    Respected sir, This is with reference to order no v3pe-e5ai/1 placed on 4/03/2015 at 14:23 pm to dominos, India ..I had placed an order via foodpanda to at my home, in sector 56, noida..This wasn't the first time I had ordered, but after some 20 minutes after my order had been placed, I received a phone call from one of the delivery boys! He not only blamed me for writing my address as sector 57, but misbehaved for no reason, and citing cancellation of order..This is very unprofessional and unlike of domino's! I want you to look into the matter and take the necessary actions ASAP, or I'll be forced to contact further authorities.. An early and prompt action will be highly appreciated..       I was having the trust in dominos services and quality of there food. ButNow it's becoming the most pathetic and irresponsible organisation, as you claim your pizza will get dilivered in thirty minutes I doesn't my last two order was came in more than 40 minutes but I didn't complain at that time as I can understand that it can happen some time . But in last order that I placed on 1st March has left me with no option than writing on you . So as I order threw mobile app I got a call from dominos saying that there is no capsicum and they are also not taking the responsibility to deliver the pizza on time . So I canceled the order than the concern guy told me that my amount will be refunded to me with in 24 hours but after almost 60 hour I don't received it till now so now what is next that I dont know There for I request you to kindly reply on that asap .

        Today I call in Dominos located in Dilshad Garden Metro Station. I've order 3 double cheese pizza's worth Rs 155/- each. There executive came, delivered me the Pizza & have taken the amount. When I opened the Box I found that the Pizza was not DOUBLE CHEEESE & was a regular Rs 55/- Pizza. I was being charged extra in monetary value but the food being offered to me was poor, worse quality & not upto a mark

          I have order a pizza for home delivery at a location where they used to deliver for last two year hassle free. Now they are saying, the are do not comes under our delivery circle (to reduce their work load). Statement made by the manager of store is "I will not deliver at any cost to that place becoz it do not comes under our circle." He insisted me that I was providing wrong address and it do not belong to the selected area. Details: I ordered the delivery at "Shivaji nagar colony" near paramhans ashram, samneghat.Varanasi UP. He keeps on saying that you are misleading the system by providing different area and different address. Which according to him means "Paramhans ashram" do not come under "samneghat Varansi". Which he is trying to falsify just because he do not want to search for the houses there as it will require some work on their side. Restaurant Name: VIJAYA MALL Restaurant Address: GROUND FLOOR, UNIT NO. 9, IP VIJAYA MALL, B-20/44A-4A, BHELUPUR, VARANASI, UTTAR PRADESH-221010. I request you to check the last records of previous order that were delivered properly. Now they are just trying to run away from their work. Systems takes the order but they are making their own rules beyond their defined system.

            I ordered a pizza named cloud 9. But I was dissappointed with the quality of pizza. It didnt meet my ecpectations.The quality of pizza was not satisfying, also toppings were not fresh and the quality of cheese burst was also bad.i want my money back...

                Dear Sir,

                I had ordered one PIZZA through online system and after booking i was also confirmed by domino executive over phone for the delivery with in 30 minutes and if they fail to deliver the pizza with in 30 minutes they will give Rs 300 discount at total billing amount.

                But delivery of pizza was made after i hour of order and dominos executive had refused to honour their committment and behave rudely with me.


                I got shocked with their behaviour and told them i will never ordered Pizza thrugh Dominos.

                  Hi, I stay in Vinayaka Nagar, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. I called the Dominos Miyapur branch for delivery and they said they don't deliver to my house and asked me to call the Kondapur branch. I called the Kondapur branch and they inturn asked me to call Miyapur branch. When I explained my earlier call to Miyapur, they took my number and they said they will ask the Miyapur branch to call me back. A guy working in Kondapur branch said he earlier worked in the Miyapur branch and he himself delivered to my house while working there. I did not receive a call back from anyone! I then proceeded to order online but none of the nearby dominos kitchen are even accepting my order! It has been 30 min and it still saying "we are placing your order to the nearest kitchen" This is highly unacceptable. I have 4 dominos branches in a 10 km radius and not one can accept my order online or call me back. This sort of customer service is proposterous!

