The order for delivery of pizza was placed on 30/04/2015 at 9:50 pm and the same was delivered at10:55 pm .And upon calling the concern store the staff named kapil(staff in the store DLF infinity tower) said "itna wait kiya hai toh thoda aur wait karle".Delay is delivery is your service standard and rude behaviour of staff is cheesy dip .

I am regular customer of Dominos in Gurgaon. Today i ordered one pizza from Gurgaon sector 14 store. After 50 min. i called up for reminder then the executive told me that it will be delivered in 5 min. again after 10 min. i called her again then the execive Shweta started talking in a very bad manner that "Order kiya hai to mil hi jayega na". I was very much satisfied with dominos service but now ... Kindly take an action on this executive otherwise she will make you miss many customer. Regards, Sweta

Deducted Money From My Bank Account and Internet Portal Not placing my Order. So i have Call Customer Customer care and Place Order manually. After 3-4Calls they take my order and delivery PIZZA after 1Hours which is not match Dominios Policy as mentions in portal like 30mint.

I am a regular customer for dominos and have ordered multiple times. On 26th Apr i placed an order with Mohali store . I ordered through my phone ie [protected]. The order was taken at 07:46 Pm. the lady confirmed that your pizza will reach to you in 30 mins which is the deadline. Since i have been in the service industry so i am absolutely ok if the order usually comes to me in 30-35 mins. But on sunday i recieved a call on 42 min stating i am at on gr flr. I came out and waved and asked the guy to come up to deliver. When i told the delivery boy that you are late he refused and stated that he is on time and started statting the same sentence repeatedly. I asked him his store managers number he said u can make a call on store number and u can talk to him and insisted to do it fast as he was getting late for another order as well. When called at store number i.e[protected], i got to speak to manager (santosh)who had a word with the delivery boy and stated that the boy was available at the gr floor on time, where as i told him that i personally went twice on request of my niece to check if the guy has come or not but he was not there. the manager denied and stubbornly stated that my boy was on time and have to pay the complete bill. I paid the complete amount and when asked for change then he told me that he went somewhere else as well before me as he was carrying 3 orders at a time and he does not have a change. Manager in return stated that will send some coupons within 1 hour but no one visited. When called today he stated that he handed the coupons to the boy to deliver it. But it never reached to the address. I believe this is totally mismangement that if the order is delivered late as well still the customer has to pay because the manager and the delivery boy are not acknowleging to the mistake. I want someone to take an action to this as i would not let this go away as this has let me down in front of my relatives and my friends. this has never happened with dominos and they are playing with the reputation of the company. would like some on e to take an action against them.

I ordered pizza from DOMINOS around 12:40 pm in the afternoon and i called them and they told me that your pizza order is dispatched already, i called 3 times to dominos help line all time they told your pizza is deliverd registered number [protected] .And me and my whole team was waiting for the pizza for 1 hour and finally i called again and they suddenly told sorry your order is cancelled. This is not the way of business and making someone wait. I am very disappointed and this complaint should be escalated. On fourth call which i did customer care response was" Every body says like this sir that my order is cancelled ". Then after 1 hour i got a call from one more dominos center that sir your order is coming, by that time i oredered something else, Some action should be taken.

This is to bring into your notice that Ms Kavita from Dominos sector 15 Chandigarh branch has a very rude behaviour over phone everytime i place an order. This is the second time it has happened to me. She doesnt listen to what the customer says and disconnects the call in between the order. I have worst experirnce with dominos and i will make sure that i dont place order with dominos. I felt so offended that i had to write a complaint. Worst quality of pizza given(burnt from edges, base bread was poor), when asked for replacement 30 minutes policy was not followed. Even then staff member(Kamal) was not behaving properly, Finally I left my order there. Overall Experience - Very Poor.

While making payment through paytm wallet ...there came an option of adding money to the wallet.After I gave all my card details and then proceeded for making payment there came a message that my transaction failed.Both the time money was deducted from my card but order failed.I didnt received my money back neither in my ccard mor in my paytm wallet..kindly help me out.

