I ordered pizza today at 19.58 P.M(order no 439) at phase 10 Mohali after waiting for it for 40 minutes i along with my guest went to resturant to enquire about our order as nobody was picking the phone and nobody bothered to inform us that our order would be delayed.there we met one MR Sudhansu who was not ready to accept the mistake and declined to refund the money and told me that he is from other deparment and after sometime he gave me the no of one Mr Anand GENERAL MANAGER [protected] when i tried his number he was also not picking the phone this is very sad state of affairs i request to refund my money as order was not delivered within half an hour and had to pick myself and that too after almost one hour and the height was when i was leaving with my order he again told me to pay when i told him that the paynment has already been made through credit card he did not have the courtesy to feel sorry.In case my money is not refunded i will be constrain to take legal action Rajan Bhardwaj [protected]

i made online order for pizza fro dominos and payment was done in advance. the order was placed at 7:51 pm and delivery was done at delivery was done at 9:27 pm. to avoid any cancellation the delivery boy hands over the order to kids at the gate and runs away. moreover, the manager at store is not responding to more than 25 calls done. 30mins delivery promise argument was my worst experience with dominoes. delivery was late & as per your promise you'll were not ready to give the pizza free. after a lot of argument, the manager had agreed that i would be getting rs300 credited in my a/c in 7 days as i had done online payment. It is almost 2months, & i haven't received the credit yet. Dominoes has a offer today that is buy 1 get 1 free. telephone lines not working, online orders not working. Now if you'll cannot handle so much orders, then why do you'll come up with such offers. Its a disgrace for a brand like dominoes & happens only in India specifically Mumbai.

Hi, We made pizza order from Dominos Pizza on 13 March 2015 at 1:52:33 PM by internet and delivery time was given as 03 March 8:15 PM. I asked for a medium cheeze burst pizza exchange, the call receiver assured me the exchange in 30-40 minutes and i didn't get it in one hour, i called again they didn't pick up for the first half hour then when received he talked way too rudely and cut the phone but keeping on my calm i still called and i again got the assurance and again didn't get the pizza for the next hour and it was over the limits for me again i called and they didn't receive any of my call again...if you want you can check my call logs... I assure you i am not ordering again and i won't ever suggest anyone for your service.

Does not attend phones properly, Today I kept on calling for more than 30min once the phone rings and no one picks. The next time I call the phone comes busy how is that possible. This happened for almost 40min. Even though once the call got connected there was no one speaking guess someone just lifted it and kept aside. This has happened so many time with the Kompally branch in hyderabad.

This is so digusting.This is the second time i am facing the same problem.First u guys send me a msg to redeem my freedom reward points and a buy1 get 1 free option.Everytime i try redeeming my points ur website shows technical error!Is this a problem that i should take to the consumer court!Todays option of buy1 get1 free is gone again without me being able to redeem my points!Absolutely disgusting!

we placed an order of two pizzas and 1 chocolava cake but it didnt came to our place even after en hour. after an hour we called again they said that our order was not placed. and when we asked to place another order the reciever said it is not possible. u should take action against this as soon as possible and even do something for our loss.

Today we placed order for Domino's Pizza under Buy 1 Get 1 offer but it is not delivered on time, we follow many times Domino's Sector 110 and they told this is on the way but still we are waiting for deliver. I never seen such type of worst service before. My Order No 288 Dated 13/03/2015.

I visited your Paras Down Town Mall Domino's outlet in Zirakpur. I had ordered One Farm Pizza worth Rs 365 (take away) order number 189. But they billed me Rs 495/- added coke and paper bag which they didn't handover me. Its not a big amount but just like to bring in your notice about such cheating is happening in your outlet. i had placed an order in Mandi dominoz (himachal pradesh)on 7th of march 2015 around 3.30 in the noon, my order was not deliver for an hour ...then i called them again to inquire i was told that they codn't get through my phone number so my order was canceled, i was so surprised ...so asked to speak to the maneger ...he came on line and told me the same thing ...and passed the phone to some other guy named Anshul, he realy miss behaved and told me that he doesnot have FALTU KA time and he has lot of customer to serve, then i asked him for his name ...he kept on arguing and didn't tell me his name for at least 10min, tho i never told them that i won't pay, i was asking them to take my order again thats it. It is so surperising to get this kind of treatment from the Dominoz ...n we are very regular customers... Hi dominoz, I made a carry out order to Dominoz sector-20 panchkula at 7.06PM in order to save time (Order No. 125). The prepration time is usually 10-15 min and delivery time for home delivery promised by your company is 30 min. i have ordered from mobile app but it was hang and the amount was debited from my account but the order was not confirmed. As per my conversation with nidhi from mall road branch i was asked to reorder and told that my amount will get credit. Firstly i want credit as early as possible. then i reordered even the happiness coupon TMP25 was fulfilled, the order get finalized at full amount of 477. it happened twice for which i got very much inconvenience. i just want the alternative. however the PIZZAS were of the normal crust not cheese
burst. I have not got what I have paid for. This order was one of the corporate
clients and it was so embarrassing. I feel cheated as I have paid for a service
and I have not received that. Really disappointing. I want a serious action
on this complaint. If no action is action, on this complaint I would never
prefer Dominos going forward.

ordered pizza mania combo of four small pizzas and the liquid cheese spread was sour and yellow unlike the regular bland and white nature. when complained to the local store which delivered (kelambakkam chennai) the guy replied that its the way that its made and did not want to accept that there was something wrong

The staff at Prashant vihar outlet are misbehaved and act irresponsibly. They refuse to listen to customers and are too rigid about their stupid understanding of things. They are running a scam under the 'Dominos Cricfeast' scheme. They supply same coupons of lowest price every time which are not accepted by them later. I will have to take this complaint to consumer court if there is no action taken from their side within 2 days. They should not get away by looting customers. Its high time for customers to not tolerate their fraud.
