i ordered two medium pizza through the mobile app of dominos and everything was perfect until at the end of the transaction the site guided me to a page where it showed that the order could not be pushed to kitchen and it showed a tab showing submit. After continuously attempting to submit it there was no response. The amount has been already debited from my account and hence I don't want to reorder. Kindly look into this problem and act upon it immediately.

    much disappointed with the service bad customer experience bad pizza service+vey badly dealt with staff.ordered cheese burst farmhouse with no cheese and toppings in cheese burst also it wasnt hot. pizza came late.asked to give me other pizza staff member at the site spoke rudely when told him about the issue.and second time when pizza came it came in 45 minutes poor service no respect at all for customers.why dnt u guys check in at DT CENTRE SHALIMAR BAGH they dnt know how to serve customers always complaint in every order

      Ordered 2 pizzas form Dominos Vellore at 14.15.53 today(21/11/14) and got call at 15.02 for take away at the pickup point, clearly qualifying 30 minutes or free policy/criteria. Here is the link to 30 minutes or free conditions. https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/disclaimer.php We didn't get any compensation for the delay caused and the delivery person didn't even acknowledge the policy and gave the reason that they were 'busy'.

        I ordered for 2 items & i got it in 2 hours. The Chembur branch is very bad in order. Domino's i didn't expect that from you. I usually prefer buying from Domino's but now i have changed my mind. Hope that you improve your services. VERY UNHAPPY

        Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Today I had ordered 6 medium pizzas, 4 garlic breads, 8 cheesy dips and some cold drinks from the Domino’s Goregaon (E) (Shop no.G11-12, Ground floor, Gokuldham Shopping centre, Goregaon (E) Mumbai) outlet at 11.47am. The order was to be delivered at hall no.7 at NESCO compound exhibition centre. The normal time of delivery is 30 minutes as per Domino’s is claimed by them that they will deliver the order free of cost if delayed. I was informed the person taking the order that it will take around 30-45 minutes to deliver since there are many orders to be processed, I agreed. The order reached me at 1.10pm exactly 1 hour 23 minutes late without the garlic breads cheesy dips and the oregano and chilly flakes sachets for the pizza. The delivery boy refused to call the outlet from his mobile hence I called from my mobile. The lady on the counter told me that the bread will be received within 10 minutes. It eventually came to me after 1hr and 10 minutes after calling them up at least 12 times. At one time the lady (some Savita) told me to call up the delivery boy and find out where he was. When I refused to do so and told her it is her duty to find that out she told that she will find out and call me back in 2 minutes which she never did. When I again called up and asked the manager twice I was kept on hold and the called was disconnected. They stopped taking calls from my mobile number, finally I made a call from another number and spoke to the manager. He asked me to go to the Domino’s counter at some other hall in the exhibition centre and collect the oregano and chilly flakes sachets. When I refused to do so he said the stall person will come to give the same which in never did.

        I was having a working lunch meeting with some foreign delegates and had ordered for the pizza. What impression they will take back in their memories about the services in India.

        They took the payment for full order except for the garlic bread and cheesy dips although I received the full order after 2and 1/2 hours although they advertise to give pizza free of cost if delivered after 30 minutes.

        This kind of service is not expected by a world class brand like domino’s.
        Looking for a positive reply from your side.
        I gave an order around 6:30pm on 15/05/15 by phone to Dominoes. They took down my order, my name and my phone number and said the delivery guy will call me when he reaches my location.They did not provide me with an order number. 7:30pm the delivery guy called me saying come to our college gate and my delivery is there. I got there and there was a few of the dominoes staff distributing orders to students of my college. I went up and said my name and order and mobile number. The staff said they need an order number which i had not been given. I told them Dominoes had not given me an order number. I called the Dominoes at which i placed the order and no one picked up. I called about twenty times before i gave up! twenty times mind you. what kind of service is this which you are providing? The staff had me and such others who were not getting their orders waste our time over there for almost an hour. Many of those who got their orders there were not satisfied with the quality of the food. Many customers were complaining there.Pizzas were cold, the cheese-burst pizza hardly had any cheese, some customers had their pizza topping stuck to the top because delivery staff was not careful and so on. Our college students are a big clientele to Dominoes Vellore.Infact we are the only clientele they have here. Is this how you should be providing service?To finish my complaint, Dominoes returned my call at 8:45pm! and provided me with my order number. I DID NOT go to receive my order as i had gone back to my house by then. How long do you expect me to stay and wait for my order and for a call to be picked up or returned? Very bad service!

          i placed an online order thru dominos website on 18 nov 2014.the balance got deducted from my bank account but order wasnt placed.it showed a continues msg not to refresh n ur taste buds hav to wait for sometime for 40 to 45 min.one side d com says get ur pizza in 30 min n on d other hand d online ordering itself takes more than 30 min.what a joke n poor service!!!n to top it up dere is no response frm d customer care.now pl refund d transferred amount of rs 425 asap. my contact no is [protected].

                  i have placed an order through their website and the payment was made through mobikwik website on the 15th October 2014, order number being AMBK[protected], i tried contacting their customer service and got a call back and they verified the account and informed me about the refund and it will take 7 working days, now its passed the assigned date and i still haven't received any information about the amount, i have contacted mobikwik also they have informed me the amount has been debited to their partners website, my contact number is [protected], [protected]

                    I Rohit Narra from Pune, Mahatashtra had ordered for pizza online via dominos pizza app At Hingane Dominos Branch with Order no 388 & 11/16/2014 8:37:42 PM With Credit Card Trace no :[protected] Even after Reminding staff about same after half hour timeline set by company for On time delivery standards, and repeated calls after 50 minutes the delivery has not been placed, it is 10.06 PM now that is 1.5 hours after placing online order, still company staff sachin Ingular says order will be delivered soon and also staff say that they will not follow company policy of on time delivery or any rules related to it today .

