My Online order No.21 . I placed my order by 3:01pm and I was delivered my Pizza lately by 3:50pm only. As per Dominos Policy on delivery if my order is not delivered in 30minutes then I dont have pay any money for my Pizza order. Since I have paid the entire money( Rs 373) online, I had to speak to the dominos branch from where my Pizza was supposed to be delivered . Please find the attached Dominos bill mentioning the time of order I spoke to the Mr Murugan on[protected] and thier dominos address is 1 A, DR. SEETHAPATHY NAGAR, 100 FT, TARAMANI MAIN ROAD, VELACHERY, CHENNAI - 600042., he said a discount of Rs 300 will be credited as late delivery charge to my account soon. But I would need more clarity on this and I would suggest Dominos to keep upto the time line on delivery. I would also like to know when the late delivery charge gets credited back to my account

I am Shruti Salwan. I am studying in jaipur staying at mansarovar. We ordered 5 veg single pizza in which 4 were corn pizza and 1 was capsicum. The pizza was ordered from Domino's Mansarovar Plaza. The delivery boy was Ravender Chaudhary and he was continuously laughing as if we were cracking any kind of joke. The order was placed at 9:42 pm and it was delivered at 10:30 pm which is too much for a veg single. When we opened up one of the boxes all the slices were separated and a bite was taken from one slice and the manager named Jai was blaming us for the matter. This is very outrageous and a very bad customer service. We need a serious action for this matter. This is absolutely unhygienic and not expected from such a big company.

I'm a resident of Kothrud in pune, And I had ordered a pizza from your Karve nagar outlet, Some woman picked it up and took my order.I had to wait for an hour and call back, the same woman picked up and told me that the order hadn't been placed, when I told her that it was she who I had called, she tried to convince me that it was somebody different, trust me I can recognise voices.Not this that you service sucks literally, delivery in half an hour huh? Well for there has to be proper register action of orders.And for that you need good employees, your employees are illiterate and have zero technical knowledge, they simply do not understand a word I am saying in Hindi, Marathi or English.That woman was a dumb one.Shame that I have to say this on Woman's Day.It is not expected from a world chain like you. Just for your information, You have lost a customer of yours, one that loved dominos from the heart.

we the residents of jodakhana keshtopur kolkata are unable to get any door deliveries from your outlets.. on asking for a proper reason from the employees we are being treated badly.. we have asked from 5 different outlets but none agree to give us the services.. services are being provided to the nearest of our residency but they disagree to deliver them to us.. the discipline of your employees is like the worst. we suggest you to bring up prompt changes in your staffs.. the reputation of your firm is on stake. the branch manager of Bangur Region misbehaved and used rough language. please take immediate steps to bring up changes!!! we eagerly wait for your reply!!

Hi all, while ordering the pizza online through android application, money was deducted from my account however there was no order status or anything. The application simply froze up and stopped responding. No confirmation of order nothing.

myself zainab and have ordered pizza from dominos by order no 39 on 8 march 2.26 at claire road byculla branch as per order time but we receive delivery after one hour secondly when we ask the delivery boy to give us discount if not free as per rule he ask to talk manager of branch the lady there talk wit us v rudly she is like return back the order and not at all talkin politely we are orderin so expensive pizzas frim dominos nd staff shud be co operative but here i am really surprise and sad that lady staff is really a bad nd disappoinment and didnt get any concession at all

This mail is in reference to my order no.349 made yesterday (6th march 2015) at Domino's Prizza trough call from my mobile number [protected] at your nearby store at Gurgaon (Hong Kong bazar.I ordered 2 Pizza's .One medium veg pizza and second small non veg pizza. Both the pizza's were cold. The quality is soo bad that web were unable to have them. I have to microwave them to eat as I have already paid 499 Rupees for your so-called Cold Bread .I am very sorry to say that the Pizzas were no ware close to any standards. Also the pizza were ordered at 21:10 but arrived at 22:25, more than an Hour. Your company make false delivery claims .I felt cheated and fall prey of your commitments of High quality product and best logistics in terms of happiness delivery.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas + two chicken strips + 2 cokes. The delivery missed one set of chicken strips. I called up Dominos who supplied my order in 3B2 Mohali. The person on the other side of phone said casually it will be delivered. But as expected nobody bothered to deliver or call up & apologize for partial delivery. It is cheating as online order is prepaid & I can do nothing now. i ordered pizza through order no 373 invoice no dpi66037/14-15/140053 at 8:35 pm and received order at 9:34 pm and pizza was very cold i asked from your delivery boy mr rahul he gave reason that due to holi this is delivered late and pledged me to give money so i gave money.i just want to know about company policy

after approx 50 minutes I called again and found out from your employee that my order is on way then again I started waiting then after 1 hour 15 minutes approx I again called and your employee was unable to tell me anything and handed over the phone to manager what he told me was unacceptable and sheer lie He said that my order was not registered and so I have to wait for more 30 minutes but then I argued with him as I was annoyed with the service. I want an answer from you people that why you people give your franchisee to such people who cannot manage your brand

Now you are bound to give me pizzas for free and I mean that. I would have not said it if even they would have showed the courtsey to deliver pizzas apt my place.I want compensation for wasting my time.

