Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

I ordered my Pizza from Domino's at 1:45 am on 26th JUNE through PAYTM .
My money was deducted but when I checked my order it wasn't showing at all .
I refreshed it many times but there was No Order details.

I'm hoping that I'll recieve my refund as soon as possible.

I ordered my pizza at 9:44 p m and got the delivery at 10:30p.m . Domino's charged extra amount for the carry bag but it wasn't delivered in it.

This is the worst experience i ever got from dominos.

I have place the order on 27th May (Refer attached screenshot for details).

After placing the order, i was communicated by the restaurant that PANEER is not available. So they asked me to order something else, then I asked him if paneer is not available them please cancel my order. So he said ok I will. After 10 min again I check and called the restaurant that my order is not cancelled yet. Please initiate is soon. Mean while i have placed an order from different locations dominos and collected from there as it as late at night.

Then I rechecked my previous order, i was still not cancelled. Then I called the dominos again what is this, why are u not cancelling my order. The store person said he has arranged panner from other store, now you can collect your order from the store. Then I said that u have order from different locations and collected it.

Then I received the notification that my order is picked up. WTF is this. How can he do that.

He still don't want to cancel my order instead he was convincing me to collect the order. And after so many tries he gave me another offer that you can order and collect from me on the same number within 7 days whenever need. I said I won't need it anymore.

After so many requests for cancellation he said finally said, ok I will do it. But still not done as I have checked it on next day.

After raising the first concern request, I got call from dominos, and they are still trying to convince me to collect the order from next 7 days. After so many requests he said we are not allowed to cancel the order. You need to collect the order from us. And he say he will see what he can do with cancellation. But nothing has happened.

Then I raise the second and third concern request but still the same. Nothing.

I feed up by talking to you guys on call. As everytime all your persona do the same.

Just refund my money to the same payment gateway.
Remember I don't want it in dominos wallet.

After these many efforts for getting a refund, what I got still nothing.

What dominos can do to for my these many efforts for trying to get my refund with my precious time, fed-up talking to you store persons, and my late dinner on that days i cannot have peaceful dinner onthat day.

Order ID[protected]. Didn't receive order on 12328, DDU-HWH express and the payment is also done of Rs. 408, what kind of service is this? Please refund my money back. I was waiting on that food.

I visit in Kurla West Domino's.

I want to buy meal for 1 person but they said not available but same time they provide other customers meal for 2 person and above category meal.

I completely disappointed for this type of service.

I ad received my order after 40 minutes being late and my slip is DPI165769 ORDER 18 for the pizza I received being late stale and it was burnt too I had photos clicked with me .I want refund as I had ordered of 219 rupees I am unable to add photos due to size exceed ..
I am very disappointed and sad as guests have came in our home so I ordered and I received this one and I want you to take strict action and raise a refund in my concern .

i neither get any refund not get any call from ur end, i need my payment in my wallet,
everytime they call and misguided me, from ur end and from store end.

I ordered few stuff from Dominos costing around 347 rupees ...i prepaid it ...then after around 45 mins I got a call from mehdipatnam Domino's that they could deliver it to the place I ordered from..and that they'll cancel it ...i was fine with it..and they said the refund would come within 48 hours by here iam after calling a million times they always tell that they'll call back but they never do...and it's been 5 working days and I didn't get my money back

Order no 116 yesterday i order dominoz piza but my order not delivered my place and money also not refund

I ordered a pizza on 24th May 2023, 6: 24 pm . It get dispatched but didn't get delivered. I contacted the store and helpline but they didn't respond.

I had ordered 2 pizzas through zomato . After 1hour 30 min the store contact number was switched off and the branch -Wilson garden, bangalore. Did not communicate. I personally went to the store and picked the cold pizzas. Worst service.

I want my money back, either i will escalate further

i had ordered one cheese burst farmhouse pizza and a garlic breadstick on 7th may 2023 order no.182, total was rupees 672. the order got delivered close to 1 hour. when the delivery guy came he said even after "half hour guarantee or free" all i can get was 300 rupee off on my order and that too i have to pay full and would get 300 in my dominos wallet. so i paid 672 rs and waited for my refund, from 7th may 2023 till 20th may 2023 it has been more than 10 days (as told by store that it would take 10 days for refund) and still i have not got any refund. i have contacted customer care many times and every time all i get is a ticket no. 5740213, 5658495, 5725993. even after contacting these many numbers of times my problem has not been resolved. whenever store contacts me they are very rude while delivering any message and are unable to solve my any problem regarding the issue. please would you help in getting my 300 refund in dominos wallet and please dont try to contact me from store as the people there are untrained and not at all polite to talk to.

Today I had dine at unity one janak Puri, I have ordered fresh pan onion pizza with extra cheese but the serve very worthless i complain it twice they charge me for pan base but they serve me hand tossed and the girl who was cook that pizza she is very much rude, i am not going to visit again. Not expecting this kind of behaviour from Domino's

We had order 3 pizza on 14th May 2023 (Order No. 351) order placed at 8.45 PM and we got order at 9.50, when we was plan for another restaurant because we did not receive any update about our order and when we call to customer care the recorded voice says your order complaint logged. also we got another bill of nearby locality order no. 350 (might be this reason my order got delayed)
Ridiculous thing is that our order is completely cold and 2 pizza has burnt only one pizza cooked properly but very dry due to cold pizza.
now i am getting call back from them after reminders and he is apologise for this incidence and said we will work on this for next time. but we was suffer log due to this our (my kids) mood off and hunger is another level.
we never expect this from domino's. we will remember this for future planning.

I ordered a pizza on 5th May 2023, paid for it via UPI, and it was not delivered. I requested refund on the same day.

I am Harsh vishwakarma traveling in train no 12293 from Mumbai to prayagraj seat no 33. PNR NUMBER IS [protected].
I ordered pizza from Domino's by 'pizza on train' feature. My order number is 209 and was expected to diliver on Bhusawal jn. My invoice number is 64244/23/7798. Train was 5 min late, after reaching the station my order was not delivered .Me and my sister slept without having dinner.
There was no call or confirmation by Domino's before dilivery. Domino's company should not be allowed to ecatering by IRCTC.
I want INDIAN RAILWAYS to look into the matter. DOMINO'S should provide me lifetime free pizza .
