I placed an order with dominos on 3rd december 2014 at around 8:09 pm for an amount of Rs 1128. The payment went through but the dominos website got stuck and order was not placed at the concerned dominos branch, which i called and confirmed (Tambaram, Mudichur Road branch). It has been 7 days but my money has not been refunded yet.

on 12th of june three attempt was done by me to purchse piza but all ware unsuccessful due to some technical reason, regarding that i have received mail from dominos, for your reference copy of mails are attached below.

issue is, no refund is done tome till date infect i have sent mail in this regard to them on18 june but no reply received, copy of my mail is also enclose for your reference, i request you to look in to the matter and do the needful.

the below Mail was sent to domino's on 18 june but no reply received yet.

With reference to above mail, i haven't received money back of three failed transaction Dt.12 june amounting to Rs.536/- each out of which two attempt done through my paytm walate and one attempt through credit card .
look in to the matter and refund my money immediately.

    Hello, I given combo online order using with my credit card, but it displays massage like sorry due to some network transactions fail, your money has been creditable to your account with in 7 days, but 15 days over my money has n't been refundable, please refund me my money.

      invoice number DPI66508/14-15/37262. today i had placed oder for taco Maxicum but carry out is other item and after complaint in [protected] they are not attend my complaint till now i have contacted 8:29 PM but your people are not coming till now. im very fadup with your staff services and will go tomorrow to consumer forum. its mantal harshment of a hungry person. they are not capable to maintain customer and pusing their scheme product.

        Yesterday i ordered the pizza through your website at the evening and i have received the ordered after 30 mins timeframe and when i inquired, the delivery guy and even the restaurant people making some non sense excuses like oven not working and traffic and all which is really not expecting from the big brand like dominos. after insisting they admit their mistake and agreed for not to pay anything for the order but my bad luck is that i have already paid the amount through credit card after then they decline to pay me anything. My question is that why you are making fool of the public by promising these 30 mins delivery and moreover by saying all those above non sense excuses. Request you to please look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.         I got the assurance of refund and apology letter from the restaurant manager.

          Its on 7 dec, yesterday online order for pizza was placed, to be delivered at 2100hrs...but concern that after 2100 hrs and 5/6 calls of query, item was delivered at gate. Employee not aware of rules, no one knows who is the delivery boy taken the order when contacted on phone[protected]. Real bad experience with the favourite and always in demand Dominoes. Instead of rishtey milaney wala Dominos failed...when i saw my kids waiting for long, not even knowing whether we will receive the item after doing online advance payment. After all query i have been told ill have a refund of R300/- within 7 working days...I am really sad about this incident

            Dear Sir/ Ma'm, Good Afternoon, Please Note That I am a Regular Customer of Domino's. You can Check Hits of My Mobile Numbers. i have been Facing Quality Issues for Last Few Months. Even on Yesterday i Faced an Instance. At Old Palasiya, Indore, I Ordered One Mexican Green Wave + One Peppy Paneer (Both Cheese Burst) + 2 Stuffed Garlic Breads & 2 Cheesy Dips. ( i Never Order Any Other Pizza than Cheese Burst). I Could not Understand The Code "CW", Which I Came to Know Later On. I Ordered Cheese Burst, But My Ordered was Processed As Cheesy Wonder. ( Might be due to Rush on Counter). I Instructed The Person to Get The Items Stuffed & Baked Well. because Last 2-3 Times I have Faced The Same Problem. The Do not Prepare The Pizza Properly. But When I Opened The Maxican Green Wave Pizza, There was Very Uneven Preparation. I did Complain to Shift Manager & Got The Pizza Replaced. So You are Requested to Do The Needful, because There is Least Possibility of Not Going Domino's in Peak Hours/ Holidays.

