Hello I am regular customer of Domino Pizza from past couple of years, today [12/02/2015] book the order to Sector 110 branch, when the service boy did not reach in 45minutes than i called to your branch for the reason of delay he (Govind) does not have the answer for delay he kept my phone hold for 10minutes, than he attend the phone and ask me there was an error in systems. Even we ate the cold pizza. As customer if we paid the money as you want than we expect good quality and hot Pizza. We are not happy with your service Mb. [protected]

    On 11th February 2015 I ordered some things from Kaliash Colony branch of Domino's at 8:06pm. The delivery man came at 8:50pm and told that he was late because he called but we didn't answer.But when we showed us that he actually called us, the time was already 8:35pm.So this means he called us at the 29th minute. The delivery guy said he couldn't find the address but we regularly order and never we were told that we couldn't find your address.This means our order should be free as by your words but that didn't happen as I think the head told the delivery guy to bring back the order. We were really disappointed with the fake promises you people make. Hope this does not happen in the future.

With My Friends and we faced a Very Rude Behaviour of your Service provider Name Pooja. Even she did not resolve our query regarding order and combo offer.         ‪#‎domino‬'s India Today i have ordered pizza some other things with Roasted pepper Dip again this is the third time they every time replace my ordered dip with some other when i ask to the manager of the pizza center they said what you want to do can i don't care about it, in very rudely manner and my order no /invoice no is :DPI 66255/14/15/99856 of Jubilant food works Limited DPI6625080 After that i have also called to the customer care but they have not taken any action on this so is this the manner to replace the original order with some thing else with telling to the customer this is the way domino, s treat the customer

          Hi I have been ordering pizzas and garlic bread from gurgaon sector 4 oulet from the last 3 months. After giving them the instruction 1000 times while placing the order, they are least bothered. I have mentioned them to make the garlic bread a little more crispier than the soggy one...and also asked to send a change everytime..but its like it doesnt matter to dem. If i am shelling out this amt of money for orders..i deserve good service also. Is it so difficult to make an order acc to the instruction..???i never asked for something that cant be done.

          I ordered pizza, chicken wings and butter scotch mousse cake.
          The order was right on time, however, when I opened the lid to have some chicken wings, turned out meatballs.
          The box they sent the meatballs in was that of. Chicken wings.
          And the taste was awful too.
          Why do we pay such a hefty amount if they couldn't satisfy the basic thing.
          Customer satisfaction.
          They sent a replacement.
          Now the questions is we do pay a lot, we expect some difference with an ordinary place!

          Not happy!

            Sir It is very sad to inform you that some of the workers at your outlet (city mall, kota) do not know how to receive calls and treat with the customers and thus detoriating the name of your company. I called up at the outlet and ordered the menu but the reciever put down my call on hold... And did not pick up my call until it was 11 night and then picked up the call saying they no more can help me. I was hungry and even annoyed with the man but was helpless.                 Hello, I have placed a order at 12 PM.my expected time of delivery is 1.30. Even after that i didn't get my order. At last i got it around 2 PM.Regarding that i contacted Dominos Medavakkam, but there manager is not avail, My pizza get spoil t.Please take necessary action. For the last two deliveries am getting worse experience with dominos.The delivery boy name is harish, but i hope you understand it is administration mistake, not the delivery boy. My kind request, please don't take any action on him. Try to inform the customers once is order is placed if it is delayed, bad experience with you DOMINOs :{

