The Order(number 245) was placed online for Raj Mandir Branch, Jaipur. trace number MHDF[protected]. The Order was delivered post 1 hour!. When called twice Mr Gautam Picked up the phone and told me sorry no refund as it was prepaid. When insisted upon he told me that we shall give a refund of 300, Rs and told me that there is no proof we can give. When called again after 50 minutes of placing order he told me that we don't know why it is so late. Terrible service.

    I ordered 2 cheese burst pizzas online & was delivered 1 cheese burst while the other was a normal one. The delivery boy Suresh working at Dominos at Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai promptly took the pizza back and promised to return in 20 minutes. However, 2 hours later, we still didnt get our pizza and had to call again to the store. Now we were told to wait for some more time. Some time later, another delivery boy gave us a cold pizza and said we could enter feedback if we wanted!! Worst ever experience - I've been ordering Dominos for over 5 years and this is the most callous response I've seen.

      I am staying at Fortune Select Pal, ITC Group. I have ordered food at 10:15:15 PM and was calling Dominos from past 15 minutes and noone picked up the phone and when I called the delivery person he said that he don't know the address. If delivery person dont know the address why they are into delivery dont open a shop where you dont know delivery. The delivery person told me that he is coming in 2 minutes and I was standing outside in rain from past 3 minutes and no go. It's now 11:33 and still I have not received my delivery. I have recorded all calls and the behavior of person was rude. I called Dominos again and they said that they will send fresh pizza and will refund money in next 7 days. I am sorry but I need Refund asap. and I will escalate this to top level now. I thought Dominos is Best however it is worst and not customer oriented. Dominos Sucks now in Chennai.

        I placed an order of 5 pizzas. Transaction MHDF[protected]. I was sent 5 pizzas all damaged. 1 pizza was stuck to the box and therefore the deluivery boy agreed to replace the pizza in 15 mins. He has disappeared and we have attempted to contact the branch and the branch manager. However, we are now told that a replacement can only be received. Refund should be made of the full cost of the delivery and we had to visit another restaurant as the food would not be enough to feed all. No refund received. No replacement received. Money spent for alternative arrangement at ITC Grand Chola for Rs 15, 000. The total value is Rs 18, 000 and time wasted and mental disturbance of Rs 500, 000.

          on 06/08/2014 i ordered pizza ie 1 medium peppy paneer and 1 barbaque chicken, and my total amount was showing on the online receipt was Rs 740/- only, after reediming the coupon code. but when i received order the representative gives me the bill amounting of Rs 787/-... so kindly revert me back on the same issue my mobile no is [protected] and transaction id is 17482370 If i dint receice any feedback from company side, then will think that its a new way of fooling the innocent people...

            Today evening Myself tried to order pizza in the newly opened store in guduvancheri next to a2b as the mobile order was not there in tat branch i called in phone that also dint reach so as my classmate is working there i called him and said tat the order cannot be done app or call so wat do i do now he told he will give It to the store manager that manger took the phone was talked bad words and before i tel my address he talked bad words and said i cannot take your order and said shut ur and keep the phone and he cutted is this the way u talk as a regular customer i strongly need a action to be taken on this and i need a order to be done now by the same store.. or ill give a police complaint against him.

              i call for order @10.50pm representative @ customber care transfer call to prabhadevi center which someone answer the call note my no. then she but call on hold .for 3min and cut the call. Then i call again call got direct transfer to center they didnt respond call, same happen with 3&4 call . then 5 call someone recived and denied to take order he said its11pm we dont take order were as there was 2min 28 sec left for 11 pm. very disappointing service and Behaviour .

                I had called the Dominoz outlet at Bistupur and ordered a Pizza at 10.50PM.The receiver said that they will deliver pizza within 20-30 min.Although even after waiting for 1 hour the pizza was not delivered.This is not the first time when this has happened.Please take serious action against the concerned so that this is not repeated in the future.

                With deep regret, we are to inform you that we ordered pizza at 07.22 p.m. today (09.11.14) from your sarabha nagar outlet for home delivery, but sorry to say that it was not delivered even after one hour.When we enquired it was informed to us by the manager Mr.Vijay Pal that your order is not noted by them.Where as we have the recording of the entire conversation with us which is the proof itself.There is a great negligence on the part of the person who took our order and another blunder mistake by the manager who is telling us that our boy might have taken the order but forgot to note down.As per the rule of your company if pizza is not delivered within 30 mts. it will be delivered free.

                IS IT A SLOGAN ONLY.IT IS VERY BAD ON THE PART OF YOUR COMPANY TO CHEAT LIKE THIS AS IT AFFECTS THE GOODWILL OF YOUR COMPANY.PEOPLE WILL LOSE TRUST IN YOUR COMPANY.

