I ordered for pizza from Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore branch on April 17th 2015. The order was placed at 9.20pm and the pizzas were delivered by 10.30pm in the night. We had to starve till we got our pizzas and the worst part is we found a cockroach in the pizza. I immediately called up the manager and complained about this. The manager said he would send fresh pizzas but I denied as it was already 11 in the night. Then the manager agreed to refund but when the delivery guy came home to give back my cash, the manager calls up on the delivery guy's phone and asked him to hand over the phone to me and the manager asked me as to why I ate the rest of the pizzas and refused to refund. He wanted me to pay half of the bill. This is one disgusting experience. They do not train their employees on how to talk to customers.Very bad service. Dominos is the worst ever.

Yet another delay from Domino's Pizza India. I Order Pizza last night at 8:04 pm & got the Pizza Delivered at 9:11 pm which is more than an hour. there was no traffic jams or no natural calamity like rain etc. Still Domino's can not keep their promise of 30 Mins. This is poor customer service & Request immediate attention as this is the 3rd time happening only in my case. Wondering how many other customers are suffering. I ordered pizza from dominis karad branch at 01:23pm (22 nd april 2015) and the guy delivered it at 02:10 pm.When he came for delivery i asked him for free pizza as per your policy but he refused to give us the pizza and started talking rudely wid me and my friends(girls).So we told him to lower his volume and talk softly.The guy's name is kedar.then we called the manager at main branch and he also refused us to give it for free instead he told us that we will have to pay 50% amount.Do we refused to pay even 50%.So the delivery guy told us that whether give me 50% amount or i will cancel your order.So we told him that we arent cancelling your order but you are and we will complain to higher athorities.So he was like ok you can complain.these is how your staff responds to you customer.You are a branch that is scattered all over the world.You should show some respect for your customers.Even they serve the worst cheezy burst.There is no cheeze in it n we have complained it many times to dominos feedback but they never change.We want you to take some strict actions against karad dominis branch(ph no:-[protected]) and the delivery guy kedar... Yesterday I had been to your dhole patil road outlet and had ordered a pasta there. The pasta was stale and the cheese was not at all edible. I complained to the staff inin charge but she denied it saying it was fresh cheese and hence tasted different. I am attaching a copy of the bill. also the spell check on this .

I put an order in containing bread bites which i was told was part of a special so i agreed i did not recieve. It. So i called to speak with the manager name ana thats all she would tell me she said i had to reorder and hung ip on me.she eould not give me my bread bites

I ordered pizza online on 19/04/15 and paid the amount 314 through the paytm amount was received but due to technical fault they were not able to place the order to kitchen they send me mail with transaction no. cd[protected] that my amount will get refunded after that i again made order online through COD but on 21/04/2015 i got cash back of 50 rupees through dominos in my paytm wallet when i tried to call them on given contact no. No one was picking the call then i call local dominos center in bhilai they told that amount was not received by them and there is no procedure to contact for online failurw of order if payment was not recieved how i got cash back and in it was clearly showing at that time that payment was successful