Hi Team, I had ordered 2 pizzas from Dominos on 27th April 2015. The order number was 10 and the store was BEGUR-HOBLI HOSUR ROAD ( Address- 5, 9 &10 ground floor, Hosapalya layout Garebhavi palya, Hosur main Rd, Bangalore - 560068 PH.NO.[protected]/ 13/ 14/ 15/ 16/ 17/ 18 ). As per the disclaimer of Dominos pizza, an order is served free ( excluding the taxes ). The order was delivered to me late and it was not served free. The tax amount for the order was Rs 108, but I had to pay an amount of Rs 369. Then why it is being advertised that the pizza is delivered free ( excluding the taxes ) i it is delivered after 30 minutes. I feel that customers are being cheated and I demand a justification. the manager at south extension part 1 shouted stuff to me like yes please come to my store i will see what u do to me, "kya ukhad logae" . he further went on to embarrass me by saying stuff like Dominos will not be affected by giving u a three hundred rupees discount, and such behaviour is not tolerable. The manager is named Mr. Shyam k .

To day around 9 I had placed my pizza order in your 34/a branch, after 1.30 hrs when I did not received my order I called up 34 branch, I was shocked when he said that their is no order placed at my end. When I told him how it can be possible, when I had placed my order the person confirmed my order two times and the boy told me the total amount was 652/-. When I talk to the manager he told me that he can not do any thing and he can not trace the person who had taken my order. My children cried like any thing. Now this type of service you are providing to the customer. This is you call international Standard. Hopeless service. My both the children are very much fed-up with your service and told me not to ever place a order to you company. From now on wards we will place our order to Pizza Hut. I will never ever place a order with you people again, this was not the first time with me. Some time food quality or some time delivery problem or shortage of food. I must say very hope less service of domino's.

This is my second time, that an order has failed with my payment deducted 512 INR, this is so discouraging, I am not placing order in Domino z in future, your service is not at all good. Let me know when can I expect my refund! this has become like a routine, try to place a order and follow-up for failed transaction REFUND!! I want it ASAP, can't wait for 1 week!!

This is to complain about the attitude of operation crew who took the order over phone. I placed my order and in a minute I wanted to change but they said that this is not their policy so when I was trying to talk to them instead of explaining me they cut the phone over my mouth this restaurant is under mr. Pankaj Vyas such things should be taken care of in future as company like Dominos depends on telephonic transactions for the success this kind of negative feedback stretching through mouth to mouth which is not a good sign.

We are in Keshtopur, Kolkata. there are two service outlets delivering in this stretch, Laketown and DLF. Now the issue is Laketown delivers till Hanapara rickshaw stand and DLF till Majherpara. Both these places are 30 second walk from our residence in Jorakhana ( you can now guess the actual disance, hopefully). Now when i place a delivery online, the call gets transferred to either these, and both the outlets call up saying the other is supposed to deliver and hence leaving me with no actual delivery but just a phone number of other outlet. Earlier Laketown used to deliver and then DLF also took a couple of order.. But the easy part for both of outlets now is to call up and refuse, leaving me in a dilemna.. I am just not sure, what to do as this portion which has been left out is a very small stretch!!

Not considering the late delivery and rudely behaved after coming 57 min late after placing the order to deliver the pizza. Inspite of not considering his own mistake of late delivery of pizza order, he is threatening me that he will no more take my order. The name of the manager of dominos vijaya are SHIVAM, PAWAN, AKBAR and RAJ. According to Terms and conditions of DOMINOS, pizza would have to be delivered within 30 min after placing the order otherwise it costs free to customer.

Domino's is a big brand name but it's really sad to say Your Domino's doesn't deliver in our area. They have always neglected these particular area. When ever try to place a order through phone they always say NO to it.. They don't deliver in our area. But when its come of sending discount text message they always can. There are two nearest Domino's in two different directions but your people never willing to deliver here. When a order in placed through online it was placed but the resturant was in very faraway from the place of order. So they called and canceled it. So all the senior PLEASE look into this matter. Invoice # dpi65903 Order 363 Server Suman S No toy and drink with kids meal that we ordered. My son is extremely disappointed and promised me that he will never ask us to get anything from Dominos. I placed an order on 12th April 2015 and still no service despite several reminders. This is surely not done. Atleast have some respect for a kid's request.

I ordered Non. Veg. Supreme dated 24.043.15 I remember 3 times order should be without olive & in fresh pan But when i got delivery i disappointed pizz with olives & no fresh pan I was badly hungry & i returned Please take necessary action
