I placed an online order worth Rs. 573 on 23rd Nov 2014. After waiting for around 40 min, I called to check about the order and got to know that the order was not placed. It may be due to website glitch but the amount was debited from my account. The guy said that the amount will be refunded within 7 days but I didn't receive any refund. I dropped a mail to Jubilant Foodworks too and tried to contact them over phone. No one ever replied. I have paid for the pizza whose order was not even placed!!!

    I went domino's site and I tried to place order on 23/11/2014 worth Rs 724. My money from Citi card was deducted and order was not successful. When I called to Domino's they told me that it would be credited to your account in 1-2 days; they said it happens some times do not worry. Till today I have not got money back. They (Domino's) shameless and fraud people claim that amount Rs. 724 on 25th of Nov with transaction ID 74678444328814002232127. I informed those shameless people just now that you have fraudulent claimed that amount but reply was pathetic.       To M/s. Domino's I have ordered for a Veg Subwich at your Nasik Road branch (near Nashik Road Railway Station) vide Invoice# DPI66022/14-15/86679 on 01/12/2014 The order was placed around @ 9:30PM and were waited almost for an hour but even @ 10:30PM your representatives are reiterating "it is getting ready and wait for some more time". My total experience at your store was awful and finally i walked out @ 10:30PM without receiving my order and of course the money spent was also not reimbursed and moreover they don't even have courtesy to ask excuse for the mistake they did.

        I would like to make a note on some issues that I m facing to my last visit I m a regularl costomer o[censored]r domino's pizza from Allahabad . I used to visit every week twice to ur shop and my ususlly bill amount approx more than 500. My mobile number is [protected] and my name MOHD SALEEM But this week I visited to ur shop they have mishaved with me and instead of pleasing me or giving me discount they have shouted on me ..the person shouted on me so loudly and he told me that I m not regular customer and I don t give a damn to u . This is something very unethical and un naturall behavior towards ur side ..the name of that person is nitish cse from Allahabad Please look into this matter so seriously or this wil be my last visit to shop for sure . Thank you

          I placed 2 orders for pizza on 21 November 2014 using PAYUMONEY PayU ID[protected] and[protected]. The Dominoes store here said that they have not received the order. But money was deducted from my account! Both the times!! I've been complaining to both PAYUMONEY and Domino's but there has been no response from your part! The store lady said money will be refunded within 7 working days but its been more than 7 days! Please take the matter seriously and refund my money back!

            Dear Team, I had visited your Ghatkopar East outlet on the 21Nov and was charged twice for the total amount of Rs.485. When the lady at the counter charged my debit card for the first time, I immediately got a message from Citibank that the amount is charged. I showed that message to the lady who said that they did not receive the payment and called her manager on duty guess his name is Prashant. She charged the card again and said the same was declined and the second time I did not get any message from the bank. The manager smatly gave me the receipts of the declined transaction to show the payment is not received. He even assured that if the card was charged the amount would be reversed 48hrs and I allowed him to try again. This time the payment did go through and he gave me the receipts to sign. I visited the outlet again on 27Nov as the amount was not reversed.Spoke with a different manager named Aakash who asked me to wait for the next 24hrs. I did. Still the amount was not reversed. I visited the outlet yesterday 02Dec and spoke with Manager Mukesh who said he will check with the IT dept and call back in an hour. I still did not receive a call from him.                 I am not happy with your service. I dont want your pizza next time. Please not give guarantee if your not able to give pizza on time. And also I am not look for pizza i want hot pizza. And you people also know cheese burst pizza if you order you want hot one. I am really unsatisfied with your service.                   Hi .. I have made a transaction on Domino's India site, and paid using mobikiwk wallet on 12th November and the transaction was failed, Rs 2382 is deducted from my mobikwik wallet and Transaction Id AMBK[protected] (its from mobikwik)I have contacted Domino's Call center and raised concern (Guest Reference ID 506526 on Domino's India site), but there is no proper response either from the customer care or from the respective Domino's point (Raheja mind space, Hyderabad)I have called to the Domino's call center and Domino's center at Raheja mind space several times .. and ended up with no proper answers and they are promising to call in next hour and next working day ... but never made a call back with proper answers ..Its very poor customer service from Domino's .. its almost 4 weeks after the transaction failed Attached mobikiwk Invoice for the transaction.

                    I often order pizzas from Domino's, yesterday I was at my relatives place where we planned to order for some pizzas. I called the number where I was re-directed to the closed outlet. I spoke to the this lady who noted the temporary address for delivery, things were going fine till I mentioned the word "Chawl" towards the end of conversation. The minute I said that this lady bluntly told me that they don't do deliverys in Chawl. I was so annoyed with her and told her that its a row house and not a chawl to which she transferred the call to her supervisor. Supervisor came on call and the first thing that he told me is that they don't deliver to a Chawl to which I asked a reason and he simply puts me on hold and transfer's the call to his Manager. Now the Manager comes on call and does not let me finish rather starts putting his point across. He then tells me that if the address is traceable then they do deliver to that location but as per our policy they normally don't deliver to Chawls. The pizza was delivered without any issues but one of them was fully damaged which was again replaced. I informed the manager that though this is a row house I am still concerned about people who actually live in a Chawl and want to eat a pizza. Will you not deliver to them only because they live there?? I got no answered hence posting this.. Please stop being biased and if you can't deliver to a specific location then please put that across in a gentle manner rather than offending your customers. This experience was indeed a disgusting one.. Feel sorry for them as they still categorize people on basis of their location.

