Domino’s Team, This is to inform you that we had ordered Vegetarian Items against Invoice No: DPI66392/14-15/116581 (order No: 101) at Vodafone office, Shalimar Titanium, Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow on Aug 25, 2014 around 3:30 PM for our official working lunch. However actual delivery done is for non-vegetarian products. Same was partially consumed by 5 members who are strictly vegetarian. Same was agreed in front of Domino’s Representatives 1. Monu Yadav, 2. Sukhdev Yadav and 3) Rajesh. We are attaching photograph of invoice and actual product delivered. When we intimated this to domino’s representatives, we were tried to pacified by Domino’s team by delivering separate vegetarian products. This negligence and pacification has been viewed as non-acceptable act from an organization of stature like Dominos. Also, it is against the religious profile of people who have consumed it. I am personally ensuring that me and my team members will never ever deal in any manner with Dominos in future and will ensure to intimate everybody we knew to never ever consume domino’s products. Hi, I ordered a pizza at 6:15 pm on 22nd august 2014. The order was in the name of Monika Chaurasia. The e-mail id was [protected]@outlook.com. The payment was done from ICICI net banking. A deduction of rs 458 from my account but on the landing page of dominoes i got an error message. Kindly tell me the ETA and procedure for refund of the deducted amount.

Hello Sir, We are very disappointed with your service. As we placed an order of pizza @ Shoprix Mall Sec 61 noida @9:20.33 and We got order @9:59. They refused to give us discount of 300 even being late of 30 mins. Ur tag line says :30 Mins or free, Dominos is a very good brand and such kind of behavior is highly unbearable. So i either don't give such offers to customer or stand up to statements.

Sir/Maam Your brand domino is one of the favorite pizza place. Your services have been really good. But when we order domino every time we expect the services and quality to be same. I would like you too see the images how I was given pizza when it was delivered at my address. Domino has always been are top choice, I invited few of my friends for a small get together after receiving pizza every one's mouth was watering but as soon as we opened it you can see the way it was. Everyone was disappointed seeing the condition. Both the pizza's were spoilt. I was really disappointed by your service this time. I would like you to look into this issue as soon as possible and provide me with some compensation for the same. I am enclosing My order summary along with images. I love Doimino's pizzas and I usual geta good service. .today phoned a different story.. i ordered pizza meal and Chocolate melt.. when i use the app on my phone and it will not let me get delivery to my address which is a problem. I have two young children which is a hassle to leave. i have to use my card over the phone as i can not use app. The cashier repeated my number out aloud. Which I asked him.not to as they are my card details and I sont want other ppl to hear them. The first time did not wrk as due to his mistake. Second time didnt wrk due to your card machine. then I said Id pay cash on arriveal. when I checked my on line banking and rung bank they said that money had been taken frm account I then rung to tell your cashier who said he didn know and it sud b fine. had a very bad attuide amd very rude.. his name was danny or dan.. said he would get manger to ring me soon. That is two hours ago still waiting on him to ring and pizza. Will not use again its a disasters. Also Proof of canacleation was suppose to be sent out which did not appear. I rung into say i wanted It incase it came out off my account and he said a photo copy to my emsil address.. which he never asked for i said id like to have origonal.. He was very rude and said hed have a look for it. Your store today is a Joke.

Company Advertise Frisky friday " Buy 1 Pizza Get 1 Free Pizza", I place order for 6 Pizza, But they give only 1 pizza free. When i call customer care they blame me and said i had to order 3 pizza by calling her 3 times to get offer.. Totally wrong advertisements.. Please beware guys