                      The pizza reached my door almost an hour after i placed the order. On calling the store I was given various lame reasons and told to "adjust". I was also told the store does not follow the 30mins or free policy. The store is just across the street and it is just baffling that the delivery can take an hour to reach. To make things worse a certain Mr. Raju [protected] claiming to be the store manager called me up several times demanding an explanation and telling me how I was wrong and it was no big deal that the order reached me in one hour instead of 30 minutes. The ordeal was truly harassing. I have been ordering from domino's for years and never did I expect such shocking service.

                          The pizza was on my door 1 hr after placing the order. talked to the customer care and did conference with the shift manager Rahul and he told that we cannot deliver the pizza in 30 mins. Also no late discount was offered by the manager, and the pizza was not hot and fresh. This is very bad experience with dominos. Regards Abhishek Bhadauria [protected]

                              Hi I ordered pizza on 7th Nov 2014 and ETA i.e 30 min is 8:42 PM but Pizza came at 8:50 PM I had a talk with customer executive and he told me that delivery boy will give you 300 Rs but mine was online transfer so delivery boy told me money will be refunded automatically. Today when I just called your Pizza center Sector 61 Shopprix Mall they told me their is no discount on your order. Resolve it asap [protected]

                                Respected Concerned Person, Today I ordered a pizza from Domino's Pizza From New Delhi. I ordered my pizza at approx. 12:48pm. And I got the pizza at 2:00 pm. At this when the delivery boy came I asked him that why u r so late, then he has not given me any appropriate reason, then he served me a cold pizza. I refused to take that pizza and called the girl named Pooja whose number was given on the bill. Then she misbehaved me and said that is our policy that u have to pay for it. Then I paid and taken that pizza But I have taken the signature of the delivery boy on the bill with delivery time. The time is clearly mentioned on the bill. I have attached a soft copy of that bill with this mail. I am very much amazed on the service and behave of the employees of your well renowned international company. I would suggest you to improve Ur service and take a strict action on this... Because this is the question of your company's reputation. I shall be very thankful to u for this. Domino's pizza (Sector-5, Mansa devi complex, Panchkula ) staffing manager calling me on August for feedback about the Pizza . He gave me bad quality pizza I have already said to him. I am regular customer I have ordered Veg doubles Pizza and 2 stuffed garlic breads but his quality is very very bad. In Pizza's no Cheese and not good stuffing and in garlic breads very bad stuffing its like a dry. So i have to tell him your pizza is very bad this time he said to me in your next order I will give you compensate 2 stuffed garlic breads but yesterday I have to go for the pizza I will tell him he said to me He didn't tell me anything about the garlic breads and he behave like rudely. I dont know which manager is calling me and tell me about that. Please let me know is that domino's commitment ? First he said to me and after that he said I can't commit any thing. I am eating Dominos pizza last 6 years but that thing is not good about the staff members for regular customer. I am very upset. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                                    Order was placed online which was directed through PayU website on 3rd Nov 2014. Transaction failed and prompted to chose another mode of payment. I chose 'pay by cash' and made the payment Rs.866 cash on delivery. But later realised that the money is deducted from my account as well. For the same order, the payment is done twice.                                       i dont knw wht to say but really disappointed im from agra nd had dominos pizza from several places but today whn i ordered it firslty it was not hot nd even u too knw cheese burst is all abt eating hot right ?? secondly the taste of both garlic bead nd pizza was very diffrnt i dnt knw how but yes it was diffrnt nd its burn too not much bt yes it is i was calling on agra complain no. but no body picked it what the hell i dnt knw happened bt i think im gonaa throw it today !!! my no is [protected]

                                        I am an army officer posted in Jammu Kashmir . My wife and daughter at pathankot punjab . on 29 oct 14 they had gone to Domino outlet . after booking their order, when they were eating, my daughter went to the water point and took one cup of water . the cup was given to her by one of the staff. she filled the cup again and took it for her mother . my wife, nitu was shocked at the colour of drinking water, it was brown . on complaining to the staff she was given excuses like, it was tube well water, the water point was not working and they immediately put a slip of not working on it. on pressing hard by my wife they apologised . as per them the manager was on lve so my wife could not talk to him. they also proposed to refund the amount which my wife refused as it would have closed the case . they also offered a small cake which my daughter refused to take . the company should be pennalised for serving unhygienic water and trying to bribe my wife and daughter to hush up the case . the staff involved are Mr Rishu, ASHWANI and, NAVI.pl note that 1- no instruction was put on the water point of its being unserviceable and the slip was put on my wife complaint. 2 . my wife has not taken any refund . 3. the free cup of cake was given to my daughter as bribe which she refused . my email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
