Hi,

I ordered for pizza over phone at Domino's Jayanagar 4th Block outlet at their contact #[protected] on August 14th,2013 at 9.11 pm.I was told that it would be delivered within 50 minutes.I waited till 11 pm but it was not delivered.I tried to contact them at the two numbers[protected] and[protected] for several times but nobody picked up the phone.I had guests and I was in a very awkward situation and at 11.00 pm it was very difficult to go for other options.This is our experience of Khushiyon ki home delivery.

Dominos Pizza — Bad quality & Unhygenic conditions

As always, we used the Vodafone offer of buy 1 and get 1 free which we always do… usually we go to Pheonix Mills and order the cheese burst pizzas there and the experience there is fantastic… the cheese burst is absolutely perfect!!! Yesterday was my parents anniversary and it was an absolute disgrace…. I first tried to order from Phoenix but they said since I live in Parel I would have to order from that outlet so I ordered from the Parel Outlet and they had no knowledge of the offers with regard to what was being ordered and the staff was rude and put the phone down and would not place my order correctly and it was basically the Worst experience ever that also on my Parents anniversary!!!

When the Pizzas arrived, it was even worst… we had ordered 2 cheese burst pizzas and were shocked to see that there was absolutely no cheese inside either of them and there were hardly any toppings of anything. If that was not bad enough we found hair and also some transparent looking slimy thing which we can’t image what it was. We will definitely raise a complain at consumer court and with the health authorities about this and are sure never to visit ANY dominos ever again.

Dominos Pizza — Advertisement is false

I stay in Begumpet Hyderabad, within 4 Kms of the nearest Dominos outlet in Somajiguda. The Advertisement shown on Dominos is "30 minutes guarantee or free". However every time I call them at [protected], they claim that they cannot deliver it within 30 minutes. Can you suggest what can be done?

Dominos Pizza — taking too much text (about 15%)

i live in ahemedabad..
i went to the dominos pizza at 15th jan. and my total bill was 247.00.
but they took 15% tax on food itemand this is too much for any of the food item.
my total amount of bill was 284.05.i also have the bill for proof.
so please take particular steps.
if i am wrong, please tell me about my fault,too.

DOMINOS — Unhygene

A piece of Glass was found in the pizza and when complained was offered 40 % discount for the rest of the orders however this was refused after 2 orders.

    I ordered for pizza from Domino's at 8:20 pm on 14th Aug'13, and got it at my home at 9:35, that's in 1 hour and 15 mins from the order time instead of the usual 30-45 mins guarantee.

    The bill was for Rs. 530, and I asked to rider to call his manager's cellphone and talk to him about the process and offer me some discount or something.

    The call didn't get picked up for 15 mins (resulting in the already late pizzas becoming even more useless for us) and then when I went to the store, the manager, named "Vipin", wasn't even agreeing to his fault at all!! I spoke for 15 mins but to no avail.

    Eventually, had to come back home empty handed, where guests had been waiting for the pizza to come that was ordered at 8:20 pm. Imagine the embarrassment!

    This happened at Domino's Malviya Nagar store, Jaipur, address is:

    Dominos Pizza — ORDER DELIVERED LATE

    Dominos Pizza — delivery

    i ordered a dominos pizza worth rs 158+ taxes, they give me another one of their choice without informing me worth rs 175+ taxes

    that too after 45 minutes of order... that is post their delivary time 30 min though i stay 5-7 minutes away from their joint, the reason of being late they said was

    reason number 1: electricity problem in their joint so pizza started late
    reason number 2: i didnt give the address properly,
    reason number 3: i didnt explain the adress properly

    when i had very much clearly given the address that too not once but 2 times on phone confirmed by store manager himself.....
    once i gave address while giving pizza order
    then after 15 mins the store maneger calls up for address
    then after 40 mins the delivary boy calls for address
    yuck.... used to be a very loyal customer of dominos thanks for their shady attitude.... will never ever order from there
    a word of caution: stay away form dominos they are cheats and they do not fulfil their promise....and argue wit you giving any silly reasons

    DOMINOS — Non acceptance of order

    I resident of Mankhurd tried to order Pizza from Dominos Chembur on phone but they rejected the order becoz my area does not come in their radius but still my colony is in their list(Anushaktinagar).
    They can accept the order placed in my colony but just because my building is little far in anushaktinagar they rejected it so wat difference does it make???

