We had placed an online order for Domino’s pizza on August 11, 2014, Location: Bhandup, Mumbai. The transaction failed in between and money was deducted from my HDFC account. I haven't received refunds yet. Kindly look into this matter at earliest. This thing happened twice.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried placing an order online. The payment was deducted but the page which says "payment successful, placing you order at the nearest kitchen" kept loading for 20 minutes and the order did not go through. I had to refresh the page, and place the order on phone. However i dont know how to apply for a refund, because i did not receive an order number. Kindly address this complaint asap.