Your people do not deliver in heart of Mumbai, Mumbadevi Pydhonie area and are very very rude on 4n.. Need to know the reason for this discrimination of our area. Your support staff Mr Vijay on 68886888, and Byculla branch staff all just bluntly say come and pick the order so why are you advertising and misleading people about free home delivery and all such things

domino's Pizza is a good one I am one of its fans but the recent Ad is the worst one showing the bra type blouse I think u should take help of some experts for your Ad other Ads are so good but not bad morally we are Indians We should not follow others but others should follow us our house wife's are not prostitutes . When so many rape cases are increasing Domino's should have some social responsibility your other Ad's are so good Please try something new and stop this Ad otherwise we and our friends and family members will stop ordering your pizza our friends and family are spread world wide.Hope u will do it because we love Domino's

Your staff behavior is very rude and customer service is pathetically bad specially the one in Pacific Mall. Manager don't deserve to be the manager. As your regular customer i have stopped eating at dominos now due to the service provided by the staff. Half of the staff is so illiterate .You people don;t even know the product that you are selling and at the end you end up having an argument whenever i order through my mobile. Very Annoying It is better you people improve your service

I ordered the pizza from dominos, vishrantwadi region, shoppers orbit or at 8:19 PM, the pizza boy came called me at 8:52 asking for the address, he came to deliver pizza at 8:56 PM. While as per your company's policy states of giving free pizza beyond 30 minutes, he denied the same stating that he had called me and hence the free pizza will not be available. This is really embrassing, he went away with the pizza without delivering the same. If you are not willing to commit to your slogans then you should not publish it for the sake of cheap campaign. This is spoiling the image of dominos as well because the store manager as well as the delivery boy were arrogant and have talked very badly. Really disappointing.

this is in reference to the order placed by me on phone at sector 50 pizza outlet. when i quoted my coupon no. which has validity till 31/10/2014. The person attending my call by the name of MOHIT told me that coupon is not valid and the company which sold it was not dominoes. I am really sorry to say that all these months when i had been placing order and taking the discounts according to the coupon i was never told this. Hey all, I placed order of regular size pizza n choco lava at 6:08pm on mobile. I waited for 35 min n aftr I called at The branch.The Girl at Counter Told me that they will check n Will contact delivery boy.Aftr 1 hr I again called the girl @ branch...N Then she assured me its really too late n they will Give me free pizza..Bt wen d boy came..He argued With me..I Again called them..bt this time they said that They hadn't said anything about giving free pizza..pehlo to 1 ghanta late..or uparse nt accepting their fault. ..this is really disgusting..I Will Never order pizza from dominos in future. .wen I contacted manager at the branch N told Dat I wl Complaint about This..he said "ya u can do...Do whatever". This is bring to your notice that I have placed an order on 13 August online 2014 one medium and one regular pizza amount of Rs 544.00, but after 1.30 hour when I checked with Dominos for this much late as I was so hungry and excited for Pizza but they told me that my order was not punched on their branch and I have to check with customer care for this, then I checked with customer care and I was said that I have to log a complain with proof on their site for this and I did that too . I was said that I will be getting my money back with in 7 days and this is quite disappointing for me that I did not get any reimbursement amount in my bank AC after 7 days.

Finally I am realizing that I am being cheated by Dominos and they do not want to back my money.

From last 1.5 years we are getting pizza from dahisar east branch of dominos store.we got last delivery of pizza on 8/8/2014, on 18/08/2014 we had given order to dahisar east branch of dominos store, they told us that we cant deliver the pizza because this is not our area, if you have to eat pizza then come at store and eat we cant give delivery, Our area comes at dahisar east near MTNL, store manager RAJA told we cant deliver pizza and talked rudely with us and told our mr. ashish is the DM of dominos pizza from dahisar east branch had banned the area of dahisar east area where we stay. on behalf of this store which store will deliver pizza at our address, kindly feedback us and take strict action against MR.ASHISH (DM) & MR. Hi, I tried to place an order in Dominos in Bangalore on 13th August 2014. But after the payment was successfully done, i got a message the the payment was unsuccessful. This happend twice for the same order. In this process 836 rupees ( 418 rupees per transaction) was debited from my SBI account.