              Hi, I am Uday Bhasker Teerdhala booked Pizza from Domino's on 4th, Dec, 2014. Which is large pizza. The made was horrible. They thrown vegetables which seemed expired. we are 3 people ate the pizza. 3 are fallen illness(Fever). My wife, my uncle and Me. But luckly my wife and my uncle recovered. But me still on bed. Which is still on 8th Dec. I am very regular to Domino's i never felt this bad experience and especially i invited my uncle to have some. He really faced pathatic experience with Pizza. He is under impression that all Pizza are worst. We are paying lots of many even if the pizza not even cost 150-200 rupees. We paid 800Rupees. Please understand the customer pain.                 To Whoever it may concern, I ordered Pizza on 7-12-14, with order no. 379 from Dominos Ranjeet Hanuman Road, Indore. My order was placed on 10:45 pm I received the order at 11:50 pm for that I was constantly in contact with Dominos Store. After receiving the order I noticed the Box was damaged and was in bad shape and it felt cold cause its been more than an hour since I ordered when I opened the box which contained the Pizza I was shocked to see the upper layer of box was sticking with the upper crust of the pizza, pics for the same is attached, than I confronted with Dominos store they gave an excuse "these things often happens in delivery" I was speechless after listening to their response. After listening to the excuse I came to know that these are reoccurring events, and actions was taken on prior faults/mistakes. I was left frustrated, Irritated and angry not only with unprofessional attitude but with irresponsible and casual behavior, as I understand this is a Consumer/Customer driven business high level of professional/responsible behavior is expected. This kind of behaviour is not tolerable. In between the events I also gave feedback to Dominos Care for the late delivery of my Pizza for which I am provided with a Reference Id:-520025. Screen shot of which is also attached. I had a conversation wit Mr.Arun / Rajvinder Singh who worked at Dominos Ranjeet Hanuman Road, Indore as Shift Incharge he is aware of the whole event. I request to consider the gravity of the situation and from now on would like more educated, professional and responsible peoples to deal with my food/orders.                   Order No. 167 Dt. 07-12-14, Pinki 3 At 8.11PM I ordered Pica Taco Calz etc at 4, 5 Central Plaza, Sec-53, Outlet with a request for extra Chilli Flakes & Oregano. Madam Pinky took the order and accepted the same. When the order was delivered it was only 2 Flakes and 6 Oregano, When I again called up, she heard the whole instance and kept me on hold without even informing me and there after Mr. Shashank told that Chilli Flakes and Oregano is already given more and they are provided against payment of Re 1 per Packet. I requested them to send 15 each on payment basis. He very rudly told me that he would send the bill. The delivary boy came with Chili & Oregano that too not 15 each. When I inquired for bill he said that the same is provided free of cost and not bill is there. It is very sorry to know that to a routine customer such kind of behavior is being done. I am putting this writing and am also sending one copy to nearest Consumer Forum so that people know how they are being treated. We do not mind paying for our food which we anyway do. This is extremely sorry customer service.

                    I m regular customer of dominos... Last experience with them was so weak... I ordered a cheese burst pizza and garlic breadstick with cheese and a desert... Order came... Pizza was without cheese burst... I call and complaint about that... Normally pizza delivered by them within 25 min but the correction pizza came after 45 min and again the pizza was without cheese burst... i really disappointed... My other order got cool... And my dinner spoiled... I want action against the branch... Plz help me... I have online receipt in my mail...

                      Hi, Today I ordered 2 small pizzas (1 onion, 1 capsicum), 1 garlic bread, 1 veg. calazone pockets. As compare to other times, the base of onion pizza was not cooked properly, even the capsicum was burnt into black. The garlic bread seems to be dipped in oil and the calazone pockets are too much spicy. I call them to register the complaint but the phone was engaged.                       THIS is really a shamed that i got such a bad quality that your cheese in the pizza was stinking badly. first time i ordered the delivery guy was not having flakes and it was bad quality of pizzas. then i requested for replacement and got stinking pizza. it is happening again and again. A person consuming it can get food poising or bad stomach. i am taking legal action against this so that you get to know how much you are effecting others.

