I had make a online order for pizza at raiganj south. payment was done by online method. Confirmation mail was sent to my mail, but at last they cancel the order and saying they will return money after 7 days. I was only have that money that time and it was the marriage anniversary of my father, I was feeling very humiliating and my promise was broken due to Dominose. Please help me sir

    A Call was made to place an order at Dominos Kharghar sector 20, at 7:20 pm, the pizza was delivered at 7:53 pm ie.after 33 mins after ordering the pizza. But according to the delivery boy, he was on time. When we asked for a free pizza...the delivery boy refused to give it giving reasons that he had reached on time...He was too rude and tried to escape from the situation by not giving the pizza...Ultimately we paid for the pizza...we also intimated the higher authorities of dominoz about the incident...but they were ignorant about it and defended themselves...Its sad that when a company promises the consumer about pizza delivery before 30 mins or get the pizza free...ultimately refuses to do it when the need arises... we tried to get a picture of the delivery boy whose name is Mohan which we are attaching along with this complaint.

      I, order Pizza online for my son who is studying in Gautam Buddha University Greater Noida, at 7:49 PM order was accepted and as I am tracking the Pizza was dispatched and Satinder was on his way to deliver Pizza. A person Call me at 8:18 from Mobile No. [protected] and told me that they will not deliver the pizza at GBU. It is not first time that I order Pizza for GBU. Every time they deliver but this time they told me that they will not delivered the pizza and cancelling the order the person speaking rudely and when I told him that I will make complaint, his answer is what ever you do ( jo tujhey karna hai ker ham pizza nahi deliver karey gai). I am enclosing Payment Receipt and Tracker Status

          Dominos Pizza are not able to kep their timeline of 30m min and deliver cold Pizzas. I ordered dominos Pizzas on Nov 7th at 12:15pm, attached screen has the ordered details and paid using my Credit Card, and around 2pm after many calls to the restaurant the delivery boy delivered the pizzas. Pizzas were not hot and fresh, and we asked the delivery guy to take it back. But he mentioned, as per policy, if they fail to deliver by 30 minutes the will deliver it for free, as I already paid using online transaction he mentioned the entire money will be refund in 7 days. I called the restaurent as well and they confirmed the same. Its nearly 3 weeks now and didnot hear from them and the money is also not refunded. I am not sure whom to contact on this now.             Last week i have ordered pizza with Dominos, OMR store. They told me that my address is too far to deliver. They dint even given any response until i call them after two hours of my order. Then they gave me above bull response. I immediately canceled the order and asked them to refund my money back. They have told that the money will be refunded with in a week. But it is alsmost 9 days and they din't refunded my money back. Why dont they have internal transfers of the orders which they dont deliver to the specified location. why do they cheat people like this.                     i ordered a hawaiin pizza and a taco mex non veg. second time consecutively in one month i received what i can only call nothing like domino's. The cheese burst had no cheese, the tacos were raw on the outside, the crust wasnt at all crispy as it usually is. it has been a disappointment. on calling the place, they promise a remake and then after half an hour send me only the tacos. I have been with domino's since 3-4 years and i know what quality means. anyways i had no choice but to send back the tacos and pizza with the delivery boy. it is sad. the whole thing. on calling the place again, they tell they would examine the pizza. i dont think i need an approval of some fresher who is here since a year or two to tell me what cheese burst is like and what tacos taste like. i didn't ask for a refund. i have been absolutely disappointed.i dont think i would ever get this thing delivered to my place ever again or for a party. not from this branch atleast. They should rather shut this one down, they know nothing of dominos. for your reference: store: branch: vasant square mall, vasant kunj 26 novemebr 2014 order 342. by the way this started at 930 pm and i had nothing good enough to eat till 11:30 pm, so i assumed it doesnt bother anybody.

                      On 11/21/2014 I placed an order and made the payment online, the final total was Rs.2318. I was later informed by the outlet that they didn't have Crispy Chicken Strips[Qty-2] which ammounted to Rs.238 + taxes and the same would be refunded to me. This hasn't been done as of yet. For the same order I also applied a coupon that guaranteed a pizza of same or lesser value free with another pizza. I went on to order four pizza's assuming two of them would be free but only one was free. This proves that the coupon was misleading in information or was not properly implemented by Domino's. Please help me get back my money.