    What kind of service they r offering?? We would hve paid for the order so y did they rejected it???
    So i expect a quick action into this matter n waiting for ur response.

    DOMINOS — No pizza delivery

    I ordered a Dominos Large pizza through online payment, through Net Banking. The payment was made immediately, but the pizza was not delivered even after 4 hrs . I have been calling their customer care numbers, but they are not connecting. They are always busy, and kept me waiting for 15-20min with no response. Here is my order detail:

    DOMINOS — Order was late and not delivered

    I Placed an order at 9:19 pm on 11/09/2011 which arrived late than 30 minutes as advertised and guaranteed by Dominos.
    Upon discussion with the outlet Manager (Mr. Khem Rai), he refused to offer me any further discount or free delivery as per the terms and conditions of the company. Moreover, the said person was rude enough to hang up the call and asked the delivery boy to take back the order.

      I ordered a combo on the 10th of August, 2013 at 10:17pm.
      I was with my family.
      I was served stale food.
      It was a pathetic experience.

      On top of it, the waiter told me that the food is good, was he intending to say that we are fools.

      I told him to taste the other piece, however the chicken piece was stale and smelled bad.

      Attached is the bill.

      They were bad and indecent.

      I need a compensation for this.

          Hi,

          I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza (Non Veg Doubles - Pizza Mania) online on their website on last Thursday, June 9, 2011. Everything was fine till the final stage. The credit card transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

          At this stage I immediately called up the Dominos store (Dominos Store Address
          Btm - Bangalore, No 67, 35th Main, 100 Ft Ring Road, Btm 2nd Stage,Bangalore - 560076 Ph.no[protected], [protected]) which i had selected for home delivery and spoke to the Manager who mentioned that they have not received any online order from me and enquired my problem. After hearing out my problem he advised me to try again.

          Once again i tried placing the order online but same result as before and same error message popped up. Then the Dominos Manager then took my order over the phone and said they did not receive any order, not to worry and that the debited amount will be refunded within one week.

          Till now i have not gotten my money back, i also checked with my bank and they confirmed that my card has been charged twice and the amount has been credited to Dominos. The transaction amount was Rs 296.40 each time respectively.

          I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap.

          I placed a order for Dominos pizz online from delhi.
          Order no 5, Rohini branch.
          The bill amount was for 633 rs.
          I paid it through netbanking.
          After some time i got a call from rohini sector 3 dominoz pizza out let, and they said they will shift the order to rani baug branch as my address didnt lies within their range.
          I was ok with it.
          But after some time i got a call from rani baug dominos and they said they will cancel my online order and create a new request.
          The y told i need to pay again for the order as they are cancelling the first request. ( order no 7)
          the operator twinkle told me that amount debited online of 633 rs will be refunded in 2 days.
          For confirmation i called back to rani baug dominos and then to my notice they told me the amount will be refunded in 15 days.
          This is not fair, as the online request mistake was done from your side.
          At present am still waiting for the amount to be credited back to my account.

          I would like to say that the order amount was Rs.1127/-. As far as I know your rule is to refund the amount if it crosses 30 minutes. So am I going to get only Rs. 299.63/-. Is it only because I paid through online and whatever the situation is I won't be able to get the full refund? Because it happened before and I got full refund. The only difference was that time it was a cash on delivery order. So the delivery boy delivered the order and didn't charge me a single penny.           The online ordering with pre-paid should never be attempted in Dominos. In case the order fails you will lose money and end up running pillar to post to get refund.

