I ordered Pizza & Garlic bread online at www.dominos.co.in on 09-Nov-2013 at 9:00 pm. Paid the full amount through my Credit card.
I got an email at 9:06 PM for confirmation of my Order and Order tracking link was also sent in it.
Clicked on the link and after every few mintues it showed that Pizza is getting prepared and after 20 mins it showed pizza is dispatched. I kept waiting, waiting and waiting but no Pizza was delivered. I tried calling Dominos central number 68886888 and also Dominos Gachibowli number but none were of any use.

I expected if there is an issue someone from Dominos will call me so I kept waiting till 10:30 PM and realised that nothing is coming. It was too late so had to eat whatever was available in the house. It was a pathetic experience for me ordering Online at Domions.co.in. I also logged a complaint on Domions website regarding this but even after 2 days no one has contacted me.

Please avoid using Dominos.co.in.
I am not sure what should i expect after facing such horrible experience with Dominos.

today (and 3-4 months back) i faced the same problem.dominos i ordered pizza from dominos n it was delivered after 1 hr, please stop that 30 min delivery policy...its never done.u r just fooling people n
especially children.my child he waited upto 11 to have his pizza n thax
to dominos he enjoyed his cold n hard especially hand tossed
pizza.dominos stop cheating the costomers.YEH HAI CHEATING KA
TIME...that should be ur slogan

    I saw a advertise of dominoz pizza, they clam to supply pizza within 30min and if late than give order free of cost so my family decided that order this pizza for 26th October's dinner . I put order on online for pizza at 7.19pm but we couldn't got it till 8.10pm than I call them but they not giveme satisfactorily answer than I order our dinner from nearby hotel so plz reambers my expense on dinner and remove their 30min clam from advertise.

      Dear Team, I have ordered Dominos Piza from location ( Tidel park, Chennai) through online on Oct 2, 2013 but transaction failed and they sent mail to indicate that money will be refunded back with in 7 Working days.But I didn't get the money. I have contacted the Dominos customer care though mail no one responded to call me back for that issue.When I call customer care number no one is picking the call.So I have really irritated regarding their customer care response.           I have placed an order at your site "www.dominos.co.in/
          OrderOnline", where I have made 5 online payment & after that i checked my atm & money deducted of Rs approx 2450 had been debited to my oriental (VISA)
          debit card.
          On the other hand when the system was proceeding on my
          computer suddenly a message popped up that the system
          could not complete the transaction.
          So please check into the matter and let me know if you need
          any other information.

            Hi, I placed an order online on dominos website on 2nd October 2013. After the payment was made, the system was not able to place the order in kitchen. I got a mail saying that there will be a refund the amount of 877.22 rupees for the transaction number nb-2c885137. I tried to place the order again and the same thing repeated. Could not place the order on kitchen and refund of 883.19 rupees for the transaction number nb-d5a3f308 in 7 working days. No action was taken even after 7 working days and i filed a complaint on dominos website multiple times. The latest complaint number is 204012. On Friday 12th October 2013 i got a call saying that both the amount was already credited to my account and the gave me some transaction and reference numbers. But when i check my bank statement, i dont see any money being credited. Not sure whats up with these guys. Even after raising multiple requests they are so irresponsible and dont care to refund the money for two transactions. Its a very unreliable system and this is not the first time that i am going through this. It been close to two weeks now. Kindly look into this and refund my amoiunt ASAP.

              My name is ria chakraborty i ordered a pizza today (9/10/2013) from tollygenge dominos ( kolkata) at 8.46pm, at 9.30pm i called them and they said that my order was dispatched and after 15mins i got a call from a delivery boy (phn no- [protected]) asking for my location. as the distance from the shop to our house id less than 15min by walk so i called him again in that number but he cut the phone n after that didnt picked up anymore. so i called dominos and they said that due to puja pandal he is not able to come. so isint it his responsibility to inform us? neither to ask us for any other route or shortcut? then at 10.30pm i again called up dominos to get their name but ANKUSH (who picked up the phone) told me directly "do you know our system than i do?" is this the way you train your staff to talk to your customers? the person who took my order is PAMPA and sitll now at this time 10.51pm i dont have anything to eat and still no sorry calls from their behalf for their behavior or for this situation. i was a very frequent customer of dominos but from now after this treatment from your incompetent staff i will change my mind.

