Yesterday I.E. On 9/12/14. I placed an order at Ur Malviya nagar new Delhi outlet at around 8.20pm.order was to be delivered at H-15/20, malviya nagar ND-17.I spoke to mr.neeraj & placed the order i m sure of which u will be having a recording too.after some time i got a call from mr.jayparkash saying neeraj has wrongly told me about the concession on the pizza's to which i asked him what is my fault in that, on his request i told hime to change my order to my earlier order to which he said as the order is been already paced now he can not do anything, here at this point i told him to send me my old order. 9.20pm i reached home & my guests & kids asked me about the pizza which should hv been delivered by now but it was not i called up malviya nagar outlet again at 49083100 here some body picked up the phone & told me my order is on the way & when i pressed on him to tell me exactly how long it will take he transfered the call to some mr.Aquib & this gentlemen tells me my order had been cancelled by me only without i being known, i really fail to understand what kind of people r working for such a big organisation & at this poin when my voice became strict this man transfer the call to some mr.Rityansh 7 now again i hv to start my problem once again all over what a joke, at this point this man had nothing left to tell me other than requesting me to all over place a fresh order i eventually did as the guests & kids were waiting had no other alternative but to go on, at 9.23 again the order was placed & at this point of time Rityansh told me will be delivered in 20min which came at 10pm. At this point i told delivery boy as he is late im not gone pay anything to u & told him to talk to his senior instead this boy says ok dont pay does not matter to him now this is called attitude.as all of the international salesman r perfect in begging when caught on wrong foot now this Jayparkash calls up as he was the one who goofed up everything started pleading with words like im very sorry, will not happen again or next time onwards u will be our priority customer and what not but please give the money as it will be deducted from my salary & as All Indians r emotional & kind hearted i paid him the sum. Do the concerned person hv any answer to it & pl tell me why ever in future i order any thing from Domino, s or even reccomend any body the name DOMINO, S.My order NO. is 284/12.9.14, server Jasmeet D.