Better dominos answer this otherwise I will take the brand down legally for wrong promotional activities

I have ordered the pizza online on 06.03.15 and the time of my order was 9.43 PM. The order number is 271. The delivery boy, Mr. Amar Singh reached my home 2 minutes late i.e. 10:15 PM. Being 30 minutes late guarantee, I asked him that I would be paying 257 rupees (Total bill being Rs. 757, so deduct Rs 500 as liability). Instead of that, he replied in a rude manner and started abusiing me and used harsh words like madarchod, bhenchod, etc and he threatened me to pay Rs 757 otherwise he is going to call a local goon and something bad will happen to me. Such type of response from a delivery boy was not expected and I paid Rs 757 in the fear that he will hurt me. Now I have plans to sue in the court for Dominos India (Jubliant FoodWorks Ltd). I have ordered the pizza, after few time I received phone call from dominos that please confirm the address, after that nobody responded to me, i waited for delivery but neither delivery is done nor they called me to tell dat pizza is back. I feel so harassed after waiting more then 2 hours.

i have booked 2 pizzas on 06/03/2015 vide invoice no.DPI66037/14-15/140077 amounting Rs.737.00 but the same has not been received in prescribed time limit which is normally shown at your website .it was deleivered after 45 minutes and i was asked for half payment by your deleivery boy. i paid after negotiation rs.437.00 which is not in order as per your policy.

I had ordered pizza garlic bread, kids meal, and one sweet dish from Mandi Diminoz pizza himachal pradesh, when i didn't receive the pizza in 30 min, , , i caled them again, one girl named Palvi informed me that my order has been canceled because they codn, t get through my phone number, and it is so surprising that the same girl had my number on her computer and they had delivered food on the same address also, then my call was transfered to some other guy again i explained the whole thing then again it was transfered to some other guy...he realy misbehaved and told me that he doesnot have time for al these complaints and he has other customers to attende and he was really rud ...which is not except able at all, when i asked him his name ...he refused to tell me his name and kept misbehaving, after my 5 min of straggle he told me his name is Anshul...seriously it is so surprising to get such treatment from dominoz pizza plac...as i am a very regular customer ...it is a very disappointing treatment ...never ever expected such thing ... ordered 1 single veg on 3/6/2015. didnot receive the order on time. when i called the supervisor(Sumit) he tried to misguide me. now its been over an hour since my booking and i havenot got the order. my order status is showing dispatched since last 20 by Mr. Pradeep but i have not received the order. This complaint about Dominos may be alien to all other types, but I hold it in utmost importance. This happened in Bangalore near BMS Women College(near Jyoti Basu Bhavan office) . A Dominos delivery boy had opened the parcel and was eating some Junkie. When I went near him by skepticism, it was the same person who delivered Pizza to my home three days back. I was shocked and intervened to ask him "Is it right what you are doing?". He was instantly shocked and replied harshly as "Get lost, if not I shall chase you to death!"(I am not revealing the words he spoke). I got pretty insulted and tried to take his Photo, but he tried to grab my phone by physical assault. Then I thought I am not physically strong to sustain and went couple of steps away. Then he started to leave the place with Egoistic Smile. When he switched on his bike and accelerated, he abused me with a bad word too. I was just able to have a look at the bike number plate. It was ending with "8957". The rider was Dark in complexion, and may have weighed around 70Kg. Height may be around 5.6 - 5.9. This happened by 5.45 PM. I don't really think that any action will be taken against him. Because Domios looses nothing. But this is my sincere promise that I will never order the Dominos anymore. I am a Digital Marketing manager comes with a Social Responsibility to migrate it through Twitter and FB. I saw many comments which tell there was difference in the ordered items. Now I can assume what has happened for the customers. SORRY DOMINOS, YOU HAVE TO TAKE SOME RELEVANT ACTION

WE HAVE ORDERED DATED 17.02.2015, ORDER NO 220. THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED AFTER THE COMITTED TIME & THAT TOO INCOMPLETE. THE PRICE WAS CHARGED WHOLLY BUT THE COLD DRINK BOTTLE WAS DROPPED OUT. IT WAS DELIVERED AGAIN AFTER HALF AN HOUR AND BY THAT TIME THE COMPLETE ORDER WAS TURNED OUT COLD & WAS THROWN IN THE DUSTBIN.
