i had ordered one cheese burst farmhouse pizza and a garlic breadstick on 7th may 2023 order no.182, total was rupees 672. the order got delivered close to 1 hour. when the delivery guy came he said even after "half hour guarantee or free" all i can get was 300 rupee off on my order and that too i have to pay full and would get 300 in my dominos wallet. so i paid 672 rs and waited for...

Today I had dine at unity one janak Puri, I have ordered fresh pan onion pizza with extra cheese but the serve very worthless i complain it twice they charge me for pan base but they serve me hand tossed and the girl who was cook that pizza she is very much rude, i am not going to visit again. Not expecting this kind of behaviour from Domino's...

We had order 3 pizza on 14th May 2023 (Order No. 351) order placed at 8.45 PM and we got order at 9.50, when we was plan for another restaurant because we did not receive any update about our order and when we call to customer care the recorded voice says your order complaint logged. also we got another bill of nearby locality order no. 350 (might be this reason my order got delayed)
Ridiculous thing is that our order is completely...

I ordered a pizza on 5th May 2023, paid for it via UPI, and it was not delivered. I requested refund on the same day.

I am Harsh vishwakarma traveling in train no 12293 from Mumbai to prayagraj seat no 33. PNR NUMBER IS [protected].
I ordered pizza from Domino's by 'pizza on train' feature. My order number is 209 and was expected to diliver on Bhusawal jn. My invoice number is 64244/23/7798. Train was 5 min late, after reaching the station my order was not delivered .Me and my sister slept without having dinner.
There was no call or confirmation...

Store manager Kishore Sahoo denied delivery at my location even though their own app was used to place the order. They denied it at peak dinner time.e where I was helpless. I ordered from then on 14th may 2023 with order no. 176 at cuttack college square dominos....

The golden corn and onion pizza did not looked fresh including the toppings and the base, also the quality is getting worst day by day of the store...

I did get my money back or refunded yet since 10 days ago please send me amount back to the same UPI adress not to phone number...

I ordered pizza from Dominos opposite KC park Dharwad through Swiggy. I ordered at 7.40 pm and pizza got delivered at 8.45 pm that too of poorest quality. When asked about delay, delivery man told that it was raining outside, though it was not at all raining. I had to call store almost 50 times, then store manager replied. When asked about compensation, he told " We dont deliver pizzas for compensation, I am not going to compensate anything....

I ordered pizza from Dominos opposite KC park Dharwad on 12th May, 2023 at 7.40 pm. My order number was 116. I received pizza after 8.45 PM after calling store manager almost 50 times. Pizza delivered was of poorest quality. When asked about delay, delivery person said it was raining outside, though it was not at all raining outside. When asked for compensation, store manager said " I will not compensate. You raise complaint and i will close...

This has reference to my order No. 338 on 07 th May 2023 in Delhi India.

The Order was extraordinarily delayed . My guest left after waiting . The order was not received and given back to the delivery boy who promised the total refund.

The refund is still awaited.

Very bad service. Please initiate the Refund without any further delay.

Complain related to my order no 284 dt 07/05/2023 at 8.10 pm which was non deliver but app shows delivered. We have received several calls initially from your Gandhi Maidan Patna restaurant there after Nala road Patna restaurant from 8.20 pm till 10.30 pm about delivery address but non of them come for delivery. Surprisingly your system shows it delivered.
So please take up this matter seriously because it will damage company’s reputation...

Most of the time the store is offline to order from the application and. If store is online the delivery is not available due to which we need to switch the food store...

I ordered panner and capsicum with videshi hot sauce, the quality of the food is horrible and i don't think cheese is used here, the cheese is slimy and resembles saliva, would never recommend anyone to eat here....

With reference to We are sorry for not meeting your expectations. We will call you within the next 24 hrs. Domino's Concern ref #5533185. No one called till date....

I have just received my order and pizza looks totally disaster....

On the time payment mt money is deducted twice in same order I'd with two different banks
One with hdfc other with Paytm and screenshot is attached below...

On 30th April 23 I boarded on 12810 Hwh Mumbai mail @ 7:50 PM were I ordered food from Domino's Pizza, the train reached @ 9:50 PM on Kharapur Station and I was waiting for the food were supposed to delivered and no one turned up on phone nor from the store or delivery person.Kindly refund the amount of INR 390 and order no[protected] confirmed by IRCTC...
