I am Herby writing to inform you about the sheer lack of expertise shown by of your employees in answering the phone calls and deliverance of orders at home. I live in Gurgaon, sector 43 and have been trying to get delivery at home hassle free for quite some time now. First, I tried contacting the nearest Domino's location as the protocol is, and they told us that they would be unable to deliver at this location since my residence apparently falls beyond their service radius. That she told me after I had given my complete order. Then your not so smart employ forwarded me to another branch location, which did the same and they forwarded me to yet another location which was quite possibly the farthest of the three. Quite dejected by your god damn phone service, i decided to download the Domino app on my mobile phone for "easy, hassle free delivery" and guess what, the app freezes and does not let me even sign in, let alone order a god damn pizza!
IS THIS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
After calling the Domino's India toll free to get the possible transfer that would just might agree to deliver my food at home, I was reverted back to that very first branch location which lo and behold! denied me of the home delivery service and again forwarded my call to two different locations which obviously were least bothered about delivering the order!
I am quite furious and disgusted by the service provided by your Gurgaon branch locations. If it takes me 45 minutes just to order a pizza over phone and then being told that you can not provide home delivery even if it is even 15 minutes away, I must say you are going to be losing customers quite soon along with ruining the reputation of the company!
