Dominos team, I have placed two online orders on dominos chandigarh One on friday and other on sunday Both the payments were made online but the order was not placed. So i request dominos to kindly refund the money My payment ID is[protected] for rs 354 And the other one was placed yesterday of rs 417 Aayan Gupta +91 [protected]

Dominos complaint ref. no. 525936 I had placed my order no. 493 on Dec.14, 2014, at 08.55pm as also printed in the bill received alongwith the order through online ordering and paid by net-banking directly from my savings account, to your Vasundhara Enclave branch (which serves my area in Noida). However, the delivery was made quite late and took around a complete 1 hour and was delivered to me at 09.53pm. I had also been trying to get in touch with Vasundhra Enclave branch at[protected] non-stop for almost 30-35 mins but to no response, it was either ringing or going in the waiting line, from my mobile phone which I also showed to the delivery boy that no-one has been responding to my calls. I request you to kindly arrange for the refund of INR 300/- to my account at the earliest.

Hi, today I had order my pizza (order 523) from online site. It has been more than 40 minutes and the pizza hasn't been delivered. Even after calling dominos, they said that the delivery boy had left and that they will be refund the money. I asked them for the acknowledgment for the refund which they did not provide. I still have doubts if the money will be refunded or not. Also the service is very poor for the dominos which is located in Vasundhara enclave, Delhi-110096

Yesterday evening at around 10 pm I ordered an online medium size farmhouse pizza at your domino's website for home delivery at my address room no 300, P-block new doctors hostel, PGIMER, sector 12 chandigarh . The site showed my order no. As 397 at Ur kitchen address SCO 29 sector 15-c chandigarh and the updates on the site showed pizza getting baked, packed and ready to be delivered by some Mr Satish which on the site was updated as being on his way. i kept waiting till 11pm there was no call on telephone even leave the pizza apart, then I called on the no provided on your web site [protected]. where my call was not been received. I was really taken aback and had to sleep empty stomach I also wrote on the feedback form provided on site but to no relief. Today 1 of the associates from the same kitchen at around 5 pm calls me up for formality. I am really embarresed and frustrated with your services. You on your site say 30 mins or free its been more than a day now and still I have only been assured on calls for no relief. I am a regular consumer of Dominos Pizza. But today 14th Dec, 2014, my nearest pizza outlet Saltee Plaza, kolkata, West Bengal answering me that they are shortage of food. I placed an order for Mexican Green wave pizza on 13 Dec 2014 at 8:56PM. The order number was 558 and Restaurant Address Sector-35c, Chandigarh. The pizza was delivered at 10:30PM and it was in a horrible condition. Totally wet and cold as it was raining outside. I tried to call[protected] several times but nobody picked up the phone. I ordered for Pizza online yesterday 10:58PM ( they accept any orders before 11pm). I ordered for it and paid for the same online. Also the amount has got deducted from my account. But I did not receive a feedback on their mobile app. So I placed the order again with a request for COD. I received below confirmation mail as well. But still my pizza wasn't delivered to me and even my amount got deducted from my account.
On the top of that they never called back, as how they used to regarding confirmation of my order.

Ordered single farmhouse (with pineapple topping) from 4. Block c, Omaxe plaza, Sohna rD, gurgaon.. Order no 351, 13/12/2014... My son while eating complained of high spice content.. When I called up, dominos simply refused to accept & said it's too late for them to do anything now.. Isn't it completely ridiculous on behalf of such a big company to not ready to correct their mistake..

My online order id-485 at 8.15 pm on 13/12/2014.outlet involved is Sec 35-C, chandigarh.My order dint reach to me even after 40 minutes and I started calling to this outlet and their customer care no.To my utter surprise three times this outlet put my call on hold wich ended after 1- minutes each time.Then forth time in place of resolving my query about the free delivery or refund of my money or status of my order the lady at other side started arguing rudely and said "mam you wanna come to our outlet you are most welcome" and then cut the call.I tried calling them hundreds of time.after 1.5 hr the delivery guy came and I returned the order.Lets see whether they care a single penny or not. Hi, I really had a bad experience with Dominos Sector-61 Noida. I ordered (Order#516) at 07:55 PM. They made incomplete delivery as no seasonings provided. Then manager told that he will send new pizza and Garlic bread in 10 minutes. So i returned pizza. After 10 minutes, another person arrives only with seasoning. Again manager told they are sending fresh pizza and bread. After 10 minutes, first person arrived with same pizza and bread. And they ask me to pay complete amount after 1 hour. I spoke with manager (Sumit) and he is delivering me same pizza at same cost after 2 hours. Does it makes sense? This is really frustrating. I would like to know what action will be taken.

Pathetic, Horrible service from Dominos. You bugger team members have given me order after 1 hour and giving me excuses like it's rush at the counter therefore can't give the order on time. After that you people are giving me lame excuse like it's raining heavily therefore can't we have withdraw time guarantee. The amount was deducted however i never got the order number and when i called the dominos restaurant they said the order was not punched. This happened twice when i tried to order online. I had ordered 2 medium pizzas from HSR LAYOUT bangalore. they took the order and 1 hour later denied the delivery saying it is out of delivery area. i spoke to the shift managers (lokesh and karthick) and they blatantly denied delivery. i requested them as i have guests had home and we have been waiting since an hour but they were extremely rude and were rushng to cancel the order. This is worst experience i had with dominos, because of you guys i had to face embarrassment in front of my guests. i have al the recorded conversations with that outlet, i need to share those online with some official or should i place the same on twitter or facebook. The shift managers cannot go scot free by saying sorry and not taking the responsibility of entire situtaion. hope some action will be taken. ** PS. i stay exactly 3.5 kms from that outlet.
