I Kritim Katiyar, I m Visited in Dominos Store in Noida Sec -50, I m ordering 1 Veg teko maxicana one Stuff garlic bread, and one golden Corn pizza and i m also told ur executive plzz provide me good quality of product teko maxicana whever i receive own order teko maxicana quality is not good . i have facing this type of problem in 5 time at same store. I have also capture some snap of the product . plzz take action to the store whenver i have registered this complaint in consumer forum or food minister of india.     Hi, I ordered a combo of Spicy Triple Tango Large on 13/03/2015, friday. I used paytm wallet for payment. I paid through my SBI Net Banking. After payment, the payment page did not redirect to the dominos payment confirmation page. I did not get any message or call or mail from Dominos. It was clear that it was a unsuccessful transaction. But, still I have not received any refund in my account. Please review the payment details again and resolve my problem. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. I am very much worried about the amount I paid. Regards, Vishwajeet Chakraborty

      Hi, I was trying to place an order on 03/05/2015 on Domino's Pizza online order, where I made the payment using my debit card. An amount of Rs.390 was deducted but the order was not been placed. It was told that, this amount will be refunded within 7 days. However, its 03/15/2015 by now and still i have not received the refund. Kindly do the needful.         They did a wrong delivery .. without verifying tge number and the person . Instead of accepting their mistake they were arguing with us and suspecting that we are playing them and trying to threaten that they ll check with the security ... They spoke in a very rude manner and arrongantly with us this is not the way dominos deal ... I am dissappointed ...

          An immensely disappointing response from a staff of such a valuable known brand. My name is Sagar Kothal, & have always enjoyed being a regular consumer of Dominoes (branch- Jakhan, Pacific mall, Dehradun). On 13th march I placed an order at 8:30pm, for a buy 1 get 1 offer. I waited till 11:30 n called atleast thrice to the branch, n everytime I was told to wait some more as it'll be deliver shortly. I literally felt very irritated with such kind of behaviour n called again n this time spoke to a guy named Bhupendra, he apologized regarding the matter n assured to deliver the same order the vry next day. Next day I called them again n told about yesterday, surprisingly an unknown guy argued with me that they had called me ystrday bt you didnt pick the col, it now got on my nerves n askd to speak that guy Bhupendra. Bhupendra assured me to deliver the same order with a discount of Rs 300 as a compensation, n assured me to deliver on time. Then within a minute that same unknown guy cold me up n said rudely that we r delivering ur oder & do not pay a single amount for the order, n added a line That it was not their mistake bt mine that I didn't pick their call yesterday. I then get shockd n much irritated n sd hw can u do this to your regular customer like this, he den answered rudely that we r having more than 50 regular customers of daily. It was then when I requested him to keep the order with them as I can't bear such an insult from him anymore, n told him to complaint regarding dis, he den disconnected the col by saying the words "ok sir"... Such an insulting, rude behaviour from Dominoes is really shocking n nt acceptable too... N surely.. I'll not be visiting that branch anymore.

              Ordered Pizza at 3/14/2015 8:39:54 PM Received at 9:16 PM According to policy I should have got free pizza but didn't get any. Called at 'SHOP NO. 114, GROUND FLOOR, MSX MALL, B-4, SITE-4, GREATER NOIDA-201308, PH.NO.[protected]' but got very COLD RESPONSE.

                Today while ordering pizza through Dominos, I chose Paytm as the Payment gateway as a discount of Rs 50 was being promised. However full money was deducted from my account. I really didn't expect this from Dominos. These little glitches certainly affect the Brand nane of Dominos and I would think twice before ordering now.                   i ordered a pizza chefs choice at 10 pm. Of which i got the delivery at 11:20 pm. when i looked at it, the extra toppings for which i paid were missing.When i called the same shop, person from the other end said i cannot see that on ur bill. I mean this how u treat ur customers

