I have ordered the pizza online on 06.03.15 and the time of my order was 9.43 PM. The order number is 271. The delivery boy, Mr. Amar Singh reached my home 2 minutes late i.e. 10:15 PM. Being 30 minutes late guarantee, I asked him that I would be paying 257 rupees (Total bill being Rs. 757, so deduct Rs 500 as liability). Instead of that, he replied in a rude manner and started abusiing me and used harsh words like madarchod, bhenchod, etc...