          I ordered online order on Dominos website on 12th April 12:20 PM with payment of Rs. 855 debited from Mobikwik wallet but the order failed on Dominos website for reason understood by their website only. The Dominos Kadubisanahalli outlet (Bangalore) manager Neela promised refund within 2-3 days however even after 1 week she couldn't do the needful despite numerous follow-up.           I am from Noida, I tried to order online pizza through Dominos website. Everything went fine till the deduction of the amount but after that, it failed while placing the order to the nearest kitchen. A refund notification was generated and received the email notification
          When I will get the refund, how much time it generally takes?????

            I am Kapil Jagwani, as per the above details, I ordered one Zesty Chicken Cheese Burst Pizza and one Delux Veggi Cheese Burst on wednesday offer and wasted about 540 rs.

            Firstly it was half cooked and the name of the pizza was cheese burst however, the cheese was just for the sake of name. It was my mistake, I would have taken a pic of the pizza which I thrown away into the dustin. We hardly eaten 2 pcs from both of them. Being a regular customer of dominos, Iam very much disappointed.
            If the offer means all the above stuff, so please its a request don't put the offer if you cannot serve the quality. I would appreciate if could get an reply on this.

                I Visited Dominos Airoli Navi Mumbai branch on 10-July-2013 along with my Office colleagues. We ordered Pizza for 905.00 and I paid through my ICICI Bank Debit card. We waited for almost 60 minutes and did NOT get the Pizza or any receipt. Finally we decided to cancel the order and asked for refund.
                The Dominos representative Yuvraj Atigre wrote his name and mobile number and assured that the money will be refunded in my account in a week’s time. I did follow up with Dominos multiple times after that but till date I haven’t got the refund

                This is a regular scenario that when ever me and my girl friend go to domminos pizza, we order for the pizza, and a coke... the coke which they give is not cold, no fiz in it... we dont feel like drinking it... though we pay the bill... a coll dirnk must be chill always... but then its not in domminos. Its been many times we have informed them to keep the soft drinks cool. This happen in Banashankari Domminos Pizza store. Near Kathriguppe Signal.

                I would like let you know how disappointed i m with the service i got, I had placed and order at around 7:12 PM -28th October, I waited till 8 o'clock and when i called the store at 8 the answering person to whom when i inquired why its being delayed and said i have ordered number of times before and have received it sooner,his exact words where " Even if you order or dont order anymore i will not receive the pizza in under 30 minutes.I m very disappointed in the service.I had some friends over my home who are from other parts of India who also where very much disappointed if this is how things are being done to customers here.More over it took 1 whole hour to receive my order.

                I got a garlic bread which was soaked with i think oil and was hollow from inside and looked like it was made from a really old bread. I could not eat it. I wish to get a refund. Utterly disappointed.

                  This mail is regarding a complain which I need to file against Mr.Somender Singh, Branch Manager of Your Dominos store at Saharanpur((U.P) Pin Code 247001 )

                  The delivery boy delivered our order after 47 minutes and when I called the store manager he told me that the 30 minutes scheme is not allowed today but he was not clear in his reasons for the same and moreover when we ordered the pizza we were assured that it will be delivered within the time limit but after the delivery boy got late they changed their statement and when asked again by me that what the reason was? Mr. Somender Singh the store manager used very inappropriate language and asked us to return the order back and when I said that I have been a regular customer of Dominos and he should not behave like this with me he replied that I don't care about you and your order and you can stop buying anything from dominos.

                  This kind of behavior is not acceptable and thus I hope appropriate actions will be taken against Mr. Somender Singh and you will keep me in the loop informing the action taken.

                    We had placed an order online for 4 cheese burst pizzas today from Airoli branch , Navi Mumbai in which we had replaced the toppings on the website for each and every pizza and we paid extra money to make it cheese burst but when we opened the box, we were completely shocked, not only were the toppings not replaced but, there was no cheese in the pizza. It was not one bit a cheese burst pizza.

