Dear Sir, I cannot tell how much disappointed I am on the behaviour of your staff of one of the stores. Being an avid Dominos pizza fan and someone who has been ordering for a very long time, this behaviour has come as a shock. I would leave it to you to judge the seriousness of this matter and whether this complaint is justified. Please feel free to verify authenticity of below data. My name is Puru Paushaj and my number is [protected]. These are the details I am putting for your reference. Now the store that addresses the home delivery for my region is Dominos Banashankari 2nd stage. Before that Jayanagar 5th block used to take orders for my area. I have been ordering pizzas for a while from this store. So today dated 10.36 pm, Tuesday, 8th July 2014. I placed an order... The order is a regular pizza and a stuffed garlic bread.. That's it. Now the delivery guy calls me after 30 min to sort out a confusion related to my address.. Which is nothing unusual but I would expect a call a bit earlier especially when the same store has been delivering me pizzas for more than a year. So I help this delivery guy, 'prasad' and he brings the order.. I tell him that I need to speak to the manager since this late delivery is not expected on a weekday... They give me all sort of reasons but when I did not agree, the delivery guy literally bullied me into returning the order. There was no sense of courtesy in either the manager who I spoke to. So I return the pizza back but now I have to figure out at 11.45 pm as to what are my options for dinner. Moreover the manager and the delivery guy who I spoke to, tell me that I should not be calling in to place orders after 10.30. I am not sure, how much of this complaint is justified or how much would it help, but after this terrible experience, it could be a very long time before I would consider placing an order for home delivery from Dominos.     hi, my name is Imran khan, yesterday (07 July 2014 at 6:58 as mentioned on bill receipt ) i visited to store (Address: Shop No. 114/23 G, Deepshikha Complex, Sanjay Talkies, Sanjay Place, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282003 Phone:[protected], i have placed an order ( order no-179 on server-Ali j) with regular HT PM oni along with N Chiisy Dip total amount of bill was Rs.78.28. i gave him 500/- for bill payment, he ask for 78/- change but i do not have, then he placed order (179) & forgot to return left balance (i thing that he will return it when order completed ), after 15 mints my token no was published on screen, i gave him receipt he gave me my order & through reciept in dustbin. I asked him to return my dues, i said that he already returned left amount (422/-), i request him to check again but he is confident with his statement. Then i asked him to call his supervisor. His supervisor told me that there is so rush that he can't help me right now but he will check CCTV recording tomorrow (08th July 2014)& will call me before 1 PM. i am waiting for his call but till now no call from domino's i have received.       Hi, I placed an online order from Dominos on 5th July 2014 (Friday) and paid Rs. 498 through my credit card. The order was deliver from the nearest outlet i.e., Sector 18, Noida. Now when the delivery boy came to deliver the order, he charged an amount of 498 from my sister. Since I was not at home, my sister readily gave the money to the delivery boy. I got to know about the double payment this morning. So I am filling a complaint at your help desk. I am attaching the bill as a proof that we ordered the pizza. Looking for a prompt reply.

      Money was returned to me so the issue is resolved for me. I called up at the store and talked to there assistant manager. He took a day to check the records and finally a person from the restaurant came to my home to return the money.

        I have ordered a dominos pizza on 4th July, 2014 and the pizza was delivered 20 mins late. I did not received any intimation from Dominos that the order will be late. Order Time was 9:37pm and delivery came around 10:35. I was refused to avail the pizza free by the delivery boy and the concerned store manager though it crossed the 30 min delivery promise timeline. The delivery boy called up the store manager and the manager behaved very rudely with me when I questioned him for 30 min free delivery promise.I find this highly unprofessional and felt cheated. Please look into this.

          I was over charge, and tried to explain at the pick up window, Manager of Petal Ms, Domino's, shut the window so I went inside, I was asking why I was charge that amount, he cut me off and ask if I ask for the special, that was why I was charge the larger amount because I didn't ask for the special, of course I wanted the special, who what to pay 17.12 for 2 med pizza's when you would get 2 for 5.99 each, instead of trying to correct it, he wanted to go on and on about how it was my fault and did not refund the difference, because according to him I ordered the wrong way, I have been a customer for a long time' and have other pizza places that I can go, don't want to but will before I get treated like I don't matter .

            Complete system failure. I ordered pizza and asked for IVR call verification. Waited for 45 minutes yet did not get a call. Then called on Dominos phone no. 68886888, the operator on the phone made me wait for 20 minutes yet no one was on phone to answer only some damn Dominos operator based music. Hope Dominos people look into the matter and try to get it resolved as soon as possible. It is a heck ordering pizzas online on your portal.

                I am a customer of dominos.i ordered a one veg single set combination and two juniors joy box.pizza was very below quality.veg single pizza was burnt and no proper cheese is there and in one joy box pizza piece was also burnt and toy was broken.i am very sad to see this.is child can eat burnt joy box's pizza.this quality is not expectedfrom your brand.i am very much afraid of this.i want justicem.my invoice no.                   Order date - 30th June Order # - 112 Restaurant - BTM stage 2 Store Manager - Mr. Harish I placed the order online at 7:28 pm and the online tracker shows the dispatch timing from the store as 7:48pm but I received my pizza at 9:05pm ... when I spoke to store manger Harish (who to my surprise sounded very unsympathetic and dry) he says we cant off the complete amount waiver because the liability of dominos pizza is only Rs 300 which is fare since I believed in domino's advertisement saying if not delivered in 30 mins its free ... anyways the excuse for pizza being so late was that a guy came to find my place and couldnt find my place and went back to store then Mr. Harish send another SENIOR person to deliver my pizza ... may I ask why didnt he called me like every time delivery boy does ... I demanded 100 % waiver since its being 90 mins since I ordered my pizza but he asked me to look at T&C and said this is company policy ... then I asked Mr harish that why didn't your pizza boy called me Mr Harish replied if he didn't get the house he is supposed to come back to restaurant in 5 mins this is company policy ... I recommend Mr Harish for mugging up the company policies so well but to my wonder the USP of Domino's pizza is customer delight not company policy and I am not even looking for delight I just asked why didn't ur pizza boy called me up to find the address ... I want Mr Harish to answer that why shouldn't I think that my order was deliberately delayed to keep other deliveries on time and I was kept waiting for 60 mins ... every time when I called they said 2 mins it will be delivered ... why the original status of the delivery was not told to me ... I am not happy with the communication from DOMINO's to me and dry response from the DOMINO's ... I demand an explanation ????

