On 13 Aug 2014 I tried to place an order thrice for INR 545. Each time it failed but the amount was debited from my account. I ended up paying in cash. And when my bank contacted domino's, they were told that all 3 transactions were successful. Please refund my money to me asap.       The Quantity of the cheese in cheese burst pizza is much less at pune outlet than that of mumbai. In mumbai we use to eat cheese burst pizza on regular basis at various locations. The cheese quantity is good and you can feel the same when you pick up a piece. We had ordered simillar pizza at pune teice. and even my 4 yrs kid noticed that cheese quantity is much less. He refused to eat pizza.
      I want to know if the quantity is reduced overall or it is specific to pune or cost reduction by the store. if None of above then please conduct training for the staff.

        Hi, On 13th August 2014, I placed order online through netbanking in HDFC bank. The payment were not successful (4 times) but the money (Rs. 706 each) was deducted from my account. Please transfer the money back in to my account.           Hi this is Manu lives in Panchkula (Haryana) several time i call domino's sector 9 panchkula branch and it's been 10 to 11 times they do not pick the call or if they pick they drop the call by not taking any order we have to rush to the domino'z center is the service domino's giving in panchkula please mend the service otherwise we have to mail to CEO regarding this my contact no. is [protected] and today 16/8/2014 also they are not picking up the call

            I was giving order for veg singles combo at kankarbagh, patna outlet. Delivery address given by me was near Rajeshwar Hospital, swarajpath, kankarbagh, patna. And the outlet executive refuses to deliver the order and has given lame reason of water logging in the street. But here is no water logged in the street. This is unexpected service of dominos.                   today we ordered online 1 Kids Meal - Junior's Joybox and Veg Singles

                  First the order was delivered after one hour. Surprise came wen delivery boy said no toy wid Junior Joy Box. store people (saket pvr) did nt giv. I ordered the Joy box only on requst of my child for toy. and the sme samething was missing. After making number calls to dem and threatening dem for legal case. den they delivered the toy.
                  Dominos gives bid promos for same but dey cant execute them. Exuse was given due to rush dis happened if you staff is not efficient den what customer can do.

                    i ordered pizza along with taco and coke from kanpur through my near by dominos {south -x] kidwai nagar.The manager of that dominos Mr. amit helped me to place the order, as i want the pizza to be delivered at ludhiana, it gift to someone. Bt the dugri dominos center dint deliver my whole order at once.Its a very bad and unforgotable experience.Firstly they deliver pizza and coke, later after 1 hour they deliver taco.How one can do such a big mistake. Kindly accept my complain, and accepting a favourable action against my complain.

                      I am Karthik and I am from Navi Mumbai. This complaint is regarding Dominos Pizza outlet in Navi Mumbai region for the extremely poor service rendered PLUS unwillingness to address the issue. The complaint is with reference to the online order at 12 pm on 2nd August 2014. The order was supposed to be delivered at my place at 2 pm. As per the process, the store executive called me at 12.30 pm that day and I had specifically mentioned I would need Extra Seasoning and 5 tomato ketchup sachets at agreed rate of 1 Re per sachet. (Please note: There is no selection of Ketchup while placing an order online). I repeated it and also reminded that the order I placed the earlier week had no sachets delivered in spite of mentioning it specifically even then. The pizza delivery arrived at the schedule 2 pm time. And the sachets were not brought AGAIN and also not the extra seasoning. However, in the bill, there was a clear mention(in blue ink) of the extra ketchup sachets and seasoning and also the Rs. 5 extra to be collected for the Tomato sachets which were not delivered. I immediately called the store(Pooja Apartment, Koparkhairane) and informed the manager at 2.05 pm that the ketchups were not sent inspite of specifically ordering for them. The restaurant manager informed that the ketchups will be sent in 20 mins and the stale pizza will be replaced with a fresh one. There was no response for half an hour and I called the restaurant again at 2.40 pm to know the status of the pizza and the manager informs that the pizza guy has just left the restaurant and will be there in 15 more minutes! I wanted to mention right then to cancel the order and refund my amount that was already paid as it was a long wait already but even before I could say that, the restaurant manager HUNG the phone in between the conversation! The delivery boy later called at 3.10 pm asking for my address? I did not accept the pizza as it was already an extremely long wait and I was very hungry and chose for alternative means. I asked the delivery boy to inform the restaurant manager to call me back however there was no revert. I called the feedback team[protected] to raise my concern and it was upon their direction that the restaurant manager finally called and was giving explanations of not having sufficient people? If that were the case, why was I assured in the first place that the pizza will be replaced within 20 minutes and that the ketchup would be delivered? The pizza went stale and the service was not rendered at the appropriate time? -- I was informed by the feedback team[protected] and the restaurant (Pooja Apartment) that this being an online order, the refund will only happen in 7 days! However, there is no refund that has happened to my credit card. I wrote about the same issue again to [protected]@gmail.com(the id i received from Dominos Pizza India page on FB) on August 2nd with no response. Later when I called 68886888, I was informed that the mail needs to be sent to [protected]@jublfood.com. I wrote on 9th August as directed and I received a automated response with a complaint number 440612 assuring me an addressal within 2 days. I however have not heard back from them ever since. I even mentioned on the FB page but my comment seems to have been overlooked by the Dominos team.I may have ended my association with Dominos, but I request the forum to take note of this Overpromising and False claims by Dominos of providing superior customer service.                       It is 19th August today, and there has still been no progress on this issue. I also dropped a post on FB page - Domino's Pizza India on 15th August and I received a similar response from them on 16th that the issue will soon be addressed. This is unfair that the Customer needs to keep following up through their multiple channels with the Domino's team just NOT willing to address the issue.

