We order at Domino's (alipore judges court road, kolkata) regularly, and many a times we are left badly disappointed by the poor service. Our address is a meagre 3-4km away from the outlet and to this date the only time the pizza was delivered to us in abiding the so called 30 minutes policy, was after a complaint was lodged. Today at after placing my order at 9.10, I was called back at 9.30 for confirmation of the order (which surprisingly is the first time I was ever asked for confirmation) and upon having not received the call, my order was cancelled. I called back at 9.30 and had to place my order all over again, and was given the word that the pizza would be delivered by 10.10pm. The order was a medium Bbq chicken with a cheesy wonder crust, a garlic bread with a cheesy dip. The delivery was horribly late, by 10.45 and the pizza was cold by then. No late discount was offered. To my horror, the pizza tasted pathetic, and having eaten cheesy wonder many a times, we were disappointed to see that it was a normal crust with probably just some cheese on top. Both the pizza and the bradbrad tasted raw. We were charged almost 600rs for this disappointing food, which not only tasted bad, was cold, but literally had its topping falling off the base. Extremely saddening service. Wouldn't recommend your pizza to any one, because the service is extremely poor. Expecting an apology and some strict action soon.

    When we order pizza from Domino's website, we just have to give our address and their website decides which shop is near and delivers them. Today also I did the same. I even paid the money through my credit card.But after 15 min, someone calls from Dominoes and says that they cannot deliver here as its not in their delivery circle. But its their website that decided based on area which shop will deliver and also it does not give me the option as well.This is really unethical way to treat consumers like this. Please take action against Domino's. Thanks!!

      I and my family had ordered a Max Green Medium Pizza and alongwith one regular Deluxe Veggie, which was part of a one-on-one offer, on Wednesday, 28th January, 2015 from Ambazari Road, Madhav Nagar, Nagpur Outlet. The invoice number was DPI66041/14-15/154045. Time of invoice was 8:55 PM. The pizza was eventually delivered 20 minutes later. When we tasted the pizza, it did not have any salt, any spices, the crust was devoid of cheese toppings and was hard. The pizza that was delivered was also somewhat cold. When I complained this to the counter, they said that the Pizza is alright!! My question to Dominoes is: Is the offer of one-on-one given just to dish out inferior quality pizzas? Just for your information, my family has been Dominoes customer for the last 10 years or so, and have never ever come across such a pizza from Dominoes.

        I hosted a Party on 31st Dec night & ordered pizzas from you. It was a nightmare & I will NEVER-EVER GO TO DOMINOS by the way I am treated. The order was delayed by more than an hour. The Cheesy crust pizza was ice cold when delivered, Imagine serving that to your guest. No sachets of ketchup, so I am fended to fetch one by myself when I am suppose to be with my guests. This is the starting, I contacted Dominos through Twitter & you don't JUST CARE about your customer's. NO RESPONSE, CHECK YOUR TWITTER PAGE, Is this how a multinational company which is reputed do business? Do you have a mechanism in place to check what happens to your customer. I have been your customer for a long time but its time to put my foot down. I know, you are not worried about this & nothing will be done. But its my duty to let you know the reason why I will be running from Dominos. The BEST AMONG ALL is They just SHIFT DELETE the tweets that too in the ERA where Social Media is of great importance for a business. I deal with all the companies through Social Media but DOMINOS is the most arrogant, Lousy, Pathetic & In-sensitive to customer issue.

          Sir, I mostly go to the dominos for lunch and have booked many times in parties and the pizza quality was good. On 26th/Jan./2015, I booked Dominos counter at the wedding party of my daughter in the Hotel Crowne Plaza, Greater noida, there the quality of pizza was really pathetic.I said to them to baked the pizza properly but they ignored.All the guests complaint to me regarding this issue. I am really felling very shame on the quality and service that has given to me.             Product was not delivered as mentioned in menu, we are ordered 1 Medium Peppy Paneer.. with extra cheese but we get it without extra cheese and pizza was not even hot, also we can't get tissue paper with all order my order mobile no. is [protected] even my bill is of 1757/-. I'm not satisfied at all.

              WE ORDERED 2 MEDIUM 1 CHEESE BUST NONVEG SEVEN HEAVEN PIZZA & 1 MEDIUM CHEESY WONDER CHEF'S WONDER PIZZA LAST NIGHT ( 27.1.15), AND THE ORDER WAS PLACED AT THE 391/124A P .A. SHAH RD KOL -68 BRANCH, THE ORDER WAS PLACE AROUND 9 PM. ORDER WAS PLACE IN THE NAME OF MS S BANERJEE, TIN NO - [protected], ADDRESS GIVEN 70 PURNA MITRA PLACE KOLKATA NEAR NAVINA CINEMA HALL, CONTACT NO -[protected], WHICH THEY WRONGLY SAVED AS [protected]. AS WE ARE AWARE THAT THE PIZZA WILL GET DELIVERED WITHIN 30 MINS TIME, BUT SURPRISINGLY THAT DIDNT HAPPEN WE RECEIVED THE ORDER AT AROUND 9.55 PM. I CALLED UP IN THE STORE NUMBER TO SAY THAT WE WILL NOT PAY FOR THE ORDER, BUT TO MY WONDER THEY TOLD ME THEY AS THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSE TO DELIVERY THE PIZZA TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN SO THEY DELIVERED THE PIZZA LATE THEY CANNOT HELP ANY WAY. BUT WHEN WE PLACED THE ORDER NO SUCH INFORMATION WAS CONVEYED TO US BY THE REPRESENTATIVE., AND THEY KEPT THE CALL ON HOLD AND TRANSFERRING THE CALL FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER AND ALL OF THEM TELLING THE SAME THING. AS IT WAS ORDERED FOR DINNER SO WITHOUT WASTING THE TIME WE HADTO RECEIVE THE ORDER PAY THE MONEY AS THE GUESTS WERE WAIRING FOR THE DINNER. THE PIZZAS WERE HORRIBLE COLD AND IT TASTE PATHETIC. WE FEEL LIKE IT WAS JUST A WASTAGE OF MONEY

