Order number 188 . Order was a 30 min guarantee order.. but did not receive after an hour also.Amount got deducted.please help...

Hi, i placed a swiggy order to Dominos at 10:16pm and it was a 30 min guarantee order but i did not receive it till 11:40 pm . Dominos and swiggy are not reachable on customer services and they called and said the order could not be cancelled and could not get refund.please help...

On 15-march-2023, i have order pizza and make payment via upi . At first time, payment not not done and showing error then i tried second time payment was done at chembur franchisee of dominos. but my account was debited twice when i spoke to them they said it will be return in 2
hours on next day i call then once more they simple telling they have received one payment
No refund is received
please look into it and...

I've tried using E Gift Voucher while paying but it's showing "This payment option is not available" since 2 weeks...

Everything was incorrect except for the cheese bread I ordered and on top of that I had tipped $5 not realizing what I actually had till I got home the pizza was wrong and the tater tots were dry and overcooked and stuck together I took pictures I didn't eat it it was a waste of money my kids are picking they didn't want that kind of pizza I was busy and I'm just now getting to the complaint...

Today i hv buy two onion pizza from Panchkula sector 25 domino’s store but cheese colour is poor quality and very bad colour...
