I asked for a medium cheeze burst pizza exchange, the call receiver assured me the exchange in 30-40 minutes and i didn't get it in one hour, i called again they didn't pick up for the first half hour then when received he talked way too rudely and cut the phone but keeping on my calm i still called and i again got the assurance and again didn't get the pizza for the next hour and it was over the limits for me again i called and they didn't receive any of my call again...if you want you can check my call logs... I assure you i am not ordering again and i won't ever suggest anyone for your service.

Does not attend phones properly, Today I kept on calling for more than 30min once the phone rings and no one picks. The next time I call the phone comes busy how is that possible. This happened for almost 40min. Even though once the call got connected there was no one speaking guess someone just lifted it and kept aside. This has happened so many time with the Kompally branch in hyderabad.

This is so digusting.This is the second time i am facing the same problem.First u guys send me a msg to redeem my freedom reward points and a buy1 get 1 free option.Everytime i try redeeming my points ur website shows technical error!Is this a problem that i should take to the consumer court!Todays option of buy1 get1 free is gone again without me being able to redeem my points!Absolutely disgusting!

we placed an order of two pizzas and 1 chocolava cake but it didnt came to our place even after en hour. after an hour we called again they said that our order was not placed. and when we asked to place another order the reciever said it is not possible. u should take action against this as soon as possible and even do something for our loss.

Today we placed order for Domino's Pizza under Buy 1 Get 1 offer but it is not delivered on time, we follow many times Domino's Sector 110 and they told this is on the way but still we are waiting for deliver. I never seen such type of worst service before. My Order No 288 Dated 13/03/2015.

I visited your Paras Down Town Mall Domino's outlet in Zirakpur. I had ordered One Farm Pizza worth Rs 365 (take away) order number 189. But they billed me Rs 495/- added coke and paper bag which they didn't handover me. Its not a big amount but just like to bring in your notice about such cheating is happening in your outlet. i had placed an order in Mandi dominoz (himachal pradesh)on 7th of march 2015 around 3.30 in the noon, my order was not deliver for an hour ...then i called them again to inquire i was told that they codn't get through my phone number so my order was canceled, i was so surprised ...so asked to speak to the maneger ...he came on line and told me the same thing ...and passed the phone to some other guy named Anshul, he realy miss behaved and told me that he doesnot have FALTU KA time and he has lot of customer to serve, then i asked him for his name ...he kept on arguing and didn't tell me his name for at least 10min, tho i never told them that i won't pay, i was asking them to take my order again thats it. It is so surperising to get this kind of treatment from the Dominoz ...n we are very regular customers... Hi dominoz, I made a carry out order to Dominoz sector-20 panchkula at 7.06PM in order to save time (Order No. 125). The prepration time is usually 10-15 min and delivery time for home delivery promised by your company is 30 min. I have to stand 25 min to get a carry out order which was delivered to me at 7.40 pm (carry out order) Could you guys please explain, if you cnt deliver the product on time, why you take unnecesary order which you fail to deliver on time Dnt you know the value of time, if yes, please reply. i have ordered from mobile app but it was hang and the amount was debited from my account but the order was not confirmed. As per my conversation with nidhi from mall road branch i was asked to reorder and told that my amount will get credit. Firstly i want credit as early as possible. then i reordered even the happiness coupon TMP25 was fulfilled, the order get finalized at full amount of 477. it happened twice for which i got very much inconvenience. i just want the alternative. however the PIZZAS were of the normal crust not cheese
burst. I have not got what I have paid for. This order was one of the corporate
clients and it was so embarrassing. I feel cheated as I have paid for a service
and I have not received that. Really disappointing. I want a serious action
on this complaint. If no action is action, on this complaint I would never
prefer Dominos going forward.

ordered pizza mania combo of four small pizzas and the liquid cheese spread was sour and yellow unlike the regular bland and white nature. when complained to the local store which delivered (kelambakkam chennai) the guy replied that its the way that its made and did not want to accept that there was something wrong

The staff at Prashant vihar outlet are misbehaved and act irresponsibly. They refuse to listen to customers and are too rigid about their stupid understanding of things. They are running a scam under the 'Dominos Cricfeast' scheme. They supply same coupons of lowest price every time which are not accepted by them later. I will have to take this complaint to consumer court if there is no action taken from their side within 2 days. They should not get away by looting customers. Its high time for customers to not tolerate their fraud.

My Online order No.21 . I placed my order by 3:01pm and I was delivered my Pizza lately by 3:50pm only. As per Dominos Policy on delivery if my order is not delivered in 30minutes then I dont have pay any money for my Pizza order. Since I have paid the entire money( Rs 373) online, I had to speak to the dominos branch from where my Pizza was supposed to be delivered . Please find the attached Dominos bill mentioning the time of order I spoke to the Mr Murugan on[protected] and thier dominos address is 1 A, DR. SEETHAPATHY NAGAR, 100 FT, TARAMANI MAIN ROAD, VELACHERY, CHENNAI - 600042., he said a discount of Rs 300 will be credited as late delivery charge to my account soon. But I would need more clarity on this and I would suggest Dominos to keep upto the time line on delivery. I would also like to know when the late delivery charge gets credited back to my account

I am Shruti Salwan. I am studying in jaipur staying at mansarovar. We ordered 5 veg single pizza in which 4 were corn pizza and 1 was capsicum. The pizza was ordered from Domino's Mansarovar Plaza. The delivery boy was Ravender Chaudhary and he was continuously laughing as if we were cracking any kind of joke. The order was placed at 9:42 pm and it was delivered at 10:30 pm which is too much for a veg single. When we opened up one of the boxes all the slices were separated and a bite was taken from one slice and the manager named Jai was blaming us for the matter. This is very outrageous and a very bad customer service. We need a serious action for this matter. This is absolutely unhygienic and not expected from such a big company.

I'm a resident of Kothrud in pune, And I had ordered a pizza from your Karve nagar outlet, Some woman picked it up and took my order.I had to wait for an hour and call back, the same woman picked up and told me that the order hadn't been placed, when I told her that it was she who I had called, she tried to convince me that it was somebody different, trust me I can recognise voices.Not this that you service sucks literally, delivery in half an hour huh? Well for there has to be proper register action of orders.And for that you need good employees, your employees are illiterate and have zero technical knowledge, they simply do not understand a word I am saying in Hindi, Marathi or English.That woman was a dumb one.Shame that I have to say this on Woman's Day.It is not expected from a world chain like you. Just for your information, You have lost a customer of yours, one that loved dominos from the heart.
