    I placed an order on the website provided by Domino's for the very first time . I mentioned the time of delivery to be at 7:30 p.m. The order was delayed by half an hour .My order had four items as listed in the bill that i have enclosed in the complaint .The delivery boy came for delivery and handed me over 3 items and said he will be getting the last item in 5 minutes because he forgot to bring it .I even asked him whether should i wait for him at the same place, he said that he will call me .One item i.e. the cheesy dip was not delivered to me and i waited for more than an hour to call me back .He didn't call back, so i called him up and he didn't pick up the p[hone, i made 4 calls to his number .hen i called up the branch regarding the mishap and they had very poor English skills and they couldn't understand at first what the problem was, so i explained everything properly, still they didn't respond to my interests and I told them that i will file a complain and they were okay with it .This is bad hospitality shown by such a huge business firm, as a customer i am offended and i need some immediate action to be taken against such frauds committed by these established companies to the helpless consumer .

      I had placed an order for pizza with dominos situated in Howrah Dobson area of Kolkata west Bengal. The operator told me that being a buy one get one offer, there will be no guarantee for delivery within 30 mins. Perplexed at the unusual request, I still ordered anyway, expecting the pizza to get to me by 45-60 mins latest. After 1hr 15mins of placing the order and no turn up from dominos, I called them up. On inquiry the operator told me that the pizza was on way and will be there any minute. After 15mins of no show from dominos. I called up again. This time 4 different people talked to me for about a total 15-20 mins and everyone had a different version as to why the delivery had not taken place. All of them assured me that my pizza was on way and would reach me in 2mins and promised it to be hot. The last guy slammed the phone on my face by saying that my phone was not reachable and he had canceled my order. I called up again from a different number to place my order. The guy told me he would call me one min later and disconnected my call. After 5 mins he called back to take my order. So now I had to give a fresh order and wait for another 2hrs? Is this the policy of dominos? Is this the service you give? After arguing with me for several minutes he took my new order and asked me to wait for an hour or so. I don't know if I will get my pizza or not. But all I can do is voice my trouble. The thing to note is that I had given two phone numbers. Both of them were not reachable? Also, I have ordered several pizzas from dominos and its the 1st time that the person instead of coming to my place and ringing the bell, is trying to call me from my building's gate! And contends it to be out of reach! Please help me. Help yourselves. Dominos lost a valued customer today after all this hassle. Also note, my house is just 5 mins distance from the shop.             Dear dominos team, I had ordered a pizza from your community centre, malviya nagar extension, Saket store on 16th April 2015 at 8:42 pm.Address L-96A GROUND FLOOR SAKET NEW DELHI. My order I'd was 253. my order was delivered at 9:25 PM. As per your company policy of 30min delivery i called the respective store and requested for a refund of 300 inr as per your policy and spoke to Mr NAVDESH, STORE MANAGER. He said that he has initiated the refund and it will be credited to my account in next 7-10 working days. I haven't receivedany refund in my credit card account and it's been 30 days since that transaction. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help generating my refund.               I placed an online order on 7-may-2015 at 6:34 pm, which was delivered at around 7:20 pm that accounts for 48 mins which is way beyond your 30 minute delivery promise. Since i made an online payment i was told that the refund will be transferred to my account directly. Its been 9 days now and there is no trace of the refund being processed.

                  I am a regular customer of your sikandra and sanjay place outlet in agra in U.P. My registered mob no is [protected] u can check how long i am having your pizzas at sikandra outlet But it is very embarrasing for me that for the last 4 times, I am returning without taking pizza becoz for the last 4 times your dominos pizza team is forcing me to take pizza mania goldern corn at the rate of 83 rs for single pizza at pan crust because the other general crust is out of stock. I can understand this thing for one or two time but every time means that dominos is undergoing very bad conditions as it is not able to provide goods to outlets or it is one of their bad policy that customer has to buy costlier pizza as your team wants to. It is the responsibility of your staff that they should inform u about shortage. Today i visit there at 7.15 and talked to dheeraj at sikandra branch and again Out of stock so should we switch over to another brand actually this is my favorite one and i used to take it every time when i visit there so kindly look into the matter and give valid reason