                    I have eaten your cheese burst pizza many times but this pizza was totally unexpected.

                    We paid a bill of Rs.1700 which was a total waste.

                    We being regular clients of your company never expected such service from such a reputed brand like yours.

                    We all employees working in a big MNC , would obviously not like to order from now on after being cheated like this.

                    I totally Agree with you.

                    Even when we ordered a cheese burst we hardly had any cheese in the pizza.

                    Quite a few friends have been telling me the same thing.

                    After being a loyal customer for so long, this is what we get in return.

                    Their pizza quality has gone drastically down.

                    They even wouldn't provide extra oregano or chilli flakes and bluntly refused.

                    If they cant provide quality pizzas even after the prices being so steep, then we might as well order from other outlets.

                    There aint a dearth for pizza outlets in navi mumbai anyways.

                    Sure, point accepted, this is indeed a eye opener. Similarly I had a bad experience about calling & placing the order on one of the Wednesday's where the girl who attended the call was talking as if she was obliging the customer by taking the order, she hung the phone assuming that I had finished my conversation, even without acknowledging over the phone. Also did speak to the manager in-charge & escalated the incidence, since did not like the overall approach of the staff members I cancelled the order as this was a big order for them which they lost for Approx. Rs. 3500/-. Have stopped taking the pizzas from 'em anymore specially from Airoli branch. I believe Domino's personnel's should do a random surprise checks either by visiting or calling their branches as an anonymous caller & check the reality for themselves.

                    Otherwise i usually directly go to store and order pizza, I have ordered through phone too
                    But this was the worst experience, and I'll make sure that I'll quit from dominos too forever.
                    I got my pizza within 20 minutes as my location was in HCL Technologies Sector-126 Noida,

                    But the quality of pizza was horrible, it looked like that it has been baked hours ago
                    It was just bread and hardly 10 chunks of chicken without cheese, It was dry to its best on a 440rs Pizza, it was my worst experience ever

                      I ordered one medium pizzas , coke, garlic bread from dominos; phase-10, mohali, punjab on 29/7/2013 , ORDER NUMBER -230 and it was suppose to be a home delivery. Now, as per your promises that if the pizza is not delivered in thirty minutes, the customer would get it for free. My pizzas was delivered ten minutes late, i.e, he took 40 minutes. I called the dominos manager, (phase-10, mohali) to inform about this. Someone took the call and after listening to the problem, he very rudely told if you want it keep ,else return the pizza.

                      Also he said that my pizza has reached locality gate in 30 mins(not my home gate) so it was ok if the pizza was delivered to you late. Secondly, they could have informed about this self created rule when I gave them my address. Few weeks back same thing had happened but i ignored the same.Since today my guests were at my home and they left the home after waiting.

                      Dominos is famous for its offer of free pizza if it does not reach in thirty minutes , Then how come PHASE - 10, MOHALI , PUNJAB outlet has come up with this rule without the company's notice? ALSO WHEN IN THERE OUTLET WE VISIT IT'S LIKE HELL IN THE NAME OF HOSPITALITY . WORST OUTLET I HAD VISITED EVER. PREFERABLY I ALWAYS GO IN FOR DOMINOZS BUT THE WAY THERE BEHAVIOUR IS I WILL NEVER OPT FOR DOMINOZ . SINCE I AM RUNNING A BUSINESS I WILL TRY OUT TO REDUCE PEOPLE TO GO TO SUCH A ZOO LIKE PLACE.

                      As customers we go by the advertisement and the info provided by the company in various media and if we do not get the same as promised, it is mere cheating on the company's part. Please kindly look into this matter as it is happenning repeatedly and employs are trying to misbehave and fool the customers which is a serious issue. I do expect certain level of discipline and honesty from such a big company.

