I had placed an order of two pizza's from Dominos Sarjapur. They messed up my order and gave me 2 same pizzas instead of 2 different pizzas. When we tried to call them at their store they did not pickup. Even the central feedback team said they will get back to us but never did. Finally the pizza was all cold and we had to throw it away. This is not the first time i have experienced this. Dominos services have deteriorated from the past few years. I have decided not to order from Dominos ever again. And I am going to make sure that i warn my friends and family about their non-sense.

      Today I ordered pizza online and people in the store of [protected]@moti had so much courage that they changed time of order from 1:49:22 PM to 2:15 PM and delivered the pizza at my doorstep and said its not late than 30 minutes. Its not about free pizza but its about the ethics which dominos have produced itself and i want a strong action against my complaint or I can post my complaint with proof in public welfare section in people's court . I have strong evidence against my complaint which you can find attached with my documents.         This is with reference to some fake coupons that some o[censored]r staff dilivered in my office. i cam to know that the capons are fake and will not provide me with any discounts.         Hi Dominos Pizza, My number is +91-[protected].When I ordered the pizza last time I received one coupon which clearly states Buy 1 Get 1 Free and its valid till 30th April 2014.Now When I try to use it, it doesn't work, neither for online booking nor on phone booking they are accepting it.When I tried to escalate it to my local store Manager (Santosh from Bhattarhalli Store) he clearly denied to give it to me.He said "we cant give it to you and I am sorry for that". According to him its marketing team's responsibility to distribute the coupons and if that doesn't work we cant help it.I don't understand then whom should I contact for it and what should I do to escalate it.As a customer I am not supposed to contact your marketing team and get that offer.Your teams should be in sync for these kind of stuffs. Any help in this regards would be helpful.

            I ordered a pizza online on 21 March.But due to some technical reasons this transaction failed. I received a mail from dominoes same day. Mail-- Hi, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is nb-bea21437 dated[protected] amounted 783. However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail. Its More than 10 days and still I have not refunded. I am expecting a prompt resolution of the complaint.

After 30 mins Dominos Sector-50 Noida, took the call but after placing the he said the order will be taken from sector 62 Noida . And when i asked him to repeat the phone no. he hung up the call . After that i want to register the complain through call but nobody responded my call, my call was on waiting for 6 mins. I am shocked to see the kind of service your are providing, I am writing this to let you know where you stand in the market . And Domonos Ulhasnagar refused to take order citing reason, that they do not give delivery in Kalyan East, whereas i[censored] check the history of my order, you will observe, already twice we have ordered pizza and it was delivered at Kalyan address from Ulhasnagar Dominos. This is not the first time that, Ulhasnagar Dominos has refused our order. I have observed, if I book pizza online, they deliver it but if I try to do booking on phone refuse.                       To Whom it may concern, Domino's Customer Care Department India I am Herby writing to inform you about the sheer lack of expertise shown by of your employees in answering the phone calls and deliverance of orders at home. I live in Gurgaon, sector 43 and have been trying to get delivery at home hassle free for quite some time now. First, I tried contacting the nearest Domino's location as the protocol is, and they told us that they would be unable to deliver at this location since my residence apparently falls beyond their service radius. That she told me after I had given my complete order. Then your not so smart employ forwarded me to another branch location, which did the same and they forwarded me to yet another location which was quite possibly the farthest of the three. Quite dejected by your god damn phone service, i decided to download the Domino app on my mobile phone for "easy, hassle free delivery" and guess what, the app freezes and does not let me even sign in, let alone order a god damn pizza! IS THIS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE? After calling the Domino's India toll free to get the possible transfer that would just might agree to deliver my food at home, I was reverted back to that very first branch location which lo and behold! denied me of the home delivery service and again forwarded my call to two different locations which obviously were least bothered about delivering the order! I am quite furious and disgusted by the service provided by your Gurgaon branch locations. If it takes me 45 minutes just to order a pizza over phone and then being told that you can not provide home delivery even if it is even 15 minutes away, I must say you are going to be losing customers quite soon along with ruining the reputation of the company!                         I was trying to place an order for 2 large Dominos pizza (Spicy Chicken and Veg Spicy Delight) on their website on last Wednesday, Feb 19, 2014. Everything was fine till the final stage. The netbanking transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Your money will be refunded back within one week'. At this stage I immediately called up the Dominos store (Dominos Store Address Btm - Bangalore, No 67, 35th Main, 100 Ft Ring Road, Btm 2nd Stage, Bangalore - 560076 Ph.no[protected], [protected]) and spoke to the Manager who mentioned that they have not received any online order from me and enquired my problem. After hearing out my problem he advised me to try again. Till now i have not gotten my money back The transaction amount was Rs 591.00. I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap.                           I cant order online. In worst times of my hunger when I think I can rely on Dominos I cant order online because of following problem : I would like to complain about the following store: Dominos Pizza Shree Tower, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India Every time I click on the 'Make Payment' button it always redirect me to the previous page. Last week I have already talked to Dominos customer care and told them about the problem but again after 2 weeks the same problem persists. Please, its a kind request that somebody see to this problem. I have to send pizza for my family but I fell helpless because of this problem. Thank you..!!

