I ordered pizza from Dominos opposite KC park Dharwad on 12th May, 2023 at 7.40 pm. My order number was 116. I received pizza after 8.45 PM after calling store manager almost 50 times. Pizza delivered was of poorest quality. When asked about delay, delivery person said it was raining outside, though it was not at all raining outside. When asked for compensation, store manager said " I will not compensate. You raise complaint and i will close it. There is nothing you can do". This type of attitude is not at all expected from Dominos. I hope my concern will be addressed.

This has reference to my order No. 338 on 07 th May 2023 in Delhi India.

The Order was extraordinarily delayed . My guest left after waiting . The order was not received and given back to the delivery boy who promised the total refund.

The refund is still awaited.

Very bad service. Please initiate the Refund without any further delay.

Complain related to my order no 284 dt 07/05/2023 at 8.10 pm which was non deliver but app shows delivered. We have received several calls initially from your Gandhi Maidan Patna restaurant there after Nala road Patna restaurant from 8.20 pm till 10.30 pm about delivery address but non of them come for delivery. Surprisingly your system shows it delivered.
So please take up this matter seriously because it will damage company’s reputation and refund my money.

Most of the time the store is offline to order from the application and. If store is online the delivery is not available due to which we need to switch the food store

I ordered panner and capsicum with videshi hot sauce, the quality of the food is horrible and i don't think cheese is used here, the cheese is slimy and resembles saliva, would never recommend anyone to eat here.

I have just received my order and pizza looks totally disaster.

On the time payment mt money is deducted twice in same order I'd with two different banks
One with hdfc other with Paytm and screenshot is attached below

On 30th April 23 I boarded on 12810 Hwh Mumbai mail @ 7:50 PM were I ordered food from Domino's Pizza, the train reached @ 9:50 PM on Kharapur Station and I was waiting for the food were supposed to delivered and no one turned up on phone nor from the store or delivery person.Kindly refund the amount of INR 390 and order no[protected] confirmed by IRCTC

I placed my order around 1:30 hrs back still the status of my order is "Order is being prepared". I have trying to call restaurant and chats with them but getting no response. Still am not sure where my order is. Really annoyed and frustrated. Kindly check on this on high priority. The Mahendru Dominos in Patna is the worst in providing services.

The dominos app was not working soo I order pizza from the helpline number of dominos and the customer executive lady who was attending me took the order and said that the order will be deliver within 30min then I kept the call after 40min of wait No one called or no one informed anything soo I raised a complaint on dominos helpline number then the store contacted me and said the store was too far from my location to deliver and the cancelled the order but I didn't choose that location that customer executive lady choose because of her mistake I was waiting for my food and even the store didn't bother to contact me before cancelling my order. I didn't had lunch today bcoz of this people

I ordered a pizza on Domino's shop at cosmos mall ujjain madhya pradesh india. I ordered veggie paradies and they give me fresh veggie.
I told this is not my order they told you order this.
The don't repeat my order during payment and not asked my mobile number.
No massage received about my order and not recived 100 rewards point against my order.
Staff not coperate with me.
So please take action against staff and credit my 100 points.
This type problem happened twice with me at same shop.
One other issue is when I payment through credit card they not accept and told some issue with POS machine. This is happening every time and they deal with only cash many time.

Pizza was not delivered on time and was not hot and also toll free number is not working of dominos and even the manger the of domino's vikas mall dehradun not picking up the call so i even can't complaint

I Request to change my pizza or refund my money back

25th April night I placed an order and for 2 hours waited for the same. App showed order will be delivered in 13 mins, called Domino's after waiting for 2 hours, the staff stated order has been cancelled due to some technical glitch at their end. I asked the staff as to why wasn't I called and informed about the same as I am hungry and now cause it's too late at night, have nothing to eat for dinner. Staff stated he can't do anything. After sometime the showed the order has been delivered. I called back the outlet who stated that they had to close the order and due to technical glitch it is showing delivered however they will refund the money. Today is 01st May and no money has been refunded. The same day I raised a complaint online with Domino's - complaint id 5487651. Today I called Domino's complaints number, they stated that the Complaint Id has been closed. I asked how is it closed without any discussion with me and no resolution provided. They had no answer nor will the staff tell me what is written to close the complaint id. He transferred the call to Outlet Manager who stated I will look into it, I am not aware of anything like this. Very sad the way Domino's is being handled & the way the treat their customer. Pathetic!!!

I didn't get my my cash back after cancelled my order due to distance after 11'o clock. This is totally issue with the Domino's Mobile application. I need my cash back. This is unethical thing. My order I'd is 361. And my mobile number is [protected].

Payment debited through my UPI Id of Paytm but order not processed and page expired.

Please refund the amount Rs. 619/-

Today I am frustrated about the Domino's delivery . They they did not delivered my 2 order in time and no update . I wait till 1 and half hrs and no update . Also did not call from store manager is there any problem in store

Yesterday I ordered Veg paradise Pizza but recieved some other pizza with whole different type of toppings. i tried to call the store but failed to talk with them as they didn't pick up calls. I contacted customer care and they tried to call the store but they didn't pick up their call also. After that I called the delivery boy whose number was registered by our security gaurd on My gate app. He helped to exchange my pizza. But In exchanged pizza, there were not even a single piece of paneer for which I paid extra 60rs. The delivery boy took a pic of pizza and said will tell the store to do the refund. I raised concern online but got no response, from store someone called me and asked for feedback and I told her all these and she said she will talk to the manager and call back but she didn't. First of all if I didn't have the delivery boy number than my whole money on pizza would have wasted just because the store staff don't pick up calls. It took total 1+ hour to get right pizza that also incomplete. If I paid extra than I want the thing for which I paid and if they were not able to provide it. I want my refund.
