This is regarding the order which was placed on 18th July and didnot receive ever. I placed this order for my daughter and she was having her tuition at 4.30 and i place this order at 3 o clock so at around 4.41 PM i received a call from Dominos delivery guy stating that he is standing at my society entrance for the delivery. I asked him that you are late so i dont need this order now as my daughter already left for the tuition and i cant keep the food for an hour so i asked to take it back and asked him if you can redeliver this food at 6 o clock than it is fine else i will cancel the order so confirmed that he will bring back the order at 6 o clock and he didnt show up and lated on i received the email of delivery confimation. Request your intervention in this matter and speedy resolution.

I placed an order through Zomato on July 10, 2023. The order was not delivered and even the restaurant number was not reachable.After juggling multiple time with Zomato support, I received a call after 2 hours that your order is cancelled and Dominos will initiate a refund, but no refund amount received till date. Zomato support said that they have informed Dominos and 6205840 is the reference number.

Today (19th July 2023) I placed an order in HSR Layout store of Domino's via app and did a payment via Paytm UPI at 11:17 AM but Domino's app said something went wrong and didn't placed it

I ordered pizza from Zomato on July 16, 2023 from the store Domino’s pizza unity one Janakpuri Metro Sation New Delhi. We waited for 2 hours. The pizza was not even delivered and the store was also not picking our calls. The next day we called the store and they said the order was cancelled and they have raised the refund but I didn’t receive any refund from the company. They always said they will contact us but they are not even responding. I didn’t cancel the order, the restaurant cancelled it and even not giving our refund.

Domino’s thane yashodhan nagar, doesn’t provide free drinking water to a customer… in their premises even on asking they force to buy a mineral water …
Whereas it’s a law — no one deny to provide a free drinking water in hotel/restaurant rules
Kindly take appropriate action on it

I ordered a few pizzas from Domino's (patiala branch ) . Firstly the time taken was very long, secondly the pizza was totally unbaked. It was having worst taste, see the condition as shared in picture below . I faced poor management of Domino's.

Dear concern,
I hv ordered an pizza from Domino's Pizza, Hatigaon, Guwahati, Assam at 9.18 p.m dated 15/07/2023. Expected delivery time of 20 minutes. But the delivery time has been extended 3 times by a period of 20 minutes stating appology for the delay. By frustrated over the process I went to the store and when enquired at 10.20 p.m they stated that it will take another 15 minutes. Over that I request them to cancel the order as off my kid is eagerly waiting for that for long.
Is it the kind of service provided to customer
I[censored] r not capable enough just cancel the order so that customer can go for other options. Don't provide the hope.

I ordered a takeaway but couldn't receive call for confirmation of order . My order was cancelled and Domino's tell me the money has been refunded . But I have not received any money

My refund of 611 isn't showing on my account, or the refund isn't sent to my account. I am complaining through emails, but there is no response. I don't know what this behavior of yours.
It's been 10 days, but my refund is not back to my account. Please resolve my problem.

I am chetan from odisha. This complaint is regarding the permanent deletion of my account with dominos. I have written over 8-10 mails to dominos requesting for my account deletion, but for most of them I have not received any response. After a lot of efforts, I spoke to someone from the customer care team who informed me that account deletion is done by the Dominos Corporate Department and asked me to forward the email to them at the email address - [protected]@jublfood.com
.

I have written multiple emails to the corporate team on the above mentioned email address, but they have not responded to any mail. The dominos website clearly states that the request for removal of all personal information can be done through mail. Yet, dominos customer service representatives have been irresponsible in handling and processing my request. This not only amounts to harassment, but is also a serious violation of my privacy and my rights as a consumer.

I would like to place it on record and remind everyone at dominos that it is the right of every individual to get his personal information deleted and it is the duty of dominos to remove such information. These kind of experiences do not speak highly about the people handling the customer service of dominos.