                    Hi, I order a pizza from Dominos (Bangalore) and made a payment through PAYU (from my HDFC bank account). I got an error message that Bank declined the transaction. But money was debited from my bank account. So finally, neither I got the money back nor the pizza!! I contacted the bank and they are saying the Dominos and/or PAYU are the ones who hold the money.                       With regard to your offer of one free with one pizza on 13.03.2015 I have the following complaints 1) With reference to order no 712 place at 9:57 PM at aditya city centre, indirapuram, invoice number DPI65957/[protected]/186420.The total bill amount came to Rs672.03 payment was made by credit HDFC visa card and an amount of Rs 684/- was deducted from my card(xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0623) account - ie an excess of Rs12/- was taken from me without out any reason. 2) The Pizza was delivered at about 11pm in the night 3) The condition of the pizza was bad as the flap was depressed in to all the cheese and toppings of the pizza 4) On line system of ordering was a total flop ...I had to go to the shop personally to order Ashok Pai

                        We have ordered Domino's Pizza yesterday evening in Neelangarai Branch. We felt raw when we had Pizza. Today we suffered severe stomach pain. I would like to take this to customer notice, me and my wife surprised to see such a bad quality from a reputed restaurant

                          Hi, this is Dr.Geetanjali Jha, a regular consumer of Dominos pizza. I have recently moved to Bhopal and discovered that dominos pizza does not deliver in Awadhpuri. 2 dominos outlets the DB mall and Indrapuri outlet are less than 30 mins away. Please do register this locality for home delivery, people are suffering and you are losing a lot of business as this is an area full of youngsters who in absence of home delivered pizza opt for other snacks. Hoping for positive news soon.

                            Hii, I ordered pizza online on 13th March 2015 evening from Dominos Pizza, ASCENDAS IT PARK. I paid online through net-banking. As they mentioned in their advertisment that if order will come after 30 minute then pizza will be free. but even after 50 minute late we refuse to deliver the order and ask to cancel the order. its 11 pm so we are unable to go enywhere

                            Still I am not getting any response from response from Domino's Pizza customer support. I feel that they have a worse customer support service in India. I will go forward and mail to all managers of domino's pizza in India as well as world about their service

                              I have ordered the pizza with time mentioned on bill as 10:17 pm but I did not receive the order and even the branch's phone is not getting picked. How can they cancel the order at their end without any information to the customer. Such service is not at all acceptable.

                                Today i had ordered a 5 pepper and pnr pepp from your sector 20, panchkula outlet. My order number is 404 & my order time is 9:26 pm & i got my order at 10:36 after 70 minutes. The condition of the pizzas are like horrible and all cheese stick on the box in short out of these pizza After seeing this i called at the outlet regarding this complaint & the concerned person is so rude they are not ready to listen anything. I said to transfer my call to your managr but the person said there is no manager here and i am the only concerned person there. I said i[censored] will not listen me i will file this complaint online It was such a bad experience i can nevr explain in this mail and my guest goes without eating anything. I Think u can understand the same and take strict action on this outlet and one more think they dont even give 300rs discount to me which is given by dominos if delivery is done after 30 mins.if on scheme this discount was not valid then plz make any rule for delivery max time...is it ok 70 mint. your delivery boy said delivery time on that is 120 mints.

I accepted the order. Later on when I opened the box, the crust was stuck on the box, I called the dominos regarding this, they told me that they will replace it...and I have waited 1 hour more, but still no response. I am writing this review at 10:40 PM same day...i.e., about 2:40 hrs after my order

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered the Pizza online on 13th March by selecting locality as Bilikahalli Anugraha Layout and Paid the full amount online itself. But after few minutes i got a call from Bannergatta Domino's pizza center saying that the Order will be cancelled because it is not a reachable area. This center was selected automatically when i booked online and it was not opted by me and they have rejected my order at 10pm as not a reachable area. In my life i will not order Dominos Pizza anymore, atleast they were not ready to transfer the order another center and they have rejected it simply.

                                      I ordered one chicken mexicana and a chicken golden delight though mobile at Aura Mall Bhopal[protected] at 9.11 pm. However, it was delivered at 9.51 pm which is more than 30 minute late. When I asked for free delivery as it was more than 30 minute late, the delivery boy started telling that 30 minute late rule is not applicable for bogo. Then argued rule is also not applicable for rain and bad weather. Again argued the timing is for entering into campus only and not for door step. He was misbehaving and trying to misguide us which is unbecoming for a staff of Dominos. My residence is less than 100 feet away from Aura Mall. When I tried to contact the dominos store[protected], they did not respond to our call. The salesman took away the pizza. The dominos call centre neither responded nor called back nor enquired about non delivery of their bill/product. I have liitle kids.
