Order store - Dominos, Doddenakkundi Bangalore
I had ordered two veg pizzas on 17th April @ 8.25 pm via the dominos app, however did not receive any call back nor status update for approx 30 mins. I called the store to get the update and was informed that my pizzas will be delivered in 20 mins. Pizza did not arrive neither was I informed on the status after further 20 mins as informed. I had called the store from 9.45 to 9.55 pm repeatedly (did not have a choice, my kids were eagerly waiting and could not disappoint them ), but there was response. At 9.55 pm decided to go to the store directly to pick my pizzas, however could catch the delivery guy in the mid way and get hold of the pizzas . Delivery guy informed that there was huge list of delivery orders hence the delay.
To my dismay, I found out the Cheese burst pizzas very cold, with cheese already become solid and the pizza top layer already stuck with the pizza box . Could notice that the delivery box was stacked with lot of pizza bags which can be the reason to deliver spoiled pizza.
My concerns
1) if the orders are more than what could be handled, why are we not informed in prior, so that we can refrain ordering?
2) why are we not updated of the delay in the delivery, and mostly why the phones are not received. Fail to understand if the same number is used for taking orders, why is it not used to update the status?
3) Btw I ordered the pizzas in dominos app, and so called track my order was not providing an correct update of my order. It was trying to refresh status-:(.
4) lastly isn't there not even a apology for such bad service?
Not sure how these concerns would be addressed, but it shows the customers that these fast food chains cannot meet up huge demands and only reminds to refrain ordering with these food chains

Then I got the delivery of pizza at 23:50, the time when we all were sleeping.
And the worst thing that happens is as I had ordered for cheese burst pizza and the pizza which I was delivered was not a cheese burst pizza...or one can say that quality was not as good as it has to be ..
Although it was mentioned "well done " on the orderslip.
Can anyone will resolve this issue ..
