Hi Dominos team, I had ordered(on 18/7/14) 2 calzone pockets and a bottle of coke to the nearest outlet unitech cyber park, sec 39 Gurgaon, but they refused to deliver it as the quantity is less.This is very disgusting.Is there any policy that you can not deliver if the quantity is less? Hi,

I had ordered a pizza yesterday from your restaurant in Sangli, Maharashtra(Order number - 152). My delivery address comes under 5 km radius from your store as per google maps.(Address, Ashtekar plot no 19, near Maruti temple, Abhay Nagar, Sangli), however right after placing the order I received a call from one of the executive saying that we cannot deliver to your place since it does not come under the delivery area. I had a long discussion with that person, but he refused to deliver. I am a regular customer of Dominos & not happy with the yesterdays issue. I want to know the exact radius for your delivery area.
Please revert with the details asap.

    respected sir. we are not satisfy with yours pizza delivery. we order at 2:38pm today and pizza delivers near at 4pm. we know this policy that if your pizza is not deliver in between 30 mintues it would be free when its late. But your employee send it too late & take it back. they wont give it free as policy & evn wont aplogize for this riddiculous thing... our frends get too much upset while they saw this kind of service provided by you... YOUR DOMINOS SPOILS OUR PARTY WE CANT ORDER AGAIN & STOP OTHERS TO ORDER HERE IN YOUR DOMINOS...

      Dear Team, I ordered pizza from dominos through my sbi credit card but the amount got debited and it wasn't processed. I called up the customer care and they said its under process but i don't see the funds reversed back. Please reverse back the funds to my account. 1. Amount 5258 2. Amount 5659. Please check the reference mail below: Hi Sumanth Shankar, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is cc-16***** dated[protected] amounted 5258. However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail. Hi Sumanth Shankar, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason.         i am a regular customer of dominos pizza in delhi cantt i here register a complaint against their service i ordered 5 pizza mania on 17/07/2014 at 9;30pm the maximum time here is of 1 hr we waited for 1hr 40min and again we called them around 11;10pm i then cancled that order i and my family slept that night without having meal and because of late night we dont think to made anything. i strictly asking from dominos to pay about whatever that domino's outlet did with us that night. my mother was not well that night that's why we choosed to eat from dominos.

          I had ordered pizza online on 13.07.2014 at 8.00 pm for which I paid through net. Though my account got deducted with Rs.1130.00 (State Bank Internet Ref No.IGW7938768) neither i got any confirmation of the order or it was delivered. I checked up with the nearest outlet where my online ID is registered but they also confirmed non-receipt of order. As my account has been debited, but order was not completed, please refund the amount to my account

            I ordered a pizza at my home from Prabhadevi (Mumbai) store. Finished it half and shocked to find a housefly embedded in the crust of the pizza. This is serious concern about the hygiene maintained at the store. Never expected such negligence from a reputed food chain. The company should seriously look into the matter. Attached are few pictures I have taken of the pizza with a fly inside it. With a disgusted feeling I called the store and filed a complaint. The store manager promised to send a salesboy in next 10 minutes to refund the amount. After waiting for about 40 minutes with no response, I called back the store. The manager rudely said "I told you that we will send a boy. You will get your money back. Can't you wait for another 10 minutes?". I got extremely angry and snapped back at the manager reminding her that this is not the tone you can use to a customer (specially a dissatisfied customer). And since I made an online payment, they claimed that the refund will be given within 8 days and not immediately. Firstly I was furious about the food quality and hygiene that dominos maintains in its kitchen; secondly was highly disappointed with the rude reaction which I got from the store manager. I have always been a loyal customer of Dominos, but now I think I should start exploring pizzas from other companies as well.

              Dear Team, Worst ever experience from your side. I had called up Domino's pizza, RD mall liluah Howrah on 6th July in the afternoon and placed my order. They said that the given address is out of delivery area, whereas I had seen many a times that they deliver in the that area. The said me to collect my order near Khemka school. I refused the same. Again my dad called up and said that we can take the delivery from Khemka school, please take the order. The team of Dominos pizza talked in an ill-mannered way said that the same will not be delivered there also, thereby reversing their own words. Truly, it was very embarrasing for us to face our guests that day after this. After being such a loyal customer of Dominos, i need to switch my preferences just because of the service. Pl call me on [protected] for feedback. one suggestion, please mention your delivery area in the leaflet or brochures so as to avoid issues in future. regards, Ankit Jain

                Sir, my name bhagwat [protected] yestrday around 2 pm i visitd ur outlet at rohini m2k, i orderd 2small pizzas after 30 min i revcd them, And both pizzas hv Little bit cheese in the middle, and Second pizza hv two big bubble, i show them to alia i returnd only one bcoz I hv no time, one i start eating, after 20 min i aSkeD My another pizza, i recvd the Same again, there was no change, i show the same to alia, she said, go down and show it there, i hv no Time to Do all these things again n again, Last 5 yrs i m dominos customr, but aftr this service, i feel very bad And only said that to alia ''madam ab Ye pizza aap log hi kha lena, or pizza dekr aa gya.

