I went to Select City Walk last week with my family and my niece wanted have Chicken Pizza so we went to Food court and ordered pizza From Dominos. They took 45mins to get our one pizza and it was so sick, nothing was there on it, no chicken no veggies no Sauce and it was dry. Now days bakery walas make better pizzas then DOMINOS / PIZZA HUT. They are just selling whatever without quality check. Company management should keep a check what / how their franchises are serving food, otherwise people like me will stop Having pizza from Dominos. Ankur

Hi I called on Dominoz number[protected]. They asked me i want my order to be delivered from which restaurant. I said from new friends colony outlet. They transferred my call. I called from my number [protected] at 22.43. I placed my order stating i want to use my coupon for buy 1 get 1 free. The store person confirmed my registered number [protected]. he confirmed my address and my husbands name. He told me the amount payble. After it was too late i called up to the Nfc outlet and they said that my rder was never placed on the date 2nd of August. I told them that your person told me the amount and confirmed everything. They were not ready to listen also they asked me the name who recieved my call. I told them that i dont remember the name. They refused to do anything.
This was so humiliating and embarrasing I had my guest at home and 11.30 night my order was not placed.
I never expected such poor service from dominoz.

We went to Dominos for having taco and other stuff. My wife asked for additional seasoning which Mr. CD Sharma (staff manager) flatly refused stating that the seasoning given was enough. On face of it, this appeared to be a simple complain, but the way it was told was humiliating. The concerned person does not have any appreciation of hospitality industry etiquettes. I also offered him to pay for the seasoning which was also flatly refused..I mean how cheap can Dominoes be??

After placing the order, I received a computer generated call to confirm the order . After waiting for about 40-45 minutes I called them up, only to hear that the order had been cancelled ! I wasnt notified at all . The concerned person said that we tried calling you . I have taken the screenshot of my call register as proof . Moreover the online tracker showed that the order has been dispatched . The online tracker displayed that the delivery person is on his way . First of all, if the order had been cancelled, they should have notified me . Secondly, why was the online tracking system displaying something else ????? I have the following photo as proof .

I have called them 10 times, every time they keep either on hold or there will no response. On firday 1/8/2014, we had a client visit in my IBM office and i was given responsibility to order pizza online. As my office located in whitefield near satya sai hospital so accordingly my order routed to sjr's dominos. Also i made payment online as the amount was more then 3000. But after 15 min when i checked myself with them, they didn't received any order. And asked me to give order again. Due to shortage of time i have placed order on call(order# 134 1/8/2014) and paid cash from my other teammate. Also my team and client had to wait lot due to your inconvenience.

I didn't get any discount which i was supposed to get on online order. Also i still haven't received my money back.

In future i will make sure that no one will order pizza from dominos from my account atleast not not online due to your fake lucrative offers. Also i will give the same feedback to my HR's a and ask them to route it to the complete organization. Also i will use all social sites for the same until you take some corrective action.

Hi, My name is Raghavendra Hegde. I had placed an order through Dominos website on 31st July 2104 at 7.30 PM. When I was placing an order, It did not gave me an option to select the nearest outlet and it got automatically assigned to EGL Domlur. Order number 118. I had requested the delivery time as 8.45PM. At 9.20 I called the outlet and a lady picked up the call and told me that order has been sent and asked me to wait for couple of minutes. I called the outlet again at 9.55PM and a guy picked up the call and when I enquired, he says order has been cancelled. 1) I have not been communicated on Order cancellation via Call. 2) I have not been communicated on Order cancellation via SMS. 3) I have not been communicated on Order cancellation via email. I waited for 2.30 hours and I have not been communicated about my order. At night 10 PM where should I go to eat ? And they find it so easy to say that your money will be refunded within 7 days. I ordered online and received my order no78 vide invoice no dpi66174/14-15/156771 from jubliant foodworks limited amount rs1873 from funcity mall prashant vihar delhi.As soon as i ordered i got sms of full amount when i called them a lady told me that i havenot put in the desired code for availing the discount. I requsted her to do it at that moment as between ordering online then receving bill on my phoene through sms there was very little time difference. She would have cancelled the old order and given me the discount against new order. But she plainly refused. Kindly revert back and refund my money.

Tonight Chicken was anaemic and uncooked when I rang and spoke to Ryan McGowan (I think ) I was told food was cooked and I was wrong and if we didn't like the food to order elsewhere.i spent 40 pounds on food that that was substandard but the food wasn't has bad as the bad attitude that your manager shown! I would be surprise with he's attitude if he could manage to make a cup of tea successfully and is lucky I'm a good person otherwise might of got more than he bargained for speaking to people like that.he should be dismissed for gross misconduct as gives your buisiness a bad name. I order from you regularly but will think twice now!

Today, I (Shubham Verma) ordered two medium sized pizzas online.One was BBQ Chicken and the other was Farmhouse, both cheese burst. The order number was 192. I used the 50% off coupons and paid cash on delivery. I am sorry to say this but I felt that the quality of pizzas was not up-to the mark today. Whenever I have ordered cheese burst pizzas, whether it be online or at the restaurant, I have always had cheese dripping out of each and every slice of the pizza, which is what the costumer expects after having paid that extra amount for it. But, today this was not the case. In both the pizzas the amount of cheese was very less, whatever the reasons maybe. I felt that it was not worth paying the extra money and still getting less cheese in the pizza. The photos attached will show what I mean. I was simply not satisfied with the service today.

DOMINOS PIZZA DWARKA SECTOR-4, NEW DELHI BRANCH. Date-20/4/2015. Ordered a regular Chicken Salami Special today. The quality was horrendous. Hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizza. Was not seasoned properly and was dry. We usually order Pepperoni and Cheese pizza.

We ordered the Chicken Salami pizza thinking that the quality would be same as Pepperoni pizza-with only the topic being different. Since the price is less and the pizza is newly introduced, its almost like the concerned Dominos branch wants to discourage clients to order it. It is hard to believe that Dominos being such a big company would launch such low quality pizza, knowing they surely ask their franchisees to standardise their menu items with regards to portions of the ingredients and baking/cooking time period.

I just threw the pizza in the trash bin. Did it with reluctance and anger as it was obviously food I was throwing and the money is hard earned. Only wish the Dominos Dwarka sector-4, New Delhi branch had shown some pride and diligence with regards to the items in their menu.

I could not call the above branch regarding the issue because I had to rush out for important work. So I write in this forum with the hope that the concerned department comes across my grievance.

Hoping for the management to look into the matter.

Today, I (Shubham Verma) ordered a medium sized pizza through app. It was Farmhouse, cheese burst. The order number was 140 and the restaurant was Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. I used the 50% off coupon and paid cash on delivery. I am sorry to say this but I felt that the quality of pizzas was not up-to the mark today. Whenever I have ordered cheese burst pizzas, whether it be online or at the restaurant, I have always had cheese dripping out of each and every slice of the pizza, which is what the costumer expects after having paid that extra amount for it. But, today this was not the case. When the restaurant contacted me to confirm the order, I too told them to put cheese in right quantity but the amount of cheese was very less, whatever the reasons maybe. Moreover, even the small quantity of cheese was not concentrated equally among the whole base. I felt that it was not worth paying the extra money and still getting less cheese in the pizza. I was simply not satisfied with the service today.

Slang used

Worst service in saket. The guy called Aashish came for Pizza delivery after one hour and refuse to give any discount. So thats how they are making fool of peoples. Even the guy told as like do what ever you wana do.
