I ordered chicken fiesta pizza from dominos, andheri East, seepz outlet. I received call from store at 29th min that person is leaving the store. Whereas there was no intimation from store or delivery person if pizza has arrived to the destination. While asked for free pizza on late delivery as per dominos policy, Mr.Mushtaq from store denied the same. I had to call store again if delivery boy has arrived at gate. As a result of time wasted in argument, I had to pay money for a cold pizza... Zita Ruben Hi, I'm Zita residing at Bangalore. I happen to order pizza yesterday night at 10:00 pm, location was chikkalsandra, Bangalore. The staff refused taking my order by giving different reasons, for the 1st time I was so disappointed by the staff attitude. I managed to ask all their names none were ready but in return kept me on hold for so long. I even wanted to know the duty managers name one person by name Sai at last claims that as of now NO DUTY MANAGER. Also to conclude the discussion one more executive picked the call and claimed his name as Shivu and says could you tell me from the beginning what happened. Now, I Wish to escalate this and take this incident highly serious for 3 things. 1. For having made fun of me when I was speaking with all calm to your staff. 2. For disrespecting the customer at night 10:00 pm when we were ordering food. 3. For directing me to wrong staff for escalation and putting me onhold for more than 40minutes. Also just FYI placed the order on [protected] in the name of Malini (my sister name) since it's already registered with Dominos on this area. Request the escalation team to look into it with immediate action so that no further customer to be affected. Dear Sir, We have ordered Pizzas by phone from your local nearby branches, but they all are saying that the address where you required home delivery is not coming in their premises. The branches which have this premises issue are Domino's Inorbit mall, Domino's Fategunj, Domino's Ellorapark. And as our location (Jyoti LTD, Near Pandya bridge, Gorwa) is within 3 kms radius from all of these branches, till they are telling us that they are unable to delivered in within 30 minutes. So, I request to solve this premises issue.

Sir/Ma'am, I have ordered a peppy paneer cheeseburst pizza online yesterday worth Rs.517 and tried for redeeming my freecharge coupon for free garlic bread, but the restaurant didn't supply me free product saying that the coupon cannot be redeemed. but when I read the terms and conditions, it was clearly written that the coupon is redeemable on online purchase of more than Rs.350/-. So, I kindly request you that if the coupon is non redeemable on your outlets then please don't supply then to the customers through these recharge websites. It's highly disgusting. I ordered a country special regular size pizza on 4th may. The bill was of Rs. 185. I gave the delivery person a Rs. 500 note. He said that he did not have any change. So i asked him to take the pizza back and come back with changes. To that he started searching all his cash to see if he had change. He returned Rs. 280. And said he will go around the shops outside the building to get the remaining change and if not found he will go back to store and get it. He never returned with the remaining Rs. 35 change. Shame on Dominos, Hyderabad, cyber towers branch for betraying the trust of customers!

I had placed a prepaid online order on 2/5/2015 at 23:00 hours with your rohini sector 11 store(new delhi). I had made payment in advance using your partner site paytm.com wallet. But the issue is that as it was 23:00 my order was not placed and i received a notification saying 'our kitchens have closed for now. Try ordering in 12 hours' Still my amount was debited from the paytm.com wallet and has not been credited back since then. I have contacted the store and they said in case of failed order the amount will be credited back within 5-7 days. I have also contacted the paytm.com support and they have confirmed that amount was debited from my wallet as the order was placed on their part. I received a message from dominos regarding a coupon referring to Elite Club and them providing benefit of one pizza free with one of same and lesser value. Due to some technical issues the coupon was not being accepted online, hence I called up the store to ask for help. The store is located at Model Town Jalandhar, Punjab. My call was transferred to the manager of the store who rudely refused to help me and told me to file complaint online and confidently told me to mention his name along with the complaint. The name of the manager is Shani Bhushan. Feeling offended I requested him to talk to me nicely and help me out as he represents the company and bound to help the customer. To this he replied that he is not responsible for messages that the company sends to its customers. I felt extremely humiliated. I have been enjoying and relishing your yummy pizzas for many many years and totally swear by your brand. But due to this encounter with the manager I feel disconnected by Dominos. I hope this message reaches the right people. My motive is not to make the person realise anything. I, as a customer, feel upset and humiliated and hope such a thing never happens with anyone else. We ordered spicy triple tango regular pizza at Dominos Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur. We found that the Quality of the pizza did not match according to your standard, but when we complained about the quality to the shift manager, he blames that we don't know about pizza and clearly said that he will not do anything in respect to the complaint. His behaviour was so rude that we had no choice except to leave the restaurant.