                  Hi, My name is DJ. I tried to place an order online, but every time I tried to pay, it was redirected to select the pizza page. I even tried to chat online with the customer care but they are of no use. This is not the first time, I tried to place order online many time within last 30 days but everytime i faced different problems. There are some coupon coded on their website. Sometimes they don't work. And their staff behaviour is very bad. They don't know how to talk with the customer. Dominos pizza is Cheating

                      The crust was literally burnt, the cheese was very less...the toppings were negligible and till the time I could get my pizza they were cold enough...I want an action against the same this is ridiculous service from you people...this is insane dominos

                        I placed an order online on 8th of July from Indore at around 6.20 pm. The order was not successful and I got a mail that my money would be refunded within 7 days.                           I ordered 2 pizzas(Medium).. The price on the menu were 370(Veggie Paradise) and 300(Spicy Triple Tango).. The second one was on 50% discount.. That is, it should be cost at 150... But I was charged 390 for the 1st pizza.. And 180 for the 2nd one.. (Excluding Taxes)

The bank's page as well as SMS from the bank said that the money has been deducted but a dialog box appeared saying that your order can't be placed and money would be refunded.                               I dialled[protected] to place an order for home delivery. It got auto-directed to the Charni Road branch outlet. Problem with understanding order item: When I mentioned the pizza I wanted to order, they said they dont deliver it. I told them I never faced this problem in the past. After 5 minutes of explaining they were able to understand. Moreover, the guy said that I was confusing him. They were behaving like they have newly joined and were yet to understand the menu. Also, their database had no track of my past orders. Problem with co-ordination and system: After giving my address details, they (Charni road branch) said it was out of delivery area & asked me to contact 68886888. I tried my best to explain that it got auto-directed to the charni road branch, but they just couldn't understand. They kept asking me to call 68886888. How dumber can they get???? And god they were rude & just not ready to listen! I then called up 68886888 & navigated instead to the concerns department. There they re-directed me to another branch to place the order. This branch too said that my area was out of delivery area. I felt that all of them had gone mad. I have ordered so many times in past, so how can it be out of delivery area? They finally gave me another number. This outlet recognised my number & all past orders & I finally placed my order.

                                I have never faced any problem with Dominos before. It has been a very good customer relationship since many years. I order atleast once every month, and have hardly ordered from any of Dominos competitors. One bad experience due to few dumb employees can ruin it. Does Dominos really want to lose its customer base? Suggestion to Dominos: The new outlets opened are causing chaos. Please try to get them in order.                                     Hi, This is Anubhav Kishore. It has become quite often on Domino's online order. I tried to place an online order on Domino's.co.in for Bellandur village bangalore outlet. When I placed the order, The money got deducted from the credit card but the order did not place.I tried calling the customer care for more than 30 mins but did not get any response from their side. I call the Bellandur village outlet to get some updated but the executive refused to share any detail and even refused to take the fresh orfer at 10:25 PM however the outlet operational timings are till 11:00 PM. This was very unprofessional behavior i experienced with domino's. Being a reputed brand in the market, I dont expect such irresponsibility from Domino's. Dont know what to do in this case as I was not connected to any customer care executive depite several calls and staying on calls for more than 15 mints every time.                                       it has been more than 1.5 hr. to order but still not delivered, even not received any call from delivery boy to confirm address. you always promise to deliver in 30 mnts. I had paid online now they are just saying sorry instead of refunding my amount.

                                      Ordered pizza and some other item from Domino's online and they delivered after 1.5 hours . Although they promise to deliver any items in half an hour otherwise they promise to deliver in free of cost. now they are just saying sorry again and again instead of refunding my amount.which i had already paid online in advance. Even The order delivered was not completed and they missed 1 item and pizza was not fresh as it was prepared 1.5 hrs. back