                It has really been disgusting to order online that after taking payment you are not able to provide the service.Take necessary actions to refund the amount.
                I am resident of G.K-1, New Delhi and regular customer of Domino. Today (15th. May 2015) recieved one on one coupan subsequently placed order at 8:40 pm. Its 10:00 pm and not one has delivered the Pizza and your Kailash Colony shop reciever is sticking on to statement...it has left the shop and will reach you in 10 minutes. Can any one please confirm when this 10 minutes will come.

                I have ordered a combo pizza to Sec-18 Gurgaon from my registered number [protected] on behalf of my registered number [protected](Pappu Saket) at 4:06 P.M and repeat the last order.
                when i ask about my order at 4:50 p.m when not delivered in 30 minutes then your person told me that you have not ordered the pizza.
                its really a bad experience for me and i will make you that i will not go with Domino's again in the future. I will told to my known person not to deal with Domino's which will effect your sales.
                If there is unavailability to deliver in 30 minutes the your volunteer should not say like that you have not ordered the Pizza. You can check our previous record that will explain you the loss which not fulfill in future.
                I will suggest you not to promise to deliver in 30 minutes or remove the liars from your franchise.
                If you are not able to satisfy the customers then no need to commit.
                You will face the same problem as Nestle faces in INDIA.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is to inform you that I (and some of my friends) have been Eating Dominoes Pizza’s since almost 15 years, but the incident which occurred on 30th of July 2014 at around 5 pm has convinced me that I should definitely stop consuming your pizza for health benefits and also not to disgust myself.

                    This incident happened when I ordered Pizzas from the nearby dominoes outlet(Details of the order and other information attached below), as we were discussing work at a friends and we usually order dominoes in meetings and otherwise also we order while hanging out.

                    We were discussing work and were gradually hungry and the first thought was Pizza and eventually Dominoes. There was an offer running on the day as well, order online and get 50% off on the amount.

                    Little did we know that there was an additional benefit of ordering from Dominoes that day, and that with the two medium sized cheese burst pizza, we would get a small baby cockroach free.

                    It was not before we eaten almost 3/4th of the Pizza that a friend saw the roach sticking out of one of the slices and we were pretty disgusted to look at the same and almost all of puked who were happily enjoying the slices and the other pizza.

                    Imagine your having food at a normal road side dhaba, even there these people are hygienic and here, we order expensive pizzas for an experience and the taste and what we get is this. It was not a stone, or a strand of hair, it was a small cockroach

                    I do not know what the problem is or whatever is happening at the store and that if this happened at the factory or the store level. What I got is a cockroach in my food, that too a small one, So i am pretty sure there may have been big ones and they must be running around at the food all night long and probably the pizza I had was contaminated as I am sure these small guys come from all these trash and stinking places with germs and viruses all over them and they must have had a ride with the Pizza.

                    To make matters worse, most of my friends were pure Jains and they were pretty disgusted to get such a brilliant non veg deal with the offer.

                    I guess I do not have to tell you how a roach can have severe effects on people eating that pizza, We can get all kinds of diseases or even fatal diseases or something where one o[censored]s could simply die. And I am not exaggerating on the fact. It is as simple as that. It was a cockroach. I do not want to write down the consequences of having such food as we almost ate the entire pizza. Something can happen to us even now. In that scenario, who is to be blamed?

                    On calling the customer care, One lady answered the phone and I told her the problem, I told her that I was not interested in speaking to her as she was apologizing to me and asked on how she could make it up to us. I asked for the senior management and after being asked that we would get a call back, I kept the phone.

                    The lady called again simply stating that the manager was not available and that she is sending us our order again. I want to ask if this is how how you compensate us for sending us a free cockroach with your pizzas. Talk about taking responsibility and at least apologizing.

                    The question is simply on your 'multinational brand' and the services you offer and actually how hygienic your Pizzas are. Is this what you give to your loyal customers and is this how the complaint is dealt with. Simply bribing us with two more pizzas which very bluntly we did not eat thinking if the roaches had maybe run across the dough or had enjoyed the a swim in your sauces or cheese.

                    This simple fact in intolerable & atrocious. I shall definitely inform my family members / Friends / Colleagues / acquaintances and top executives of your brand about this incident and make sure they stop eating Dominoes too.

                    Thank you us serving me till date.

                        I, Anushka singh placed an online order at 8:51pm. My order number was 607. and it was Veg singles combo. it was supposed to be deilvered within 30 mins. we waited for an hour. and it didn't arrive. and the Dominos Pizza tracker showed wrong details that the order has been dispatched and the name of the delivery boy was shown as Amit Raj.

                        the order came at 10:40pm. by some Mahipal Singh Chauhan. it was a late order and the condition of the pizza was horrible. we have cancelled the order. and we want the refund back. the delivery boy has taken back our order with no confirmation about it. and we don't understand why the hell they take our contact number if they can't inform us about our order. Moreover the behaviour of the delivery boy was not acceptable.