                      Hi, I want to put forward my concerns regarding couple of orders i recently did on the https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/ website. First i will give you the details of my account credentials: anin**@gmail.com 776380*** I am staying in jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This is the details of the dominos outlet i ordered from: DOMINOS BISTUPUR, JAMSHEDPUR ROSHAN TOWER, FIRST FLOOR, BISTUPUR MAIN ROADBESIDE SACHDEV CYCLE MART, JAMSHEDPUR - 831001 First of all i am highly discontented and frustrated with the service i am getting from dominos. The response i am getting from dominos is even more unacceptable and unbelievable.Let me go through the horrible experiences i had with you guys: • First Order - I placed this order on 11th April, 2015 at 9:22 pm. Within 20 mins or so the status for order was "out for delivery". After 10:15 i repeatedly called the dominos outlet but failed to connect with them. Finally i could have a conversation with them at 10:45. The operator assured me that i would be getting my pizza within 5 mins. I asked what about "Money Back Guarantee you promise if pizza is not delivered in time". To which i was told to ask the delivery guy. Finally my pizza came at 11:10 pm. i asked the delivery guy why he was so late to which he replied that "We didn't have stock." and he talked with his manager and gave me a late card. Now i can't understand one major thing: if they didnt have stock how did they update it as "out for delivery" at around 9:50 in the first case. I was told that i would be getting back the money in 7 days. It has been a month since that day, i haven't yet received the money in my account. • Second Order - The second order i placed was on May 14, 2015 at 8:51 pm and as because of the inconvenience i faced earlier, i placed the order early and timed it to be delivered at 10:00 pm. At that point of time, i assumed i would be getting my order for sure as i have been given dominos sufficient amount of time. But god was i wrong ? Repeatedly calling after 10:15 pm, i was able to connect with the outlet at around 10:30 pm. I told the operator about my order, to which he replied surprisingly "Ohh ! We didnt know we had your order.". I was taken back by his reply. I asked when can i get the pizza, to which he told "We don't have that pizza, we can give you chicken salami one and you have to wait 30 mins for it". I told him that i had ordered from 8:50 pm and i can't wait till 11 pm. What do you people expect from your customers? Control their appetite according to your convenience? and eat according to your choice ? I asked him to cancel my order which he did and he told me i would getting my money back in 5 days which i really doubt. In summary Dominos failed in these places: • Providing the order in time. And after failing to do so, not keeping the promise to give the money back in the stipulated timeline. • Failing to place the order itself even after a timeline of more than 1 hour which is very unacceptable. • Giving preposterous excuses for their horrible services. And i would be satisfied if dominos would take the following steps: • Compensate me for my horrible experience and the inconvenience i faced and the hours of hunger i went through. • Take necessary action against the specified outlet so that any tom-dick-and-harry doesn't get a dominos franchise and make the customers go through such horrible service. Failing to do so, i would be forced to take the case to consumer court. i have been a fan of dominos since a decade, this is the first time i am experience these kind of trouble. I really hope dominos would take the necessary action so that it would not lose customers like me.

                          i'm Surendran.R. i worked in domino's pizza, indra nagar branch in banglore.my old employee id:676560. last year 20/11/2014, i left the job. my manager and DM called me to rejoin. because December end and January is best selling period. i rejoined as per their request on 15/dec/2014.. that month 6 days salary is not come. my manager told that was minimum date salary. it'll come within next month salary. then i continued my work. 20 days later...

                          Are domino's not prepared for rainy season delivery?domino's pvr community centre in vikaspuri new delhi refused to deliver as it is raining. Only 700 meters distance. In 40 mins rain would have gone. They did not took the order at all. Write in your tetms and condition...no delivery if it rains.

                              It refers to my order no 237 Dt[protected] wherein i had asked for home delivery. the order time is 20:37 but the delivery boy reached to me at 21:30. when i told him that you are late he started giving excuses in the starting that his oven got some fault due to which he got delayed. but later on when i said it is your problem and not mine, he started arguing with me that my address was not clear. when i asked him to call his manager and discuss with him, his manager first of all agreed to give a discount of Rs 300 to me. but after half an hour he called me back and started telling me 'N' number of rules, It was not the 1st time i am ordering, i guess it might be my 15th order since last 2 month. and every time the delivery boys were good in behaviour and calm, sometimes they were later 5-10 minutes but i ignored. I have following questions from dominos-- 1) Before opening any chain of restaurants did dominos check for the area map like name of streets, name of colonies, landmarks. 2) I insisted in my telephonic order last time delivery boy name also but they told that he is off duty. 3) The manager says there is no singh complex in the area. i an attaching my SBI passbook for the address proof. 4) The manager says there is no house number, i am attaching front side photo of my flat. The manager literally bullied me and warned me like anything seems like i have done some crime. 3)

                              Now this is what i call a best way of apology, on 13th may i lodged the complaint, and the same afternoon i received a call of apology from dominos. Moreover in the evening the restaurant manager Mr. Adil came along with a bunch of flowers and 1 medium sized pizza as a token of sorry. It was a great relief for me and i appreciate the way of gesture presented to me last evening.