                Dominoes pizza,

                It is with concern that I am sending you guys this mail... I tried to order a pizza on 30/9/2013 but after the transaction was done, the order could not be placed in a kitchen.

                Then dominoes sent me a mail in my email id (anarta.[protected]@gmail.com) saying this,
                "Hi Anarta Roy,

                Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience.
                Your transaction number is dc-71d171ac dated[protected] amounted 387.83.
                However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail."

                Today (5/10/13) dominoes sent me a mail saying this,
                "Dear Anarta Roy,
                We regret that your order dated 30-Sep-13 could not be executed to your satisfaction in our store due to some technical or functional reasons. We have gone ahead and refunded the amount pertaining to the transaction, details as mentioned below. You may please contact your respective bank for confirmation.

                They said that my money has been "refunded". When I checked my bank account I saw no money has come...

                What is happening exactly???? Why has my money not yet come? By the way it is not the bank's problem (SBI) . Please look into this ASAP. I want my money back.

                  i ordered pizza on 2nd oct. my ord.no. was 261 . i have 2-3 complains . 1. i ordered for sp. delight in which i says instead of red peprika you add olives, but i got wrong topings red peprika was there in piza which cost me 40/- extra. 2. the product was worst ever i had in my life with the same origination, dominos is a brand from which we expect quality and best service but this is something which we cannot expect from such a brand .                     I order a pizza from Domino’s pizza Baner Road Pune on 18th September 2013 at 8:40 P.M.
                    The total cost of bill is 624 Rs. The payment is done through credit card.
                    My order number is 545. Domino’s Pizza promise they deliver pizza in 30 min,
                    after waiting for 40 min I didn’t receive my pizza, I call them they said it
                    take 1hr more. After waiting for 1 more hr . I try to call them pick the
                    call and disconnect it. I happen several times. After 3hrs they deliver pizza.
                    When I say I want to cancel my order, Pizza delivery boy agree on this because it’s too late delivery.
                    Another day I called them what about my refund, domino’s pizza person said
                    I will get my money in 7 working days.I follow them several time within the time period and they make false promise.
                    It’s almost 10 days but I didn’t got my refund.

                      I came from work and I decided to order a pizza from dominos, I normally buy once a week because I can't effort to have every day..is very tasty and expensive too..i order 2 medium pizza 2 sides and bottle of coke by the phone, After 4 minutes and 10 seconds I ring back to say that I want my pizza to be stuffed with cheese. The person who answer the phone it was different person that they took my order. And he say that is too late. That was not a good customer service when I'm a regular customer. So I told him to cancel my food and the guy said no problem, you have lost a regular customer who spend min £20 every week. That is damaging your brand. The worst customer service and the order taker was so rude.. I'm working in fast food company...

                        we ordered one veg doubles on 20-sep-2013 from dominos, Deendayalpura Bareilly. The quality of pijja base is too poor to eat. Base is so hard and smelling that we can not eat. I complaint it and they promised to deliver same order when we required. but today when I asked them about that order, they refused to accept their promise. It hurts my feelings about Dominos.                           hey my name is renu, i ordered pizza in vasundhra and i asked that pizza person that how much maximum time it will take so she told me maximum 45... but pizza came to me after 50 minutes. and than i ask for the discount because of the late delivery but delivery boy was not ready to give me discount and called his manager on phone.. that manager is actually so rude even he dont accept that the pizza was not at time. delivery boy accept this that he was not at time but manager continuesly deny and told me dat there is no time limit and discount in this pizza.. i just want to ask a single thing to the manager if there is no time limit so why your staff people told me sharply 45 minutes. after arguing 20 minutes wid the manager, the manager was not ready to allow me any discount, and i back that order because it become worthless:-( if there is no coordination between the staff member and manager so how can they make their customer happy. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is nothing for dominos, nd their employees.

