Hello Dominos, I tried to place an order today. The order was of Rs. 437. The money got deducted but order was not placed online. I called up and confirmed with the Dominos JP Nagar 4th phase Kitchen. They said that the order was not placed. Please refund the money. The website service is bad. Return our money back. I also have the bank transaction id.The reference no. is[protected]. The order was booked with the phone number [protected].

    Yesterday i.e on 21st of January 2015 we went to Domino's outlet in PREET VIHAR NEW DELHI. I have a coupon of buy 1 pizza get 1 free. Coupon code is 119WYLCT. But when I went to the counter to redeem this coupon, they said NO. They said they cant redeem this coupon. They said they didnt have this type of coupon in their outlet.. What this means.? R they not domino's authorized outlet. Are they doing some other job? We have no online delievery service in our area. They said order the pizza online but in that message no where it is written that we have to order pizza online to redeem this coupon. It was near the time of closing the outlet and we didnt have any alternative. We were very hungry . It was very disappointing situation as we were cheated by your coupon. Then we called on the number 68886888 they said it is our promotional message . There is some mistake in the message. In that message it is written that vld:29 jan. if it is valid only on 29 jan then why your company has sent this message 10 days earlier and there was nothing written that it is valid 'ON' 29 jan. It is written that vld:29 jan. It seems its validity is till 29jan. Your company misrepresents the customer. This is very bad. We will never go to your domino's pizza outlet again . Ever.. Never. We slept hungry last night. You are responsible for this as we didnt get food so late at night. You should serve people kindly. But we never get our company kind.

      A large vegetarian pizza order was placed with a coke. Since there were only two o[censored]s we left three pieces on the side. Later, when I asked the crew to pack the leftover pizza they said no, how ridiculous is that. Wouldn't you want to pack the leftover food even if you go at the restaurant. Utter disappointment. It didn't stop at that, the sanitation facility was disgusting as well. In the country like India, and a reputated restaurant as yours, no hand wash solution or soap was available. Is this your standard of cleaning is?? If It is then I suggest you to shut the store. On top, to make the situation more worst, the manager (kirtan) didn't even bother to show his face to deal with the situation, BAD CUSTOMER service too. I suggest you do something about it or I'll go even further as I Myself am a REGIONAL MANAGER in London.

        Dear Sir, I have booked a pizza through online portal of Domino's, after completing the entire activity, it shown that the payment is denied by bank, where in i have received a confirmation message from my bank in regard to the money deducted for the same.             i placed order on 10 jan 2015. money got debited from my account but i received any order. when i contact your lajpat nagar outlet they said they didnt receive any order. so i contact my bank as well. bank people said they have sent email to dominos and dominos have given a transaction id and said everything has been settled but i didnt get money bnack till now. transaction id given by bank is Transaction ID - c9ce542a95be4c83cc66. else give me my money back or i have to take legal action against you contact me at: [protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com

              hey charanjeet this side from mohali.I have ordered a dominos pan 4 all yesterday from my mobile no[protected] at 6:53 pm by name of Mr.Rajinder at your phase 10 branch for which they have given me a time to deliver pizza between 30 to 40 minutes. but later your delivery boy call me at 7:29 pm from number[protected] and ask for house location & i explain him he commit me to reach their with in a while but i wait for him till 8:55 pm & call him again but the call was no reply. it was really very bad experience for me with dominos pizza due to which i had to face very embarrassing situation in front of my guest. so please reply me with north head authority phone number so that i can share my problem with them & hope solve this problem.

                  I had ordered Domino's pizza with Paneer topping, was charged extra for it, but when the order came I see that there is no paneer in it..                             I tried to place an order for Pizaa online on 4th Jan'15. I heard that there is 20% discount offered for HDFC Credit card. But I didnt get that option. I called Dominos Tnagar branch (12.33 and 12.40PM) and checked with them. I was told that there is no discount for ordering over phone and I can avail 20% discount if i order online. After placing the order I didnt get confirmation message. When I called them, they said they didnt receive the order and the money will be refunded by HDFC. They also told me that I can get 20% discount if I place order over phone itself. So, I placed the order. Looks like my online order also was accepted as the delivery guy came to my home to deliver the pizza ordered over phone and he said there is one more order placed online will be delivered at 3PM. Pls refer to the conversation I had with the branch at 12.54 and 1.37 as well. I lost 20% discount (appox 200rs) because of incorrect info provided by the Tnagar branch. I want this amount to be refunded immediately. This is my first worst experience with Domino's and I hope this will be resolved immediately. I gave my feedback online on 4th Jan'15; however I havent got any response for that. Complaint number 541430 (4th Jan'15) I have provided feedback again. Your Reference No. is: 545396. (10th Jan'15)