                        Today i went to your dominos pizza (vettuvangeni, injambakkam), east cost road at Chennai, i place the order pizza 1medium ht veg cloud 9, one new coke, 1 SGB stuffed GB, i just open the cover i could not find the cock, and my pizza i ask her don’tput baby corn add little more cheese, but they put more baby corns, less cheeseand they do not bake properly, tomato sauce pouch also not there, they put pizza in non veg cover too, your the guys simply siting and chatting, peoples behaviors highly idiotic, take immediate action against them otherwise, I will file a suite for your dominos pizza, detailsabout bill: order no 58: server S.Baby, carry out aaran, 1mediumht veg cloud 9, one new coke, 1 SGB stuffed GB most of the peoples notsatisfied dominos pizza cos of your peoples service, if your service continuelike means soon you will lose your goodwill in the open market

                                Today again i made a mistake to order a pizza at your Phase 10 Mohali. I placed the order of Thin Crust Veggie Delight @ 9.17 pm for which the order finally came after more than 1 hour @ 10.20 pm by my watch & that too after 4-5 follow ups. When I asked the delivery boy that why was it so late, he replied in not so gentle manner that this order takes 45 mins. on this, I said that you are delivering after 1 hour to which he said you are lying & its 10.05 in my watch. on this, I said that if you mean to say that I am lying then you better take your order back. to his, he immediately said Ok & went off. Post that I again called up the store to report to this & I was assured of a fresh delivery. When the same didn't come, I again called up to check whether my order has been processed yet or not & to my biggest surprise, my order in consideration was for some Veg Combo which I was never confirmed. To this, I was again assured that I will be sent the required Thin Crust Veggie Delight within 25 mins. This was 10.50 pm. Finally, the much awaited Pizza comes @ 11.25 pm & that too without seasoning. When I asked for the same, the Delivery boy simply said, that they haven't given me any. This was the last thing I as a customer could have got from your store & I was Forced to be VERY RUDE & I took the Pizza & threw it in front of your delivery on the ground. For your information, this is the Second Time this thing has happened from the same store because of which I had already reduced my order frequency a lot & today has been the end of my having a Dominos Pizza. All I want is that you do understand the plight of a customer who placed the order @ 9.17 PM who was obviously HUNGRY & is writing a complaint to you @ 11.46 pm, still HUNGRY but who doesn't want to eat anything now due to such bad experience.                                   Awful service from Dominos Pizza Indiranagar, Bangalore. We ordered pizza at 8.45 PM and it was delivered to us (Cold) at 10.40 PM, although the time distance between our house and the store is only 15 minutes. This was not accepted from them, when we started calling the store they started disconnecting it. Finally it was served to us at 11.20 PM. With discount of 300 rupees on the total order of Rs 555

                                      I tried placing an order online. The payment was deducted but the page which says "payment successful, placing you order at the nearest kitchen" kept loading for 20 minutes and the order did not go through. I had to refresh the page, and place the order on phone. However i dont know how to apply for a refund, because i did not receive an order number. Kindly address this complaint asap.

                                        Hi I ordered a pizza and pasta on 3rd August. My order was 1 hour late and because I had prepaid, I was promised by the store manager that 300 rupees would be refunded in my account but since then, I've had no communication with them. Its been 10 days The transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted 355.Order number was 17. Guest Query number id is 439283.The store was JP Nagar, 4th phase, Bangalore. Kindly refund my money.