                                I tried to place an order on 28 Aug 2013 but at the last time it got stuck when it says placing order to the nearest kitchen. I tried two times once with my credit card and other time with debit card both time money was debited but order wasn't successfully placed. I receieved mail from domions saying that after 7 working days money will be refunded but so far no money has been credited back. I have mentioned two transaction id, please take a note of it.                                   Domino's outlet in Kalyan,near Birla College,(Dist. Thane) This outlet is not accepting credit cards these days for payments. They always say that there is phone line problem to process payment via credit card. I visited this outlet to take away pizza on 28 July and 3rd August 2013. Both the times, I had to cancel my order since they were reluctant to process payment via my credit card. How come outlet like Domino's can operate with phone line problems?? I've also registered my concern in their feedback book. Please look into. We are living in the world where plastic money is more welcomed for ease of payments. Kedar [protected]

                                    Hi My name is Arun Kumar. I ordered Pizza in dominos yesterday (20.08.2013). The total bill amount was Rs. 916. The payment got processed and also the amount was deducted from my credit card. But it showed an error and the page quit. The order I placed was through online. But when I called Dominos (Tynampet & Nugambakkam Branch) they said that they have not received my order. I told them that the money is deducted form my credit card but the girl who spoke to me from Nungambakkam branch spoke to me in such a way that embarrassed me to my core. Kindly do something as these people are looting money saying that we will get some discounts if we order through online. Rs. 916 is something big for a middle class person like me. The website i used is "pizzaonline.dominos.co.in" If you could help me in this issue that will be greatful.

                                      I usually order pizza 1ce or twice a week..since this scheme of buy 1 get 1 launched,one cant expect to have pizza before 1-2 hour ,and when got ,it would be cold ,toppings would be less,sometimes overbaked.
                                      Today on 14-08-13 i orderd medium pizza at 9 pm and the delivery boy came at 12 in the midnight at my door..i was very angry and refused to take it..when i contactd at store (indira nagar),i dint get any satisfying answer..whats the use to make such schemes i[censored] cant handle it..may be there was no1 to cook food for me at my home..may be i was hungry..who is going to compensate this.??.stop this scheme or learn to handle it..

                                      I wanted to order 7 Combo pack of pricing RS 180 each for my office colleague. I did 5 calls to Dominos for my order but due to poor service i ordered to US Pizza and find good service from there.
                                      Your employee had a reason that our office not under your branch area. My office address is Shymal Cross Road.

                                        I odered country special cheeze burst with buy one get one offer at 8:45pm....i received the order at 9:40pm...i paid the delivery boy the biling amount.he didnt provide me the bill as he had mis placed it..secondly it was not the order i placed..he delivered me simple country special pizza...i called the frenchise up for replacement the they replaced and then again it took more then an hour to deliver the second pzza..they delivered it at11:00pm..they refunded me the amount i paid for the pizza..!! but again it was damaged pizza i told the delivery boy that it is damaged he said contact the frenchise i m getting late...after waiting for 2.5hrs i got nothing but my amount back..disgusting service...damaged pizzas deliverd twice on a roll..and then again i told them that it is damaged he said that tomorow we wil deliver the same order to your place...can i know delivering the piza on d next day for free is a compansation??? i waited for 2.5 hours nd i have nothing to eat as the pizza box lid is stuck with cheeze and the base is availabe to eat...

                                        Same is the case with me. I had ordered for a pizza at 9: 00 pm. Domino's had told that the delivery would take approximately an hour. They did not deliver the pizza on time. I waited till 10: 30 pm. The pizza was delivered at around 10: 40 pm.
                                        The Domino's pizza center at Malviya Nagar, Jaipur hardly pick up calls. I tried their no's several times but no avail.
                                        Their service is simply pathetic.
                                        I simply had no option but to return the pizza. Had i known previously, I would have cooked dinner on time.
                                        If this continues to happen, they would simply lose customers.

                                        I usually order pizza 1ce or twice a week..since this scheme of buy 1 get 1 launched, one cant expect to have pizza before 1-2 hour, and when got, it would be cold, toppings would be less, sometimes overbaked.
                                        Today on 14-08-13 i orderd medium pizza at 9 pm and the delivery boy came at 12 in the midnight at my door..i was very angry and refused to take it..when i contactd at store (indira nagar), i dint get any satisfying answer..whats the use to make such schemes i[censored] cant handle it..may be there was no1 to cook food for me at my home..may be i was hungry..who is going to compensate this.??.stop this scheme or learn to handle it..
