I K.T.Santhosh, being a customer of Dominos from 3yrs. Yesterday (i.e. 18 Feb, 2015 evening at 7.50pm) I was placed an Order No. 76 and Total Bill amount Rs. 1386/- (after discount)). Unfortunately we have a very bad experience with your Shalilmar Bagh branch because i was placed the order for Medium Margherita Cheese Burst Extra Cheese but, instead of my desired item, you people delivered some other pizza. It was so disappointed to me and my friends because it was my favourite menu and yesterday i am giving treat to my friends but, due to your inappropriate service my friends, i and my taste buds personally very much disappointed.
I hope in future you will correct your service and improve the service levels.