                      Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your king notice that your claim of delivery of the ordered PIZZA in 30 Minutes is bogus and misleading. In support of the same I am sharing my personal experience with you where not only the delivery boy but all your senior Managers had refused to register the delay in delivery on the delivery challan. I placed an order vide order no. 280 dated 29/11/2014 with you Shop no. 6-7, Commercial Shopping Complex, New Delhi - 110021 (Ph.[protected]. The said order was booked though my mobile no. [protected] at 9:00 pm. as against the actual time mentioned on the order is 9:10 p.m. means there is a delay in booking the order itself of about 10 minutes with malafied intention at the first stage itself. When did not receive the delivery of the ordered items I again called them at 9:50 p.m. to know the status of my said order. However, the ordered items were delivered to me at 9:53 p.m. i.e. after about 52 minutes or the actual order given to them against their claim of delivery within 30 minutes. When I asked the delivery boy to mention the time of delivery on the challan, he refused to mention the same. On this I contacted Mr. Narinder and Mr. Majinder, who were claiming as manager of the store but they also refused to mention the time of delivery on the challan and infromed that there is no such claim that the ordered items will be delivered within 30 minutes of the order or they will not charge the customer. The said act of your staff/partner not only amounts to unethical behaviour/practices but they are also liable to be prosecuted in the appropriate court if required, which please note. Your such associates are spoiling the image of your Company and are denying the claims of the Company being published every where for their in capabilities. You are requested to please take strict action against them and confirm so that they should not be able to cheat the public any more. Anil Mahajan M-[protected]

                          Last week i have ordered pizza with Dominos, OMR store. They told me that my address is too far to deliver. They dint even given any response until i call them after two hours of my order. Then they gave me above bull response. I immediately canceled the order and asked them to refund my money back. They have told that the money will be refunded with in a week. But it is alsmost 9 days and they din't refunded my money back. Why dont they have internal transfers of the orders which they dont deliver to the specified location. why do they cheat people like this. Store i have ordered is DOMINOS PIZZA, OMR STORE, CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU

                            I am regular customer of Domino's and i enjoy Domino's Pizza a lot . However i am not able to avail the home delivery facility of Domino's . I am currently staying at Roop Nagar, Jammu ( Jammu and Kashmir ). The home delivery service of Domino's is available upto Janipur which is adjacent to Roop Nagar ( My current location ) . It takes about 2-3 minutes for a person on a bike to reach my house from Janipur . I request the Domino's authorities to please add Roop Nagar in their home delivery database . Current Location : Roop Nagar, Jammu ( Jammu & Kashmir )

                            I ordered three cheese burst pizza on 23 December and after half an hour, the delivery boy calls up and says that he wont deliver pizza in my area as it is not listed in their areas. 16 days before, we ordered pizza and it came to our house. What if pizza is ordered by any area close by to their listed area, wont they deliver the pizza ? Is this the kind of customer service provided ? Given the city has outlets, how can the policy of delivering pizzas be changed without intimation ? And if this is the case, why isn't this information given as soon as the pizza is ordered ?
                            This is just an act of irresponsibility and poor customer service.

                            your member directly say no to deliver as we pay online billing but they refuse to deliver to baddi university
                            i am student as well as customer so i have full right for complaint, please consider my complaint

                              I had placed an online order for cheezy wonder pizza on 30/11/2015. Order no 70 at bistupur, Jamshedpur and paid through debit card.After the payment is successful, i am told that it is not available, and the store manager is not agreeing to a refund too.I am shocked by this attitude of yours.As it is mistake on your part, you should refund me the earliest.Please look into it at the earliest.

                                  Hi, I place my order around 11 30 AM to be delivered in sector-14 gurgaon at 12 30 PM . Although payment was successfully completed but order was not placed. I waited for some 30 mins and called up the pizza delivery number[protected] . From there I got to know the order is not placed yet in any of the dominoes outlet. I am attaching photo proofs along with the complaints. Kindly let me know what is the reason behind this failure and how to go about it in future. Also how and when will I get my refund .                                     My name is Kishore. I am studying law in christ university Banglore. I have 2 coupons given by dominos chennai and I am not able to avail these when I went to eat in Dominos Hosur road, Bangalore. The person in charge was Mr.Bikash and he said I could not use those coupons since they were not issued by that particular branch of bangalore. How is this fair? Dominos branches are found in a lot of places and isn't it fair if the coupons are valid everywhere? The coupons expire by 31st of Jan so I request you to kindly take action so that I can use my coupons there.

                                        My Order - Chef's Veg Wonder I am a regular Domino's customer, and have been enjoying Domino's Pizza since years now... But today had worst of experience with Dominos in Ramagondanhalli, Varthur main road, Bangalore. Phone no of Dominos[protected] 1. First of all when I called, the lady on the phone seemed a little ill-literate, as she was not able to get the address that I was telling her. So finally she had to handover the phone to someone else for taking down the address. 2. I called up and placed my order at 9:46 PM, and I didn't get my pizza till 10:30 PM. I called at 10:22 PM again, and they said that it will take another 5-10 mins... This was ridiculous...considering that my location was just across the road. 3. I had specifically asked them to send me a fresh pizza with fresh base, cheese and veges. But when the pizza arrived, it was cold, cheese was hard and stale, and the pizza base was stale and hard too. 4. I had specifically asked them while placing my order to send change with the delivery guy. But he didnt have enough change, so I had to pay extra for the pizza that he delivered. This was one of the worst interaction I had with Dominos.