I have placed order on 11 July 2023 at 21:21 hours it was about to deliver in 30 min but got delayed, I called restaurant many times but they didn’t pick up my calls and I received my order around 22:21, which was 1 hour late and icing on the top pizzas were completely cold and dough was raw not properly cooked.

I filed complaint immediately for late order and quality issue. They didn’t generate refund on the same day and didnt resolve the issueat the same time. I got call today morning 12-7-23 around 11:45 from Dimple (staff) and I explained the whole issue to her. I asked her to generate refund and asked her to send complementary taco for the cold and raw dough pizzas which I received.

She said sure she will do it. Then i called her around 3:30 PM for tocken no. Pf the refund as she said refund will be there in 4 days them she said refund is to be done on the same day. Now Your refund can not be geenrated we can give you free order next time. You can choose COD. I asked her to share the contact no. Of her senior she didnt share and didnt pick my call again.

This is the knowledge pf your staff and complete negligence, why they have not created refund on the same day if it is to be done on the same day. This is complete harassment for the customer and these guys are making people eat raw dough.

I need solution asap as, no one is picking my call and responding to the queries.

I ordered 2 domino’s pizza and 2 cold drinks form vegas mall dwarka delhi. I received a bill through the SMS but cold drink not add in the bill.

They forgot to prepare after waiting for 40 minutes, they told me to wait another 15 minutes, my refund has not done till now

An order was placed for two pizzas via swiggy for Domino's on 2 Jul at 1330 hrs.
The delivery agent named Sharad ([protected] phone number) called and said that he is reaching in 10 min and he marked the pizza delivered on his side. We kept waiting for around 45 min with no pizza or any information.
On contacting the delivery agent repeatedly the message came as number does not exist. On contacting swiggy they asked for order number from Domino's which was never shared with us. We were left high and dry, with no pizza, no information, lots of hunger and anger. Then contacted customer care of dominoes who could provide us with an order number and raised a complaint against delivery not received. The agent on customer care called it a technical glitch and Miraculously in few minutes the delivery agent appeared with our pizza. The entire racket was to digest our pizzas with no burp. Customers being taken for a ride by Domino's. On trying to contact Domino's customer care to raise a complaint, the voice control system is now disconnecting the call after wishing me a good day.

However after this his phone number became non existent and we kept waiting for any news regarding pizza for around 45 min. On contacting swiggy, they asked for order number shared by Domino's on message, which was never shared on our phone
So we were left high and dry
On contacting the customer care of dominoes, they were aware of the order number after providing phone number by which order was placed and conveniently said that is is a technical glitch and they have raised a complaint. Miraculously after raising the complaint, few minutes later the pizza delivery agent appeared and delivered the pizza
Now I am trying to raise a complaint against dominoes on their customer care but the voice control system is disconnecting the call.
So my story of pizza is that dominoes wanted to digest my pizzas without a burp leaving me with lots of anger and hunger. It's is high time everyone knows this racket.

I order on 29 jun 2023 at 13:54 from dominoz delivery app my order no 73. But my order not deliverd. But the chaeges of the order debited from my bank account. I hope you do as soon as possible about my concern

On 25th June 2023
by 7:45 pm i had booked and advance order for Pizza amt 471/- and the delivery time was selected for 9:45 pm for delivery by it dint turned up .
We called the restaurant no one answered the line,
We called the customer support's toll free number, the restaurant dint even picked up the call of the customer support team
Finally they gave us the phone number of the restaurant manager's phone number for Khar west
We called more than 10 times there was no response, finally he happened to answer the call and told us that he is not the manager for khar branch he was manager for Vile Parle Branch . So he gave the manager's number for Khar Branch but it is been from yesterday he dint answer the single call and now he is disconnecting the call
According to them the order delivered but i have not received it

Mental Pressure :
so finally we were in wait for the order we thought it will be delivered because it was showing out for delivery so we did not order any food and at the end we ended up ordering from outside locally since all the shop was closed .