                              I announce to be greatly satisfied by the way of gesture from dominos and appreciate their way of handling complaints.

                                Placed an order on 11/5/15 Order No. 102, from the Hsr Layout, Ground Floor, # 1573, Sector 1(agara), outlet. The pizza arrived 1 hour late, it was cold and the box was unsealed. The store had no idea where the delivery boy was and refused to share his no. so I could contact him.                                   Dear sir, I am staying at vIrar, Dist Palghar, Maharshtra, India. I have ordered combo pizza (4) on 10/05/2015 at 20.40 pm., The Delivery hasn't come till 21.50 then i called again from but 4 times no one attended the call. finally i tried another no. from another mobile which was attended at 21.55 and told that pizza will be delivered shortly. we are trying all phones including regular no of local outlet [protected]. but that phone was switched off. in the mean while my guest kid of 7 years was crying due to hunger and not ready to accept ant other food, when at 22.20 i was ready to go to local outlet deliver man came. When we ate that pizza, we realise that, we out of 4 pizza, 3 pizzas were totally cold.How one can eat pizzas which made before 1 hour and not remembered to deliver, this was very disgusting, It was very embrassing to us. We request you to look into matter and at least after delay of 1.30 hours. pizza should have deliver hot and they should not have taken any bill for that. and one more thing there should be provision to cancel order after 1 hour. till what time customer will wait. and that too in night? give us a justice..

                                    Dear Madam/Sir, Greetings! It gives me immense pleasure to place on record that Dominoes has no other substitute when it comes to the quality of food it serves. However, the incident happened with me today, shook me inside out and which is now forcing me to think twice to continue my association with Dominoes. On the evening of May 10th, 2015, I placed an order of Pizza Mania with specification of 3 Corn Pizza and 1 Tomato Pizza at 09:42 P.M. to which the employee receiving the order confirmed the same and said that your order will be delivered within an hour at the registered address which is E-13, Ram Nagar, Darpan Colony, Thatipur, Gwalior. This call was of duration 1 minute and 51 seconds. I agreed to the reply of the employee and waited till 11:00 PM. My next call to Dominoes was made around 11:00 PM because I was worried as the order was not delivered in the required and promised time. During my second call to them when I asked why the order is not delivered? I got the shocking answer that “there was no order from this number today”. I asked them to please check which the employee at the other end ignored and started arguing with final words “we cannot deliver now”. I asked them to transfer the call to the Manager who said that “we haven’t received any order today”. I said please check as there is no valid reason for me to make fake call to Dominoes. I also said it to him that an error may happen but he constantly said no error has been made on their side. Thereafter I arrived on conclusion that they will not accept their mistake and thus I said “ Sir there may be technical error so you please confirm the same with your colleagues”; to which he replied very arrogantly “ we received more than 600 orders today why would an error will happen only with my order”. Here, I put up my questions, 1. Are dominoes so perfect that it can never commit an error? Why doesn’t it get rated at six sigma? 2. Why the employees are unable to understand the “service quality gap” or they get selected without checking their suitability for the Job? 3. Is there any training program Dominoes is running for its employees for improving their behavioral skills? If not I have plenty of time to offer myself for training them in the same. I made my third call to prove that I genuinely made a call for order, after checking my cell phone details and I got the answer “sir your order is on the way and you will get it soon” after this the call was transferred and another person said there is no order sir, we told you earlier as well. I am highly disappointed with this sort of behavior from such a good brand popularly known as Dominoes. I made an order with the purpose of making some food available for my brother as he is writing his exams and he needs something to eat in night hours. Now, what left with me rather for my brother is to bear the consequences delivered by dominoes to study and sleep without having his meal. I would like to put forth very strongly that I am very unhappy and feeling humiliated as Dominoes made a joke of his regular customer. Please register my strong condemnation against Dominoes Gwalior regarding their misbehavior and services. Please look into the matter and provide me a solution as soon as possible.
