Hi Sir, On 20th of august 2014 I was trying to place an order in bhopal indrapuri branch, but from my account amount deduct and order haven't placed, I try one's again and same result, from my account amount deduct and order haven't placed. First time I tryed from my credit card second time I tryed from debit card. Now its more than 7 day money haven't refunded yet. Please look into this mater refund the money as soon as possible. Let me know any details you want from my side.

    Sir, Refer to the above mentioned subject it is to intimate that we have placed a order no 286 of VEJ SINGLE COMBO + GARLIC BREAD with CHEESE DIP + COKE on dated 27/08/2014 at 9.48 pm telephonically at Aliganj Store Lucknow., when the pizza was delivered we requested for some extra seazling which was been refused by the delivery man saying that it has not been given by the store itself.due to which we returned the order. This type of small ignorance is not aspected by a company like Dominos.

      I had placed an order on August 2nd from Domino's at Vidyanarayana pura, order number 208, trace number dc[protected], txn no MSMP[protected] for the cost of 1130 Rs. I had subsequently cancelled the order because i was told they will not deliver to my location. I was told that I would get the refund within one working week. It's been more thatn 3 weeks now, and I have still not got any refund to my account. Please address this immediately.

        I ordered a pizza online (payment made in advance) which I received 10 mins later than the "acclaimed" 30 mins guaranteed delivery time. When we asked for refund, the delivery boy straight away, in a sheer disrespectful and derogatory manner, refused. I called the customer care no., on the spot, and explained everything to which the coordinator agreed for refund (within 7-8 days). After this also, the delivery boy started shouting at us trying to blame us for late delivery. I humbly respect you to look into the matter. I not only want you to resolve the refund matter but also want you to improve your quality of service. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I hope my complaint will be taken care of.             I ordered at Dominos some pizzas around 7.55 pm yesterday, than after half an hour i called them again to ask that i dint get my order so they said that your order is dispatched and will be there in 5 minutes . But i dint received any order for past 10 minutes than i again call them so they said wait for a minute i will confirm the delivery man . After that also i dint received any phone call or my order. Than i again called them asking about my order so they said that we arent having any order against this number . Than i asked them to get me in contact with your manager, he also said the same, so why in the 1st two calls of mine they said confirmed my order but afterwards they were declining that we arent having any order against this number. so after 10 minutes i called again and ordered my stuff and that order i received in jst 15 minutes. So it was a very harrasment for me to wait so long . Supposingly if i would order on some occasion this would be very harrasment for me and for ones who are waiting for pizzas.

            Today I received calls from Dominos head offices from all over the cities for convincing me . So now they have realised there mistake and has apolojised to me.
            I have order at dominos sarabha nagar at 7.32 pm, after an hour i havent received my order.
            And now when i am trying to call them they arent replying my call.
            This is my 5 time when i am facing with this kind of problem from the same dominos outlet.

            i had placed order on 4th April 2015 amounting Rs435 at 12:04:11. The amount got debited from my account but didnt get placed. Kindly look into it and arrange a refund

            Not giving offer and misbehaviour

            directly saying no everytime when we call for 1 plus 1 offer on Friday...and misbehave chat with people...from borivali lic Domino's

            Late delievery

            Ordered 1 cheese burst Pizza more than 50 minutes ago(at 2:09 pm) & still awaiting the delievery from Kaggadaspura Main Road outlet in Bangalore. Even called the Outlet for that but nothing satisfactory feedback.

              Hi, I had ordered the pizza online through Dominos website dated 23rd August 2014 around 15:00:00 PM. After the payment was done, the website did not redirect me to the confirmation page . Then suddenly, I got a message from HDFC Bank that the money has been transacted but when i called up the store (Kirti Nagar, New Delhi), they said no order was not generated with my number. Now i am stuck with Rs.389/- transaction in my account. I have SMS from the bank to prove that the transaction did happen. Please help. We have complained abt this many time v didnt get any response from ur side.. and this is my last msg to guys...if I dont get reply from ur side...I vil go to media...I wil wait for 2 days for ur reply...

                  i ordered a pizza+garlic bread sticks+ coke on 24 august at 11 pm...by sbi bank atm... the money was deducted rs/- 455 on POS 00001824 at payu in. transaction id[protected]... I got a message from bank about transaction that the money is deducted, but dominos said the time for the orders is over. i called next day my local dominos shop. they said that no order was recieved. kindly look into the matter and reply me soon about the refund. my email is [protected]@gmail.com, phn no is [protected]

                    I had attempted to order online on 18th August via the Dominos website. However, the transaction was successful from the Bank end but the order was not placed. I did not receive any confirmation mail either. An amount of Rs. 604/- were deducted from my account. Transaction ID from the ICICI bank is MICI[protected]. Since it has been 7 days since the failed transaction, I would request you to process the refund ASAP. Thanks, Tufail Madre