                  I did a transaction on Dominos mobile app on 25/01/2015 11:53:37 hours, but, It shows that no order was placed (Dominos-SHIMLA-PICKUP), however, my Rs 435 were debited from my mobikwik wallet, Transaction Id BMBK[protected] No refund has been given yet. Dominos has aweful mobile app, which just keeps no records on user end. I hope that you people have some database on your end so that I can get my money back.

                    Dear sir, With reference to the above kindly note that when i ordered 6 pizzamania capsicum( 3 regular and 3 fresh pan), the ordered pizzas were delivered in 1 hour and the delivery boy came on foot due to which pizzas had become ice cold by then. we opened 3 pizzas unknowingly but then went to the store and asked the remaining pizzas to be change and also registered the co plaint in feedback register as no specific complaint register was there. We were made to wait 20 minutes again and then we were asked to go home and ensured that the pizzas would be delivered in 20 minutes at our home. The pizzas wee delivered but we expected a better courtesy being your regular customer. Moreover the entire family dinner on a holiday was spoilt because of the poor service. Kindly take a note and yake suitable action. the episode occured at Raj Nagar outlet in Ghaziabad.

                        we don't want to complain but you dominos & dominos member has forced us, we have valid coupon code ADV01 with validate date i.e 31/03/2015. but i don't know why your dominos outlet sector 29, faridabad not accepting our coupon, they were saying its type of coupon is not valid. if this really happen, it will be really ashamed of dominos.                           My order no. Was 310 at jhansi Domino's. The subwich which I ordered was half baked tiwce and corn pizza was overbaked . When I complained he told me that he return my money n he was not admiting his mistake. Behaviour was nt at all good. I would swap. Vry bad service and behaviour of employees.                             The above order failed post payment on 30.12.2014 due to technical reason at your end and a refund was promised within 7 days. We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is cc[protected] dated[protected] amounted 803. However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail. With the result, We placed two orders ( user Id : [protected]) assuming the refund will follow back to my AMEX account. However, for nearly a month nothing has happened.                               we ordered two cheese burst pizza today[protected] at 9 pm for our guests from dominos. but what we got was totally different. the pizza was not hot at all and the so called CHEESE burst pizza was showing no sign of cheese. though our guests consumed it but complaint about its quality. after sometime i called the corresponding dominos outlet to register a complaint, but the person on the other side did not listened to my complaint and even he was not ready to accept their mistake and were not at all ready to compensate for it. even the person misbehaved with me and was reluctant to accept and compensate for the same. they did not call me back for the feedback as well. this is the worst experience with such a popular pizza chain and if the managers/employees continue to misbehave with their long term customers like this they are soon going to face decline. now i am going to complaint against dominos to the police station and will surely get the food sample checked. i know how embarased i felt in front of my guests because of dominos and then by their non cooperation with one of their regular and long term customer. shame on dominos for not training their employees properly when dealing with customer complaints. and shame on those employees who are not taking care of their customers.

                                we ordered 5pepper pizza with extra topping of red paprika.. pizza was too much sour.. not eatable.. staff replaced the pizza but was the same even after replacing.. we always prefer the same pizza. but it was not to the mark.. very sour pizza.. i reauested staff to hand me over bill and register my complain but thethey didnot cooperate. so i dont have order number.. but i remember order number 204.. i request company to refund me... i have paid through my credit card. pizza was ordered in branch ellisbridge. (law garden, ahmedabad ). waiting for ur cooperation

                                    hi, Today we purchase pizza from saket delhi, billed amount was INR 513, but when i notice the bill i was charged 514 rupees from my credit card. Pic of the bill are attached. It was shocking when i complain at the counter the sales lady told me that the person who has taken your order is on break. This kind of services was not expected. will take this matter to higher level as well as will complain an all the social website against this kind of casual attitude of extra charging...will wait for your revert.                                       I ordered 1 spicy chicken pizza regular, 1 Stuffed garlic bread, 1 cheese dip yesterday (22 Jan 2014) online from CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore Outlet, online transaction was done and Rs 390 was deducted from my account.                                         Hi Sir/Madam,

                                        I have ordered 2 orders - 1 with food panda & other with Dominos mobile App.
                                        Order numbers automatically assigned to store SOUL SPACE - Doddanekundi. The order numbers are - 67 & 73 respectively.

                                        The store people called me & denied me delivery saying it doesn't come under this area. If this is the way, then why the APP directs it to that store? They need to fix that mobile APP first & then take orders.

                                        Can Domino's answer? I stayed hungry due to all this mess at your end. Annoying attitude & wrong information from Domino's side. Totally unacceptable.