                      Its great atleast i got a place to complaint.
                      I am saurabh from ahmedabad & my number is [protected]. I am a regular customer of yours & finds it difficult to write a complaint regarding my pizza delevery with order no. 171 on 8th feb & 830 on 15th feb.
                      This is the 2nd time when I have received my order 58 minutes late. And again i have to call up exactly 4 times to get the same delievered.
                      Honestly this is the worst service senario I had ever seen in a service industry.
                      As soon as i hear from you am going to write an article also on this with regards to the service which you actually commit & then provide.

                      I placed order of pizza at 1:53 pm on 5th September at this address : 4th Floor IBM India INFINITY TOWER A DLF 2 CYBER CITY GURGAON INDIA,
                      Ideally it should be delivered to me in 30 minutes i.e at 2:23 pm . But, it was delivered at 3:00pm.
                      Dominos outlet is also very near from the address mentioned above, so late delivery due to location should not be the issue .
                      According to Dominos policy of getting pizza free in case of late delivery, I should get my money refunded.

                        This is the funniest thing ever...
                        Dominos Anand-Vidhyanagar is such a fraud place!
                        Let me start from the beginning. I ordered a combo package of pizza, a garlic bread, dip and a mousse cake. Now guess what! they delivered the order without the mousse cake,let alone after one and a half hour! I called the franchise again to inform this and told them to send it even if it would take them some more time. I paid for everything including the cake thinking they would deliver. Then I had no idea about how I could be framed! They never delivered the cake! Two days have passed now. ..with over five calls that I made to Dominos and yet no cake! As if it wasnt shameful enough that they owe me money for two days, that they even conveniently forgot about it! I have to make calls again spending for them so that they remember to pay me back or deliver what they owe me for 2 days!
                        It is ridiculous that this happens, more ridiculous that nothing is or will be done, even more ridiculous that such fraudulent people are not replaced at such a popular n famous franchise! In other countries Dominos would make the entire menu free the moment you point out their mistake of not delivering. Here sab chalta hai! khao aur logo ke paise khao!! SHAMELESS MONEY EATING FRAUDS!

                          Today I ordered dominos pizza from Viman Nagar branch. The service was pathetic. I ordered (order no 459) at 10:00 PM and I got the delivery at 11:25PM after calling dominos 5 times. Moreover the pizza was delivered cold. I have not eaten such a bad pizza before. I cant believe that dominos service and product could be so bad.

                          I suggest you guys to think before ordering pizza from dominos again. Very bad experience.

                            Today I visited domino's store at Sapna Sangeeta, Indore and I ordered a Lebanese roll(chicken) and I was shocked by seeing hair pieces in that. This was the second time I faced such problem. Before this, I seriously found a dead cockroach in my pizza which was very disturbing and disgusting.This incident happened to me at C 21 Domino's outlet. The store manager apologized to me for like thousand times so I too acted leniently , but this time I seriously want some action to be taken against them..I would be honored if my request is heard. Thank You !

                              ordered a cheese and barbeque pizza today which was very dry and tasteless like a baked potato. everyone was very rude to me except for the manager, they were asking me the same questions again and again as if i know nothing about pizzas.Dominoes dwarka totally sucks and they send B- grade pizzas to their loyal customers. ty

                                  On 24th of june 2013 while i was crossing a chowk in my car , a dominos delivery boy came speeding from the side jumping a red light and banged into my car . Till the time the cops came he was not ready to agree to his fault , i called up the local dominos outlet to comlaint against the delivery boy . i spoke to the manager Mr Mukesh but instead of apologizing he started shouting at me saying i should go ahead do anything as the company is not liable . the delivery boy was driving a dominos bike going to deliver an order during working hours . hence i think that dominos company is liable to the damages incurred to my car as well as compensation for the rude behavior of the employeee

