    I placed an order of peppy paneer pizza medium which had hardly 6-7 small hard pieces of paneer on it and with very less vegetable toppings.

    Only the pizza dough that’s how it looked.

    Ordered one stuffed garlic bread which hardly had any stuffings.

    Both the items were delivered ice cold and the delivery was made around 70 mins of placing the order.

    Pathetic service.

      It was the order of 30th March 2023 in evening. Firstly the order was pre-paid and app showing the order is on its way till time 21.38 and after a wait of 1 more our when order hasn't recieved. I call the branch of Domino's Pizza of Subharti Universty, Meerut as the Number Recieved they don't responded. It was very clear then the order will not be deliver now. Then next day when I check my app. It shows that order delivered on 23.57. I was shocked and filled the Complaint about this scenario the person called himself Mr. Raj Singh having Number[protected] contacted me and promised that he willing to deliver another same order as a Compensation whenever I like and Give me another Number which is [protected] for further process. Now the situation is from that day onward Niether the order nor my refund I got and Nobody from the above is responding. I also attaching my phones screenshot for references.

        We have ordered pizza at around 9.20 and it was saying it will get deluver in 20 mins and it got delivered in 60 mins and it was burnt and dried. Also the base was very hard

          The pizzas were tasteless and the toppings were not even fresh i have been a regular customer of domino's but now i think i might no longer be the customer of domino's. I didn't even get tissue paper sauces and chili flakes with it . I want refund for my money as i have thrown the pizzas in dustbin

            Complaint regarding delivery. I have ordered food from Dominos which is situated at Hazaribagh Jharkhand. Manager of that store had cancelled the order, and arguing for not delivering order at given address. They have accepted the order in given location. If they can't deliver the order in given location then they should not accept the order. After asking so many questions regarding delivery, they aren't able to answer. Atlast the manager of the store cancelled my order, which is unacceptable and I request you to please look into this matter cause in this area everybody is facing the same problem.

              I have received my order late and dilivery guy asked me for payment which I make using gpay and he assured me that I will receive refund in wallet but so far I didn't receive refund..

              This is posted resolved but there is no action on this complaint, hence moving to consumer court where Domino's have to proof how they resolve this matter... pathetic

                  I received a call from the Domino's delivery executive and he denied to deliver...i could hear his tempo and shaking voice which indicated that he was high on something. It was such an unexpected rude behaviour of the delivery executive and on top of that when I said that if don't deliver then I will file a complaint, to that he reverted that do whatever you what to do.

                    Ordered from the lalpur (Ranchi) unit around 8:30pm and received the order at 10:30pm. Asked the delivery guy to talk to the restaurant manager which he rejected thrice and finally called with no response from someone named "Irfan", i had a number of someone else named "Ashit Mandal" with no response also called him 7 times, also 1 chocolava ordered which was missing and still charged me full amount. My wife has got diarrhea and still nothing from Domino's end. Need help.

                        I gave an order of 3 regular pizzas in Domino's, worth total of Rs.220 at 8:00 p.m. on 26/03/2023. (Order no. 140)
                        The order was delivered at 8:43 p.m. I claimed for the free delivery clause of domino's by the delivery person. The delivery person asked his superior about the order and I was told that my order was elegible for the free late order delivery clause but I had to pay him at that time and was told that my money will be refunded in my domino's wallet in 24-48 hours. It has been more than 60 hours now and I have not got any refund.

                          I ordered a pizza and paid oniine for the same but the transaction said that it failed, the amount being deducted from my account. complained on phonepay through which i made the payment.they said they will look into it and if the payment did'nt reach dominos it will be refunded in three days. after three days they informed that the money has reached into dominos and they are in contact with them and they have already said dominos to review the payment. and it would take a month for that and that will be confirmed by the month end. after the month passed phonepay confirmed with dominos that they received the payment so i should talk to them.
                          upon first talk to dominos over the call they said they already refunded the amount the next day of the orer was placed. upon telling them that no they did not they insist to write the mail. so i wrote them a mail stating every detail upon which i got the reply that the refund will be processed in a week time. so i waited. after a week i contacted them again and this time i was surprised and furious too when at my reminder after a week time they said i have to fill a form for the issue( as if they did'nt know anything ) the form asked a mandatory field of the store from where iu have issue. but i ordered from their online app so i don't really choose any store and also the order was'nt complete so there isnt any detail of that order. after i was angry and told them that this isnt how things work . they stopped responding to my mails. so i am here for help and justice . this is absolutely not acceptable

                          How come this is marked as resolved? I didn't received any call or mail from the company. No one took any messures. Do i have to visit the court? Its not about the amount it's about the fraud and ignorance now.

                            Hi,

                            We ordered food from Dominos via swiggy app on March 19, 2023. Veg pizza and fries. After consuming the food, my 10 year old son and 30 year old nephew fell sick badly. They had vomitings, stomach pain and fever. Both of them visited doctor, took medicines and suffered for more than 3 days.

                            I called dominos and swiggy on the same day. Their response was very poor. Dominos store manager asked me to check if my son ate anything else as they did not have complaints from anyone else.

                            Swiggy did not even acknowledge the health issue. They refunded 63 rupees, not sure why or who asked for the refund! I've been receiving standard responses after follow ups with zero empathy or concern about health issue.

                            This is quite surprising considering these are 2 big food delivery platforms in India. Am disappointed and would like your intervention.

                              After an hour of placing my order after a hard day's work, I got a call from Mr.Saikumar, Manager, Domino's Nolambur branch stating my order stands cancelled as they just realised that it has been routed to a branch that's too far from my location. When asked whose fault it was, he casually brushed it aside saying he doesn't know and doesn't care but he cannot deliver!!! When i questioned about his arrogance being in the customer service dept, he blatantly said he was the owner of Domino's and challenged me saying I cannot do anything to escalate this situation!!! Ridiculous as it seems, i am now curious as to how an International Brand like Domino's is going to take this case up.

                                On March 13 i ordered 9 regular ht pm bbq chicken pizza and 1 reg ht pm hs pnrcap pizza for inr 1186.5, i paid through gpay and the transaction session expired at the dominos pizza dlf porur chennai, and amount of inr 1186.5 was debited from my bank account, the dominos staff said me that the amount will be reversed to my account, again i have paid of inr 1186.5 by using friend debit card. i have paid two times for the same product...nearly...

                                  I ordered from dominos on 8 March, the quoted time was 2 hours, therefore, we requested them to cancel In the application, it showed " refund initiated, please wait till 8-10 days". HOwever it has been over 13 days and despite repeatedly reaching out to dominos, they didnot revert back and even when they did, they simply said no order with this number exists.
