      I ordered A farmhouse medium cheese burst and a 1 chicken spicy bak on 12 march 2015 at 01:11 PM and the order number given to me was order number 11.i called domino's at 1:45 pm as it was not delivered till that timethe representative said that it would take 10 to 15 minutes to reach. i told him that its already 45 minutes, then he promised that the order would be free for you and the amount will be reimbursed in your account within one week. Its been more than a week now I haven't had anything.

          This is observed while placing online order with Santoshnagar, Hyderabad branch.

          I tried placing an online order almost 4 times today. Money got debited but order was not placed, even the store guys asked me to repeat the order online, but order dint get placed,

            Hi, This is very unfortunate that an MNC is run in the most unprofessional way by this outlet people. When the orders are placed, and they fail to deliver they tell enumerable lies. Once you point out their mistake they keep telling other lies. Today I had placed an order at 11.37 am for two simply Veg margharetta Pizza's of regular size and the pizza was not delivered till 12.20 pm. When I called back they said like the man had come but went back as, then I was promised that I would receive my order within five minutes. Then again I waited till 20 minutes and called back to the complaints that time the call was tranferred to the outlet where lady said there was no order placed. Which is a complete lie. As previously she said the guy had come and went back so there is continuous lying with the customer. When spoke with the manager she said she is extremely sorry. But the whole experience of this time with Dominos was horrible. Day by day the quality is also deteriorating. If we go for shopping and eat Pizza there its really much better than what we order here at home from HSR Layout outlet. I am now determined not to buy pizza from this outlet. At the end of the story the guy came in with just one pizza, where as I had ordered two for my two kids. The delevery boy had no expression of apology on his face, this is definitely not something the way an American MNC work. Here these people are deteriorating the brand name and its value.                 Dear Consumer Complaints Team, I had received a SMS from Dominos a 30% discount coupon for online/mobile order. So I called the mobile number and was connected to C8 Vasant Kunj Delhi Outlet where I am residing. The Domino Team refused to accept the code as it was not showing in their system. They asked me to book online. When I booked online, I was unable to apply coupon if I selected C8 Vasant Kunj Delhi Outlet. So I selected Vasant Square Mall outlet which allowed redemption of coupon. Details below : Chef's Veg Wonder[Qty-1] Crust : Cheese Burst Size : Medium (serves 2) Toppings : Babycorns + Crisp Capsicums + Mushrooms + Paneer' + Gherkin + Red Paprika' Rs. 525 Taco Mexicana Veg[Qty-1] - Rs. 99 Chettinad Chicken Chops[Qty-1] - Rs. 119 [crm585572f5c] 30% off! : Rs. -157.5 Net Price : Rs. 585.5 Tax : Rs. 102.13 Total Price : Rs. 688 But Vasant Square Mall Dominos team called me and regretted that they cannot take this order and asked me to select C8 Vasant Kunj. I had to place the order at C8 Vasant Kunj but the online Dominos website did not allow redemption of coupon code. This is totally unfair.                     Sir I had ordered online on 17/03/2015 2 times with Order Number: BPT[protected] and BPT[protected] but both the times transaction was failed but my paytm wallet was deducted . Therefore request you to look into this matter as paytm is not refunding my money as he is saying that from their side it was successful. But from your side it was unsuccessful. Please refund my money.

                      I ordered Chicken Salami Large and Coke yesterday from Dominos India Website and I got charged Rs.594 three times which is criminal. I need my refund ASAP of 1188.00 rupees . I've attached the order details. Kindly Please look into this matter. I used PNB debit card to pay the amount and I'm not being to contact any official from dominos who could help to solve this problem.

                        Order no: 187 Hi, I ordered a pizza on prepaid but when the delivery boy with name Ankit came, he said that we have cancelled your prepaid pizza and ordered on COD, but i did not get any mail or msg that my prepaid pizza is cancelled and even he handed me the prepaid receipt only. He talked very rudely to me and even gave rude warning to me that "you are eating free pizza, with in 1 week you will see that what we will do to you". In hindi his words were, " ye jo tum free ka pizza kha re ho, ek hafte me dekhna kya hota h tumhare sath". Is this the way your delivery boys works. They are doing fraud to the customers. I strictly tell to to take appropriate action against that delivery boy name Ankit, and even we want the update regarding this. Nothing should be done internally. Else i will be force to send mail to higher authority.

                          Dominos online order and mobile app causes lot of harrasment to the customers. Everytime the customer places an order, it does not go through after accepting and deducting payments from the customers. This has a very low success rate to place an order The customers have to run after them to get the refund back. Their service of processing refunds it too slow, and cause harasment. I strongly suggest people to avoid placing online orders on Dominos website or mobile app.

                            Hello, I am Vishwajeet Chakraborty.Today again I ordered a Spicy Triple tango Large Pizza for home delivery using my email id : vishu.[protected]@gmail.com and contact no. [protected]. I paid via Paytm wallet. The amount from paytm wallet got deducted but the order was not placed. Please refund as soon as possible. I ordered online twice in this month, but the same thing happens again and again, amount gets deducted but order does not get placed. What is the issue behind?                                     Hi, I ordered a combo of Spicy Triple Tango Large on 13/03/2015, friday. I used paytm wallet for payment. I paid through my SBI Net Banking. After payment, the payment page did not redirect to the dominos payment confirmation page. I did not get any message or call or mail from Dominos. It was clear that it was a unsuccessful transaction. But, still I have not received any refund in my account. Please review the payment details again and resolve my problem. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.                                         They did a wrong delivery .. without verifying tge number and the person . Instead of accepting their mistake they were arguing with us and suspecting that we are playing them and trying to threaten that they ll check with the security ... They spoke in a very rude manner and arrongantly with us this is not the way dominos deal ... I am dissappointed ...
