I had ordered one cheesy wonder vag Hawaiian pizza from Domino's, Vishwamanava double road, mysore on 18 april 2015 evening. Invoice no: DPI66459/15-16/3903. Amount paid 472. I was very dissappointed with the pizza i received on home delivery. It was a total waste of money. because: -- there was no inner layer of cheese as it was supposed to be in cheesy wonder. the second type of cheese was missing; only there was slight amount in the cut edges of the pizza. --the toppings including pineapple and jalepano were hardly present. there were 2 slices with only corn on it. Ordering this medium sized pizza was a total waste of money, as it was just the same as regular size pizza mania with no second type cheese and toppings. I want you to return my money. I plan to never order this pizza. Because there is no quality.

    Yesterday at 8:48 pm i got the conformation of my order ( order no. 492) but even after 30 minutes there was no sign of a pizza boy, so i called the domino's outlet which was supposed to deliver my pizza but some arrogant brat picked up the phone and told that i will have to wait another 50 minutes before my pizza will be delivered. To my great surprise {*sarcasm} i did not received any thing which even remotely looked like a pizza. At 10:48 i received a phone call from the pizza boy asking for directions, by that time i was so furious that i decided to return it. Domino's has done it yet again, destroyed the party and mood of me and my friends. After doing all this today i receive a phone call asking for a feedback, as if he was teasing me.

        [protected] haresh i am your regular customer.if you giving us offer of home delivery so u must has to deliver us at home.i[censored] are writing our number there u also has to add the address column i[censored] cant.then u msg this offer to only those customers whom u are able to deliver.you had given me 4to5 times offer msg but when i had called u for first time u told me that u are not able to give this service at my area.so why u are messaging me about that and when i come there u told me if you want offer pizza u are able to take pizza but ate at home.this is unacceptable.i am writing complaint in your company read this and give me answer

            Yesterday(i.e[protected] we went to phase 10 dominos and placed our order at 8:39 pm and were asked to wait for 25 minutes but our order was not ready even by 9:30 pm. At 9:30 also we were asked to wait for 20 more minutes.On the top of it the staff there was really rude. we lost all our faith in dominos yesterday. Please do not promote your 30 minutes scheme that is ridiculous...plus if the staff is inefficient to handle large number of orders they should stop taking them. Neha [protected]@yahoo.com

              I placed order at 10.18.59 vide order no 581 on 17.4.2015 . but to utter shock and surprise when I didn't receive any delivery till 10.55 . I called the number given on the mail! I, e. 26933951 . One person picked the phone, replied on my query about time of delivery unprofessionally replied that on awailing any discount 30 mints delivery is not guaranted without hearing my query and disconnected the phone and at 11.10 delivery boy came and when we said that your person behaved very unprofessionally he said you want your order or not. therefore left with no other option to saveguard, our self esteem I am writing this complaint . Kindly take a proper action otherwise we will file FIR for all the conduct of you and your employees Kindly update me about all the action taken against them.                 i had ordered pizza at 9.15pm it was deliverd at 10pm. on inquiring was told tht there is some offer going on. i had not ordered the offer food. and when the person was telling me about the offer on phone she never mentioned about the time. at 10pm when questioned the delivery boy chose to take back the pizza after consulting his so called senior. my son who had not eaten anything till 10 waiting for his pizza had to go without food for some more time till something was cooked for him. the only good thing is that bcos of this whole experience my son has developed aversion to dominos pizza.good for us as we will not have to deal with such arrogaqnt and cheats in future

                  I ordered 4 pizza's on April 17, 2015 at around 9. The order was supported with a offer coder MOB06. But the bill was generated for only 3 pizza's(see attached). Apart from this the pizza was delivered in 90 mins. Ok, you guys have no time guarantee during the offer period but at least deliver the pizza in good condition. The pizza was cut into bad pieces and was badly baked. Kindly look into the matter.

