I received order of simple Veg Pizza, while I was having there was a group of 5 who was ordering bigger medium and Pizza. Since there was no sufficient room to arrange 5 people I was asked to move to another place and that was not even a request. Domino's staff asked me to sit in a different place. I asked them where can I sit and there is no answer because the entire room is filled... So does this mean that people ordering Simple veg pizza should vacate the place if there are customers with bigger pizzas? Road side dirtiest restaurant is much better because they value their customers.. At least they don't ask someone to leave while having food. And another day because i was having simple veg Every second day. They started giving only black (over heated)pizzas . After 2 days they said they can not make profits with veg pizzas. I have just one question. Why Do you sell them at a price where you can not make profit and then insult your customers for ordering the basic pizzas. Well all this happened about 6 months ago and from Then i stopped visiting dominos..

    We had ordered pizza on 27th February at 7.48 pm and the pizza was delivered at around 10 pm. We had recommended to your authorities that as per 30 minutes challenge, the pizza be made free and the amount of Rs. 454 be credited back to my mobikwik account from which payment had been made. It was also promised by your store manager that the same would be credited back to my account within 7 days. But, it has been close to 45 days and still we haven't received the amount.         Dear Domino's Team I got the birthday party organized for my kid at Domino's, Good Earth Center, Sec-50, Gurgaon, Haryana on 11th April 2015. In the past i had celebrated the birthdays at Pizza Hut but this was the first time i realized that there was an option to do it at Domino's and was looking forward to it. To summarize, the experience has been awful and i have never seen such an unprofessional approach at any other place where i had got the events done. Seemed like the only motto was to squeeze in as much money as possible at any cost over and above the fixed space charge of INR 1, 500. To mention the experience We were given to understand that in the fixed cost, the team will organize 3 games for the kids. Actually they ended up with only 2 (dancing statue and musical chair). Even in those two the team was hardly interested to organize it and kids were left to select the winner by themselves and finally we had to intervene. Team looked totally disinterested in delivering the committment. You have to learn the passion from Pizza Hut We thought fine this would be one of those bad days where staff was not interested. But there real interest was reflected when it came to getting the order processed. Me and my wife were continuously forced to order more than what we telling. Finally we were left with almost 3 extra pizza's which we did not know what to do. Also the serving lady, don't remember the name (except the guy whose name was Arshad), despite repeated request was pushing slices in the plates of kids, even though they already had 2 and finally there was a lot of stuff wasted. Seemed like you guys had given them target to achieve the billing target, come whatever may. Simple Garlic Bread were ordered but hey added the cheese dips by themselves which was again wasted by kids. But yes they manage to bill that extra. To add the quality of pizza was not at all a Domino's standard. Vegetable toppings were all raw and not baked. Looked like we were the unwanted guest, whom they wanted to leave asap but charging to the fullest. Finally towards the end i saw a feedback phone which said Dial 2 and provide your feedback. I requested my wife to give the feedback, but the serving lady was so interested to know what is being said that she only moved away after 3 repeated reminders. Am not even sure who was at the other end receiving the feedback and whether it is actionable at all or not. I ended up spending INR 6, 500 for 2 hours and the overall experience was a nightmare. Hoarding at the outlet said 99.99% experience is not good enough we strive for 100%. I wish someone would have told even a 50% of what this means to the staff at the outlet I had been a regular customer of Domino's Pizza, but i think it was my biggest mistake to organize a birthday party at your place. Don't think it is your expertize.I would surely like to escalate this to highest possible level in Domino;s and this is my first escalation With Regrets Vinay +91-[protected]

          Sir I was ordered a pizza on dominos outlet south Ex part 2 New delhi 110049 on dated 12/04/2015 Time 10:15 PM By phone No.[protected] But Pizza delivery done exactly 10 minute late. When I say you are 10 minute late so ( MR. AMIT ) delivery boy is saying we are not bond in 30 minute time and I will not give you pizza free of cost so I'm going and he return back with pizza and you can complaint any where and no response till now Kindly take necessary Action against ( MR.               I have ordered a pizza, garlic bread and chessy dip today(12.04.2015) at 8.35 in Silchar(Assam), dominos on telephone from the mobile number [protected], but the number in the order I gave is [protected], by the name Madhu Agarwal, the order was confirmed again by a call from the dominos staff and they even asked me if they can change the crust of my pizza to cheese burst from thin crust due to non availability of thin crust. I with my family waited for my order for about an hour and then I called the dominos people 3 to 4 times to know the status of my order but all the time they said it was on its way and one time at one call it was said that my order is not punched and then when again i called they said it was on its way.At last I did not receive pizza today.I am a heartcore fan of dominos pizza and I have enjoyed its service many times at many cities but this experience have disappointed me a lot. Our family get together got spoiled and this was very embarrasing for me.Next time certainly I will be reluctant in choosing dominos .I don't have any proof to attach as the order was placed on telephone and I didnot get any order number or receipt for my order.But I have call recorder application in my phone and I have saved and kept the recordings with me and I can produce that if it can b taken as a proof. I donot know what is the compensation for the disappointed and embarassement I faced today.

