Hello, I had placed an order on 2/15/15 online on the store 15 silver square, B.D road jaipur. my order no was 417. The total amount of the bill was 640.41 and i had made the payment online via my credit card. The order got delivered to me after one hour and the person named vinood came and gave me a sorry card and said that amount of 400Rs will be credited back to your bank account as we had delivered the pizza late. Till now i have not got the refund please do let me know the status of the refund ASAP. The mobile no. from which i had ordered was [protected].

The staff of your Dominos in Sector-16 faridabad is irresponsible...they are not performing their job up to the mark and even dont talk properly to the customers..I am calling at your dominos outlet for placing order and ur sales boy named MANOJ take my order and commit to give my order in 10 minutes...i am going at ur outlet for taking order but i waited there 20-25 minutes..and i am a regular customer o[censored]r dominos but i am not happy with ur services and committment so from today i cant given my order at ur dominos anywhere and i am attached a copy of my order... Store: Trimulgirry, Karkhana, Secunderabad. Order No : 63 Date :[protected]. Initially the Delivery boy got the WRONG Order in 30 minutes and later they spoke rudely as if its a common mistake and then replaced the pizzas as per my order in another 30 minutes which was EXTREMELY COLD.And i believe Domino's promises free pizza if the order does not reaches in 30 minutes. I am a very regular customer and the staff at the Karkhana Store is not at all curtious to the loyal customers of their.

On 16th Feb 2015 we visited the dominos outlet in Sadar, Nagpur. We were apalled to see that the waiter gave a bottle of ketchup to a kid to lick and suck the ketchup which the baby did. It is the same bottle used by everyone. The store manager and owner were of no use whatsoever.

Hi, I ordered a Pizza some 10 days back from Neptune Mall Delivery. Order number was 179, one of the pizza was regualr cheese burst. They gave us normal pan pizza and when asked for money it is yet to be sent back. Tired of regular follow-ups

The branch malviya nagar had an operator, his name Divakar. First i placed an order which i had to cancel because of certain reasons. Then when i had time i ordered again he asked me if i was the one who ordered it a while ago and on saying yes he hung up. This unprofessional attitude from the employee of your organization was the most unexpected. Then when i called again he said he will not take my order and i have to go there and order if i want to. On asking why he turned vulgar and with such obscene language said, "tu aaja yaha dekhlunga tujhe" in hindi. He threatened me to come there! This is your professionalism of dominos!! I am your regular customer and frequently order from you. But after this incident i doubt that dominos is a multinational company. This behavior from your franchise was not expected. Please take immediate action against him.

Dear Sir/Madam, This complaint is regarding pathetic services provided by Dominos Pizza, Royal Meenakshi Mall branch, Bangalore-560083. 1st lyi received my order after 55 minutes. and no one had any regrets for delay. my cheese burst pizza was very bad. there was hardly any cheese inside crust. i am frequent customer of dominos and i know how much cheese a cheese burst pizza contains. it was very disappointing. and this same store has delivered bad pizza consecutively 2nd time this week. would be glad to get money back for such a bad pizza.

I was just trying to order from Qutub Plaza Gurgaon and asked for the corporate discounts which I have atleast taken more than 5 time before in the name of Macmillan. I order 2 bacon and cheddar cheese pizza and a large soda from Mattapan square domino pizza the manager with rotten teeth who never wear a name tag give me 2 chicken pizza me and my daughter said she don't eat chicken i told her i ordered bacon and cheddar cheese she lied in my face and said that is what i ordered my son ate 2 slices from one box when i got home i went to the store she scream at me and had an argument that she wasnt going to make me new pizza nor give me back my money i told her i will call the police so she gave me back money for one pizza she is very nasty and rude to costomer and she appears as if she doesn't want to work with people only to have arguments with them someone need to talk to her about her behaviour to the customers

Hi, myself Aniket Bhonsle, residing in Mulund West, Mumbai. On 14 Feb 2015 evening around 2105 hrs I tried to order the pizza online using a buy one get one free coupon, the website didnt recognise the coupon stating that it was an invalid coupon. I called the[protected] helpline number and spoke to the service agent and he verified the coupon details and offered another coupon for the same buy one get one offer and connected me to the Mulund West (Vasant Oscar) outlet. I spoke to Bharat (informed to me as the store manager), Bharat took my order and said he will send the pizzas as soon as possible. When the order was placed it was 21:27 pm. I waited for one complete hour and called up the helpline number which redirected me to the Vasant Oscar store in Mulund West and the call was answered by Rahul He said the order has been missed and audaciously said nothing can be done as the order has been missed and the next order will take another 45 minutes. I insited to speak to Bharat and he refused to come over the phone. I still placed the order and asked Rahul to send it within 15 minutes and to this Rahul said that its not possible and said that he can give me a time gaurantee of 30 minutes since the order was above Rs. 300. This came out as yet another statement with extreme audacity without even being considerate about the fact that I had waited for more than an hour for this order. In this complete conversation I got acquainted with the fact that Dominos Pizzas is an organization without any values and no empathy for the customers. Dominos is having a high handed attitude towards its customers and dont really care if they are loosing any customers. This is not the first time Dominos has done to me. On an ealier occasion the same Mulund store missed giving me the coca cola bottles which I had ordered alongwith my meal. I urge Dominos to stop taking its customers for granted and stop spoiling our weekends. Its Valentines day today and Dominos is responsible for this hatred filled feeling by making me starve. Its 23:15 pm now and I have still not received the order and the helpline number says the orders are taken only till 23:00 pm hrs. Hi! This is to inform you that I, Vikas Kapoor placed an order for One Veg Singles combo + one garlic bread +two cheese dips. From my company CRM services India Private Limited, 398, Udyag Vihar Phase - III, Gurgaon, at 8.30 PM today I.E (13/02/2015) at, Dominoz Pizza, Sec-22 restaurant, Gurgaon. I asked my fellow colleague (Abhishek) to place the order on my behalf. However, even waiting for 1 and half hours the order could not be delivered. And, when called them to ask why there is a delay I get a reply that you did not place any order. After few minutes I repeatedly tried calling your outlet but my call was disconnected by seeing that I am calling from the same number. If you do not have a policy to deliver small order or if you have distinction in the orders, please make it clear so that one should keep hefty amount in there pocket to place the order from so renowned Domino's Pizza chain. This was highly disappointing as you as such a big company fail to deliver the promise and on the top of it my calls were not entertained. I need full explanation on this issue.
