Hi Dominos, I am working for corporate IT, I just wanna order pizza through online but couldnt able to order it but amount has been redeemened from my account when i payed it through online. When i want to launch complaint regarding this those people just kept my call which happened twice on[protected]. I had an ambarrasing situation when my parents are waiting for pizza at home .I am very much frustrated with your behaviour and response. I used to love your pizza but from right now onwards Dominos will be the worst thing for me and will never ever again would say Dominos again.     I have been a regular customer of Domino pizza for 8 years now. I had shifted to Villivakam chennai 2 years before. There is no Dominos outlet in Villivakam. but the Anna Nagar Branch is just 5 mins away. i have been recieving delivery for the last 2 years. On 11/1/2014 i called them at about 7 pm. The person who attended the call told we do not deliver there rudely without giving explanations.I told him that it is 5 mins from the place and i have been regularly getting. He paused a little and asked my order. I had started tellin the order and had started with garlic breads when he stopped me and told wil u be ordering pizza. i told no and that it was 2 garlic bread sticks, 2 calzone and nutty lava for which he abruptly said only if it is a pizza we will deliver and refused to deliver rudely. First in a city like chennai itsel[censored]r employees refuse to deliver in certain places telling its not their coverage. Secondly he made up a stupid rule of telling only pizzas are delivered. The dishes i was about to order would come around Rs500. If that is not worthwhile to deliver then you people are apparently delivering only to the richest of all. I have always been a loyal customer to Dominos pizza for 8 years ( you can check by the list of orders i have placed from my number alone [protected] besides going out there ) and i am pretty sure i will think twice before trying out Dominos again.

      I am Aakash I am the regular customer of dominos If I want to eat pizza I only visit dominos you can check your data that so many times I have visited but from last 1 month when ever I am going to dominos the pizza is not properly cooked and it is not hot old as If dominos want there customer to fall sick I have faced many times these problems and I want to please change the cooking staff because we know that how the pizza is and if other customer does not know they will eat only and they are not complaining.
      One time I ate pizza of dominos near kankaria it was too good and staff is also good here in ghodasar the manager name bishnoy is not proper he has attitude and he don't talk weel with customer I want to do something and what is these the customer have to face I want some result I sometimes feel to not come in dominos If the dominos motto is to get there customer sick then no one will come ghodasar dominos manager has no respect how to talk with customer..
      I am really say 1st dominos was good but now it is not really proper sorry to say these but its true

        i am regular coustomer of domino's pizza.yesterday when i called up for ordering the pizza at the indiranagar layout from which we ordered previously also.they said they don't deliver to domlur district and asked me to call the cambridge layout as they deliver, when i called up at the cambridge layout they said they don't deliver here and asked to to call another number which was the egl domino's centre as they deliver.when i called up at the egl centre they said they don't deliver here and hence redirected me to the indiranagar layout.finally it was a loop and everyone rejected to deliver here in domlur.it lasted for 50mins and it was a coustomer harassment.so i kindly request you to take some actions as to we still don't know which domino's layout deliver's the pizza in domlur(bangalore) thanking you, varun singla ([protected])

          Hi, I have ordered Cheez Bust Pizza. I was surprised to see the piza which has litterally no cheez in that. I guess even your pizza mania has more cheez then the one which was delivered to me. I have ordered before also many times and also lived in US for many years and have been eating your pizza... I was surprised when your person said this is what is Cheez Crust Pizaa... then i told him something is seriourly wrong. he offered me one free pizaa.. I am not interested anything for free. I am seriously requuesting you to please check the issue and ensure the same things is not repeated which will really hurt you brand.           I had ordered online pizaa with transanction ref no IGU8330233 FOR Rs. 173 on 28th may 2014 for which amount was deducted from my account but order was shown cancelled i was told that i will receive back amount within few days but i have not received back my amount till 13 th day of cancelled order.