                    I HV visited ur pathankot domino at 8:42 pm dated 5 feb. I have been wait for 45 min at domino with rEgular reMinder oF my order. Then finely i cancelled my order . I am surprise how could u claim delivery in 30 for home. Even u not able to deliver it in own domino I feel insulted when I see people who come after me they easily got their order first.                           Hello, The Incident took place on 16 JAN 2015 [Friday]. The order is placed during evening [order number 219 and detailed as attached] from my nearest Domino's Outlet. Address as following: [protected] Hong Kong Bazaar, sec­57, Shop No ­12 & 13, upper Ground Flr, commercial Complex, block ­f, Hong Kong Bazaar, Sushant Lok­2, Gurgaon ­122002 Ph.no. 0124­4233700/ 01/ 02/ 03/ 04/ 05/ 06, [protected]. [protected] There are several issues which has happened once the order is being delivered and I am highlighting them all together: 1) As compared to the order time, the delivery has happened exact on 41st minutes, meaning it is late by more than 10 minutes as per their committed 30 minutes delivery time. This is not the first time it has happened with this outlet, but I considered those instances as exceptions as it didn't matter me too much for 5-10 min odd delays. So, I am entitled to get a complete cash back from Domino's in this regards. 2) The Pizza delivered in the box which was torn badly and not in appropriate rectangular shape as expected in a professional manner. Usually the same outlet do maintain the standard when I ordered in past, but this day it was just not in acceptable standard. 3) After opening the box of Pizza, it was biggest surprise for me!!! The Pizza was not Cheese Burst at all, at least from the texture and from my past experience ordering the cheese burst many times in past, I could very well guarantee that was not cheese burst... It was not hot as well, and already started getting cold. I consider it as a blunder and mistake on their behalf to deliver the wrong type of Pizza while customer paid for something else. 4) I found the pizza half baked or very less baked it smelled for the cheese very badly. The toppings were not of good quality and they appeared not fresh at all. And they are not based properly, specially most of the salami topping found raw or unbaked or semi-baked. Somehow, we managed to eat the complete pizza but it was not edible at all!!! 5) The Pizza base was of very poor quality and kind of raw...It appeared to me a old and very poor quality bread. 6) Overall they have delivered late and delivered a very poor quality product which breached the professionalism in several aspects and regular customers like me is very much entitled to get compensated for the lack in meeting the standard norms and quality. As a customer it is just a matter of pure frustration and feel cheated and not at all a value for money. It is less than expected from a brand like Domino's Pizza!!!

                            i ordered for 4 pizzaz on 30/1/15 at 8:55 pm . i was told that it will be delivered to me by 35-40 mintues.
                            the delivery man reached me at 10:05 om.
                            on saying that i am not supposed to pay for late delivery he snapped at me extremely rudely saying that he will take the order back and is not supposed to give it free.

                            when i called the centre from where i ordered, they disconnected the ph. this happened atleast three times. three days have passed and no action has still been taken as i booked a complaint the very day itself.

                            this incidence has heppened to me twice.

                            if they cant stick to the time of 30 min else free, they should not claim such things.
                            i found that dominos in terms of customer service is the worst company that has ever happened.

                            will my complaint be resolved?

                            This is regarding my order placed on Saturday 9th May. My order number is 181. I had placed a order at 8.20 PM on your website. Store responsible for my area is Whitefield Ramagondanahalli. They brought the pizza at 10 PM when I was not at home. Store is 15 mins away from my place and it takes 90 mins to deliver a pizza. Store never picks the call, customer care complaints section always say "Our executives are busy attending other customers and they keep barking ads"> I dont understand why the customer care number is always busy? Are they launching rockets?

                            Store manager told he would call me back on why order got delayed but till now he hasnt called. And he has stopped picking my calls. This is the 3rd time am facing such issue with this particular store.

                            I never received my pizza and would like complete refund. After that am done with Dominos.
                            Order No 137 placed on 15.05.2015 at 08.48 pm thru online payment mode was delivered only at 9:45 pm beyond the 30 min delivery confirmation time. This has been happening on a regular basis. On pulling the delivery guy was assured of the refund this time around. Am awaiting for the same at the earliest.

                              Last night the domino's pizza delivery is till 1 hour and 45 minutes late
                              And the pizzas are not eatable because it is very cold...
                              I ordered Pizza Domino order No. 138 dated 07/06/2015. The delivery time was 9 pm but was delivered at 9.40 pm.after making multiples calls at Branch Bommasandra. The order was delivered without Coke for which the amount was also collected. Never experience such worst service.

