I have place an order#372 at dominos center "I.p.extension, Plot No. 7lsc, Prince Appt Mkt.i.p.extension, new Delhi - 110092". In one plus one offer, the 2nd pizza has zero cheese where as I have ordered for cheesey wonder pizza. The quality of pizza is patitic and it feels like you have cheated us. It has been a reoccurent issue with this center and their phone always stay busy.

    it is not just a problem!! problemm??? u toking bout problem ??? it was hell lot of a mess which dominos created, we were so dis satisfied with the services which was provided from dominos, today was a 1 plus 1offer on medium and the large pizza, the date is 17th april 2015, we ordered two pizza's, one was double cheese margharita and the other one was farmhouse, we ordered for cheese burst, and the time when we got the pizza, there was no cheese in the crust, nothing at all, the crust was not at all baked, it was of pathetic quality, they charged us extra 90rs for the cheese burst it was not even the worth of rs 10, we took both of the pizza's back to the counter, and the staff there was so rude, so much rude, they dint talk normally, they just said that ' sir throw the pizza, we wont change it !', we told them that the pizza is not at all of worth but the dominos staff was so un co operative that they dint even asked us that sir i[censored] want we can refund the amount, we are very pissed of with the services provided by dominos to us, the pizza was pathetic, i have been eating dominos pizza on these offer days so much, i awlays visit to the store and have the pizza whenevr the offer comes out, i have had so manny pizzas till this age and i never had such a bad experience of dominos . the staff reacted to us so badly that u could not even imagine . the dominos outlet was Karkardooma › 15, 16, 16 A, Plot 9D, Aditya Mega Mall, Karkardooma, New Delhi we asked the staff people to take a photo of the pizza, i have never seen this thing that a pizza center staff stops the consumer to take the photograph, they dint allow us to take the photograph. we are highly pissed of with the services of dominos and want a strict action against them as soon as possible the bill number is DPI65934/15-16/4840 ORDER NUMBER WAS 198 TIN IS - [protected] STN: AABCD1821CST001 i want the compensation for this, i want the resolution for this as soon as possible. i dont want to but i have to do it if the query is not been resolved in next few hours. i would take this matter to the consumer forum . i have never faced such a bad experience in any of the food outlet . this would totally damage your reputation

      I ordered pizza. It was delivered after 50 minutes and was denied compensation As per the policy. After asking for written response they agreed. I ordered for thin crust pizza and was delivered pan pizza. I called them many times and they did not receive my call.

        hi, this is viraat here and i want to complain about the Dominos service in Vellore, this has happend twice in a month that i ordered at around 5 in evening and chose the time of delivery at 8, i was there at 7.45 and i waited for the pizza till 9.30 and it didnt come and when i call at the centre they dont pick up the call, this is unacceptable.         I had ordered a one medium sized pizza on 8th May 2015 @ 8:39 pm after 45 minutes I called them & answer was that the delivery boy on the way then I called them after 1 hour answer was the same after that I called them please cancel my order & 10 : 30 in the night they called me sir please wait your order is deliver in 5 minutes & then 10 : 45 in the night a delivery boy called me sir am standing outside please accept this order .

          Sir, i have placed a order in dominos on 17/04/2015.First a foll it came late second thing that they give me wrong pizza.I called them 20-25 times.then they picked up the phone then from 7:20 to 8:40 they said that the boy is coming.He has been send from here.When he came he then brought 1 pizza whereas i have placed 2 pizza cheese burst.

            Dear Concern,

            I have given one order today afternoon vide order no-166, Bill shows that order has been taken at 2.39 PM and i got the delivery of pizza at 3.30 PM.


            I told delivery boy that i am not going to pay bill as per Dominos policy i should get the same at free. Delivery boy said talk to my seniors and after calling them i found that they don’t know how to talk with customers, Firstly they keep me
            on hold and then phone reprentative said today this 30 Min
            offer is not valid. I said this offer is from Dominos and you are not running any local restaurant, then he transferred call to one lady she said while taking order i had informed you about
            today this 30 min offer is not valid, I told please check with calls recording as this has not been communicated me . Then she said they don’t kept call records etc etc and told you will
            have to pay this.

            Finally i paid the amount to delivery boy but with this kind of
            services and attitude m not going to taste Dominos again in my
            life.

                  Hello, Myself Shailaja. Today I have order pizza on offer bye 1 get 1.I placed the order at 1:23pm and then waiting for pizza.I have tried so many times on pizza shop for order status but still they have not received call and one or two times they received call and kept on side not giving any reply. At 3:14 the pizza boy called for pizza delivery and I said I do not want pizza now, please cancel it. I need to wait for almost more than 90 minutes.and because of this incidence, in future I do not want to go for Domino's

                    First the delivery was over a hour late and the store would hardly entertain any calls to them. They would not acknowledge their mistake of being late. Overall instead of giving the regular discount they were forcing us to pay. They have free after thirty mins policy. Our office is in the next building. Very unprofessional behavior from their side.