            Hi I have tried to order a pizza for my friend on Dec 22 (around 4:30 pm IST). Money got deducted from my ICICI Bank account, however redirected page to Dominos told me that it was unsuccessful. Transaction no. BIL/[protected]/Dominos/DOMINOS_MICI320. I am currently in US, however you can reach my friend at +91 8*********, same for order details. Please let me know when the charges will be refunded back to my account. (INR 421.73).               I, Ashok Shreedhar, ordered a pizza on[protected] at 2:42 pm from Dominoes outlet-SCO 121, SECTOR 5, MDC URBAN ESTATE, PANCHKULA, HARYANA.My order was 1 medium peppy paneer pizza, 1 garlic bread, i cheesy dip.the pizza was of sub standard taste.it had stale paneer and upon that their was a strand of hair in one pizza piece.My family is a regular consumer of dominoes pizza and am disgusted with such service of pizza.i am not going to order pizza from dominoes ever.my trust in BRAND DOMINOES stands eroded.moreover when i called the astt manager he told me it was their standard pizza...the best they could offer.i'm terribly upset and want them to be set right so that service to the consumer is not compromised.

                Hi, I have ordered medium Chicken Fiesta (Cheese burst) on 15th Dec form Hennur main road outlet in Bangalore. But when the pizza was delivered to me, it was plain pizza, without cheese burst. Moreover, when I called them to inform this, they denied it totally. All in all, I paid for the cheese burst extra, but eat only plain pizza.

                This was totally not expected out of Domino's. I order from Domino's every weekend from kalyan nagar outlet. But ordered from hennur outlet for the 1st time, and got extremely disappointed.
                Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  Hello friends, I am residing near by chandni chowk metro station, delhi., I want to share my experience about, how Domino's Home Delivery Department Works and their Management. I am a frequent customer of Domino's, we use to order home delivery frequently. I used to order ta Kashmere gate store but today when i called them they said my area is under Daryaganj now. Then I called up Daryaganj store & again i got the same response that your area is under kashmere gate. Both store manager were passing on their excuses to the other one. And then both of them refused saying that your address is not in delivery area. I was shocked to hear that, how can they deny delivery in the area where they have already served so many times.
                  Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      Order number-288 Outlet Number-DPI65908 Name -Kapil Chadha This is to let you know that once again the Dominos has let me down in terms of Customer Service on the same Outlet Yesterday I ordered a Regular Margarita Pizza thru phone at 22.45 Dt 28.11.2013 Amount 445 Naveen was the Person Who took order He Informed about the amount, I told him I get a Discount of 25% , He Checked with someone and Gave me the Price after discount .I went the outlet and Came to Know that the Pizza was double Cheese Margarita, I informed him that my order was Regular not the Double cheese he said we cannot provide any discount on the regular hence we made double cheese to provide the discount, I informed him that without my consent how can it be done you need to ask me first and then you can change the order, I was never informed that my order has been changed, In the meanwhile other guy charged my card without explaining the bill to me .I called the supervisor to my surprise the supervisor was the same guy who cheated me last time, I informed him about everything that happened he said it's our mistake but we cannot do anything about this, you are welcome to do what you want hence after getting disappointed again I left the outlet paying for something and not getting anything with a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Remind you that this order was Placed at 23.00, hence me and my family was not able to have anything as all the restaurants were Closed at that time .We had no other option.                         We ordered Dominoz Pizza from Nizampura Outlet on 24th Nov, at 20.00 Hrs for Home Delivery, we received the ordered Pizza's after 30 mins, besides this it was half cooked where the toppings were not evenly spread & it was half baked upon calling them back for such poor quality our call was disconnected.                           I placed an online order on 23rd Nov 2013 at 11pm, After I made the payment I got redirected to a page which said its past 11pm so il have to wait for 11hrs for the order. When I called the Mahim west store in morning they say they have not received the order, although the money has been deducted. I am feeling helpless! The store execs are not entertaining me and simply hung up after telling me to hold.

                          Hi, I placed an order on Dominos on 02/02/2014 with the bill no. BIL/[protected]/PIZZA/DOMINOS_MICI324. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed. I called up the store and they said money will be refunded into my account but i have not received it yet. Please do the needful.

                            dominos is very reputed, my order number was 138, but i am very sorry to say that i received my delivery after 40 minutes and then the delivery was not giving it for free and was arguing with me for 15 minutes then after talking to the manager i got my delivery for free, that means i received my order after 55 minutes, my order was almost cold and moreover the delivery boy was saying that its 45 minutes or free and not 30 minutes, as if i am ordering dominos for the first time, this kind of service is not expected from dominos, you need to do something, you already lost a permanent customer...