Hi, I ordered a Pizza on Friday[protected] at around 10 PM. I received that Pizza at 11:12 PM. When I asked the Delivery not to pay the amount as delivery was done after more than 30 min, the Delivery boy denied and said if you will Pay complete amount then only I will hand over order otherwise I will cancel your order. Seriourly it was very embarrashing words used by delivery boy. And Pizza quality was also very poor even I ordered Cheese burst Pizza. It was very frustrated service which I never expected from Dominos. I had also recieved Pizzas in more than 30min before but I never denied to pay but it was more than one hours and very frustrated experience. place - dominos nigdi near pune. i have given order of two pizzas and also paid the money. then i just asked that can i cancel the one pizza instead of two?? the worker behind the girl used abusing word towards me.."iski maa ki ..." I had order a Non veg pizza (Chicken Fiesta) of Rs 419 on 19th of April 20, 2015 evening at around 7: 10 pm by my mobile no. [protected]. Unfortunately order arrived at 8.28pm i.e more than 1 hour late and when questioned about the 30 mins guarantee service or free, instead of regretting for the delay the pizza boy or so called SDP told me that my area is not under service coverage and he cannot allow me to take it unless I pay the full amount. If it is so when the CSR took my order how could he gave me a confirmation to receive the order within 30 mins in my address. By that time i was so furious that I just decided to return that cold pizza. Accordingly when I called the Dominos outlet (REHABARI, GUWAHATI) and informed about this, i was told that the SDP was a new one and do not know much about it.!!. How disgusting !! Finally I had to order for a new pizza, did not have a choice, my kids were eagerly waiting and could not disappoint them. What more shocking this time with this new order is that I had to ask for a discount and paid the rest amount after a deduction of Rs 300. Neither I received any sorry card nor received any call back in this regard. My son who had not eaten anything till that time waiting for his pizza had to go without food for some more time till another pizza arrived for him. the only good thing is that bcoz of this whole experience my son has developed aversion to dominos pizza. And a good experience for me as well as I was planning to give a treat to my friends with Dominos pizzas on my coming b’day this Sunday. Please do not promise if you cannot provide quality service. I have ordered for Pizza on 18/04/15 amounting to Rs.216.00 and paid the same amount in cash post delivery of pizza at my residence. However prior to this, I was trying to order online and error message received while paying. But while checking my bank statement it shows that there is a deduction of Rs.332.00 from my account in the same day. Like to inform against the same paid amount there was no delivery. I have tried 3-4 times to local delivery at GT Mall, Malviya nagar but each they are saying to check and call back and no call received yet. Pls look into the matter urgently and refund Rs.332/- asap. I called the outlet they said that they will adjust the difference amount of non cheese burst pizza in my future order. I only order Cheese burst pizza from Dominos so it was a waste to me. Hi, Yesterday I place a online order pizza from dominos and they delivered after 90 minutes. As they are claiming that pizza will be dielivered in 30 minutes otherwise the money will be refunded to you and pizza will be free. As per Dominos policy I didn't get free pizza, I talk to them they told a mail be be send to you in evening but I have not received yet. This is not about money. Hi, This is the third time I faced the same problem while ordering of Pizza through online. I ordered Pizza at 9:30 PM and wait for 20 mins.Still it shows Payment successful and order placed.But I didn't get any confirmation and the money got deducted.

I placed my order on 15/04/2015 for Rs 613/- through PAYTM WALLET...During transaction it is said that there will be cashback of 50 Rs when we pay through PAYTM WALLET...But still now i didnt get my cashback to my wallet...Please check it...I have attached my bill over here

I had ordered one cheesy wonder vag Hawaiian pizza from Domino's, Vishwamanava double road, mysore on 18 april 2015 evening. Invoice no: DPI66459/15-16/3903. Amount paid 472. I was very dissappointed with the pizza i received on home delivery. It was a total waste of money. because: -- there was no inner layer of cheese as it was supposed to be in cheesy wonder. the second type of cheese was missing; only there was slight amount in the cut edges of the pizza. --the toppings including pineapple and jalepano were hardly present. there were 2 slices with only corn on it. Ordering this medium sized pizza was a total waste of money, as it was just the same as regular size pizza mania with no second type cheese and toppings. I want you to return my money. I plan to never order this pizza. Because there is no quality.

Yesterday at 8:48 pm i got the conformation of my order ( order no. 492) but even after 30 minutes there was no sign of a pizza boy, so i called the domino's outlet which was supposed to deliver my pizza but some arrogant brat picked up the phone and told that i will have to wait another 50 minutes before my pizza will be delivered. To my great surprise {*sarcasm} i did not received any thing which even remotely looked like a pizza. At 10:48 i received a phone call from the pizza boy asking for directions, by that time i was so furious that i decided to return it. Domino's has done it yet again, destroyed the party and mood of me and my friends. After doing all this today i receive a phone call asking for a feedback, as if he was teasing me.
