I had ordered pizza today (17 April) at 8.25 PM via Dominos app. I did not get any call back for approx 30 mins, and had called the dominos shop for status at 8:55 PM, though was informed that the pizza's would take another 20 mins for delivery without any no reason stated for delay.
However my pizza's were not delivered until 9.55 Pm and had called the Doddanekkundi branch several times with no response. Further decided to visit the shop for getting the pizzas (my kids had been expecting), however could catch the delivery guy in the mid way and finally got hold of the pizza's. Though unfortunately pizzas were very cold and the cheese were already become solid. Was told by the delivery guy that they could not handle the huge order that they received.
My concerns are below
1) If the orders are more than what could be handled, why the customers are not turned down, why the orders are still taken?
2) Why there is no call back considering the delay is more than guaranteed delivery time.
3) Why there is no response for customer calls, after placing order.
Hope this gets noticed and appropriately looked upon, without any action on such feed backs, these joints would only further deteoriate.

Then I got the delivery of pizza at 23:50, the time when we all were sleeping.
And the worst thing that happens is as I had ordered for cheese burst pizza and the pizza which I was delivered was not a cheese burst pizza...or one can say that quality was not as good as it has to be ..
Although it was mentioned "well done " on the orderslip.
Can anyone will resolve this issue ..
