Hello, We had placed an online order for Domino’s pizza on August 11, 2014, Location: Bhandup, Mumbai. The transaction failed in between and money was deducted from my HDFC account. I ordered pizza online and made the payment through netbanking. There was transaction failure, hence no order placed. Still the amount was deducted from my bank account. This is just ridiculous. I made an online order by inserting my complete address in pune and the order was accepted online and the payment was done online for Sinhagd road outlet in pune. After 5 min i get a call saying the outlet does not deliver to my address and i need to go an pik it up which is shocking.

If the delivery cannot be done to the address then the order should not be accepted online itself. The guy was so arrogant...

Then i call again call got direct transfer to center they didnt respond call, same happen with 3&4 call . then 5 call someone recived and denied to take order he said its11pm we dont take order were as there was 2min 28 sec left for 11 pm. very disappointing...

I had called the Dominoz outlet at Bistupur and ordered a Pizza at 10.50PM.The receiver said that they will deliver pizza within 20-30 min.Although even after waiting for 1 hour the pizza was not delivered.This is not the first time when this has happened.Please take serious action against the concerned so that this is not repeated in the future....