                    misbehaving with woman customer

                    I have to file a complain against one of the dominos male staff, on 21st of june at around 9:31 pm i have ordered an pizza as i live in kalyanpur there outlet give us an assurance to deliver the pizza within 45 mins and not 30 minutes as they say our area is out of their policy range which i think is also questionable . back on track my pizza on the day came in 55 mins at 10:27, so then i called the outlet to get my pizza free as they promise...

                    Dear all This is second i am facing the issue of delivering late. Last time it was phone order delivered after 1 hour, this time i was in your Nanganallur, Chennai shop. Placed order at 8.51pm today for one medium Veg and a stuffed garlic bread. After 35 min i asked a shop boy then he went inside and gave me the pizza. First it was not hot as it should be, 2nd delay in delivery. When i asked for refund he brought floor manager, he was telling me its not 30 min since i placed order, then when i contronted with time, he says why didnt i ask early. No apollogy, when i said i want to complaint he says you can go to any place to complaint... I dont mind waiting for 40 min, but tell me upfront, Hope you understand you are not the only pizza making company in this world. Your guy being in customer service trying to blame me that it was my mistake of not asking early, trying to tell lies that it is not over 30 min... what type of guys you employ... god save dominos

                        Hi Team, I have been a customer of dominoes for quite a while now .I ordered a pizza last week, TXN no : MHDF[protected], order no 72, time of order 6/25/2014 6:03:41 PM . The pizza delivered was way below quality . The base was burnt, the cheese and toppings were all over and not spread uniformly . It also tasted soggy.                           I am from hyderabad and this is the first time i ordered pizza from dominoes!! i assure you this will be the last time too, due to the awful taste of pizza and the unbearable smell of the cheese!! it was almost like smelling a goat!! we ordered farmhouse pizza large and the dominoes person told us to take cloud 9 with the same toppings!! i was happy that the suggestion might be good, but i was wrong, the toppings were not the same mentioned in the pamplet and the pizza was cold!! this is the worst experience i have ever had in my life!!

                            The worst non heigenic place i have eated at. I have allways been a great Dominos Pizza Lover and went to Your Rohini Branch Near M2K in Delhi. We placed an order which took more than expected time. The air conditioners were not working. The place was littered like any thing. Flies were flying around anything like you have been sitting in Garbage Dumping Site. Wish I could have also email you pictures I clicked out of concern.

                              I received msg from Dominos on dated 27.06.2014, the msg is as under:-

                              "Double the Indulgence for ur tastebuds with Dominos Buy One Pizza Get One Free offer. free pizza same/lesser category. and Coupon code is 626BoVQX . vld 06 jul. t&c"

                              But when i book my order online, they delivered only one pizza and they dont deliver one more free pizza as dominos msg received. my order no. 169 on dated 27.06.2014.

                                I reside in Cochin and the nearest dominos to my place is in M G Road, Ravipuram. We have placed orders many times and consistently the delivery boy has been terribly late, more than one and a half hours late from the time the order is placed.The reason they say Is due to the metro work going on here. But I would like to tell you that our place is hardy 2kms away and the metro construction hasn't affected the Ravipuram side yet. In addition to that, your delivery people ride two wheelers and still come up with this pathetic excuse which is intolerable. And when I call to inform the outlet that the boy is late, they don't even respond properly. Please take note of this issue.

                                  I placed a request for online delivery on 29th May. I selected the Murugeshpallya layout. At 11:02 the money was deducted through my credit card at the payment gateway. But the system said that we cannot deliver as it is beyond delivery time. I called my bank and the dominoes immediately, and i was promised 7 working days for the money to be transferred back. I went to all the Dominoes Layouts, but they cannot find my order. I called the help desk, but they said I am lying. Will i ever even get my money back?

                                    I placed an order in Dominos Restaurant Address Indira Nagar, No. 303, 100 Ft Road, indira Nagarindira Nagar, 2nd Stage, bangalore - 560038 Ph.no.[protected], [protected] from Guest Address : 48 behind muttallamma temple, boopanahalli 13TH MAIN 100 FT ROAD INDIRANAGAR BANGALORE INDIA the order was 5 Pepper[Qty-1] Crust : Cheese Burst Size : Medium (serves 2) Toppings : Crisp Capsicum + Jalapenos + Red Paprika + Red and yellow bell pepper Choco Lava Cake[Qty-1] Time of Order : 6/7/2014 2:10:21 PM But the delivery was made only after 3 30pm The delivery boy told refund for the late delivery will be provided later as it was online payment.I confirmed with the manager also. He told money will be debited within 10 days .Its been 18 days and the money is not refunded. I want this issue to be taken seriously as they guaranteed free if 30 minutes delivery is delayed with terms and conditions applied which do not matter in my scenario .

                                      Yesterday, i ANKUR OMAR, living here in a hostel of BIT, Durg, ordered a 'cheese and tomato pizza with mushroom toppings' online, and made a payment of Rs.121. But upon submission it failed. Even though the transaction was failed, money was still deducted from my SBI account.
