Today again i made a mistake to order a pizza at your Phase 10 Mohali. I placed the order of Thin Crust Veggie Delight @ 9.17 pm for which the order finally came after more than 1 hour @ 10.20 pm by my watch & that too after 4-5 follow ups. When I asked the delivery boy that why was it so late, he replied in not so gentle manner that this order takes 45 mins. on this, I said that you are delivering after 1 hour to which he said you are lying & its 10.05 in my watch. on this, I said that if you mean to say that I am lying then you better take your order back. to his, he immediately said Ok & went off. Post that I again called up the store to report to this & I was assured of a fresh delivery. When the same didn't come, I again called up to check whether my order has been processed yet or not & to my biggest surprise, my order in consideration was for some Veg Combo which I was never confirmed. To this, I was again assured that I will be sent the required Thin Crust Veggie Delight within 25 mins. This was 10.50 pm. Finally, the much awaited Pizza comes @ 11.25 pm & that too without seasoning. When I asked for the same, the Delivery boy simply said, that they haven't given me any. This was the last thing I as a customer could have got from your store & I was Forced to be VERY RUDE & I took the Pizza & threw it in front of your delivery on the ground.
For your information, this is the Second Time this thing has happened from the same store because of which I had already reduced my order frequency a lot & today has been the end of my having a Dominos Pizza.
All I want is that you do understand the plight of a customer who placed the order @ 9.17 PM who was obviously HUNGRY & is writing a complaint to you @ 11.46 pm, still HUNGRY but who doesn't want to eat anything now due to such bad experience.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried placing an order online. The payment was deducted but the page which says "payment successful, placing you order at the nearest kitchen" kept loading for 20 minutes and the order did not go through. I had to refresh the page, and place the order on phone. However i dont know how to apply for a refund, because i did not receive an order number. Kindly address this complaint asap.