                I ordered one pizza mania combo pack pan crust pizza at 9:55 pm, sunday, 12 april 2015, which was delivered at 9:33 pm. The pizza was late by 8 minutes, still they have not given me it free. I had orderd it from Eden Gareden Bhopal. They have repeated this thing 4th or 5th time. I was a regular customer, but I think I will not be able to be the same for next time.

                  I ordered a spicy chicken pizza and there was a sharp metal object in the pizza similar to a pin and when i informed the outlet they told me they will verify it and cal me back which they did not.

                      Today I had made an online order (#392), Though the order was placed by 9:30 PM (got an email @ 9:31 PM) but the email said order placed at 9:40PM (Well thats how you deliver by 30 mins!!!). Well the main reason for this complaint is not the above, but my order was never delivered (its 10:25PM now and no response). Totally disappointed as your Customer Care # is not reachable and chat support is pathetic. I have taken all screen shots and need a strong action against this.

                        I made an online order for pizza (order no. 125) Waited for more than 1 hour but did not recieve it. Therefore, I called the customer support regarding the issue. First of all very poor response and then transfered my call to kormangala 4th block dominos pizza center, where the manager said that there is no order placed. I dont know how they manage but as I made an online payment I had a loss. Very dissapointed and wanted to complain for the poor service and response. I have all the proving email, messages and screenshots to prove my claim.

                        Hi,
                        An update, I received a call from the manager of Airport road Domino's outlet, apologised stating that issue was caused due to rush and also as it was raining and promised to refund the amount. I agreed to that. Later, received a call from a person claiming to be from Domino's and started asking about my credit card number and expiration date, I was surprised as I made the payment through net banking. I refused to provide him the details as I was not sure about his Identity and giving card details is strictly not advised by banks. Need help in getting back the amount.

                          I am a regular customer of Dominos. Today I placed order as per detials below. To my horror I found a sharp piece of plastic. Worse was when I approached the staff they said it is not possible to find plastic piece in Pizza. If it was plastic it would have melted! Is this the way to treat regular customers?                             I came across a worst customer service experience today from Domino's. My Order number 178 ordered on 4/4/2015 7:45:03 PM by online( K R Puram, Bangalore), came to my door step at 9.15 pm . When i told the delivery boy, that i cant be hungry for 90 minutes, The response was shocking to me . He took back the pizza ( 30 minutes delivery promise not applied) and replied, "it is because of too many order, shall i cancel the order ?". I told, it is not cancelled, i am rejecting this delivery because of poor commitment, and lack to courtesy to inform the delay and more over TAKING CUSTOMERS HUNGER FOR GRANTED ATTITUDE. I think it is high time now, customers should stop ordering to dominos, as they are not able to serve, only because of too many orders.Let us give business to some one who is capable of providing service ...                               I ordered pizza online on friday which was supposed to be one on one day, but I got only one pizza and they said that offer is not available today, if it was not supposed to be on that day, you should not have put the advertisement. Such a careless attitude.

                                I ordered my pizza and cheesy dip at 2:50 pm and got my pizza deliver within 30 minutes but they forgot cheesy dip so the deliver boy said he will get back in 5 mins but he took 15 mins to get back to me so I couldn't eat pizza so I called them and told what happened .. the manager was very rude she said that she will replace it but you have to return that pizza and was arguing and told me that she wont deliver the pizza again.. voice number- DPI65885/15-16/1736..order number-28..                                   Hi, i ordered from the online website for a pizza delivery in ludhiana, punjab for a friend And paid through my visa debit card. An amount of Rs. 465 was deducted from my account twice but order ws not placed due to technical difficulties. I recieved an email for both transactions that the deducted amount will be refunded within 7 working days. But it has not been refunded yet. Transaction numbers are - 1) dc[protected] dated[protected]amounted 465 2)dc[protected] dated[protected]amounted 465. Kindly look into the matter and arrange refund as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, I had placed an order at Dominos store with the below address - Dominos Restaurant Address- Marathali, Ground Floor, shop No 'a', white Field Main Road, Munnekolala Village, next To Yashomathi Hospital, Marathali Post, banglore-560037, ph.no.[protected], [protected] Order number - 352 Date of order - April 4th, 2015 I received the pizza in 55 minutes. So I asked for cashback from the store manager and he was not willing to do so. Later reluctantly he said he will processs Rs 300 cashback but it has been 3 days and I have yet not received the cashback. Nishant Agrawal

                                      Hi, This is absolutely below standard service by Dominos in Gurgaon. Ph no[protected] They did not deliver Pizza for over 90 mins, and we finally called them. After discussion they said that they did not deliver because we were not answering the delivery boys calls. We asked them to check which number delivery boy was dialing and it turned out that he was dialing an incorrect number to reach us. The operator on the call did not acknowledge this mistake and were blaming us for not receiving a call that never came. Finally they did not deliver the Pizza at all. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD ISSUES IN ORDERING PIZZA FROM THIS CENTER. THEY SEEM TO BE VERY RELUCTANT IN DELIVERING PIZZA IS THE ORDER IS OF A SMALL AMOUNT.

                                        I order pizza and waited till 45 minutes. When it was not delivered, i called the store to enquire. They said the pizza ia on the way. But as per the policy, if pizza is not delivered on time, this should be given free of cost. When stating this rule, the manager said he can only cancel the order.
