I order the pizza through online and paid through my credit card. After sometime I got a call from there store that we cannot deliver in your area..as it is too far. I asked them when I placed the order, it showed my locality. They told me that it is not there problem and they can't deliver it.
The Manager of who didnot told his name..properly told me that we can't allow my guys to go there and if you require you can come up here and take the order. He behaved talked in such rude voice and didn't even listen to me.
After a gruelling 10 min talk, I asked for the refund. He told me that it will reach in your account after 15 working days.When I asked for the cancellation number and also drop a mail or SMS that the order has been cancelled, he told me that company does not have a policy to drop a mail or SMS once the order is cancelled. When I asked how can i keep track of the money or the complaint, he said we can't give you anything..you have to wait for your bank.or talk to your bank.

Just one question, when you can mail me the when I book my order..can't you do that after it is cancelled. and most funny thing.is once the order has been cancelled..it shows in the Pizza tracker that the order has been delivered. WHO MADE THIS SOFTWARE FOR YOU, ...CAN YOU PLEASE THE IT COMPANY. and please if you can't deliver or your software is not working close online booking. I have attached the online pizza tracker screenshot and also email that I have received when I booked the order.
I will wait for your reply and if I don't get..I will surely take legal action against you.
