Order 1 pizza from Domino's on 5 th April.After Order delivered they gave me one coupon For next order But Now coupon is not valid

Order No. 189 dated 9th April 2022 Time 10:32 PM Amount paid Rs. 533/-.

The above order was placed through the Dominos App and it was to be serviced by Dominoz Ground Floor Bldg No.2, Unit No. 44, E Wing, Veer Savarkar Road, Kailash Complex, Parksite, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400079.

I got a Call from No. +91 [protected] at 22:35 Hrs and was told that this order will not be serviced as it has come to a wrong outlet, whereas the delivery was to be done at Powai. The lady finally cancelled the Order and said that within 7 days, refund will be issued and the amount would be credited directly to the Bank.

Dominoz conveniently forgot about this refund. A period of 9 days have elapsed, and they have removed this Order details from the App. There is no complaint Number in the App to whom you can escalate. This is a systematic way to ignore the Complaints. The concerned authorities should insist on this MNC to have a proper redressal system and not to put its customers in unnecessary trouble for their mistakes.

Pls help me in getting my Refund at the earliest as there is no way, we can complain to them.

I make an order from domino's through zomato. Order not delivered. I have raised multiple complaints but O.ato team is just asking will get back to you in 48 hours and still not got refund since 10 days.

Today i ordered a medium sized farmhouse pizza but instead got delivered a regular-sized one... I complaint to zomato and they provided me with the complaint ticket id: 2484652
I want to know the status of my complaint and how are you gonna resolve it.

I have ordered pizza on 5th April and afterwards i have received a Free pizza coupon code from Domino's itself in the same chat where confirmation for the order is received, there it is written that this could is valid for next 14 days and earlier it was applicable and now it's showing INVALID. This is totally unacceptable.

I have placed an order on 13 april at 2:02 pm of Rs. 325 where 300 rs from Domino wallet was deducted. however, the order was not placed

I had order on 27th March, order number was 149. The order was late and I have raised for this multiple times. Every time I was told a refund of Rs.300 will be done towards the original payment method in 7 working days, but nothing has happened.

Today we went to your store located in zarkawt aizawl mizoram. We ordered one regular Margherita and one regular chicken golden delight and a bottle of pepsi but our bill came out to be 920 i was just curious because the bill came out more than i expected so i calculated from the displayed menu and it should not be more than 600 when I asked about it to the service boy he told me that it's because of tax so can you tell me how much tax did you really cut since our bill was too much than what we ordered... All the items that we ordered came out to be more pricier than from the displayed menu I don't actually get this

I want to withdraw my pension amount of Domino's Pizza (jubilant foodworks). please do something.

We order for 2 medium pizza n requested for cheese burst but to our surprise it was absolutely dry with no cheese in it. Very dissatisfied n disappointed . Pls don’t cheat your customers…..

I had placed 2 different order with same items for 2 different locations within same city and I see there is difference of price for items booking for 2 locations.

So there is difference of amount for same item at 2 different outlets.

Why such a discrimination? Can you please prove the justification for the same.

When called the store, he mentioned he is not aware of this.

I went to Dominos from Anu Ninaniya Hanumangarh Junction today and there was no good service. When we ordered there, we said, it is also not available. This is also not available, so why have Dominos opened? When he went to us at 11:30, he said, clening is going on. I went 1 day ago also. Even then, the cleaning of speech is going on. His name is getting spoiled please help!

I ordered a pizza on Dominos worth 412 and the payment got deducted but the order was not placed. On Google Pay, the amount has been paid but no transaction was shown in Dominos Application. Here is the transaction ID[protected], I've also attached a screenshot as a proof. I need refund of the payment done by me.

30 minutes delivery is big fraud. Ordered pizza at 1st Apr 2022 9:15pm, after 11:30pm also not received the order and when raised concern, they said cancelling the order due to not able to deliver. As there is no official update from Dominos store, waiting for the pizza without preparing/making arrangements for food. Very disappointed with the response received from the Dominos store. It's already 5 days but still debited amount is not refunded and credited to my account.

Even store manager not answering calls.

Very worst service by Dominos.

I had a transaction of 996 ruppess through dominoes app.
My money was debited from my account but the order wasn’t successful .
It was done today ie: 4 april 2:00pm
I would like to get my money back from them ! Asap !

I have ordered pizzas from dominos secunderabad and the order is delays by 1:30 hours and pizzas are very cold. so i have raise a concern and every time they said i will receive the callback and they never care to call me again.
order number 145: placed on 1st April evening.

I placed my order twice but due to the distance they cancelled it, and the money paid for the order is not received by me anywhere. they said it will be added to the wallet, but nothing received so far. It is already 24 hours passed.