                            I odreed my pizza's at 1:06pm but its delivered at around 2:10pm and also there was no coke in that which is being delivered at 2:30, As per Dominos's it should be delivered with in 30min but it took 1hour and 2 min to deliver my order and the order that was delivered at that time was not complete. I need necessary compancation for it. I have attached my bill on which I have taken sign of person and contact no. Please check and do the necessary action as soon as possible.

                            My order no. is 335, I ordered at 9.00 pm and they promise me to deliver my order in 45 min. but they (Dominos Sanjay Place Agra), didn't deliver my order till 10.20 pm, I called their thrice but they are not even giving me any satisfactory reply.If you are not able to provide good service than please stop saying that if it is not deliver in time its free. I cancelled my order at 10.20 pm after getting dis-satisfactory answer but still they are not sorry for giving bad services to the customer.

I have placed an online order ( Order No. 562) at 10:15 PM for my family & friends on ocassion of Valentine day. But neither Pizza was delivered nor I got any order cancellation SMS on my mobile. I had faced such an embarasing situation and lost money also.                                     Today due to some work i wnet to
                                    Trinity circle during Lunch time and decided to have Pizza at Trinity
                                    Circle metro station shop.
                                    I ordered my Pizza and was waiting for some space to be free so
                                    that i can sit, After a wait of about 15 minutes i found a place and me
                                    and my Friend Sat there, When we asked the Help Boy to clean the space
                                    at table he came and said that can you please vacate this table and i
                                    will provide you place on up stairs as he wanted to make a group of 4
                                    people to sit there .I said him my order is before them and still the
                                    order has not came . he said he will arrange the place and i clearly
                                    said i don't want to wait standing as i was waiting already 15 to 20
                                    minute for a place .
                                    Once we left the table he asked the other guys whose order no
                                    was after me to sit there and went in . After 2 to 3 minutes of standing
                                    he saw one next table getting free and he asked us to sit there and i
                                    clearly asked what was the reason for making us stand when we were
                                    siting and even our order number was before the guys whom he made sit at
                                    our place .
                                    This attitude towards customer is very bad as at domino s
                                    there is no reserved seat and its first come first basis than why such
                                    action was done by Your staff ? I got angry and cancelled my order as it
                                    was Insult to me by your Staff,
                                    I request to look into the matter and guide your staff to stop
                                    such action as by such action name of Domino s Pizza is getting
                                    Spoiled. I would request you to take some action against such behavior .
                                    Hope you understand my concern as self respect is the
                                    most and i controlled my anger some how even after such misbehave by
                                    Your worker.I am really upset and will never visit that branch again .

                                      Have placed the order at 10.55pm online and also did the payment through credit card. Received message that INR 793 has been spent from my credit card at Domino's Bill Desk. Have also received confirmation from my bank that same has been debited from my account. When we called up Phoenix Outlet located at Lower Parel Mumbai to check about my order, Ganesh Patadi Manager of the outlet replied saying that they haven't received any order from us. He further said that it must be a shadow payment done because site is shut after 11pm, I cant believe that if site is shut how they are still taking parcel order online. He also said that it could be network error as usual passing the buck on others. Come on guys you are try justify yourself with this crap where customer trusted Domino's even though so many customers have gone online and complaint about their service and here in my case I paid the bill amount and haven't received the order or at least they can inform customer on their website that they can't accept and deliver any order post 11pm. Have lost my faith on Domino's, will never recommend them to any of my friends unless they work on their system and provide efficient service to their customer.                                         i have called the local dominos pizza store on 28th january 2014 at between 20:05 and 20:15 IST. the order taker has received my call and confirmed my number and address for delivery and my name and took the order as one regular size margherita pizza and one taco indiana veg and when i asked him when can i expect my delivery, he said in the next 35-40 minutes. i asked the person dominos advertises 30 minute delivery then why does it take 40 minutes? the person said for you it will take the time. then i have canceled the order as the pizza will get cold in that time. my address falls within the city limits and i have ordered many time from the store and most of the time i get it past 30 minutes but i do not mind because i consider the issues such as the traffic. however this has become a habit for these people and i cannot take anymore as the person has directly told me on my face that they cannot deliver within 30 minutes. the store manager did not even ask the order taker when the order was cancelled or why he said the delivery will be more than 30 minutes as the order day was no special day, no riots going on and the delivery address was completely within the their city limits. it was only after i have filed a complaint online to the dominos customer care the manager calls me at 22:25 IST and tells me that it was wrong on their part and said he will deliver it by 23:00 IST the same day. He did not consider the inconvenience caused to the customer even when i said it is too late and i cannot receive the order that late in the night. I now want action to be taken against them for the inconvenience for violating the customer rights and the compensation.