                            They apologized for the mistake and adjusted the additional amount that i paid for future orders. Hoever its more like taking advance money from customers for future orders. They should have refunded the amount

                              We ordered for a Seventh heaven Cheese burst Pizza and Chicken wings at Defence Colony a-block which arrived late and not within the 30 minute bar, when asked for discount the domino's call receiver (lady called oma) said you will get a 300 rs discount, when the pizza reached the delivery boy asked us for full payment and shouted/insulted (at) us, then he called the manager and told him he had reached on time and that we are lying, (oma dissappears) the manager screamed with insulting behaviour on the phone, i will never buy from domino's ever again. you are making fool of customers first you said we will be refunded and when we ask your employee we get back talk?? you have proved you point, from now only pizza hutt ^^

                                We ordered veg-pizza. Domino's delivered non veg in the box of veg pizza. On top of box it is written veg with green veg label, but the pizza was non-veg. We went to manager and asked for apology for this. Manager said simply sry, that’s happen some time. Simply sorry is enough for this big mistake? The manger’s way of talking is like nothing is happened. This is very bad and not acceptable, Quality is going down day by day of domino.                                   I was trying to place my order online in the name of Mr. Rajesh Saklecha, mobile number [protected] with the email id as rachit.[protected]@gmail.com in Ratlam Dominos Pizza. I have made the payment using Mobikwick as the payment option for Combo of simply veg pizzas worth Rs. 225/- including the taxes. My payment was done but no connection was made with the dominos pizza ratlam kitchen. No message/email for confirmation of order came to me. Also I have enquired telephonically whether my order was placed or not by calling Ratlam dominos pizza, they confirmed that no order was received in their kitchen. One mail was also received by me on 3rd January 2015 itself stating that your refund will be done within 7 days. As 7 Days have passed & no refund is made to me, I tried to contact customer care of dominos +[protected], but the call could not be connected. This is purely cheating as my refund has not been made, & also I am not able to connect Dominos regarding this through any means. Kindly help me in this regard & pls process my refund.kf Rs.225/- asap. Attaching proof of transaction which I have received from dominos pizza on 3rd Jan, 2015.

The payment was processessed successfully but the order was not placed. i called the dominos JP Nagar 4th phase Bangalore Kitchen and they said order was not placed. However money got deducted from my bank. This is very frustating. Please refund the money ASAP. This is bad. Worst experience.

                                    I got the delivery after 30min and then also u guys didnt follow ur own guarantee policy.. the man who came for delivery was also so rude.. i[censored] just don't want to follow then why do u make such a policy.. very disappointed tHis time by ur behaviour n delivery.. pizza was also not in a good condition.. i ordered both the pizza cheese burst but none was dat..service has became too low, n sry to say u guys r violating ur own policy n making d customers fool.

                                      order was delivered after 1 hour 20 mins and pizza was cold . delivery boy was rude and asked for full payment . he told service guarantee of 30 mins is not valid . when asked to call his manager he told manager is not available. My kids were waiting for so long for pizza at it was so disappointing due to poor service.

                                        The Internet order booking was not working today so I ordered over mobile under the Friday "Buy One Get One Plan" at 7 pm to Rave 3 (Kanpur) Domino's and I was informed that the order would not be delivered within the stipulated Half-an-hour limit due to rush and I agreed and asked at what time could I expect my delivery. I was told that I should receive it within 9 pm and I was given my order number. Since there was no delivery by 9 pm, I kept trying over the phone to finally manage to get through at 9:30 pm to find out that the Pizza was out for delivery from the store at 7:30 pm and I was provided with the delivery-person's mobile number. The delivery person picked up my phone call only on the first occasion to claim that since he was already within a km away from my home, I should get my Pizza soon. Thereafter, my phone was not picked up either by the delivery-man nor could I reach the Rave 3 Domino. Finally at 11 pm, a delivery-man showed up with cold Pizza. How could we accept such a delivery? The Rave 3 Domino outlet has been quite erratic and this is not the first time that has been complains but they seem to be incorrigible. My kids have had a great liking for Pizza but with such a terrible repeated experience, I am not if we can have good things to say about Dominos anymore or not at least in India!