                    To the Concerned Order number - 335 Date and time - 17 April 2015, 8.25 Pm Order store - Dominos, Doddenakkundi Bangalore I had ordered two veg pizzas on 17th April @ 8.25 pm via the dominos app, however did not receive any call back nor status update for approx 30 mins. I called the store to get the update and was informed that my pizzas will be delivered in 20 mins. Pizza did not arrive neither was I informed on the status after further 20 mins as informed. I had called the store from 9.45 to 9.55 pm repeatedly (did not have a choice, my kids were eagerly waiting and could not disappoint them ), but there was response. At 9.55 pm decided to go to the store directly to pick my pizzas, however could catch the delivery guy in the mid way and get hold of the pizzas . Delivery guy informed that there was huge list of delivery orders hence the delay. To my dismay, I found out the Cheese burst pizzas very cold, with cheese already become solid and the pizza top layer already stuck with the pizza box . Could notice that the delivery box was stacked with lot of pizza bags which can be the reason to deliver spoiled pizza. My concerns 1) if the orders are more than what could be handled, why are we not informed in prior, so that we can refrain ordering? 2) why are we not updated of the delay in the delivery, and mostly why the phones are not received. Fail to understand if the same number is used for taking orders, why is it not used to update the status? 3) Btw I ordered the pizzas in dominos app, and so called track my order was not providing an correct update of my order. It was trying to refresh status-:(. 4) lastly isn't there not even a apology for such bad service? Not sure how these concerns would be addressed, but it shows the customers that these fast food chains cannot meet up huge demands and only reminds to refrain ordering with these food chains Regards Viswanath [protected]

                      Yesterday i.e. Friday the April 17 my wife received a coupon on her mobile than in the evening at 7.25 she called up your outlet near Raj mandir cinema by her mobile no.[protected] and placed her order at 7.30, but the delivery boy came to us after 55 minutes i.e.after 8.25 than when I asked about so much delay the delivery boy replied " Sir I can't help it", then I refused to accept the delivery. After that when my wife MANJU informed the outlet than reply from the outlet was shocking, it was "Ma'am we won't deliver you in future" .Instead of regretting about the delay the person was blaming us. After that when I called up the manager JAY he again talked rudely with me and put my call on hold for 15 minutes by saying that he is connecting me to the customer care department, than he did not pick my phone again from the same mobile no., than after 15-20 minutes I again called him from another mobile no. he picked up in one go and I asked him the customer care no., he [JAY] refused to give me the no. so I'd to write to you about this incident .Truly speaking I'm very much hurt by the behaviour of your outlet manager JAY & the service what I received yesterday.                         Yesterday, there was a BOGO offer at Domino's. I stay in Navi Mumbai. I order pizza from Dominos Pooja Restaurant Koperkhairne sector-2 at 8:54 PM and called restaurant after placing an order. Staff member told me that today 30 minutes delivery is not applicable and you will get your delivery at 10:00 pm. I was agree with her. I waited till 10:30 pm and after that I tried to call shop but no one was answering my call. I tried 50 times but no luck. Then I decided to call Bonkode sector-11 domino's shop and enquired about delivery time and they said 2 hours is a huge waiting period and you can complaint about them by calling on 68886888. I did that also. Delivery guy came at 11:15 p.m with cold and incomplete pizza order. He forgot one pizza at shop and asking me to give 100 rs less on total bill. I asked him to connect to me shop supervisor which he refused. And the delivery guys was talking rudely. He was saying wait till 12:00 am midnight and we will deliver pizza at you door step. If they can handle customer they should inform us in prior.

                          Such a worst night because of Domino's Pizza India, orders never come to doors after 2.5hrs if we call them they told first we are lot busy here and don't care about your delivery. Some lady picks the call and offers Rs 300 back, then denial of that. No integrity in service and hospitality. Then the second order never turns up rather tells us we given a wrong number for the delivery. I have both the delivery invoice and proof. They troubled me and my friends as we paid before. Need total resolution for the issue. #shameDominosPizza. We just stay hungry for the night. Thought like we stay in a country where don't know what to do for this kind of issues. If you are a customer then you only "Kast se hi maar" I have all the invoice details...we want complete money refund and apology for lying to us.

                            Firstly, the pizzas which I had ordered, arrived late. When I had called the restaurant, they said late deliveries were not given free today (17th April 2015). When I had said that no such disclaimer was advertised on the website today, they blankly refused to accept any such thing. Secondly, the pizzas which we had ordered today did not meet the usual standard expected from dominos. I usually order the chicken dominator every time, but it was extremely spicy and my child, who usually relishes the pizzas could not eat it. It was a very dissatisfying experience altogether.

                              I had ordered Pizza and sides at Dominos VASANT square mall, Delhi - 110070 via app order at 9:05pm hours on 17th April, 2015. My credit card was debited, however the Pizza was not delivered even after 2 hours. When I received it was nonveg. The said outlet did not respond to phone calls, neither did any of the Dominos customer care numbers were functional. If there is no way to contact them then as a consumer, there is no way I can be sure whether Dominos is executing an order or not.

