Sir I had ordered online on 17/03/2015 2 times with Order Number: BPT[protected] and BPT[protected] but both the times transaction was failed but my paytm wallet was deducted . Therefore request you to look into this matter as paytm is not refunding my money as he is saying that from their side it was successful. But from your side it was unsuccessful. Please refund my money....

Dominos online order and mobile app causes lot of harrasment to the customers. Everytime the customer places an order, it does not go through after accepting and deducting payments from the customers. This has a very low success rate to place an order The customers have to run after them to get the refund back. Their service of processing refunds it too slow, and cause harasment. I strongly suggest people to avoid placing online orders...
