I have placed my order on 29th December 2014 at 9:34 pm. Its 11:40 pm now and still my order is not delivered. The order was placed in Selaiyur branch, Chennai. This is not the first time. Last month too they delivered my pizza after 1hour. Every time when I call the outlet, they are saying they have dispatched it and it will reach within 5 mins...and I have called 3-4 times in the last 1 hour. At last after getting frustrated I have canceled my order. Please refund my money back asap.

    i ordered one med.HT Farmhouse vide order no.122 dt 12/29 2014 to your out let at kibe compound indore m.p. the piza was delivered in time.but the piza was not fully baked it was kachha and getting stuck in the mouth since it was not fully baked..

      Today 29th December 2014, I promised my kids a pizza party. I was at my office at Andheri East and placed an order online for pizzas to be delivered at my residence at Santacruz West and made payment vide Citibank card for Rs. 564 but the order was not placed in the kitchen, saying its a technical error. Then again I increased my order and placed again, and this time used net banking to pay Rs. 952. Generally after an order a call s received from Domino's, SV Road, Santacruz West confirming the order, but today i didn't get any call, After waiting for while by which time it was already 2:35 p.m. I called Santacruz Domino's to check about the order and the lady Pooja mentioned said no order was placed. They asked me to place fresh order with no online discounts and COD, after a couple of arguments they agreed to the discount and requested that the kids wont be able to pay and will pay by evening. Thereafter the order got delivered at 3:20 p.m. This is really bad, my kids had to remain hungry for longer...and this is not right. If your online system is not capable of servicing orders then please do not accept orders online... Also the money 564 + 952 should be refunded immediately.

        This is to bring to you attention that i ordered pizzas from you eco space center in kolkata and the website deducted the money from my card with amount of rs: 1181 but the employees at the center said there was technical error and the order cannot be processed.

        The transaction date was 20.12.2014 via hdfc card and i have raised a dispute with the bank also.

        Your are cheats and very rude people who does not event speak in a sober language.

        You refund my money now it has been 9 days.

          I made an order online on 12 december through your online facility. First order was of about 487 ruppees following is its particulars. Order Number : 191 Time of Order : 12/12/2014 9:13:25 PM now i got your mail that order was placed but when i enquired about it here in your restaurant they said order is not placed then i had to place another order of 463 ruppees which was later delivered to me but i guess while paying online we are out of privilege to get the order in 30 minutes else free.             Dominos Staff Served Non-Veg item instead of Veg item

            Today I with my family have eaten Pizza at your outlet in Kolkata. We are vegetarian family and ordered veg items. But billing executive served non veg dish. Instead he did not give the bill of the order given, so that his mistake may be rectified. 3 Members of my family tasted that Non Veg Taco Indiana Mexican. After tasting it, we got to know that, the dish is non-veg. I wrote the complaint at the outlet also. I need your immediate attention...

            being a regular customer and being a fan of dominoes..i ordered 4 pizza's from the mohali phase 10 branch..after receiving the pizza i found that one of the pizza was delivered wrong ...sp i called up the dominoes office to rectify their mistake ..they promised me send a free pizza on my next order...but just after a week when i asked them for the free pizza ...they will not be able to do that and they dont keep track of the old orders..and started offering lame offers iirespective of the infringement done by them...im sorry to say this but, by this incident ..i will not make any futher order with your franchise... your truly

                  DEAR SIR, ITS A SAD BUT HONEST TRUTH THAT THE SALES EXECUTIVE AT THE SANTACRUZ WEST BRANCH ARE VERY RUDE, NON COOPERATIVE AND STUBBORN. ON 25 TH Dec I had been to the SANTACRUZ WEST BRANCH TO EAT PIZZAS AND TO ENJOY THE FESTIVAL WITH MY FRIENDS UNFORTUNATELY TO MY HORRIFIC BELIEF THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY NON COOPERATIVE AND BADLY BEHAVED. MOREOVER I HAD PLACED THE ORDER FOR VEG CHEFS WONDER Rs 709/- WHICH IS NEW ON THE MENU ( 12 ") FOR WHICH I HAD THE COUPON FOR THE OFFER WHICH STATES ON THE LARGE PIZZA YOU WOULD GET A MEDIUM PIZZA FREE. WHERE I ORDERED THE PEPPER PANEER PIZZA. AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED I CAME TO KNOW FROM A PERSON THAT EXTRA TOPPINGS COULD ALSO BE PLACED IN THE MEDIUM PIZZA AS THE COST OF THE MEDIUM PIZZA WAS Rs 524/-. NO sooner I requested the sales representative Mr KARIM WHO TOOK THE ORDER TO ADD UP THE EXTRA TOPPINGS HE WAS VERY RUDE IN HIS BEHAVIOUR AND ARGUMENTATIVE .INFACT AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER HE DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO INFORM ME THAT ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS CAN BE PLACED WITHOUT ANY COST. ONTHE CONTRARY HE IS ASKING ME TO PAY FOR THE SAME. WHICH IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR TO EXTRACT EXTRA MONEY . ALSO WHEN THE MATTER WAS REPORTED TO THE BRANCH MANAGER NIKIL HE TOO HAD NO COURTESY TO MEET ME PERSONALLY BUT BLUNTLY REFUSED . DUE TO SUCH ACTS OF SUCH PEOPLE THE NAME OF A SUCH A TOP BRAND LIKE DOMINOS SUFFERS AS PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO DINE OUT PROVIDED THE FOOD AS WELL THE SERVICES ARE QUALITATIVE AND OF TOP STANDARDS.                     Order booked at 6.50Pm & items delivered by Suresh to my home at 8.10PM. While ordering itself I have asked for 30mts delivery & they confirmed to do so, but not honoured . when i called to ask about the late delivery, the person (thiyagu) was speaking to me in bad tone & rough way with me. I also complained this to the Manager Mr. Tamil. I am totally unhappy with the conversation & Dominos needs to train their staff on behaviour / how to talk with customers. Kindly take action on necessary people.