                                I had ordered Pizza and sides at Dominos IP Extension outlet ( near Prince Apartments), Delhi - 110092 via Online order at 21:48 hours on 17th April, 2015. My credit card was debited, however the Pizza was not delivered even after 2 hours. The said outlet did not respond to phone calls, neither did any of the Dominos customer care numbers were functional. If there is no way to contact them then as a consumer, there is no way I can be sure whether Dominos is executing an order or not. They ARE IN THE FOOD BUSINESS WHICH IS THE BASIC NEED OF HUMANS! WHICH BY PROMISING TO FULFILL AND NOT DELIVERING THEY ARE ONLY ABUSING THE MOST NOBLE OF PROFESSIONS!!! Today as the situation stands, Dominos has got the money for the order and have not delivered the pizza. There is no response from their side either at their outlet, their regional contact centre or their centralized complaint no.on the status of the order or the money refund. No one is even picking the phone!!! It looks like that they are running a SCAM !!! in the name of online ordering and harassing poor consumers who are getting lured by their fancy ads only to get swindled in return!!! Can some senior official from DOMINOS answer this, refund my money and also compensate me for the hunger that my children had to go through waiting for a pizza for 2 hours which anyway the SCAMSTER DOMINOS never wished to deliver???? Guys!!! Beware of such fraud companies who are making tall claims only to swindle money from unsuspecting consumers. ITS A SCAM!!!

                                I had ordered Pizza at Dominos IP Extension outlet at 22:40 hours on 17th April, 2015. I had tried to order pizza at 21:30, but the said outlet did not respond to phone calls, neither did any of the Dominos customer care numbers were functional. No one is even picking the phone!!! .
                                Then I got the delivery of pizza at 23:50, the time when we all were sleeping.
                                And the worst thing that happens is as I had ordered for cheese burst pizza and the pizza which I was delivered was not a cheese burst pizza...or one can say that quality was not as good as it has to be ..
                                Although it was mentioned "well done " on the orderslip.

                                Can anyone will resolve this issue ..

                                  hi, I am chetan sharma, i was order my pizza to kohat enclave pitam pura branch, on 17/04/2015 at 9:47 pm and the diliveryman reaches at my home around 11:00 pm, my guest are very disappointed by me becouse pizza is in such a bad condition i was click the pic of the pizza and after that the diliveryman ask me for money. sir i was so disappoint with the dominoes and i am not able to visit again in dominoes and also saying to my friends to to visit to dominoes .becouse i was feel so insulted in front of my guest becouseof dominoes and the pizza is in such a bad condition and they also ask me for money as he was 1:15 min late from the order time .just see the condition below and as i was call to the branch then after so many calls they pickup my call and holds me for 10mins means by all this they all treted me as i am a fool who was calling then and i dont understand is the dominoes really going bad and gives such a bad facility to there customers.even they cant give respect to there customers.

                                    I had ordered food through the mobile app. The order was placed and i had recieved the confirmation mail. The food has not arived and the outlet where the order was placed didn't pick any of my calls. The order number 516 and the date is 17- april-2015. The name of the outlet is dominos pizza at sector 50 noida. The only purpose of writing this mail is that others don't face any problems due to there inconvinience. This is not the first time i have faced this issue. If i try to place order at any other branch they say that only sector 50 outlet has the authority to deliver. Kindly help me out in this.

First i received the order late. It was understandable as it was a rush day. But when i checked the order it wasn't upto the mark. So, i asked for a replacement.                                       To the Concerned, Name: Viswanath Order Number: 335 Order Date: 17 April 2015 Dominos Store: SHOP/UNIT NO. 1, GROUND FLOOR, SOUL SPACE ARENA, TOTAL MALL, DODDANEKKUNDI, OUTER RING ROAD BANGALORE, KARNATAKA I had ordered pizza today (17 April) at 8.25 PM via Dominos app. I did not get any call back for approx 30 mins, and had called the dominos shop for status at 8:55 PM, though was informed that the pizza's would take another 20 mins for delivery without any no reason stated for delay. However my pizza's were not delivered until 9.55 Pm and had called the Doddanekkundi branch several times with no response. Further decided to visit the shop for getting the pizzas (my kids had been expecting), however could catch the delivery guy in the mid way and finally got hold of the pizza's. Though unfortunately pizzas were very cold and the cheese were already become solid. Was told by the delivery guy that they could not handle the huge order that they received. My concerns are below 1) If the orders are more than what could be handled, why the customers are not turned down, why the orders are still taken? 2) Why there is no call back considering the delay is more than guaranteed delivery time. 3) Why there is no response for customer calls, after placing order.
