery has not happened even after 11.15PM. My house is hardly 0.5Kms from Pizza restaurant, every time i have called, they says the Delivery guy already left before 8.15PM but delivery didn't happened even after 11.15PM. Even till next day no response either from Domino's regarding the cancellation and then refunding the money. They are not fit to provide any service to customers. Don't waste your time and money by ordering anything from this Dominos pizza corner.

I had ordered pizza from dominos (Neelyog - Ghatkopar East outlet) at around 9.30 pm and till 11.30 pm it was not delivered to my residence. I did follow up with the concern outlet almost 4-5 times and they kept saying that it is on the way, it will reach in 15 mins.. This is not first time that this outlet has delayed in order. whenever I have order it never came on time...Apart from this the staff is also not proper trained in customer service as they don't know how to speak with customers... Dominos website always flash "30 MINUTES OR FREE"...which they don't provide. so its a humble request, please stop this add...

placed an online pre-order of Rs555 at Nacharam branch- Domino's Pizza Nacharam, Hyderabad, India address 206/2, Kumar Arcade, Nacharam, Secunderabad (time7.16 p.m, May 15/2015) At around 7.30 Pizza dispatched - "Shankar is on his way to deliver your pizza" status was put up as the status and they avoided all calls - their lines were found busy. After waiting till some 10 p.m had to give up. And yet on May 16/2015 when I called them up to inquire about this and they just shrugged it off saying the sites were down and no apologies what so ever.

Ordered on-line vide nos. 70 & 78 on 15th May'15 for home delivery at 2045 hrs. No delivery was made even upto 2200 hrs or the Pizza Restaurant at Ramagondanhalli never responded to our phone calls. When we reached Ramagondanahalli Dominos Pizza Centre around 2200 hrs, they made blatant lies telling that they had already dispatched the orders at 2020 hrs. They are also rude in replies. We have picked up the pizzas but the Pizza Centre did not hand over soft drinks etc as per our order. It is unfortunate to hear such false deeds by an International Company and such acts would certainly have an impact on their image.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 8.20, which got dispatched at 8.40. Got first call from the delivery guy at 9.30 asking for address. I made numerous calls back to the guy and the store for the next one hour!!! Delivery guy told he'll reach in 10 minutes on the first call, 5 mins on the second, the next call he tells he will take 20 mins as the other customer is not picking the call and he is waiting at their doorstep. Numerous lies from the guy like he is on the street, 2 steps away, even met with accident?!!! Worst thing is he told me at 10.25 that he is cancelling the order because it is out of his delivery circle. Seriously?!! He can cancel my order? The worst ever part is he dropped the oregano and chilli flakes into a pool of muddy water when he delivered the cold pizzas and laughed. I asked him to take it back, cold pizza with no seasoning for 500 bucks after a delay of 2 hours?? Is this how you treat your customers? Pathetic service ever. Whenever I called the store, they would just apologize and said they'll call me back in 5 minutes but never returned the call even once. Made us starve for 2 hour with all these lies!

Sir, I utpal dutta placed a order at Domino”spizza hut, 239, NSC Bose road, Tollygunge kolkata 700047, at 2130 hrs they suggested to take family pack worth RS 735.00 because otherwise they doesn't delivered i agreed that offer and waiting for my order, after one hour when i doesn’t received my order I again call back when i ask them for my placed order they saying there is no order booked on your name and cut the phone after that i called 5 times they picked the phone but nothing response after listen my name. after i again call them they picked the phone and again booked the order this time I ask for my order no they told me its 226 this call is on 2200 hrs lastly i received my order at 2310 hrs i have all call record for proof and bill pizza hut saying that there delivery is in 30 min

sir, i have placed order for pizza at 21.06 on 15.05.2015 on line, i have received one phone call around 21.41 for the direction of my address which i have provide him and after that delivery boy came around 21.50 he has already taken more than 30 min so he should not charge me as per there offer 30 min or free but he said offer is not valid today which was wrong that i have found later on besides that he has delivered the order without chilli flakes and oregon he promised me that he will deliver it immediately but even after 30 min on one has show up so i called on the store where lady pick up the phone and assured me that she is sending chilli flakes but even after that no one show up at all and my pizza got cold i had a very bad experience with domino about service otherwise i love domino pizza. the store which has deliver the pizaa is shop no 1 m. g. road kandivali(w) mumbai 400067 tel no[protected]

Hi my name is Raj . I have ordered Pizza today (Friday[protected] for an amount of Rs 635 for the first time. Before ordering I got info that there is a an offer today(Friday Offer) i.e Buy one get one free. Keeping that in mind I called the Chinnamalai Branch which is near to my home . The Person named SABARI picked the call and he told me that if you buy a Pizza you will get one . This is valid for both online and take away. He didnt say anything other than this. Since I was not well today I ordered via of online . While ordering I found that there is a coupon which is for mobile and it is nowhere related to Online ordering . Since I was spoken to Sabari regarding that Buy one get one offer. I ordered a pizza, coke and Pasta for an amount of 630 thinking that I will get another one free of cost . After half an hour pizza was delivered from different Branch-Ashoknagar. I was shocked to know that I gt only only one Pizza.I asked the Delivery boy, he asked me to call the Ashok Nagar Branch for details. when I call them they informed me all the details and they concluded that I was given false information from Guindy-Chinnamalai Branch and they asked me to contact that Particular Branch Manager.. I called them, the same guy named Sabari picked the call, he listened to me and in turn he said that its your fault, then I told him that I was not aware of your rules and regulations, you guys should make the customer to know about the coupon and other stuffs . infact I don't have the coupon with me . I told him all these details. later he handed the phone to another guy, he told me that there is a coupon named MOB06 which should be used for online ordering which is a false information. Before i could respond something he, while talking kept the receiver and went off. I was in the call for nearly 25min . I am completely fed up with this .. Both money and time has been wasted for me . I need a Proper explanation on this .