                      I placed an order from dominos mansarovar at 7.02 PM on 1 March 2015 & paid 401 Rs with Credit Card. I requested them to deliver the Pizza ASAP as i have to go somewhere & i am in a great hurry. My house is only 10 minutes away from dominos. After couples of calls Dominos senior employee told me that they will get it deliver in next 15-20 mins. However i got it delivered after 38-40 mins(7.40 PM). Pizza delivery boy was so rude & given lame excuses that it takes the same amount of time to deliver at that place. No sorry card was given for the late delivery. no discount was offered by dominos. Delivery boy just went away. i felt so helpless as i had already paid the amount & i had no time to argue with him. I opened the pizza but it wasn't hot then I called dominos mansarovar immediately. They recognized me by my name & hung up the call on my face. i trashed the pizza in bin. This is the second i had a pathetic experience with dominos. never ever visit to them again.                         I ordered for a regular bu Mex Green (me) &amp; regular Bu 5 pepper dated 3/1/2015(9.31pm) at your trinnity business park branch in surat. pizza diliver late after 33 min &amp; ur colleague(chirag) so much argued regarding policy &amp; lying so i have paid Rs.486 for the order as we wait for pizza &amp; dont make any food at home after that i call to branch(pick by pooja) &amp; said regarding about 30 min dilivery policy &amp; she refused that we dont have this policy &amp; then i asked her to hand over call to branch manager(Mr Akshay Trivedi) &amp; he said i will call you after convey with his colleague (Chirag) &amp; already passed 20 min no reply by your branch manager so i have to recall for the same but he forgot my issue &amp; then he said that we have policy to Rs.300 off on your second pizza order.I told that him regarding 30 min policy then he reply we dont mention all policy like Rs.300 off in phamphlets.I already given earlier order to dominos for pizza &amp; guy have dilivered within 22 min. Really dominos make fool to the customers.

                          Hello, This is to bring to your notice that the chicken sides (baked chicken and chicken strips) you guys are serving is stale and raw. How about tasting it once before delivering it??????????? Hard-earned money is being involved here, please make sure you stop delivering such pieces of chicken which even the dogs deny. This is the second time it happened. The first time I ignored thinking it wont be repeated but No????????? You keep sending the same stuffs over and over. My friend got sick having this.                                   Hi We have ordered pizza from dominos branch sector 14, Gurgaon through phone at ~7:40pm however we did not received our order till 9:30pm, and when we have call to local dominos center at sector 14 the representative were not at all supportive and used abusive language. I have not expected such a rude behaviour from India's such a reputed company. Hope you will take appropriate action. Regards, Unsatisfied customer

                                    Hi Dominoz, I have submitted an order using online facility with my mobile number - +91-[protected] on Feb 28, 2015 at 7:23 pm. The store at which order was placed is located at Shastri Nagar, Meerut which is 3 km from my delivery location (Somdutt Vihar). Screen shot of the order is attached herewith. It is 8:36 pm now and I am still waiting for my order to deliver. Nobody in the store is bothered to pick the call and update the status. I have also called toll free number twice[protected] which was disconnected after being assured to connect me to relevant store. I fed up trying all the numbers.                                       My mobile number is [protected] I have made an order on 14th Feb, 2015. Order number was 164. Delivery boy was Ravindra The pizza was delivered late to me that is, after 30 mins. Then I asked for waive off of 300Rs. The delivery boy called Botanical Dominos Store Manager Mr. Ankit and tell the situation and told that I am asking for waive off. Store Manager declared that as I have made online payment and it will be refunded to me with 7 days. I told him that I have made payment through freecharge coupon. I bought freecharge coupon of Rs. 250 and applied on e-gift voucher option on payment page. As my order value was Rs. 553, I paid the Rs.53 amount to Ravindra. I waited for 10 days for refund. No money came to me in freecharge account. Then I called on Dominos Botnanical Store on 27th Feb, Mr. Gurcharan(Guru) picked my phone and said to me that money has already being refunded. When I denied for that, he said me to call on Saturday(28thFeb). I called on 28th Feb in afternoon, Guru told me that as per details my freecharge coupon has been activated again. And he will confirm me this by evening. When I checked the coupon, coupon was in expired state only. No call cam to me that day. Next day on 1st March, when I again called, Mr. Arun picked my phone and said to me that I have to wait atleast 2-3 days more for refund and rudely disconnected my phone in middle of my conversation. Also when I again tried the phone, they were not picking the same. When I called with my room partner's phone, they started misbehaving and continuously disconnected the phone without completing the conversation.