Today i made a order from Dominos at IP Ext branch. The person who took order was so in hurry he didn't speak well and just cut the line. I got a all from delivery boy after 30 minutes he said sir i am standing here where is your place i navigated him he said okay i will come in next minute and then after again i got call from him ([protected]) stating same, there after third fourth call but he never reach to my place. i doubt whether delivery boy has ever come to my area or making calls from some elsewhere. This is not the first time when i order something on this address from same IP Ext Branch. Lastly that delivery boy told me that i am standing here come and take otherwise i will go back. I asked when you call me fist time you where there only why you not coming to my address, i will speak with your manager. That boy said i already spoke with him. Then after i call IP Ext so called branch manager Anwar or similar name guy, who claimed to be a manager and working there from last 9 Months. He has no concerns about my views and just saying a statement that "banda gya tha aap ka address nahi mila, raat hai sir samchja karo". I really have doubts that is he in real a manger. He cut the line again i called in landline but no solution to my problem. I call him again on his cell no-- [protected], this is was my third all to him i said are you delivering to me my order, he said that delivery boy has came back. I can not deliver you as you ask for discount for late delivery. I told him up front that yes i will ask as your delivery boy has never come to my place and after guiding him for 30 minutes too, as per him he was unable to find my place. but on the same address i already made so many order in past. Mr. Manager was not at all seems to be a manager, for me it just looks like that he is a supervisor only that’s why he doest have any concerns. i told him boss its already 11:30 in night you and your boy already spoiled my mood and time where i would get something to eat this time. Your IP Ext Manager said very rudely i can send him to you back but you have to collect from him and have to pay full money, otherwise he is back here and i cant deliver your order. I said boss being a Domino's customer so long i never be treated like this where i am putting my one our and 30 Minutes and so many call's and stuff like that. I will make a complaint against you and your staff. He said Kar lo Kar lo nothing will be goanna happen. Being a respectful customer of Dominos, the treatment which i got today was very Bad and i will not treat this just like that. Hello If you are looking to order from Domino's. Dont try. Very low quality service. I have order to them and they had delivered the thing in 50 min. When i call then after 30 min, they said they guy willl reach in few minutes. But no success.When i call them and ask them to talk their manager. He rudly said whether i want order or not. What rubbish. This is a kind of blackmailng. Never order with dominos.

i had ordered pizzas from dominos coles rd outlet my residence being thimmaiah road thy refused to deliver. I spoke 2 arun but thy were so rude n arrogant on not delivering 2 my place a less than 1 km. dominos talk n give big ads fooling all o[censored]s . Very sorry to say but your service quality is pathetic in Bilaspur (CG) because your people are pathetic in communication over phone . I gave order from landline phone and was waiting for the delivery. I again recalled them and asked for the order, they told me they hasn't received any order from my side and they told me they have got some other phone no as stated by me so the order stayed cancelled. I would like to say that the person who took the order for home delivery neither enquired me about my mobile no and neither I have given them as they already had my phone no stored as i ordered before. And when i was conversing one of the members was so agitating when I mentioned about complaint as if he is the domino's CEO. Hi I am Amit..I ordered a Veg double pizza, a garlic bread with cheesy dip & a Fanta..I am a consistent foodie of your pizza..but this time I'm really shocked as this time the pizza wasn't on time, the delivery came late so I asked the delivery man to give me that for free as per your policy and the delivery man was so rude that he said "Sir You don't want to take it say it cleary" n I was amazed by this behaviour of the delivery man. I told him that I'm a consistent customer of your pizza but this time it is late..I was very hungry but I really felt bad because of this attitude of the delivery man..So I didn't accepted the delivery.I had talk with manager about this behaviour but he doesn't show any interest rather he was messing with me about the timings..I'm really amazed that how the responsible person talks with the regular customer of your pizza.I told him that I won't order your pizza again but he was least interested in convincing me.Its just not about pizza its about relation which I think is now becoming sour due to this reason. I'm a returning customer of Dominos & ordered the the Pizzas & Sides during office to spend good quality time with office buddies on tea break. 'Peppy Paneer-Cheesy Wonder-Extra Cheese, Stuffed Garlic Bread, 2 Cheese Jalapeno Dips & a Choco Lava Cake' were the ordered items. The order was placed @ 15:54:02. Following are the concerns: -The delivery was done @ around 16:29 which asks for Free Delivery. We didn't raise concern there. -The guy forgot Cheese Jalapeno Dips; hence returned the Stuffed G.B. & asked him to bring it along with dips (dips were ordered for a purpose- to consume with SGB) -What a pathetic experience it was - the Pizza! It was no Cheesy WONDER (we know the exact taste of cheesy wonder & how much cheese has to be there) even if it was ordered with Extra Cheese. When I called, the team said we'll take care from next time if the order comes from this number. They're a big cheat! I expect an acknowledgement to my concern & some great assurances. Next day I got call from Domino's department enquiring about pizza delivery and quality . I told them that worst quality and taste. After few minutes I got another call from no.[protected]. One male person he doesn't told his name asked about pizza I told him that it was worst I ever had in my life. Than he started talk with me rudely. And answered me very rudely that you are lying. I felt very bad and harassed. How can he talked to me like that. First you made me fool by giving me worst pizza after that you answered me rudely. Feeling very harassed.

I had ordered baked chicken . they parceled me with chicken pizza small size charging me 270 . the quality of pizza at howrah dominos is so rediculus that on asking them to change they will instead deny no sir its good and all.yesterday itvwas heights of limits crossing when they placed me the wrong oder . my total order was of 720.
