Hi.. I am from Mumbai. I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza (Regular sized "Veg Hawaiian Delight" ) online on their website on 13th Aug 2014. The internet banking transaction went through and I was taken to that web page of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again. But the Rs.175 was deducted from my account. I immediately called up the Dominos store (Byculla) but the response from them was horrible. They connected my call to another store (Mazgaon), but they again told me to call Byculla store. Then again I call and talked to the manager, but he also responded very badly. I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap. Please refund the money of following failed transaction.     Hi, I ordered 6 Veg Singles on Rakhi day 10th Aug' 14 for my young brothers (Aged10-15), order no. 452. Lalit took my order and said that will be delivered in 30 min but they didn't and when i called, a girl Meenakshi or Priyanka picked up and said that it is a bulk order and will take 45 min. Even then I didn't receive the order and called again, I got the Pizza after 55 min but Meenakshi or Priyanka then told me that there is no time limit for the Bulk Order and to confirm me the same and when I counter question for what she promised in last call for 45 min, she put me on Hold without informing and she was not kind enough to talk and was rude. I didn't like the service and the way they attended me. Specially with fake promises when I have kids at home to whom I have prmised for Pizza by 30-40 min.

      I ordered a pizza online through AXIS BANK NET BANKING for some technical problems the payment was made through axis bank gateway page but the ORDER was not received by dominoes. It happened three times and my account was deducted Rs. 297 three times. I did not get any texts about money refund. the order nos are : INB/[protected]/DOMINOS(BILLDESK) INB/[protected]/DOMINOS(BILLDESK) INB/[protected]/DOMINOS(BILLDESK) Hence Rs. 297*3 = Rs. 891 is deducted from my account but no order was placed.         Hi, I tried to make an online order today and chose to use the mode of payment as Netbanking using by HDFC Bank. I initiated the payment after placing the order, and observed that the order money INR 545 got debited from my account, however the Domino's Website showed it as Transaction unsuccessful. Transaction number : MHDF[protected]-Billdk DOMINOS Cheque Reference:[protected] And hence i was again forced to use Cash payment for the same order, thereby resulting in the loss of the above amount. I am hoping that the Domino's Team looks into this issue and refunds the amount at the earliest. Regards, Adrian [protected]

          Dominos Refund on Failed Online Payment

          I had tried to pay online using Axis Bank net Banking for online order made from Dominos India on[protected]. I tried to complete the same transaction twice.           Dear sir, i placed online order to chennai porur branch, i orered one medium chefs chicken choise hand toast and two roasted pepper dip, total bill amount of 542 includes of all tax. i waited more then 45 mins till order not coming, den i cald porur branch they said your order not registered, but the amount already detected from the bank. it was really worst about your online order. and they said order again and you have to pay for again. you wait for 7 days for refund your amount in your 1st order. please let me know how it possible once i order without my register how the amount only detected but order not register. kindly refund my amount asap. and this is my last order for you it was a very worst exp to me. bha bye.

            When i tried to order a medium pan pizza with Taco mexicana.. Nd then i did the payment.. it says that the transaction failed please try again.. So i tried again.. But this its again the same.. Now i lost my Rs 856 in this thing.. >_< .. I want my money to be refunded very quickly..

              I have ordered pizza on 9th Aug 2014 at 8:38 pm but didn't get it till 9:38 pm. So, i called the pizza center (DOMINOS SIKANDRA center AGRA) again to verify about delivery. Every time they say to wait for 5-7 min. I called them around 6-7 times 10:45 pm but still the pizza not get delivered. Then i went at the pizza center, they even don't know who takes the order and where the pizza boy goes. They made new pizza then and again charged me full amount. Means after 2.5 hours of waiting and also i went there they still charged me full amount. I asked them to make concession as per Dominos agenda they will provide free pizza if order takes more than 30 min for delivering. Then they say no we can only give Rs.300 concession. I asked them to atleast charged 50% of the bill. But they didn't agree. It is very panic for me. As my family celebrate the get together, but due to this all circumstances the whole time get wasted. And also, i am a regular customer of that pizza outlet. It's not the first time i have ordered still every time they do the same thing. Never delivered the pizza within the stipulated time. Kindly clarify it.

                I tried to place order twice using axis bank net banking, but the order failed for some reason. At the same time, the transactions is coming successful and thus 826 Rs. deducted from account. Transaction descriptions are - INB/[protected]/DOMINOS(BILLDESK)/ and INB/[protected]/DOMINOS(BILLDESK)/ Third time i paid using my debit card and it went through fine. Please cross check and refund my money asap. Thank you!

