      Hi, Yesterday i have ordered Pizza from Dominos PVR Saket from New Delhi. Firstly very poor service, the order came after 2-2:30 hrs after reminding dominos persons about the order. Secondly they give wrong order. We ordered stuffed garlic bread and they gives normal garlic bread. Also the pizzas were pressed and the toppings were very bad. Miserable service. I called and check out my order and they said your is snatched by order people but I don't know they were telling truth or fake. Then I ordered it again then I called after 40 min they said u will get u'r order with in 10-15 min. I called again the same reply u will it in 5-10 min. But they didn't deliver or any message. It happened with me 2nd time. But this time I am mailing you. I think this brace is bluffing with people.I am talking about Ansal Plaza Domino Pizza Gurgaon Haryana.           I am a regular customer at Dominos’ Ballygunge, Kolkata outlet. The kind of treatment I have got from Dominos’ employees has caused me utter disappointment. I have two complaints to be made regarding the attitude of Dominos’ employees and how they mislead customers. 1. A few days back I had placed an order for two medium pizzas. In spite of categorically stating that I do not want mushroom in my pizza, there was mushroom in it. Hence, the concerned employee, Nusrat, apologized to me and as compensation assured that I would be given a good offer next time I wish to place my order. However, when I tried to place my order yesterday, I was blatantly and rudely refused the same as Nusrat was on leave. It must be understood that when a mistake is committed by an employee of Dominos, the manager has a vicarious liability too. It is his duty to maintain records of such promises so that they can be fulfilled at the stated time of performing the promise. If he gives his employees the power and liberty to make such promises, he is also responsible for its fulfilment. It is highly unprofessional to refuse the performance of obligations by making frivolous excuses. Refusal to honour promises at the time of it performance is a violation of the Chapter IV and specifically Section 37 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 2. Yesterday, my order no.201 arrived approximately after 45 minutes of placing the order and was hence not accepted by me. The order being delivered after 30 minutes, I claimed it to be free of cost. I was informed that on 1st January, such offer is not available. However, the same was not informed to me while placing the order. When a policy that is otherwise always available, has been suspended for a day, it is Dominos’ duty to inform the customer about the same. However, even if we keep such callous behaviour aside and consider it an honest mistake, the response of Dominos’ employee is absolutely unacceptable. I quote the reply of Dominos’ employee on my claim “Customer ko jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad le, aaj koi off nahi milega!”. It is shameful how much importance and respect Dominos gives to itscustomers, unfortunately, They cannot behave like this with customers assuming they have a monopoly.

              The worst pizza of my life was at dominos. I would suggest everyone not to visit dominos on any occasion because the quality they provide is pathetic and worst. I had complained the store superior that the pizza is pathetic his reply was we cant help due to 31 dec rush we cant do anything as if he was doing a favor to me by providing a pizza on 31.

                  I ordered a combo which includes 4 veg singles and 2 calzone pockets (Address- ground floor and first floor, plot no. 1, 2, 3, eden garden, raksha tower dominos chunabhatti, kohlar road, bhopal, mp contact no-[protected]). After placing the order at 8:37pm on 31st dec, 2014, i recieved the order at around 9:55 pm and that too incomplete. After giving the full payment i asked for calzone pockets which was nt given to me, the delivery boy said it will take some more time because of some misunderstandings at the restaurant. Which was none of my concern. Then after half n hour i got the remaining order. The party was ruined because of the late service provided to me. Also when i called at the restaurant to ask about the order the people their just hung up the phone twice n thrice. They didn't replied properly. They asked me to hold for few seconds, i was on line but finally what they did was just hang up the phone.

                    People are calling up from call center left right and center...asking for card details, bank details for refunding my money...it looks like a fraud website...how do you trust who is speaking from other side on the phone .simply just ask the dominos counter to return money in cash.their number is written in my first part of the complaint..


                    please dont call up anymore..if want to help just send the money back

                      I have visited Kalyan Domino's branch beside D-mart and have received the incomplete order which I realised when the parcel was opened at home, there was the missing item for which I have paid even the seasoning, chilly flaks, tissues non was provided. This was a very bad experience with Domino's and in future will never like to revisit Domino's.