                              I am Rajat Gupta, 58, Aram Park, Ram Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Delhi 110051, I want to share my experiance about, how Domino's Home Delivery Department Works and their Managment.

                              I was a frequent customer of Domino's, we use to order home delivery frequently, but today when i called them they said my address is not registered wih them or might be deleted because they have gone under SYSTEM UPGRADATION, so i asked them to register it again, but then he refused saying that your address is not in delivery area. I was shocked to hear that, how can the deny delivery where they have given hundreds of deliveries.

                              Further, when i told them that ARAM PARK is the Sub-Locality of RAM NAGAR (which is their delivery area), he was just not interested in listening anything and behaved rudely. He was careless of any complaint/action against him.

                              Agree, Dominos pizza delivery is worst, what ever the mreason might be, may be lack of staff or due to lfailure in stiff competition from Pizza Hut

                              But in any matter Pizza Hut is better than Dominos

                                Dear Sirs We (my son) had ordered 2 Vegetarian Pizzas, Coke @ Dominos Pizza Branch, Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai, for home delivery Even at the time of placing the order, it was repeatedly mentioned to them that the order was for Vegetarian Pizzas and not Non-Vegetarian and utmost care may be taken The order is as detailed in the attached Order Receipt (Order No 126 totaling Rs 756/) against Cash Payment for Invoice DPI66280/13-14/46197 dt 20th Nov 2013, in the name of my son M.S Sutheshan The order was delivered by one Mr Lokesh I and my family members started consuming the Pizzas. But my son, who is used to eating Pizzas, found there was something amiss and different in the taste To our horror, when we checked the details (photo graph of slip attached), we found a) the vegetarian pizza was not the one which we had ordered b) the 2nd pizza was a non-vegetarian pizza On scrutiny, we found that the slip on the box was found to carry order no 110 We immediately lodged a complaint with the Branch which erred and one Mr Diwakar was deputed to handle the complaint. Mr Diwakar accepted the mistake was theirs. To our query as to how Dominos was going to set right the damage done, after discussing with his superiors Mr Diwakar informed us that he was informed by his superior that he would have to lose his job if any complaint were to be lodged. On our insistence, and subsequently @ around 9 pm, the stores-in-charge, Mr Thirukumaran, also visited us and I was hooked on to one Mr Suresh (@ around 9.45 pm), who I understand is their District Manager I was informed by my son, that he had also received a call from a Customer Care executive of Dominos, from Bangalore Dominos executives had bought time and promised to turn up this morning as early as 8.30 am, which has not happened till now when I am keying this complaint We are pure Bramhins and this has affected us mentally We would like your assistance to pursue the case and claim damages for mental agony and damage created by Dominos Proof of invoice and also slip on the box (wrong order 110) are uploaded Thanking you Yours truly M S Srinath 42, 3rd Cross St Minor Trustpuram Choolaimedu Chennai 600094 Phone [protected]

Money got deducted from my ICICI Bank account, however redirected page to Dominos told me that it was unsuccessful. The time was around 10:55 pm IST. Transaction no. BIL/[protected]/Dominos/DOMINOS_MICI316. I am currently in US, however you can reach my parents at +91 94550***** (Mrs Saroj Mishra), same for order details. I called the store, Plot No. 4/1, Vivek Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow[protected],[protected], who told that they didnt receive any order.                                       Today I ordered pizza from Dominos. my order # was 192. the order was delivered in 40 mins. when i asked for late delivery discount then the delivery boy called the store manager, vaishali nagar. store manager was very rude on phone. he wasted my 20 mins in arguing and my pizza was waste for me.he used abusive language and THREATENED that he will BLACK_LIST my address and will never deliver on my address. the store manager said that company's rule are not a boundation on me and i will not follow them. i will work on according to my sweet will.during conversation he added that i will see you. I am Domino's regular customer and heard about the best customer service but my experience was worst and i will never order again. 1 suggestion that this kind of customer service will affect your business. I also work in an e-commerce company and i know that what is the importance of customer satisfaction in our industry. Kindly look into the matter personally for maintaining your good reputation country-wide.