                        I had ordered domino's pizza on Thursday i.e Aug 7th through online. None of the outlets got the order. But my money was debited from account i.6 983Rs. I had called one of the outlet, They told if I didn't get the order, I will be getting my money back. But still I haven't got the money back. Please let me know when i will get my money back

                            I placed an order at 9:05 as per my mobile time order was at doorstep at 10:00 and was not hot so I returned it the deliveryman told that the order will be back with hot pizzas within 15 minutes but it still not came again till 11:00 isn't it wrong with a customer

                              This is an incident which happened today (10/Aug/2014) at Dominos Pizza (near Nanganallur market) at around 8.30PM. We ordered the dish and finally the bill was provided after our confirmation for the order. The counter staff said that the bill amount worked out to Rs 655.Kindly read the amount again.It is Rs 655. The counter staff swiped the bill for Rs 655.21 by the credit card.Please read the amount here it is Rs 655.21. This was identified by me only after me swiping my card. Eventhough the amount collected was in excess of 21paisa, it is not possible not refund the company.I can understand.The staffs initally refused to accept the mistake at their end. However after explaining the bill in detail, the staff accepted that this was their mistake at their end.I am not sure what would have happened for other customers.Well unfortunately the manager was not available at the time.My sincere request is that please check how could have this happened? I am not sure for the other customers how this has been handled.But please spare a thought for the cashier as I also belong to the same working category. Being a eatable place, the chairs are not of high standard

DPI66521/14-15/34330 order no. 103 store name - thiruvanmiyur, chennai 41. i ordered the online pizza, baked chicken and coke on 08/08/14 at 7:05 pm. after an hour i got the call from the driver that i am not able to find the address plz tell me the landmark so i tell the landmark near my home. After 10 min i called to delivery boy that where are you he replied that i m coming. again after 10 min i called but still got the same ans so i called to store no. but from there i got the reply that your pizza is on the way plz wait. after completing i called 5 time to the store but got the same ans every-time like ur pizza is on the way. i asked to talk to store manager but i did not come. 9 pm i again called then store manager talked but he started giving excuses and promised to deliver the fresh pizza asap. but still no response. then again i was calling to the store but after some time store did not pick the phone. more then 10 time i called but no one picked the phone. then i called to customer care from there i got the store manager mob. no. [protected] but still no one pic the call. i was very disappointed that time. 10:45 some how a delivery man came to my door with my order. i asked why u so much late but he said sorry. then i asked how much i have to pay? he said sir full amount as bill amount was 490 rs. i asked according ur company policy pizza should be free then why you asking money but he said no sir u have to pay. then i open the box but pizza was cold. pathetic experience ever.

                                  i Ordered 1 Veg Pizza Mania Combo, I Veg Taco &amp; 1 Coke by online on 10 08.2014 at 11:30 am from New delhi.

                                  Amount has been deducted from my card but order yet not placed it show that Payment done Successfully & we are placing your order to nearest Kitchen.

                                  But from last 1 hrs it shows the same that means order yet not placed.

                                  i haven`t got any ID / refrence no.

                                    I Ranjit Singh Resident of 2239/1, Sector 45-C, Chandigarh Ordered for One farmhouse Medium Pizza today at 8:19 PM at Domino Pizza Sector 34, Chandigarh on telephone No.[protected] order No. 358 ) after checking the Price on Internet, it was Rs.265/ and also confirmed by person taking the order .After taking the order he told me that my bill will be Rs.265/ ( taxes extra) I was Shocked when I received the bill for Rs 385/ ( taxes extra) at the time of delivery, then I again checked on same Telephone No One of Mr Vikrant told me that rates given on Internet are old, Now rates has been changed, I told him that person taking the order also told me that my bill is Rs. 265/ ( taxes extra) if rates are changed why person taking the order told me that my bill is for Rs. 265/ and also why rates given on Internet are not Updated, but he refused to adjust, I had no option other then to pay Rs.385/ ( taxes extra Total bill for Rs.452/ ) Pl look in to the matter and refund me the amount which is Rs. 140/ charged extra from me, as it was not my fault .

                                      This is just ridiculous. I made an online order by inserting my complete address in pune and the order was accepted online and the payment was done online for Sinhagd road outlet in pune. After 5 min i get a call saying the outlet does not deliver to my address and i need to go an pik it up which is shocking.

                                      If the delivery cannot be done to the address then the order should not be accepted online itself. The guy was so arrogant that on asking him to refund the amount, the guy says it will be refunded in 7 working days.

                                      I have never seen such poor service by any chain for online orders.

                                      I will never again choose dominos for pizzas.

                                      I demand an answer to this as to why will it take 7 days for refund when dominos cannot make deliveries for which the payment has been taken.
