I went for ordering the pizza at domino's ( near MG Road Metro Station Delhi ) . I ordered pizza . I had discount as i am an employee of Serco Pvt. Ltd . I asked to the employee name Rajnish Rawat . Is there any discount for person who is employee of serco ? That guy says in a rude way, yes there is 50% discount on serco employee . His actual sentences were like this ( Ha hai serco ko employee's ke liye 50% discount hai, aao mai deta hu ) . My order number 177 . One more thing, this guy was attending some call, and may be that caller was speaking in english . This rajnish rawat cut down the phone and says his staff members, whoever speaks in english on call, just say ok ok ok ok ok and cut down the phone . I just want to know, is that the service for which, domino's charge his customer's ? Is it the way his employee's work ?

I have a coupon of Buy one get one free offer. Coupon code- 414NXW6X validity date is 24th April 2015. First I called the restaurant and asked if I'll get another pizza free. They told me if I'll show them the coupon in phone then only I'll get it. I went to the restaurant and they told me to order online I ordered for medium category and every time it showed "terms and conditions are not fulfilled". There is no method to check the T&C. So don't send coupon if they are not gonna work ( or it's a glitch in the website ? ). I have wasted my time going to the restaurant. Else send the T&C too in the message. I ordered for pizza from Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore branch on April 17th 2015. The order was placed at 9.20pm and the pizzas were delivered by 10.30pm in the night. We had to starve till we got our pizzas and the worst part is we found a cockroach in the pizza. I immediately called up the manager and complained about this. The manager said he would send fresh pizzas but I denied as it was already 11 in the night. Then the manager agreed to refund but when the delivery guy came home to give back my cash, the manager calls up on the delivery guy's phone and asked him to hand over the phone to me and the manager asked me as to why I ate the rest of the pizzas and refused to refund. He wanted me to pay half of the bill. This is one disgusting experience. They do not train their employees on how to talk to customers.Very bad service. Dominos is the worst ever.

Yet another delay from Domino's Pizza India. I Order Pizza last night at 8:04 pm & got the Pizza Delivered at 9:11 pm which is more than an hour. there was no traffic jams or no natural calamity like rain etc. Still Domino's can not keep their promise of 30 Mins. This is poor customer service & Request immediate attention as this is the 3rd time happening only in my case. Wondering how many other customers are suffering. Yesterday I had been to your dhole patil road outlet and had ordered a pasta there. The pasta was stale and the cheese was not at all edible. I complained to the staff inin charge but she denied it saying it was fresh cheese and hence tasted different. I am attaching a copy of the bill. also the spell check on this .

Hi, I ordered a Pizza on Friday[protected] at around 10 PM. I received that Pizza at 11:12 PM. When I asked the Delivery not to pay the amount as delivery was done after more than 30 min, the Delivery boy denied and said if you will Pay complete amount then only I will hand over order otherwise I will cancel your order. I had order a Non veg pizza (Chicken Fiesta) of Rs 419 on 19th of April 20, 2015 evening at around 7: 10 pm by my mobile no. [protected]. Unfortunately order arrived at 8.28pm i.e more than 1 hour late and when questioned about the 30 mins guarantee service or free, instead of regretting for the delay the pizza boy or so called SDP told me that my area is not under service coverage and he cannot allow me to take it unless I pay the full amount. If it is so when the CSR took my order how could he gave me a confirmation to receive the order within 30 mins in my address. By that time i was so furious that I just decided to return that cold pizza. Accordingly when I called the Dominos outlet (REHABARI, GUWAHATI) and informed about this, i was told that the SDP was a new one and do not know much about it.!!. How disgusting !! Finally I had to order for a new pizza, did not have a choice, my kids were eagerly waiting and could not disappoint them. What more shocking this time with this new order is that I had to ask for a discount and paid the rest amount after a deduction of Rs 300. Neither I received any sorry card nor received any call back in this regard. My son who had not eaten anything till that time waiting for his pizza had to go without food for some more time till another pizza arrived for him. the only good thing is that bcoz of this whole experience my son has developed aversion to dominos pizza. And a good experience for me as well as I was planning to give a treat to my friends with Dominos pizzas on my coming b’day this Sunday. Please do not promise if you cannot provide quality service. I have ordered for Pizza on 18/04/15 amounting to Rs.216.00 and paid the same amount in cash post delivery of pizza at my residence. However prior to this, I was trying to order online and error message received while paying. But while checking my bank statement it shows that there is a deduction of Rs.332.00 from my account in the same day. Like to inform against the same paid amount there was no delivery. Hi, Yesterday I place a online order pizza from dominos and they delivered after 90 minutes. As they are claiming that pizza will be dielivered in 30 minutes otherwise the money will be refunded to you and pizza will be free.
