I have made an order on 14th Feb, 2015. Order number was 164.
Delivery boy was Ravindra
The pizza was delivered late to me that is, after 30 mins. Then I asked for waive off of 300Rs.
The delivery boy called Botanical Dominos Store Manager Mr. Ankit and tell the situation and told that I am asking for waive off.
Store Manager declared that as I have made online payment and it will be refunded to me with 7 days.
I told him that I have made payment through freecharge coupon. I bought freecharge coupon of Rs. 250 and applied on e-gift voucher option on payment page. As my order value was Rs. 553, I paid the Rs.53 amount to Ravindra.
I waited for 10 days for refund. No money came to me in freecharge account.
Then I called on Dominos Botnanical Store on 27th Feb, Mr. Gurcharan(Guru) picked my phone and said to me that money has already being refunded. When I denied for that, he said me to call on Saturday(28thFeb).
I called on 28th Feb in afternoon, Guru told me that as per details my freecharge coupon has been activated again. And he will confirm me this by evening. When I checked the coupon, coupon was in expired state only. No call cam to me that day.
Next day on 1st March, when I again called, Mr. Arun picked my phone and said to me that I have to wait atleast 2-3 days more for refund and rudely disconnected my phone in middle of my conversation.
Also when I again tried the phone, they were not picking the same.
When I called with my room partner's phone, they started misbehaving and continuously disconnected the phone without completing the conversation.
I want my money back and sincere apologies from Store staff.