                                      I tried to order pizzas using the online website http://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/ but it said the store is not available for online ordering(Jamnagar store,Bedi Bunder Road) and instead gave me a number. Next, I call on that number so a lady picks the phone(name:Reshma) and I tell her the online ordering is not working so can i order on phone and still avail the "Buy one get one free"(FRIFRK) offer on phone but she declines. So I tell her the online ordering is not working so how can I avail the offer?But she says she's receving the online orders right now so i decide to try again and keep the phone.Again I try,But I am not able to place the order,and so I call her again and again Reshma is there.And you cant believe she asks my name and says, "Yes sir u called us 8 days before also and were saying that online ordering is not working,whereas it is working fine!". You mean I am lying ,do You? Then I am infuriated and ask her to transfer the phone to the manager,which she grudingly does. The manager replies that he will check it and says will call in 5 minutes. After 25 minutes, he calls and says there is no internet connectivity in the store so he can't check and gives me all sorts of reasons like "more server load" etc because of which online ordering is not working. Can u believe that? In Utter frustation I begin searching for the email address of head office of Domino's on internet,But I can't even find that!! Finally I landed upon this forum decided to complain here. I beseech strict action be taken and manners be taught to staff like Reshma who accuse you of lying.

                                      Domino's — Harrassment and degrading standards of service

                                      Hi. My name is Mohit Rana and I have been a regular customer of Domino's Pizza's for the last 8-10 years now. My phone number is [protected]. I used to prefer Domino's over the other food joints because of the quality of service and its high standards. But off late i am experiencing that the quality & standards of service are not what they used to be. My last 4-5 experiences have been pathetic and I am absolutely dissatisfied. I have been harassed at times and have been put into awkward situations.

                                      There were a couple times when the actual amount that I was asked to pay was different from the one on the bill. Also the 30 minutes guarantee seems to be a myth nowadays as there have been 2-3 occasions recently when I was not given a free pizza although the delivery boy was late.

                                      And there was this one occasion when the pizza was late, and when I told the delivery boy about it, he took the pizza back instead of delivering it to me. Then I got a call from the manager and he apologized to me for the mistake. Then after about 25 minutes of talking to the manager, I was delivered a cold and an under-prepared pizza which I had to send back again. I had to call the store again and after being harassed for 2 hours I finally got my pizza.

                                      On another occasion I ordered for a non-veg extravaganza in double burst, but I was sent a simple pizza although I was charged for a double burst.

                                      I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with my last 4-5 experiences with Domino's Pizza's. I ignored the discrepancies at first because I shared a good old relationship with you guys, but they are happening too frequently for my liking now and I strongly feel that the quality of service and the high standards for which I liked Domino's so much is on a degrade.

                                      I Am really shocked to see that how a place or a International Brand like Domino's allow to open a BAR under it? Some drunk-ed anti-social elements are alvez present after 9p.m. downstairs and in the store too to create nuisance. We ourselves have witnessed and moreover faced such problems. Sorry to say but my experience with Dominos over here is really Worst.

                                      Cheese burst

                                      I have ordered cheese burst pizza but here the cheese burst is like normal pizza. Everywhere its very good but here in guwahati we dont feel like we are having cheese burst

                                        DOMINOS — 30 minutes guarantee not available for orders inside IIT campus

                                        Dominos Pizza have stripped the 30 min time guarantee for deliveries inside IIT Bombay campus in Powai. The company has done this without any information , havent given any advertisement regarding this loss of service.Also the menu that they give also doesnt mention that the 30 min gurantee is not valid

                                        DOMINOS — Charging Extra for Cold Drinks

                                        Hi,

                                        Dominos sell cold drink of 500ml in plastic pet bottles for Rs. 30 which are available for Rs.20 outside ( in India ). There is no difference b/w the cold drinks and surprisingly even the MRP is printed differently on these bottles.

                                        Is this legal ?

                                        Delivered Changed Pizza

                                        Hey, I am Sushant from Patna, Bihar.I have ordered Four pizzas at approx 8pm on March 1st 2015. First the delivery man was too late (more than a hour)and second, he handover me someone's other single pizza.

                                        Complaint for not recd even after one day

                                        Order no is 227 we order one pizza but still waiting for that have spoul the party because of not recd pizza in time.
