delay and stale pizza

Myself renuka jambhale, have been regular customer of domino's, lately past few months they have been delaying order by 45 to 60 minutes, even though the store is 5 minutes apart, to top it off they not delivering fresh pizzas, Pizza served are cold and seem to be stale, on talking to the manager instead of sticking to their 30 minute or free policy for the ordered medium size fiesta pizza, he was extremely rude and threatened us about not...

about the late delivery

I placed an order before 40 minutes and when i called to ask about my order they told the order has already been moved on and the dominos have a time guarantee of 30 minutes but they are not giving the time guarantee now. Its such a fake thing they are doing. They should be charged high for this fake or the company should be banned for this fake....