                        On Sunday 23-Nov-14 around 5:00pm, I placed an order for pizza online. After waiting for 1.30 hrs and not receiving the order, phoned back to check, why the delay of my order. To my shock, the outlet said they received no such order. After paying through net banking online, the transaction did not return back to Domino's website to give me order details. So my money is received but no PIZZA or order details. I tried to contact Pizza customer service through chat multiple times and dropped the details of my payment. After 3 days they are not even bothered to look at my issue. If you like Dominos buy through cash never use online. I am planning to raise a case in consumer court, as I have details of my online payment through my Bank. Suggest to all my friends and community to do the same. Regards Anil

                          We made an online order from bangalore for wakad, pune area on 7th November 2014. The order was cancelled due to system not finding a suitable ordering restaurant (dominos) for order fulfilment and no pizza was delivered. The payment amount Rs.435 (Transaction ID: AMBK[protected] ) is not refunded till date. Also i am unable to find any customer care number (working) to raise the complaint. Request you to kindly resolve it.

                            1.) Firstly the order was placed at Chowringee branch kolkata west bengal. It autumatically got shifted to park street branch with any intimation to customer. 2.) On late arrival of executive Mr. Dharmendra Kumar of park street branch kolkata, he argued showing wrong time and misbehaved with the customer. Very poor service. Kindly look into the matter and take strict action.

                              Hi, I made a transaction on 7/11/2014 to Dominos online order of rs. 502/- . But once the payment realized I haven't received any order Id or any other customer receipt from dominos. So with this issue I called Dominos immediately but as per dominos customer representative, they said that they haven't received any amount from my account on that day. So after that I again placed an order and I paid on cash on the same day. But rs. 502/- got deducted from my account for the first online transaction and as per bank same has been credited to dominos account. I got y our email Id from dominos. As per Kotak bank Please find the confirmation received at bank's end for the below mentioned transaction which Kotak bank has sent me: OS PUECOM[protected] [protected] - PG-[protected] 07/11/2014 502.00 The transaction has been successfully captured and settled to the merchant DOMINOS.CO.IN on Dtd 10-Nov-14 through UTR CITIN[protected] The merchant has generated a transaction id - e26a60bcaabfb1fe71f7.                                     Today, on 21.11.2014 I ordered one pizza with some offer going on at 8:40 pm from my no. [protected] in main road ranchi branch, jharkhand.even after several follow ups, every time I was informed that my order will get delivered in 10 mins and he also stated that my order no. Was 206 which was already dispatched after waiting for more than 2 hrs I again got the same response I even wanted to complain the manager about this irresponsible behaviour but the executive didn't transfer my call.at last I was left with no choice and I cancelled my order after 11:10 pm.at this point I was shocked as the executive showed no concern my order.i am very much disappointed with dominos service and this type of customer relationship management.

                                    My name is deepak kumar and i m resident of ranchi jharkhand.
                                    Today 11 june 6.30 pm approx i got bad experience about dominos delivery boy. Boy has came for delivery to my apartment near to my flat. At that moment my expensive shoes nike brand worth rs 12000/- has been stolen by delivery boy of dominos ranchi main road sujata square ranchi jharkhand. After gone through all the circumstances i m damn sure that boy has stolen my shoes. because he has been found and seen by my daughter standing to my flat door Its the matter of credibility of brand. They denied and misbehaved with me including manager when i gone to store for asking about my shoes. Obiously they would have deny. i know very well i will not get return my shoes but also your brand matters. I can take action but we often order pizzas and we do love dominos pizza. I found that bill and cont no. Of that boy.

As usual store informed that the pizza will be delivered after 1 hr. They don't have enough staff to deliver. So...

                                      HI, Frequently I used to get the message on my mobile [protected] for the dominos offer but when I tried ordering, dominos people say we dont deliver at your place. I am staying at New Panvel (Flat No 3, Shubhechha Park, Omkar Balaji, Usarli Khurd, New Panvel : 410206) where we have dominos centre but still its not getting delivered. If you dont deliver then why are sending messages to order pizzas with lot of orders. If you dont have facility to deliver at my area then why cant you add locations in your database since at last if we see business point of view, its obvious that I am giving business to you.
