I've made a ordered online on 14 Feb 2015 and paid via my credit card but due to site issues it was not directed to the pizza confirmation page. Nor do I received any mail from the Dominos side confirming that my order has been placed. Once I called up the local dominos counter, tey confirmed that they haven't received any order and last order was received and completed on Jan 21. I made the order again and this time it was successful. But when i checked my credit card bill today, I found that I was billed twice for the same order. No there is no response from the Dominos customer care.

Whenever we place order before 10 pm, Pizza never get delivered at Indian Institute of Management Indore. Some times for bulk deal they deliver it but not hot and fresh. We complaint many times but issue is not resolved. Whenever we place online order, we get back call from dominos saying we can not deliver it for you.

On 15/02/2015, I placed my pizza order online and money at same moment money was deducted from my bank account which reflected in my statement, though the online page didn't take me to confirmation order page and i was left wondering as to what happened, i immediately rang Dominos on[protected] to know the status of my order and even rang two outlets near my home to know the status of the order but i was informed they have not received the order. Since the money is deducted from my bank account i was told the money will be refunded within 7 working days, 9 days still the money is not received into my account. On trying to get information of the process and status when my money will be credited the Dominos branch and online call center are putting blame on each other to contact and they will further help, but no one is coming forward or any senior person from dominos are coming forward to help or listen the case as the reply that is coming through is they cannot hand the over to any senior member. I am mentally harassed, for getting this payment and the process of doing this follow up is tiring and dominos with out any customer service are playing and putting blame internally where the customer myself is suffering.

Hello, I had placed an order on 2/15/15 online on the store 15 silver square, B.D road jaipur. my order no was 417. The total amount of the bill was 640.41 and i had made the payment online via my credit card. The order got delivered to me after one hour and the person named vinood came and gave me a sorry card and said that amount of 400Rs will be credited back to your bank account as we had delivered the pizza late. Till now i have not got the refund please do let me know the status of the refund ASAP. The mobile no. from which i had ordered was [protected].

Initially the Delivery boy got the WRONG Order in 30 minutes and later they spoke rudely as if its a common mistake and then replaced the pizzas as per my order in another 30 minutes which was EXTREMELY COLD.And i believe Domino's promises free pizza if the order does not reaches in 30 minutes. I am a very regular customer and the staff at the Karkhana Store is not at all curtious to the loyal customers of their.

On 16th Feb 2015 we visited the dominos outlet in Sadar, Nagpur. We were apalled to see that the waiter gave a bottle of ketchup to a kid to lick and suck the ketchup which the baby did. It is the same bottle used by everyone. The store manager and owner were of no use whatsoever.

The branch malviya nagar had an operator, his name Divakar. First i placed an order which i had to cancel because of certain reasons. Then when i had time i ordered again he asked me if i was the one who ordered it a while ago and on saying yes he hung up. This unprofessional attitude from the employee of your organization was the most unexpected. Then when i called again he said he will not take my order and i have to go there and order if i want to. On asking why he turned vulgar and with such obscene language said, "tu aaja yaha dekhlunga tujhe" in hindi. He threatened me to come there! This is your professionalism of dominos!! I am your regular customer and frequently order from you. But after this incident i doubt that dominos is a multinational company. This behavior from your franchise was not expected. Please take immediate action against him.

1st lyi received my order after 55 minutes. and no one had any regrets for delay. my cheese burst pizza was very bad. there was hardly any cheese inside crust. i am frequent customer of dominos and i know how much cheese a cheese burst pizza contains. it was very disappointing. and this same store has delivered bad pizza consecutively 2nd time this week. would be glad to get money back for such a bad pizza.

I order 2 bacon and cheddar cheese pizza and a large soda from Mattapan square domino pizza the manager with rotten teeth who never wear a name tag give me 2 chicken pizza me and my daughter said she don't eat chicken i told her i ordered bacon and cheddar cheese she lied in my face and said that is what i ordered my son ate 2 slices from one box when i got home i went to the store she scream at me and had an argument that she wasnt going to make me new pizza nor give me back my money i told her i will call the police so she gave me back money for one pizza she is very nasty and rude to costomer and she appears as if she doesn't want to work with people only to have arguments with them someone need to talk to her about her behaviour to the customers