                      Hi, I am a resident of Mumbai, Goregaon East and I had made an order on 5/12/2014 at 9:28 pm, from your (not so helpful) application (Dominoes mobile app). It was told that the payment was cancelled due to some error and my refund will be given within 5 working days. Today is 25/12/2014 and the refund is still awaited. This is the second time I am receiving this error and I don't trust your service anymore.

                        25 Dec 2014 1925 hrs Dominos at Paras Downtown Zirakpur Telephone[protected] Contact Person - Gaurav Bhandari 1. Staff celebrations were so loud it was difficult to order. 2. Mr. Gaurav insisted that my order (Much More than Rs. 400/-) for four people for Subwich, Taco Mexicana & Stuffed Garlic Bread cannot be delivered if a Pizza is not ordered and I had to buy a Pizza. 3. Not only was he rude but also WRONG as it is mentioned on your floaters that delivery on minimum order of one Pizza OR Rs. 400/- only (inclusive of taxes). 4. I am a REGULAR CUSTOMER, but this is shameful on the part of Mr Gaurav Bhandari.

                          I had ordered pizza from Dominos Urban Estate Dugri, Ludhiana. It is supposed to come within 30 minutes or else it is free, it came after one hour and pretext taken was it was foggy so late delivery. But the real reason for late delivery was that the order given over phone was marked as dine in as it would be clear from the bill and therefore it is gross negligence.

                            I had ordered from dominos and it dint come even after one hour. this is highly irresponsible on the part of the company and the employees. Attached is the image showing that i ordered at 10:27 PM online. I had made a prior payment through debit card. I received the order at 12:08 AM. Kindly take some action. This is unacceptable. When i called to check, the staff kept me on hold 5 times and kept asking the same question "has the order not been delivered". Why would i call if the order was delivered. If you cant deliver efficiently or cant do it near to the satisfaction of the customer, its a shame on your organisation. I am also an employee of an online organization, and we deliver products within the specific time, and that product is much more complicated than pizzas. So Whosoever is the concerned authority, kindly take some action. If no action is taken, i will take this matter to the senior management.

                            Domino's in Ramagondanahalli Bangalore outlet are so unprofessional and uneducated.they accept the order and call after half an hour that pizza will get delayed by 20 mins more.
                            If I ask them the reason they replied that is not there area of delivery.what a crap!!! U realized after half an hr that the order you have received is not your area of delivery.
                            This outlet is spoiling Domino's brand name.Dominos should take some action against this outlet.

When i call the outlet they ignore my complaint . Its a trustworthy company and the franchise is cheated coustomers I want that company should take immediate action regarding it.

On calling them around 45 minutes just after placing the order, I told them to deliver the pizza free as per their policy of 30 minutes or free delivery, but they told it cant be free due to many people ordering on Sunday its not possible for them to deliver within...

                                    Hi Dominos Team, We were expecting the Pizza to be delivered within 30 minutes but it was almost 10 to 15 minutes late. The delivery boy ensured us that we will get the money back for late delivery.After that to get the confirmation of refund amount We even called the concerned authorities four to five times but they said that the pizza boy delivered it in time and the language of Manager was so rude that he seems like an uneducated guy. My advice to Dominos team is to first bring some discipline in their work culture. If this kind of behaviour will continue than I am sorry to say that Dominos does not retain to what it says and it will lose its credibility. My humble request to please bring this issue into your concern and suggest us the appropriate solution if possible. This was not expected at least from Dominos.