                        I saw the banner "Order Online And Get 50% Off On All Domino's Pizza" in the dominos web page today (https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/?src=50off&gclid=CJ2fv9Wss8ICFRcSjgodv6cA... and then i had tried ordering the pizza online. But in the cart the listed prices shown weren't the discounted one. So I contacted the customer care, But interestingly I got the information from the customer care that they are not running this offer today.                           I am long customer of domino pizza for the past 3.5 years this is the second time i met with an problem of same i purchase combo from ashok nagar that for the second time out side of the pizza is black and inner is not at all baked it is paste condition on 4 12 14 at 10.00 pm when i opened i saw that every pizza's get over heated with blacken and fumes came with bad smell i given back the same and i requested to new they hesitated and they given after 15 minute's with the same one and told there is problem with baking machine you can go through all this on the camera about the conversation also at 10.15 pm on 4 12 14 finally just i through to the dust bin i gone out and purchased from pizza hut for my children even the card swiping machine also not worked there is no response with customer may be i came in two wheeler that is the reason kindly rectify the problem so as to avoid the problem to be repeated

                            Dear Sir, This complaint I am making because, this should not happened for other innocent customers. We ordered 3 veg singles, 3 non veg tacco mexicana and 1 cock zero, but we reaceived veg tacco mexicana instead of non veg. We informed middle and they told me the will return back the amount of non veg and only take veg's amount. But eventually the sales person cheated us and they took our bill also. We are not fighting for our 20 rs, we are earnings person. But shame on you Dominos your sales person's behavior was very rude. Very bad experience... We will never go to Dominos again.                               I ordered one pizza on saturday 22nd Nov 2014. When i ordered, due to some network issues my first order got cancelled and hence I ordered again.. but amount was debited to my account twice.. I was told that I'll get amount back in seven days.. But it is not yet credited to my account..

                                I placed an online order worth Rs. 573 on 23rd Nov 2014. After waiting for around 40 min, I called to check about the order and got to know that the order was not placed. It may be due to website glitch but the amount was debited from my account. The guy said that the amount will be refunded within 7 days but I didn't receive any refund. I dropped a mail to Jubilant Foodworks too and tried to contact them over phone. No one ever replied. I have paid for the pizza whose order was not even placed!!!

                                  I went domino's site and I tried to place order on 23/11/2014 worth Rs 724. My money from Citi card was deducted and order was not successful. When I called to Domino's they told me that it would be credited to your account in 1-2 days; they said it happens some times do not worry. Till today I have not got money back. They (Domino's) shameless and fraud people claim that amount Rs. 724 on 25th of Nov with transaction ID 74678444328814002232127. I informed those shameless people just now that you have fraudulent claimed that amount but reply was pathetic. Domino's I have ordered for a Veg Subwich at your Nasik Road branch (near Nashik Road Railway Station) vide Invoice# DPI66022/14-15/86679 on 01/12/2014 The order was placed around @ 9:30PM and were waited almost for an hour but even @ 10:30PM your representatives are reiterating "it is getting ready and wait for some more time". My total experience at your store was awful and finally i walked out @ 10:30PM without receiving my order and of course the money spent was also not reimbursed and moreover they don't even have courtesy to ask excuse for the mistake they did.

                                      I would like to make a note on some issues that I m facing to my last visit I m a regularl costomer o[censored]r domino's pizza from Allahabad . I used to visit every week twice to ur shop and my ususlly bill amount approx more than 500. This is something very unethical and un naturall behavior towards ur side ..the name of that person is nitish cse from Allahabad Please look into this matter so seriously or this wil be my last visit to shop for sure .                                         I placed 2 orders for pizza on 21 November 2014 using PAYUMONEY PayU ID[protected] and[protected]. The Dominoes store here said that they have not received the order. But money was deducted from my account! Both the times!! I've been complaining to both PAYUMONEY and Domino's but there has been no response from your part! The store lady said money will be refunded within 7 working days but its been more than 7 days! Please take the matter seriously and refund my money back!
