I ordered a pizza mania combo of 4 yesterday night online at about 8:52 pm and got to know that it is dispatched using the online tracking system. But even after waiting for two hours I dont get the order. In these two hours I tried to contact the respective restaurant many a times but did not get a reply. This is a complete harassment of customers. I was completely embarrassed in front of my guests. If this is how dominos service goes, I would never order again. Hope someone can take some good action against this.

I have made a call at the n[protected] which get tranfered to jasola by 9 pm & i have been told that it will be delivered to me by 9.30pm. I have called from [protected] which you can trace from your number. Again i have called them for the same by 9.45 Now they have told me that there is no order for such type. Order is 5 sets of Pizza & chees dip with the bill amount 1753. This is really disgusting & not up to the mark from such a big company.

Dear dominos, I am not happy with your delivery boys behavior from the koramagala branch. He tried to justify ththhim being late and started arguing with me. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. Please take action on this. If not I would take this up with the court, because of this behavior I returned my pizza and that guy murmured that he would report saying that I returned it back. I like your products and lovlove toto have this. But thisthis kind of behavior would make me think otherwise.

hello yesterday i visited your store with my fioncee for celebrating her birthday. i ordered pizza that is taste less when i complaint with your staff they said pizza is gud and you dont have knowledge about pizza.and denied my complaint. most of the week i visit your store. that time I throw pizza in dustbin. that moment was very shame full for me in the front of my fioncee. On 26th February 2015, thursday i called up dominoes pizza, dahisar east branch at 22:54 hrs and asked them to take my order but the person on the phone was not ready to take my order as he was teling according to the system its already 23:00 hrs which was not acceptable, after asking that the timings are different as per world clock and system the employee also started laughing and told that sir come to dominoes its already 23:00hrs Please look forward for my complaint because such a behaviour is unacceptable Thankyou

I have placed an order at 10:00pm and i haven't got the order till 11:35 pm when i call them at 10:45 they said we have sent our guy to give you your order and at 11:35 when i call, they said we havent got any order from your side even i have a proof also, i have their 3 voice recordings that i have placed my order... Hi, I had placed an order with Neeladri Road outlet today at around 10:00 PM and received an order confirmation as well. But order was never delivered and the outlet was not picking up the phone as well. This is totally unacceptable... would need complete refund of my money. I ordered dominos pizza online at 10.50pm. The payment has been done via payumoney. Post the payment, there is no message or email from the dominos side. The payment shows succesful in payumoney. When I refresh the page, I get a message that the dominos outlet does not accept the online orders. In that case, why did the website accept the payment. this is so frustrating.

i ordered a pizza from domino's at 9:25 Pm and i got that pizza at 10:16Pm. The pizza delivery is too late that the order is frosty and also i ordered the pizza which is cheese burst base but unfortunately there is no much cheese in that base. My order number is 486 and my ordering location is gurgaon and i ordered from sector 22. What a worst service which kind of guarantee of 30 minutes you are providing to your customers. i need refund for the same.

The reply I got was "Do you want the pizza or NOT ?" And further started arguing. Please don't keep such staff in delivery section.

This with regard to a call placed for ordering pizza on the number 6888 6888 on receiving which the operator Mr Arun not being able to hear my voice clearly his exact words were "Bhaad Mein Jao" and just after that he cut the call. As a consumer I deeply hurt as to the rude response I got as a customer and a regular customer at that. The call was made February 27, 2015, 9:11 PM and is liable to be found in their records as even on the call I was made to know that this was being recorded. And if the company denies even receiving that call then I'm deeply sorry for ever choosing with the company's services and this I may say doesn't send a good message to the consumers. If an individual is disturbed in his mind then he/she should not take out his frustration on his work and that too on the company's customers.It's highly unethical and unprofessional and extremely rude at that point as well. I want swift action as to my complaint to be addressed by the company and the particular individual is notified of his "fault". Appropriate action should be take against the individual as well so that no other customer should have such grievance and instead of being satisfied by the service is left angry and saddened.

We had placed order at around 7.45 pm on 27th Feb with Order # 248 with Soulspace Arena branch of Bangalore. But, the order has not been delivered till now i.e. 9.30 pm (2130 hours). We would like to cancel the order and since we have already made payment, we request you to kindly refund the entire amount. We have been continuously tring to contacting but there has been no answer from your call centers. Since the time I have shifted to Anand I am having trouble with orders. 1. UghThey never reach my place on time. 2. They hardly are warm including today pizza 3. I have ordered around 20 times but each time I hav to guide for directions or go outside and search the delivery boy. This mail is being written because I just had a pizza which was cold and very sticky because it was no more hot. I hope you look into the matter or I m gonna completely boycott Dominoes from now. I live in Bhandup East and Dominos just refuse to deliver there. I first tried in 2011 to order the Pizza to my place, your people said you consider my area "remote" but your new outlet was gonna open soon nearby. Now its been almost 4 years still Bhandup East is "remote" to you. when will the Bhandup People will get there orders Placed and delivered?

I m very dissapointed with your services as you already declared that 30 min is the time limit of the delivery of pizza mania combo of 4 but it has been extended to 45 minutes.Still why i have to pay????? as well as the behaviour of the deliver person ("rishikesh"')who came over here in plot no 84, second floor gurgaon haryana..it was pathetic...he dont want to wait even for a single minute to take out the money and threatening us that he will take back the pizza...it was really very very dissapointing...

Important update on your complaint #1892203 against Dominos Pizza Dear Team, Its 14 days but still the issue is not resolved and everytime i m getting call from ur side to close this issue. Please refund the money its the 3rd time i am registering a complaint but no response from ur side.

I have ordered cheesy wonder(Order Number :382; Time of Order : 2/15/2015 8:53:36 PM) but when I have received it the pink colour cheesy wonder was missing from it ...delivered pizza was just a simple pizza with standard white color cheez and secondly no chilly flex and oregano seasoning was provided. Really not expected from dominos ...very disappointed. The worst part was when I complained Reference No. 566080 no one bothered to even answer the complain. Very Unprofessional attitude shown by dominos.

I have made a payment of Rs.655/- on 15th Feb. 2015 through credit twice since the first order placement was not executed due to your system failure. I am told that the amount of Rs.655/- will be credited back to my credit back within 7 days. But it is 10 days that I have not received the excess amount paid by me. Dear sir, I asked the employee of dominos pizza to tell me about the online pizza to be delivered to me. He misbehaved. Seriously this is the second time i m facing this trouble from the same store. Previously they took more than half an hour and still were arguing. and this time they dint even took the order and spoke badly. It was very bad.