                              Will never order Dominos' in future and will suggest my relatives and friends also the same.

                              My mother waited long for the same and finally she had rice after that the product was delivered.

                              No proper response. Somebody recd. the call and said that the order is cancelled and again after sometime it is said that order will be delivered in next 5-10 mins. Hopeless, useless, worst and I don't have any word to express. service beyond worst. Pizza hut is far better than Dominos.

It was too late for lunch so I cancelled it and the store boy told me I will get my money back in 7-10days.                                   We order at Domino's (alipore judges court road, kolkata) regularly, and many a times we are left badly disappointed by the poor service. Our address is a meagre 3-4km away from the outlet and to this date the only time the pizza was delivered to us in abiding the so called 30 minutes policy, was after a complaint was lodged. Today at after placing my order at 9.10, I was called back at 9.30 for confirmation of the order (which surprisingly is the first time I was ever asked for confirmation) and upon having not received the call, my order was cancelled. I called back at 9.30 and had to place my order all over again, and was given the word that the pizza would be delivered by 10.10pm. The order was a medium Bbq chicken with a cheesy wonder crust, a garlic bread with a cheesy dip. The delivery was horribly late, by 10.45 and the pizza was cold by then. No late discount was offered. To my horror, the pizza tasted pathetic, and having eaten cheesy wonder many a times, we were disappointed to see that it was a normal crust with probably just some cheese on top. Both the pizza and the bradbrad tasted raw. We were charged almost 600rs for this disappointing food, which not only tasted bad, was cold, but literally had its topping falling off the base. Extremely saddening service. Wouldn't recommend your pizza to any one, because the service is extremely poor. Expecting an apology and some strict action soon.

                                    When we order pizza from Domino's website, we just have to give our address and their website decides which shop is near and delivers them. Today also I did the same. I even paid the money through my credit card.But after 15 min, someone calls from Dominoes and says that they cannot deliver here as its not in their delivery circle. But its their website that decided based on area which shop will deliver and also it does not give me the option as well.This is really unethical way to treat consumers like this. Please take action against Domino's. Thanks!!

                                      I and my family had ordered a Max Green Medium Pizza and alongwith one regular Deluxe Veggie, which was part of a one-on-one offer, on Wednesday, 28th January, 2015 from Ambazari Road, Madhav Nagar, Nagpur Outlet. The invoice number was DPI66041/14-15/154045. Time of invoice was 8:55 PM. The pizza was eventually delivered 20 minutes later. When we tasted the pizza, it did not have any salt, any spices, the crust was devoid of cheese toppings and was hard. The pizza that was delivered was also somewhat cold. When I complained this to the counter, they said that the Pizza is alright!! My question to Dominoes is: Is the offer of one-on-one given just to dish out inferior quality pizzas? Just for your information, my family has been Dominoes customer for the last 10 years or so, and have never ever come across such a pizza from Dominoes.

                                        I hosted a Party on 31st Dec night & ordered pizzas from you. It was a nightmare & I will NEVER-EVER GO TO DOMINOS by the way I am treated. The order was delayed by more than an hour. The Cheesy crust pizza was ice cold when delivered, Imagine serving that to your guest. No sachets of ketchup, so I am fended to fetch one by myself when I am suppose to be with my guests. This is the starting, I contacted Dominos through Twitter & you don't JUST CARE about your customer's. NO RESPONSE, CHECK YOUR TWITTER PAGE, Is this how a multinational company which is reputed do business? Do you have a mechanism in place to check what happens to your customer. I have been your customer for a long time but its time to put my foot down. I know, you are not worried about this & nothing will be done. But its my duty to let you know the reason why I will be running from Dominos. The BEST AMONG ALL is They just SHIFT DELETE the tweets that too in the ERA where Social Media is of great importance for a business. I deal with all the companies through Social Media but DOMINOS is the most arrogant, Lousy, Pathetic & In-sensitive to customer issue.