                        we would expect a apolgoy and our refund as soon as possible.

                          Hello there, This was the worst experience with your company where we have been ordered so many times and this time this evening when we order they sent some guy who doesn't even know the Kanpur area properly...and when he delivered after 1:18 mins he kept saying sorry sorry sorry...which was not acceptable...then we asked him to let us talk to the person who took order then we talked to Mr. Vikash S ...whose name is on the bill too...he talked rudely and didn't accept any apology...We had small kids party at home and this was sooooo embarrassing...and he asked delivery boy to take Pizza back...and we landed with nothing in hand at 21:00 PM ... This is 100% not acceptable and it will be infected for sure... Also we order after downloading MENU from your website and Veg. Paradise has retail price as Rs. 530/- and Veg. Extravaganza has price as Rs. 575/- there also in bill we had pricing as 550/- and 620/- respectively... Can you please answer why is there pricing difference... ? Hope you can take some action and we would get some kind of assurance otherwise we will not order rather will hold others to be ready for this kind of experience ... Thank you Sandeep Bhargava

                            I've been trying to book online for Dominos Pizza using the Net50 coupon code for 50% discuount for more than 1 hr today but as I proceeded to finaliza and make payment, the online transaction kept failing to process the order. I also tried the mobile site but even that didnt work. I now cant avail the offer.

                              I had called dominos branch in Borivali west...it was worst quality service I ever received ...first call attainer took order at 10:21 pm and then asked me to wait for 45 mins throwing their 30 min guarantee service in dustbin...(fake guarantee ...this is 5th time I was experiencing)...After 11:12pm and 11:15pm I called the store again they said order was not placed and that it was not their fault...(is it our fault to order at dominos) somebody Rupa was on call I asked her for complaint number she gave me 68886888 I have tried on it found that it was again order placing number and not for complaint registration Whole experience was shattering and agonising It happend third time... earlier we didnt took it seriously ...We are bringing it to your notice for your kind info and for I expect necessary action please take necessary action and I expect reasonable response from dominos like good pizza experts...or it is going to defame dominos!!! (Order time 10:21 pm and it was not placed only on top of that it's not dominos fault)pl care your customers

I made payment via my debit card nd in the final stage your app crashed..I visited your joint only to find out my order wasnt received... Rs 1747 were deducted from my account for the failed trasnaction!! The amount was deducted via ur account Domino_BD, SBIPG at 21:30:01 on 2-08-14. Please refund that amount!!! I trust you people please please look into this!! Please refund Rs1747 as soon as possible.

                                  I went to Select City Walk last week with my family and my niece wanted have Chicken Pizza so we went to Food court and ordered pizza From Dominos. They took 45mins to get our one pizza and it was so sick, nothing was there on it, no chicken no veggies no Sauce and it was dry. Now days bakery walas make better pizzas then DOMINOS / PIZZA HUT. They are just selling whatever without quality check. Company management should keep a check what / how their franchises are serving food, otherwise people like me will stop Having pizza from Dominos. Ankur

                                    Hi I called on Dominoz number[protected]. They asked me i want my order to be delivered from which restaurant. I said from new friends colony outlet. They transferred my call. I called from my number [protected] at 22.43. I placed my order stating i want to use my coupon for buy 1 get 1 free. The store person confirmed my registered number [protected]. he confirmed my address and my husbands name. He told me the amount payble. After it was too late i called up to the Nfc outlet and they said that my rder was never placed on the date 2nd of August. I told them that your person told me the amount and confirmed everything. They were not ready to listen also they asked me the name who recieved my call. I told them that i dont remember the name. They refused to do anything.
                                    This was so humiliating and embarrasing I had my guest at home and 11.30 night my order was not placed.
                                    I never expected such poor service from dominoz.

                                      We went to Dominos for having taco and other stuff. My wife asked for additional seasoning which Mr. CD Sharma (staff manager) flatly refused stating that the seasoning given was enough. On face of it, this appeared to be a simple complain, but the way it was told was humiliating. The concerned person does not have any appreciation of hospitality industry etiquettes. I also offered him to pay for the seasoning which was also flatly refused..I mean how cheap can Dominoes be??

                                        After placing the order, I received a computer generated call to confirm the order . After waiting for about 40-45 minutes I called them up, only to hear that the order had been cancelled ! I wasnt notified at all . The concerned person said that we tried calling you . I have taken the screenshot of my call register as proof . Moreover the online tracker showed that the order has been dispatched . The online tracker displayed that the delivery person is on his way . First of all, if the order had been cancelled, they should have notified me . Secondly, why was the online tracking system displaying something else ????? I have the following photo as proof .