                          I placed an order at 12.27 no one bothered to call me even after 1 hour and they are asking me to wait for another 15 minutes. Pathetic Service!!! And they charging extra tax and all for this pathetic delivery. Penalty should be imposed on this people at least their service will become better.                             I was sent a coupon code: MM33941EB1 after ordering pizza on Monday (Dec 29). This coupon would have given me a 30% discount, with which I tried ordering a large cheese and pepperoni pizza online. However, the coupon did not work (it said invalid coupon). Fine, there may have been a problem, it's excusable. After that, the calls to customer care proved to be a nightmare. I kept being transferred between the central number and the local (nagarbhavi) store. The local store people who spoke to me were polite and said they could do nothing regarding an online order coupon code, but could give me a 25% discount. Yet, I tried to speak to the main number, where again they kept transferring me to different people and kept trying to connect me to the local store, inspite of the problem being with an online coupon code (which has nothing to do with the local store). I wasted upwards of half an hour and ultimately quite a bit of money in terms of phone balance in just trying to get my coupon to work, but nobody gave clear answers, kept saying 'sorry, can't help you'. After speaking to many many people, repeating my name and number and coupon code and the nature of my complaint, only to be told, 'wait, I'll transfer you to the concerned person' several times, somebody called Manoj or Manohar from Nagarbhavi 2nd stage customer care (shift manager, I believe?) told me I could place my order to him and he would give me a 30% off. Naturally furious by that time, I asked for an explanation as to why a code Dominos had sent to me was not working and why I had to speak to so many people and say the same thing over and over again on New Year's eve just to place an order with a coupon that I got as a result of a prior purchase, when clearly this discount could have been given on the phone. There was a lot of noise owing to new year excitement in the background and I could hear the customer care person clearly, but what I did hear was Mr. Manoj/Manohar telling me- 'madam, you are wasting my time and yours'. I'm sorry, isn't it customer care's job to properly deal with such issues without putting the customer through unnecessary annoyance in a simple manner without shifting the blame on different departments of the same company? How am I the one wasting customer care's time, and what about the time I wasted in trying to resolve a simple matter?

                              Really a bad and worst experience with dominos rider and store manager magnet mall ground floor.yestrday I was travelling on lbs road bhandup a dominos guy came suddenly in front of me. I titened my brakes but we crashed together my bike handle get disloged and bad damage to mudguard. A dominos guy was travelling in wrong way. After acident i ask for repair expense.. but 3 to 4 dominos rider came together and started building presure on me. For better help i called store manager but she was completly rude and she was not matured enough to solve that issue so i ask any senior managers number he gave 1 number named sahil[protected]. He says none of my business.. what kind of employes u have. Nobody was inteřested in solve the issue. I was fan of dominos. But definately will not go again. I want repair expense. Otherwise will go in media, social networking sides and police as welllllllll...

                                THIS IS A STRONG COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR DISGUSTING SO CALLED PIZZA CUSTOMER SERVICE . TODAY I HAD ODERED 6 MEDIUM CHEEZE BUST PIZZA TO CELEBRATE NEW YEAR WITH MY FAMILY AT HOME ORDER NO 691 FROM BOTANICAL GARDEN, NOIDA ORDER DTD 31/12/2014. I WAS TOLD DUE TO HEAVY RUSH WE WOULD BE ABLE TO DELIVER IT IN APPROX IN ONE AND A HALF HOUR...TO WHICH I AGREED... THE ORDER WAS PLACE AT 10:21 PM... BUT WHEN ACTUALLY I RECEIVED THE ORDER TO MY SURPRISE ALL THE PIZZAS WERE DAMM COLD NOT EVEN WARM...THE PACKING BOX WAS IN SHAMBLES...SO TO SAY CHEESE BUST...IT WAS NO MORE THAN HAND TOSSED ONE...EVEN THE LOCAL PIZZA AVAILABE IN MARKET APPEARED TO BE GOOD LOOKING ONE...AND ICING ON CAKE I HAD RECEIVED ONE PIZZA LESS IN DELIVERY...THOUGH BOTANICAL GARDEN DOMINOS IS HARDLY 10 MINUTES FROM MY PLACE... MEAN WHILE I HAD CALLED UP YOU CENTER THEY SAID TO DELIVER ONE PIZZA WILL ALSO TAKE TIME...AND WHEN I HAD TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD BE RETURNING THE ORDER THEY SHOWED NO SIGN FOR APPOLOGY AAND HAPPLY SAID YOU RETURN THE ORDER AS I HAD REFUSED TO TAKE THE ORDER...                                     I Ritesh Gupta had made an online booking of 1 Veg doubles + 1 Garlicbreadstick + 1 Jalapeno cheesy dip at 8.03pm on 31st Dec. 453 Rs was deducted from my account but never got the food from dominos. When I went to the store, I was informed that no order has been received by them. I had to place the order again and pay again for the same. I need my money back which was deducted from my credit card.

                                        Not a complain but a suggestion that when a good brand that too in service industry is rendering services to all masses should trained its staff not only in local language but also in a common language that is used almost everywhere in India ie either English or Hindi.It was a shocking experience when undersigned called today at [protected] just to check if the coupon code C23DJWLM received on my no [protected] is valid on 31st Dec in case if I go to any nearby centre..officer who picked up my call simply disconnected because she was neither knowing english nor hindi despite my several attempte to explain her to talk in english she simply disconnected my call... Not to say this is not the first time that I have and many of my north indians colleagues have faced this problem when the call is transferred to nearby centres they are simply disconnected...would appreciate in case if the company is not able to render services then in future not to send any coupon or offer msg.