                      Hi, This is with regards to order number 199 placed tonight 24 august 2014 Form of Payment cash Order No 199 So the whole scenario is as follows : First of all the order came incomplete, and hence was late because the rest of the order came after another half an hour i.e. at 8:44 PM(order was placed at 7:40PM, you can verrify the same in your database), so at the time of final payment i requested that this should be considered as late order but the people at your help desk named RAJ behaved too rude and did not not hear me completely and was unnecessarily arguing giving this absurd reason that that we deliver in this fashion only, i.e. whatever is cooked we deliver and won't be counted as late but how does it make sense, Both the delivery man Chetan and Raj are from Dominos Kailash colony branch. I have paid the FULL AMOUNT and returned the order which came in second part of the delivery as that no longer made sense to have, its like delivering Dal Makhni as in Indian cusine separate and then Bread (say Chapati) half an hour later. Kindly look into it, such sort of behaviour and service was neither expected nor acceptable. Regards, Jatin [protected]

                          I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with your reputed chain,
                          I placed an order at domino's pizza branch-mayur vihar extension, new delhi-110091 dated[protected], the invoice or the bill no of the order is- DUI65882/14-15/144453 & DUI65882/14-15/144452.
                          I regret to inform you that as i placed an order at the above mentioned store from where i frequently place an order every weekend with a registered no & address of ravi kumar gupta/ [protected], was not delivered timely in 30 min, on the contrary i received an inappropiate behaviour from the delivery boy which was very offending for me, the reason which was given by the delivery boy for coming late was that the address mentioned was wrong but as per my knowledge is concern i had previously ordered many time from the same store and with the same registered phone no and address and there was never any problem mentioned like this.
                          It was just an excuse to hide there own fault, i need a strict action against this complain otherwise i will have to go to the upper authorities.

                              On 9th AUG 2014, I had tried to order a Maxican Green Wave [Cheese Burst] along with Garlic Breadsticks and a dip. The order was not placed and dominos website displayed a transaction failed message despite the money was deducted from my ICICI Bank account. 1. Rs.795 deducted from my account. 2. Dominos website displayed 'transaction failed message'. However the website did not specify the transaction reference number. 3. The order was not placed despite money was deducted. 4. I had called Pune's local dominos number[protected] and the guy told me that the money will automatically be refunded in your account within the next 7 days. Obviously the money is not credited even after 15 days. 5. DOMINOS DOES NOT SPECIFY THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. 6. I want the deducted amount back into my account as quickly as possible. How much time do you take for refunds?

                                i order 3 cheesy & tomato pizza in your greater noida branch at 14.11 today by mob [protected]. After 40 minuts I again call, he(who attend my call) said to me wait for 5 min more. After 60 minuts I again call, he hold my phone and finally disconnected I want to know what is the rule of your service. So bad.. You lost one customer and I will suggest to all of my friend for it sorry ;

                                Their store in Indraprastha Extension is a farce. This store alone is running the reputation of Dominos to ground. The staff size of the store alone, tells you that they can;t handle the 1+1 offer. I ordered a pizza at 9:15 and it wasn't even delivered by 11. Kept calling them up and they didn't pick it in 50 tries. When finally they did pick up, I was informed that the pizza would be delivered in the next 10 min. Those, 10 min never arrived. The delivery guy finally came at 11:15. This store is an abomination. The manager is the dumbest person I've come across. Has no clue about the delivery time or the current status of an order. The staff is mostly illiterate and have no behavioural/communication skills.

                                  Domino’s Team, This is to inform you that we had ordered Vegetarian Items against Invoice No: DPI66392/14-15/116581 (order No: 101) at Vodafone office, Shalimar Titanium, Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow on Aug 25, 2014 around 3:30 PM for our official working lunch. However actual delivery done is for non-vegetarian products. Same was partially consumed by 5 members who are strictly vegetarian. Same was agreed in front of Domino’s Representatives 1. Monu Yadav, 2. Sukhdev Yadav and 3) Rajesh. We are attaching photograph of invoice and actual product delivered. When we intimated this to domino’s representatives, we were tried to pacified by Domino’s team by delivering separate vegetarian products. This negligence and pacification has been viewed as non-acceptable act from an organization of stature like Dominos. Also, it is against the religious profile of people who have consumed it. I am personally ensuring that me and my team members will never ever deal in any manner with Dominos in future and will ensure to intimate everybody we knew to never ever consume domino’s products. The payment was done from ICICI net banking. A deduction of rs 458 from my account but on the landing page of dominoes i got an error message. Kindly tell me the ETA and procedure for refund of the deducted amount.

                                      Hello Sir, We are very disappointed with your service. As we placed an order of pizza @ Shoprix Mall Sec 61 noida @9:20.33 and We got order @9:59. They refused to give us discount of 300 even being late of 30 mins. Ur tag line says :30 Mins or free, Dominos is a very good brand and such kind of behavior is highly unbearable. So i either don't give such offers to customer or stand up to statements.

                                        I was ordering a pizza from Dominos on 30/05/2015 at the afternoon .It was nearly 3:00 pm.First time the order was not placed due to some reason, But the money got deducted from my credit card account . Again I have to place the order and another transaction was made successfully.The deducted amount was Rs 542 .The card number is [protected]. The money is not credited to my account till today.I want the deducted amount back .
                                        we ordered Dominos Pizza online & made payment through NET Banking via VIJAYA Bank .Money deducted but order not placed.
                                        And Secondly they are not picking up the phone.