I had placed an online with Dominos Pizza and received a bil of an amount of Rs. 374 with tax on site and via email. But the delivery restaurant Dominos pizza, St Mary's Road, Secunderabad has presented an excess bill amounting to Rs. 400 for the same items.

On !5.05.2015, I had ordered pizza from dominos at around 9.12 pm and till 11pm it was not delivered to my residence. and when I went to the concerned store the staff was not at concerened to answer to me as they were busy attending other customers. Then I asked for the floor manager he was Mr . Varun he just said sorry to me for the non delivery of the pizza, if your outlets cannot handle customer rush then they should not take the order we can make arrangements with some other brands. I was having guest at my place, my daughter slept without eating anything as she wanted to have pizza only, is this the kind of customer service dominos is providing. We had ordered pizza at 9:44PM in pune, After waiting 60 mins(Though the order can be delivered in 30 mins) We had dialled provided Dominos Restaurant contact number several times but nobody picked my call. It was really panic for us. We had waited till 11:30 PM for the order. But it is of no use, we didn't get the order delivered yet. We had to finally go out to have food at a very odd time. We request you to take the necessary action against Dominos. Someone should have at least responded to our calls. Dominos customer services really going in bad shape.

Hi I am Indraneel Karmakar I logged in dominos pizza through my mobile no. [protected] giving my password and placed an order online on 15/05/2015 on friday at 9.15pm for one chicken fiesta medium with cheese burst applying coupon MOB06 it was for buy one get one applicable on friday. My address was already saved there and before proceeding to payment it showed the restaurant address is B.T. Road First Floor, Premises No. 40, B.T. Road, Ward NO.1, Kolkata, West Bengal-700050. My address for home delivery is near this store only. I made the payment through axis bank credit card and got an sms of payment successful. I waited for pizza for a long time and called the B.T. Road Store as no sms or email has been send to me by dominos about the order after the payment successfully made to dominos. The employees in Dominos kept on asking me same thing like my no. through which i ordered and at 11.30pm they said they could not find any order placed on any store from my mobile no. At the end I did not got neither my pizza nor my money Rs. 561 which has been billed. I am attaching the sms of successful payment of Rs. 561 at Dominos here. I plea for an immediate action against this kind of money cheating business. I request Dominos to give either my money Rs.561 or the pizza I ordered for. Please help me!!

After creating a compliant there will be a captcha value on all the sites .. when we type the letters similar to the captcha image it will accept and the compliant will be stored in their dataase. but here what ever captcha value we will type it is throwing an error message. so we cannot launch a compliant ..they have followed this trick to prevent compliant on them .. Both money and time has been wasted for me .

this is in reference to Domino's Pizza, Invoice Number: DPI66257/15-16/10228 & order number: 438 which was ordered at 10:11 PM today(15th may 2015), and pizza was delivered by 11:00 PM. Aproximatly 50 mins taken to deliver. The main thing is that Pizza was not like Pizza... It was without cheez and not cooked properly...the vegetables even not cooked properly...alot of raw tomato put over the pizza bread witout cheez... the raw tamato taste was comming only. I ordered two medium size pizza but we are not able to eat them because of not cooked and no cheez. all was wasted, i kept the pizza in freeze as a proof to show what they delivered. I want my all money back as soon as possible with panality of wasting my time on this.

hello, i have placed order at 09:48pm and all my guests were waiting for the order i was so ashamed that the order still does not get delivered at 11:07 . i have called at sector 38 dominos several times and they are replying by saying that the order is ready or it has been dispatched . it has been a really disappointing and worst experience of yours.

I have ordered pizzas before two hours on dominos (flower bazaar branch) and still haven't received it.I tried calling the branch, customer service but got no response .they didn't even pick my call.its harassment to a family order who went without dinner.what will happen to my payment and grievance.

Ordered 2 pizza & one garlic bread. When I got the order, garlic bread was missing, even the pizza which we ordered, was not delivered. We told them to change it. By mistake, we paid the money to the delivery boy. We ordered at 8.30 pm, this complaint I am writing at 10.30 pm Still waiting for the garlic bread. Even the manager at kailash colony, Delhi behavior was not good. Talked to Ashwini & Nitesh also but not got the garlic bread. When I tried to talk to the manager, his behavior was very rude, he was not ready to tell his name . & he put the phone down. Is this the way, domino s employees work. Hope you will take some action, waiting to hear soon.

i have ordered on having a look on your buy one get one offer dated may 15, 2015. i have to only 366 rupees but i forced to pay 366+366=732. i have ordered it for only 366 rupees and i paid 366 extra just because of wrong transaction made by dominos. dominos exploited their customers and cheated them. they not only making us fool but also putting extra pressure in our mind while we are preparing for exams which can results in poor mental health. sir, i hereby declared that all information provided by me is totally correct and authenticated. please make sure that they have returned my cash.