                          talked to dominos store manager he said "no free pizza" i saw ur terms and condition i[censored] want i will sent its copy to your department for your perusal.The single statement even word is not found in your policy that 'pizza in 30 min or free pizza' will not apply on Friday or simple pizza. Rs. 999 was deducted from my account but the pizza was not ordered due to some technical slang. then i had again ordered over the call and paid the amount in cash. i have not got any refund for the former amount. kindly look into it.                               I had received a message from DM-Domino on my mobile of buy one pizza & get one Pizza free by your toll free number..just to clarify the offer i have called Domino's store which is located at Sakinaka at mittal ind est andheri east.. I spoke to tell caller i was not satisfied with her answer so i told her i need to speak to the manager I gave my mobile number i told him i am a regular customer you can check my order history we were in a conversation with the manger the manger name was "Nadder" he was so rude and was not listing properly i told him i want to order pizza but he just bang the phone disconnect the line as off i am asking him for a free Pizza i seriously don't understand how can a manager of a service Industry behave in this Manner... You can also check my order history i am regular customer of your's.. I think i should such for a another option... I have never ask for any discount on late delivery I usually get delivery after 40 to 50 minutes guarantee.. I request you have train your staff how to speak to customer...                                 Against the order placed 1 hour 15 min today forenoon (17/04/15), product in bad shape was delivered. After complaining, it was communicated by Mr. Rajat (Branch, Pristine Mall, Faridabad, Haryana) that replacement will be delivered in 15 min and if not so then we don't need to pay for it. However, the replacement pizza was delivered in 23 min. After talking to Mr. Rajat, it was communicated that he has made the promise which is not on papers and hence we cannot say anything to him for his statement. He also misbehaved and used ill language on phone and complained on police helpline no 100, that we have forcefully kept their person in our custody, however, the situation was totally different. He asked his person to not to come back without taking money for the 2nd delivery. The act of Mr. Rajat making complaint to police has resulted into ruining the impression of our company. We understand that Dominos is a service industry and should take care about the teaching and training being provided to the person who represents Dominos. This not a small incident and should be taken on serious note at your end. With the above understanding, we are sending this mail as complaint and look forward for your immediate consideration.                                   I received order of simple Veg Pizza, while I was having there was a group of 5 who was ordering bigger medium and Pizza. Since there was no sufficient room to arrange 5 people I was asked to move to another place and that was not even a request. Domino's staff asked me to sit in a different place. I asked them where can I sit and there is no answer because the entire room is filled... So does this mean that people ordering Simple veg pizza should vacate the place if there are customers with bigger pizzas? Road side dirtiest restaurant is much better because they value their customers.. At least they don't ask someone to leave while having food. And another day because i was having simple veg Every second day. They started giving only black (over heated)pizzas . After 2 days they said they can not make profits with veg pizzas. I have just one question. Why Do you sell them at a price where you can not make profit and then insult your customers for ordering the basic pizzas. Well all this happened about 6 months ago and from Then i stopped visiting dominos..

                                    We had ordered pizza on 27th February at 7.48 pm and the pizza was delivered at around 10 pm. We had recommended to your authorities that as per 30 minutes challenge, the pizza be made free and the amount of Rs. 454 be credited back to my mobikwik account from which payment had been made. It was also promised by your store manager that the same would be credited back to my account within 7 days. But, it has been close to 45 days and still we haven't received the amount.                                         Dear Domino's Team I got the birthday party organized for my kid at Domino's, Good Earth Center, Sec-50, Gurgaon, Haryana on 11th April 2015. In the past i had celebrated the birthdays at Pizza Hut but this was the first time i realized that there was an option to do it at Domino's and was looking forward to it. To summarize, the experience has been awful and i have never seen such an unprofessional approach at any other place where i had got the events done. Seemed like the only motto was to squeeze in as much money as possible at any cost over and above the fixed space charge of INR 1, 500. To mention the experience We were given to understand that in the fixed cost, the team will organize 3 games for the kids. Actually they ended up with only 2 (dancing statue and musical chair). Even in those two the team was hardly interested to organize it and kids were left to select the winner by themselves and finally we had to intervene. Team looked totally disinterested in delivering the committment. You have to learn the passion from Pizza Hut We thought fine this would be one of those bad days where staff was not interested. But there real interest was reflected when it came to getting the order processed. Me and my wife were continuously forced to order more than what we telling. Finally we were left with almost 3 extra pizza's which we did not know what to do. Also the serving lady, don't remember the name (except the guy whose name was Arshad), despite repeated request was pushing slices in the plates of kids, even though they already had 2 and finally there was a lot of stuff wasted. Seemed like you guys had given them target to achieve the billing target, come whatever may. Simple Garlic Bread were ordered but hey added the cheese dips by themselves which was again wasted by kids. But yes they manage to bill that extra. To add the quality of pizza was not at all a Domino's standard. Vegetable toppings were all raw and not baked. Looked like we were the unwanted guest, whom they wanted to leave asap but charging to the fullest. Finally towards the end i saw a feedback phone which said Dial 2 and provide your feedback. I requested my wife to give the feedback, but the serving lady was so interested to know what is being said that she only moved away after 3 repeated reminders. Am not even sure who was at the other end receiving the feedback and whether it is actionable at all or not. I ended up spending INR 6, 500 for 2 hours and the overall experience was a nightmare. Hoarding at the outlet said 99.99% experience is not good enough we strive for 100%. I wish someone would have told even a 50% of what this means to the staff at the outlet I had been a regular customer of Domino's Pizza, but i think it was my biggest mistake to organize a birthday party at your place. Don't think it is your expertize.I would surely like to escalate this to highest possible level in Domino;s and this is my first escalation With Regrets Vinay +91-[protected]
